Objective: To determine the precise quantitative relationship between screening efficiency and motion parameters for reciprocating vibrating screen, and to obtain the movement parameters with the optimal screening efficiency. Methods: Rocky was adopted to accurately simulate the movement behavior for wheat grain and wheat stem in the screening process, many factors orthogonal simulation test was used to investigate the effect of vibration frequency, amplitude, vibrating direction angle and screen surface inclination angle on screening efficiency. Results: The movement behaviors of wheat in the screening process was consistent with the theory analysis, which verified the correctness and feasibility of numerical simulation using Rocky. The vibration frequency, amplitude, vibrating direction angle and screen surface inclination angle have significant influence on the screening efficiency, and there is significant interaction between these motion parameters. The optimal motion parameter combination was the vibration frequency of 10 Hz, the amplitude of 2 mm, the vibration direction angle of 45° and the screen surface inclination angle of 0°. Conclusion: A regression model reflecting the quantitative relationship between motion parameters of and screening efficiency for reciprocating vibrating screen was established, and the optimal motion parameter combination of reciprocating vibrating screen was obtained.

Patients with tissue inflammation or injury often experience aberrant mechanical pain hypersensitivity, one of leading symptoms in clinic. Despite this, the molecular mechanisms underlying mechanical distortion are poorly understood. Canonical transient receptor potential (TRPC) channels confer sensitivity to mechanical stimulation. TRPC3 and TRPC6 proteins, coassembling as heterotetrameric channels, are highly expressed in sensory neurons. However, how these channels mediate mechanical pain hypersensitivity has remained elusive. It is shown that in mice and human, TRPC3 and TRPC6 are upregulated in DRG and spinal dorsal horn under pathological states. Double knockout of TRPC3/6 blunts mechanical pain hypersensitivity, largely by decreasing nociceptor hyperexcitability and spinal synaptic potentiation via presynaptic mechanism. In corroboration with this, nociceptor‐specific ablation of TRPC3/6 produces comparable pain relief. Mechanistic analysis reveals that upon peripheral inflammation, TRPC3/6 in primary sensory neurons get recruited via released bradykinin acting on B1/B2 receptors, facilitating BDNF secretion from spinal nociceptor terminals, which in turn potentiates synaptic transmission through TRPC3/6 and eventually results in mechanical pain hypersensitivity. Antagonizing TRPC3/6 in DRG relieves mechanical pain hypersensitivity in mice and nociceptor hyperexcitability in human. Thus, TRPC3/6 in nociceptors is crucially involved in pain plasticity and constitutes a promising therapeutic target against mechanical pain hypersensitivity with minor side effects. Objective： Real-time monitoring of the grinding roller distance of the pulverizer. Methods： CCD industrial camera was used to collect the rolling distance image, threshold segmentation and morphology were used to preprocess the gray image, and then the edge detection algorithm combined with MATLAB software and mathematical operation were used to eliminate the irrelevant edge points, and finally the rolling distance of the mill was calculated. The feasibility and veracity of the system were verified by comparing the value of gauge and the value of system monitoring. Results： The data fluctuation range of the online monitoring system was 0.001~0.002 mm in the steady state, and the fluctuation range was larger in the speeding state, which was 0.001~0.005 mm. Conclusion： The system can measure rolling distance in real time.

Chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyp (CRSsNP) is characterized by tissue repair/remodeling and the subepithelial stroma region in whose nasal mucosa has been reported by us to have thromboxane A2 (TXA2) prostanoid (TP) receptor and overexpress connective tissue growth factor (CTGF). Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the relationship between TP receptor activation and CTGF production/function in human CRSsNP nasal mucosa stromal fibroblasts. We found that TP agonists including U46619 and IBOP ([1S‐[1α,2α(Z),3β(1E,3 S*),4α]]‐7‐[3‐[3‐hydroxy‐4‐(4‐iodophenoxy)‐1‐butenyl]‐7‐oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept‐2‐yl]‐5‐heptenoic acid) could promote CTGF protein/messenger RNA expression and secretion. The pharmacological intervention and TP activation assay with U46619 identified the possible participation of PKCμ, PKCδ, nuclear factor‐κB (NF‐κB), and cyclic AMP response element‐binding protein (CREB) phosphorylation/activation in the CTGF induction. Moreover, a phorbol ester—phorbol‐12‐myristate 13‐acetate (PMA) exhibited a similar cellular signaling and CTGF production profile to that elicited by TP activation. However, further small interfering RNA interference analysis revealed that only NF‐κB and PKCδ‐CREB pathways were necessarily required for TP‐mediated CTGF production, which could not be completely supported by those findings from PMA. Finally, in a functional assay, although CTGF did not affect fibroblast proliferation, TP‐mediated CTGF could drive novel self‐migration in fibroblasts both in the scratch/wound healing and transwell apparatus assays. Meanwhile, the overall staining for stress fibers and formation of the lamellipodia and filopodia‐like structures was concomitantly increased in the treated migrating cells. Collectively, we provided here that novel TP mediates CTGF production and self‐migration in human nasal fibroblasts through NF‐κB and PKCδ‐CREB signaling pathways. More importantly, we also demonstrated that thromboxane, TP receptor, CTGF, and stromal fibroblasts may act in concert in the tissue remodeling/repair process during CRSsNP development and progression. The grinding system is the main working part of the mill. Its running stability determines the grinding quality of the mill. Combined the research on the stability of the grinding system in domestic and foreign, this article analyzed the reasons that affect the stability of the grinding system from the aspects of the mill parts accuracy, processing parameters and assembly quality. Moreover, the influence mechanisms of each factor are clarified, and the corresponding solutions are put forward, which can provide reference for the research of grinding stability of the mill.

