Abstract

In recent years, the assessment of corporate financial risk has become increasingly significant for banks. Therefore, studying models for corporate financial risk assessment holds substantial practical importance. This paper combines the Logistic model and the Lasso model based on their basic principles to construct an improved Lasso-Logistic regression model. Immediately after that, this paper selects 15 representative indexes from the four aspects of the enterprise’s profitability, solvency, operating ability, and growth ability as the indexes to respond to the company’s financial situation and extracts 4 public factors after factor analysis and analyzes them using the Lasso-Logistic regression model designed in this paper with these 4 public factors as the variables. The results show that the coefficients of public factors F1, F2, F3, and F4 are -2.9513, -1.8347, -1.9659 and -2.2714, respectively, and the coefficients of the four public factors are negative, and the classification accuracy of the Lasso-Logistic combination model in this paper is 89.46%, the misclassification rate of the first category is 6.21%, and the F1 score, RS2 score and AUC values are overall better than the two single models of Lasso and Logistic, the Lasso-Logistic model designed in this paper can well help enterprises assess their own financial risk and make targeted decisions.

36. Acupuncture treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy: an overview of systematic reviews based on evidence mapping.

Abstract

Objective: The study attempted to evaluate the meta-analyses (MAs) of the acupuncture treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) to provide a basis for clinical decision-making. Methods: Eight databases, such as PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang Data, CQVIP, and CBM, were searched from database creation to December 22, 2023. The MAs of DPN treatment using acupuncture or acupuncture combined with conventional Western medicine were included. AMSTAR-2 and PRISMA 2020 helped evaluate the methodological and reporting quality of the included studies. The GRADE methodology helped assess the evidence quality of outcome indicators. Evidence mapping was performed to display evaluation results. Results: A total of 18 MAs involving 23,240 DPN patients were included. Based on the methodological quality evaluation, four MAs were of "moderate" quality, seven had a quality grade of "low," and another seven were of "critically low" quality. The evidence quality evaluation showed that among studies of acupuncture vs. conventional Western medicine, four had an evidence quality of "moderate," 18 had an evidence quality of "low," and 17 had an evidence quality of "critically low" and that among studies of acupuncture + conventional Western medicine vs. conventional Western medicine, 12 had an evidence quality of "moderate," 29 had an evidence quality of "low," and 33 had an evidence quality of "critically low." Compared with conventional Western medicine, simple acupuncture and acupuncture + conventional Western medicine significantly improved total effective rate (TER) and nerve conduction velocity (NCV). Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment of DPN significantly improves TER and NCV with proven safety. However, the MAs of the acupuncture treatment of DPN must strictly refer to relevant standards and specifications regarding methodological and reporting quality, along with the design, execution, and reporting of primary randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Abstract

Density functional theory calculations have been conducted to investigate the palladium‐catalyzed allylic C−H amination of 1,4‐dienes with commonly available amines. The computations indicate that the reaction begins with the allylic C−H bond cleavage through the concerted proton and two‐electron transfer process to forge the η3‐allyl Pd(II) species. The ensuing C−N bond formation was found to be highly dependent on the basicity of the nucleophile, enabling the regioselectivity switch upon change of the nucleophile. With the weakly basic aromatic amine, the reaction occurs through the hydrogen‐bonding enabled inner‐sphere nucleophilic attack pathway. The distance between the reacting carbon atom and the terminal carbon atom is responsible for the Z/E‐selectivity. The regioselectivity is primarily due to steric repulsion between the allyl group and the ligand. On the other hand, the outer‐sphere nucleophilic attack pathway is favored for the reaction with the more basic aliphatic cyclic amine. The change of the coordinating mode of the allylic moiety was found to play a crucial role in determining the regioselectivity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
