The amount and time of fertilization play an important role in the quality and yield of citrus. Moreover, twice fertilization in the spring (March) and summer (July) are generally applied in citrus orchards, of which the appropriate proportion is unclear, especially in Ganzhou. Therefore, the two-year field experiment containing three proportions (60/40, 80/20, 100/0) of spring and summer fertilization was carried out with a 15-year-old Newhall orange orchard to recommend the optimum fertilization proportion for orchard. Results showed that variations of soil available N, P, K concentrations resulting from different spring and summer fertilization proportion significantly affected orange fruit quality and yield. The soil available nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) concentrations fertilized with a proportion of 80/20 spring and summer were higher overall the year. The spring and summer fertilizer application with 80/20 increased fruit yield by 35.14%, and had higher total soluble solids and lower titrated acid. Moreover, the only one-time fertilization exhibited almost the same fruit yield, fruit N, P, K removal, but lower fruit titrated acid content and higher solid acid ratio. The present study results demonstrated that increasing the proportion of spring fertilization particularly the proportion of 80/20 could be a recommended dose for obtaining higher fruit yield and quality. In order to analyze the feasibility of introducing fixed wireless access system in 40. 5 ~ 2. 3 GHz and 48. 4 ~ 50. 2 GHz, the electromagnetic compatibility between the fixed wireless access system and other systems of the principal services is studied according to the Radio Frequency Allocation Table. With computer static modeling method, that the interference power density of the fixed wireless access system to the systems of fixed service, fixed-satellite service, broadcasting service and radio astronomy varies with distance is discussed, and the separation distances in different interference scenarios are obtained according to interference protection criteria for related services. The result shows that the fixed wireless access system may not cause harmful interference to existing principal service systems under certain separation distance conditions and these bands can be used for fixed wireless access system beyond the separation distance. The denitrification capacity of a landfill bioreactor was investigated under different ratios of injected leachate C/N; the denitrifying bacteria community compositions over four injection times were also studied using molecular approaches and functional gene nirS served as marker. Results showed that COD/NO3(-) -N ratio of the injected landfill leachate had a significant impact on the denitrification capacity of the bioreactor. Nitrate reduction rate increased from 1.14 mg x (kg x h)(-1) to 11.40 mg mg x (kg x h)(-1) when the injected leachate COD/NO3(-) -N ratio raised from 3.11 to 13.08. It suggested that a stable and rapid denitrification could be obtained when bioavailable COD/NO3(-) -N ratio in the injected leachate was 6.37. In the bioreactor, the main denitrifying bacteria was similar to beta-proteobacteria, and others belonged to uncultured bacteria. Thiobacillus denitrificans and Azoarcus tolulyticus known as beta-proteobacteria were the dominant species and played an important role in NO3(-) -N consumption during the leachate injection.
