This article aims to describe the implementation of the development of community participation guidebook in the tourism environmental preservation which includes the testing of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of community participation guidebook in preserving the coastal tourism environment. Quantitative and qualitative research approaches with research and development design. The population of this research were community of coastal tourism, and the samples were food vendors, accessories seller, parking rangers, and tourist which determined purposively. The validity and the practicality tests were obtained from experts in educational, and tourism fields, also from the City Department of Environmental Service, and City Department of Tourism. The data collection technique used are questionnaire for the validity, practicality, and experiment test. Questionnaore were used to gather data on the process of the development of community participation guidebook. The subject of the implementation of the guidebook is the communityin the tourism area, and the experiment is to test the effectiveness of the guidebook. The research findings of the validity test of the content, educational technology, and Indonesian language are very precise, and the practicality result is very good. Test of the effectiveness of the guidebook test is to increase the community participation in preserving the coastal tourism environment. Research findings about the process of preparing guidebook are compiled based on the community beeds, namely behaviors that need to be developed to participate in the preservation of the coastal tourism environment. The contribution of research is to produce the guidebook for community participation in preserving the coastal tourism environment can become a guideline in the development of coastal tourism.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya aktivitas belajar warga belajar program paket C di SPNF 1 Tanah Datar, hal ini diduga karena rendahnya minat belajar warga belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) menggambarkan minat belajar warga belajar; 2) menggambarkan aktivitas belajar warga belajar; dan 3) melihat hubungan antara minat belajar dengan aktivitas belajar warga belajar Program Paket C di SPNF 1 Tanah Datar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik deskriptif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua warga belajar paket C di SPNF 1 Tanah Datar yang jumlahnya sebanyak 40 orang sedangkan sampel diambil sebanyak 75% dari jumlah populasi yaitu 30 orang dengan menggunakan metode cluster random sampling.Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) minat belajar warga belajar dikategorikan masih rendah, (2) aktivitas belajar warga belajar dikategorikan masih rendah, (3) terdapat hubungan yang signitifikan antara minat belajar dengan aktivitas belajar warga belajar Program Paket C di SPNF 1 Tanah Datar. Disarankan kepada lembaga untuk lebih memperhatikan minat belajar warga belajar dalam mengikuti program Paket C supaya warga belajar mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dan kepada tutor diharapkan agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuannya dalam membangkitkan aktivitas belajar dengan dukungan minat belajar warga belajar.

The study is triggered by the current students’ condition in the Islamic religious education class, which are mostly lack of participation, lack of activeness, and lack of acting with good character. To cope with the problems, this study implemented Active learning in Islamic religious education as a way to shape students’ Islamic characters in SMP N 4 Tanjungpinang, Kepulauan Riau. The research method used is a quantitative method with the type of survey research. The results of calculations from questionnaire data or questionnaire distribution state that there is a positive and significant influence between the X variable "active learning approach" on Islamic religious education learning in shaping the Islamic character of students at SMP Negeri 4 Tanjung Pinang. This is in accordance with the results of the calculation of a simple linear regression test, namely equal to 61.0%, while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This finding indicates that the initial hypothesis is accepted. Another finding from this research is that there are religious programs implemented by schools which are also a supporting factor in shaping the Islamic character of students

The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of the students in the English Subject of Package B Program PKBM Young Generation of Lubuk Basung. This study aims to: 1) describe the learning interests of the learning community; 2) describe the learning outcomes of learning residents; and 3) look at the relationship between the learning interest of the learning community and their learning outcomes in the English Subject of the Package B Program PKBM for the Young Generation of Lubuk Basung. This research uses a quantitative approach and the type of research is descriptive correlational. The population of this study were all 30 students learning English in the PKBM Young Generation package B program. The sampling technique that the researchers used was cluster random sampling of 20 people. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire, with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire guide. The data analysis technique in this study uses the proportion formula and rank correlation order. The results showed that: (1) the learning interest of the focused learners was still low, (2) the learning outcomes of the focused learners were still low, (3) there was a significant relationship between the learning interests of the learning residents and their learning outcomes in the Package B Program English Subject. PKBM Lubuk Basung Young Generation. It is suggested to tutors to be able to vary the learning methods used to attract students' interest in learning so that students get maximum learning outcomes.

