Applying the uses and gratifications theory, we explored why new mothers with young children in Taiwan use social media for leisure and how their needs are met. Participants comprised 25 mothers aged 25 to 40 years. Data were obtained using narrative, semi-structured interviews. The results showed that the relationship between new mothers and social media in shaping their leisure lives is not additive, but interactive. Social media enables new mothers to engage in personal leisure and gain a sense of belonging. Additionally, new mothers tend to combine personal leisure with family leisure activities and rely on social media information on activities. Further, social media can also serve as a platform for mothers to obtain work achievement. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work engagement and learning organizations simultaneously on work performance through employee stress at Pupuk Kalimantan Timur Corporation. Research sampling with purposive sampling technique, namely, the sample is carried out with the requirements set by the researcher totaling 1,370 employees from various work departments, both at the center and at the branch. This research uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Smart PLS. The results of the study are known how important work performance is as a critical indicator of success for both employees and the company, the importance of understanding stress from concept to application, especially related to how to manage stress, as well as the implementation of work engagement and learning organizations as concepts that affect work performance with stress as a mediator.

The Covid-19 pandemic has occurred almost all over the world and has become a new problem for all mankind, as well as Indonesia has been affected from the Covid-19 pandemic. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on various sectors, especially on educational institutions. The Covid-19 pandemic situation puts a lot of pressure and new challenges in the world of education. This can cause instability for both employees from various aspects, one of which is the aspect of employee performance. Based on a number of literatures, work achievement is influenced by several other variables, namely; organizational culture, organizational learning and stress. This study uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - SmartPLS. The subjects in this study were all employees of PT. Kazeto Putra Perkasa with 101 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample, where the entire population is used as the research sample. The practical implication of this research is that it is known how important work achievement is as a key indicator of success for both employees of PT. Kazeto Putra Perkasa as well as for companies, the importance of understanding stress from concept to application is mainly related to how to manage stress, as well as the implementation of organizational culture and learning organizations as a concept that affects work achievement with stress as a mediator. This article examines the impact of work motivation, emotional intelligence, and competence on occupation satisfaction in the library service in South Sulawesi. The study finds that these factors have positive effects on work performance and occupation satisfaction. The article emphasizes the importance of these factors in improving the quality of library services and promoting a reading culture. It also highlights the challenges faced by librarians in the digital era and the need for professional and personal abilities to adapt to changing demands. The research findings suggest that increasing employee satisfaction is crucial for motivating employees and influencing their performance, and the article recommends improving training to drive motivation, competence, achievement, and satisfaction among library service employees. In the development of the business world in Indonesia, companies are required to maintain and improve the quality of work and the quantity of service work. Organizations need people to run them If the company wants to get the desired goals, then one of the things that must be considered is the human being in it namely employees. This research was conducted at PT Multiguna Lestari Abadi Selensen Village. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work supervision and employee commitment on work achievement at PT Multiguna Lestari Abadi. Work Supervision and Employee Commitment as independent variables (X) while Work Achievement is the dependent variable (Y). The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics. The sample for this research was taken from as many as 53 respondents from the total population using the census sampling method. Data obtained from the results of the questionnaire were tested statistically through the SPSS program Statistics 24. The results of the tests conducted show that work supervision has a positive and significant effect on work achievement, employee commitment has a positive and significant effect on work achievement, and work supervision and employee commitment have a significant effect on work achievement.

As an intervening variable on work performance at CV.XYZ, this study examines the direct and indirect effects of social support, self-efficacy, and employee engagement on these variables. As an intervening variable, social support, employee self-efficacy, and employee engagement will be examined in this study. Quantitative research methods and a causal study strategy are used by the researcher in this study. Results reveal that social support and self-efficacy have an impact on employee engagement and performance, self-efficacy has an impact on employee performance, and employee engagement acts as an intervening variable in employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of performance allowance as a determinant of motivation, employees’ work achievement and organizational performance in the Ministry of Religion's Office Lumajang City. This determining variable is important for public organizations to improve services and fulfill bureaucratic reform. This quantitative research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis tools with AMOS software. The research population was 153 Ministry of Religion employees. The modeling results show the GFI index value of 0.906; CFI 0.969; and RMSEA 0.040. Hypothesis testing shows the insignificant direct effect between performance allowance and motivation, employees’ work achievement and organizational performance. Factors that determine the improvement in performance of public organizations are directly and significantly affected by by work achievement. Work achievement contributes the most to organizational performance. High work achievement requires a number of supporting factors, namely performance allowance and motivation. This research provides a practical contribution in policy making for government organizations regarding efforts to improve organizational performance through work achievement. Performance allowance and motivation is an important element to directly improve employee work achievement as a medium to improve organizational performance. The originality value of this research is very good because it was first carried out on the object of a public organization that has just applied compensation payments for the State Civil Apparatus in the form of performance allowances by testing and measuring the implications of the compensation factor as a determinant of organizational performance.

Teaching competence and theoretical satisfaction are factors that influence job performance. Through this research, the author tests, proves and analyzes and makes a causal relationship model the effect of competence and teaching satisfaction on the work performance of Christian Religious Education teachers. The population in this study were Christian Religious Education Teachers in Kutai Kartanegara District, East Kalimantan. The method in this study is Survey - Causal with data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of data analysis show that: 1) There is positive and significant direct effect between teaching competencies on teaching achievement of Christian Religious Education teachers, 2) There is a positive and significant direct effect of teaching satisfaction on teaching achievement of Christian Religious Education teachers. Increasing teacher competence will have an impact on professionalism in carrying out teaching assignments and have an impact on work performance. Accompanied by high satisfaction makes the teacher responsible for his work and implement it oriented to achievement.

Abstract: Although it has been proposed that general mental ability (GMA) may affect the adjustment process, few studies have examined the relation of mental ability to individuals'' sense of satisfaction with school and work. The present study investigated the importance of mental ability for school and job satisfaction, using a Swedish sample of 298 men and 399 women, followed longitudinally from the age of 13 to middle age (43 years for women, and 48 years for men). Mental ability had a weak positive correlation with school satisfaction at age 13 but not at age 16, whereas a tendency was found for a negative relation to job satisfaction at the age of 26. Adolescent levels of mental ability were associated with greater intrinsic job satisfaction in middle age for both sexes, and greater extrinsic job satisfaction for men. Longitudinal structural equation modeling indicated that the effects of general mental ability on school and job satisfaction were mediated by school and work achievement, respectively.
