Ti3C2Tx has been developed and studied for years. However, systematic research on the physics of Ti3C2Tx films, especially the thermophysics, is still lacking. In this work, we comprehensively characterized the electric and thermal transport and thermoelectric effects of Ti3C2Tx films in the temperature range of 120 to 300 K and deeply studied the influence of water molecule adsorption on the above physical processes in the humidity range of 0% to 80%. The electrical and thermal conductivity and Seebeck coefficient of Ti3C2Tx films at room temperature and 0% humidity are 8200 S m−1, 56 W m−1 K−1 and −8.96 μV K−1. It is found that water molecules adsorb on Ti3C2Tx nanoflakes through hydrogen bonds, with a binding energy of 0.2 eV. The adsorption of water molecules employed scattering sites, which reduced carrier mobility, without changing the carrier concentration, Fermi-level and Seebeck coefficient. Gas and water molecules are significant in the thermal transport of Ti3C2Tx films, resulting in a big difference of thermal conductivity under vacuum and in air. The adsorption of water molecules enhances the phonon coupling between Ti3C2Tx nanoflakes and thus the thermal conductivity of the films. Bionic structures are widely concerned in flexible sensors. However, there is a lack of research on the optimization of structure to improve the performance. Herein, two types of plant leaves with quite different surface structures, rose petal (RP) and paper mulberry (PM) leaf, are used to fabricate an asymmetric complementary structure. Under pressure, the microcones of PM can insert into the grooves of the RP microdome structures and can be bended under high pressure. Compared to that of PM–PM and RP–RP structures, the space for increasing the internal contact area of PM–RP structure is greatly enhanced, which improves the sensitivity and detection range of the sensor simultaneously. The hierarchical combination of stacked Ti3C2Tx MXene film with nanoscale surface roughness and the micro PM–RP structure further improves the performance. The prepared sensor shows a sensitivity up to 84.79 kPa−1 (0–10 kPa), a wide pressure detection range of 0–100 kPa, and a short response time of 11 ms. It shows great application potential in wearable electronics. Meanwhile, a universal principle for the design of micro‐structure in pressure sensors is proposed, that is, reducing the initial contact resistance and enriching the approach for increasing the contact area. Objective: To assess the effectiveness of tele-monitored cardiac rehabilitation in patients who have undergone ablation for atrial fibrillation. Design: Single-centre, prospective, assessment-blinded, randomised controlled trial. Setting: Domiciliary rehabilitation with support from a tertiary care hospital. Subjects: One hundred patients who underwent ablation for atrial fibrillation were recruited. Interventions: Participants were randomly allocated to a 12-week standard rehabilitation treatment (control group) or a comprehensive, domiciliary, mobile application-guided and tele-monitored cardiac rehabilitation program (intervention group) in a 1:1 fashion. Main outcome measures: The primary endpoint was the improvement in VO2peak. The secondary outcomes included adherence, physical activity, beliefs related to cardiovascular disease and exercise self-efficacy. Results: Ninety-seven patients completed follow-up. The mean VO2peak increased significantly in both the intervention group (n = 49) (baseline vs 12 weeks: 19.1 ± 4.7 vs 27.3 ± 5.6 ml/(min kg), P < 0.01) and the control group (n = 48) (baseline vs 12 weeks: 18.7 ± 4.9 vs 22.9 ± 6.3 ml/(min kg), P < 0.01). The results of the between-group analysis of aerobic capacity were significantly in favour of the intervention group. During the 12-week program, patients in the intervention group exhibited better adherence than those in the control group. Moreover, self-reported physical activity improved more in the intervention group than in the control group, as did the beliefs related to cardiovascular disease and exercise self-efficacy (all P < 0.01). Conclusions: Our domiciliary, mobile application-guided and tele-monitored cardiac rehabilitation program could lead to a more significant improvements in physical fitness, adherence and health beliefs than standard cardiac rehabilitation in patients who have undergone ablation for atrial fibrillation.
