A decoupled adaptive control algorithm, namely the combined dynamic gain and adaptive homogeneous domination approach, is introduced to solve the global state feedback stabilization problem for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems. Compared with the conventional adaptive backstepping/tuning functions approach, the algorithm differs in the way of constructing the estimator and handling the nonlinear drifts, and allows the adaptive control law that is decoupled via a dynamic gain to be designed only by choosing some appropriate constants. The proposed adaptive controller guarantees that all the states of the closed-loop system are globally bounded and the system solutions converge to zero asymptotically. This article considers the global robust output regulation problem via output feedback for a class of cascaded nonlinear systems with input-to-state stable inverse dynamics. The system uncertainties depend not only on the measured output but also all the unmeasurable states. By introducing an internal model, the output regulation problem is converted into a stabilisation problem for an appropriately augmented system. The designed dynamic controller could achieve the global asymptotic tracking control for a class of time-varying reference signals for the system output while keeping all other closed-loop signals bounded. It is of interest to note that the developed control approach can be applied to the speed tracking control of the fan speed control system. The simulation results demonstrate its effectiveness. Objectives: The National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index (NIH-CPSI) was used to determine the chronic prostatitis syndrome in young men (from 20 to 48 years old) of clinical validity., Methods: 227 patients with chronic prostatitis syndrome (CPS)/chronic pelvic pain syndrome and 32 patients with BPH were randomized to study using NIH-CPSI., Results: 1. The main manifestations of CPS patients were pain or uncomfort. Those were more common in CPS than BPH. 2. 79.30% CPS patients had a sensation of not emptying bladder completely after finished urinating, 44.93% patients had to urinate again less than two hours after finished urinating. 3. 51.51% patients with CPS have more effect on work, 90.31% patients on free life, and 68.72% patients on quality of life than BPH., Conclusions: According NIH-CPSI, the main manifestations of CPS are pain or uncomfort. CPS patients have more effect on work and quality of life.