Roller wear is an important cause of pilverizer failure.Roller wear is affected by many factors.In this paper, combined with the research on the abrasion of grinding roller, the wear mechanism of the soft roller caused by the soft particles of wheat was reviewed.The paper points out the influencing factors of the grinding roller wear from the characteristics of abrasive and grinding roller as well as the working conditions,and expounds the antifriction technology, which provides a reference for the study of the grinding and wear reduction technology of the grinding machine.

The paper studies the geochronology and geochemistry of Qinjialing granodiorite and Hongqiling quartz diorite in Xiuyan-Fengcheng area, eastern Liaoning Province. The LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating yields the weighted average ages of 1 27.5±0.9 Ma for Qinjialing granodiorite and 1 26.5±0.8 Ma for Hongqiling quartz diorite, both of which were formed in the Early Cretaceous. The lithogeochemical analysis results show that the content of SiO2 in Qinjialling granodiorite is 70.40%-72.28%, with the A/CNK and ANK values of 0.99-1.06 and 1.44-1.61, respectively. The granodiorite is characterized by relatively enriched LREEs, depleted LILEs (Ba and Sr) and HFSEs (Nb, P and Ti), and enriched Rb, Th, La, Nd, and Hf, with the zircon saturation temperature ranging from 755 °C to 8 1 6 °C, belonging to peraluminous I-type granite, formed by the partial melting of lower crust. The content of SiO2 in Hongqiling quartz diorite is 56.42%-57.22%, with the ACNK and ANK values of 1.04-1.09 and 1.70-1.83, respectively. The quartz diorite is characterized by obvious negative Eu anomaly, depleted Sr, Nb, Ta, Ti and P, and enriched Ba, Rb, K, Zr, Hf and Th. The source material is derived from the crust with minors of mantle-derived component. The Qinjialing granodiorite and Hongqiling quartz diorite were formed in the Early Cretaceous extensional environment of eastern Liaoning, which are closely related to the destruction of North China Craton and lithospheric thinning. Ovarian follicular fluid (FF) has a direct impact on oocyte quality, playing key roles in fertilization, implantation, and early embryo development. In our recent study, we found FF thromboxane (TX) to be a novel factor inversely correlated with oocyte maturation and identified thrombin, transforming growth factor β (TGFβ), TNF-α, and follicular granulosa cells (GCs) as possible contributors to FF TX production. Therefore, this study sought to investigate the role of TGFβ3 in regulating TX generation in human ovarian follicular GCs. TGFβ3 was differentially and significantly present in the FF of large and small follicles obtained from IVF patients with average concentrations of 68.58 ± 12.38 and 112.55 ± 14.82 pg/mL, respectively, and its levels were correlated with oocyte maturity. In an in vitro study, TGFβ3 induced TX generation/secretion and the converting enzyme-COX-2 protein/mRNA expression both in human HO23 and primary cultured ovarian follicular GCs. While TGFβRI and Smad2/3 signaling was mainly required for COX-2 induction, ERK1/2 appeared to regulate TX secretion. The participation of Smad2/3 and COX-2 in TGFβ3-induced TX generation/secretion could be further supported by the observations that Smad2/3 phosphorylation and nuclear translocation and siRNA knockdown of COX-2 expression compromised TX secretion in GCs challenged with TGFβ3. Taken together, the results presented here first demonstrated that FF TGFβ3 levels differ significantly in IVF patients' large preovulatory and small mid-antral follicles and are positively associated with oocyte maturation. TGFβ3 can provoke TX generation by induction of COX-2 mRNA/protein via a TGFβR-related canonical Smad2/3 signaling pathway, and TX secretion possibly by ERK1/2. These imply that TGFβ3 is one of the inducers for yielding FF TX in vivo, which may play a role in folliculogenesis and oocyte maturation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