Financial inclusion has become a main key for financial service development yet this development should also consider financial stability. The Asian financial crisis 1997 and the Global financial crisis 2008 gave us lesson of how important to maintain financial stability. Thus, the development of the financial services sector through financial inclusion is expected to impact the financial stability of the countries income levels. This study aims to determine the effect of financial inclusion relation to the financial stability in many countries based on their level of income during 2004-2014. This study used unbalanced panel data regression with fixed effect model. The results showed that financial inclusion proxied by commercial bank outstanding deposit has positive yet unsignignificant effect on financial stability for high income and upper-middle income countries, and has negative significant effect for lower-middle income and low income countries. Meanwhile, financial inclusion proxied by commercial bank outstanding loan has negative significant effect on financial stability in high income and upper middle income countries. This result is the opposite of lower-middle income which showed positive yet unsignificant effect, and positive significant impact for low income countries

The inclusion of the human mobility aspect is essential for understanding the behavior of COVID-19 spread, especially when millions of people travel across borders near Eid Al-Fitr. This study aims at grasping the effect of mass exodus among regions on the active cases of COVID-19 in a mathematical perspective. We construct a multi-region SIQRD (Susceptible-Infected-Quarantined-Recovered-Death) model that accommodates the direct transfer of people from one region to others. The mobility rate is estimated using the proposed Dawson-like function, which requires the Origin-Destination Matrix data. Assuming only susceptible, unapparent infected, and recovered individuals travel near Eid Al-Fitr, the rendered model is well-depicting the actual data at that time, giving either a significant spike or decline in the number of active cases due to the mass exodus. Most agglomerated regions like Jakarta and Depok City experienced the fall of active cases number, both in actual data and the simulated model. However, most rural areas experienced the opposite, like Bandung District and Cimahi City. This study should confirm that most travelers originated from big cities to the rural regions and scientifically justifies that massive mobility affects the COVID-19 transmission among areas.

This research aims to explore public awareness of ecotourism conservation including: (1) artificial environment, (2) natural environment, and (3) socio-cultural environment. Public awareness of maintaining tourism environment is a must, for instance, the orderliness, cleanness, and beauty for a sustainable environment. This research was conducted in Air Manis Beach Padang. This research is qualitative with a case study approach. Several procedures carried out in this research: (1) Formulation of the problem of the research, (2) Needs analysis, (3) Data collection and analysis of empirical findings, and (4) Report of the findings. The technique of data collection was implemented by interviews with the subjects and informants of the research. To complete the data, the observation was conducted to the local community. Data validation was examined through triangulation using the researcher's participation if a lack of data. Triangulation of sources was conducted to the parties that understand the community participation for the sustainable environment in Air Manis Beach. Subjects and informants who participated in this research were determined in purposive sampling, involving tourism officers, environment agents, education experts, and urban village chief. The findings of the research showed: (a) public awareness of the artificial environment is low, (b) public awareness of the natural environment is adequate, and (c) public awareness of the cultural environment is low.

One of the success of the Early Childhood Education Institution in society is based on the teacher’s factor. The problem facing by the Early Childhood Education Institution in the sub-district of Koto Tangah is the lack of the creativity of the teachers to use modern media that will motivate children to play while learning. Until now, Early Childhood Education teachers still use traditional media in the teaching and learning process, when it looks outdated and less able to motivate children in learning. This training aims to help the teachers to be creative Early Childhood Education’s teachers in making an animation learning media Web-based. Through the training of animation learning media Web-based, the teachers can improve their ability in applying various media. Skill training method in making an animation media-based uses; (1) speech method is used to deliver the material theoretically about the concept of Early Childhood Education and the learning characteristics, (2) discussion method is used by the Early Childhood Education’s teachers to discuss about how to make an animation media web-based, (3) experiment/ practice method is used to train the Early Childhood Education’s teachers in having an ability in making an animation media, each teacher tries to create an animation media web-based directly. The subject of this research is the 21 teachers, taken from each delegation of the Early Childhood Education Institution in Koto Tangah, Padang. The result of this research for the community can be described: (1) Early Childhood Education’s teachers comprehend characteristics and learning strategies for early childhood, (2) some of them have already skilled, creative in creating web-based animation learning media. It is suggested to the school to always motivate and facilitate the Early Childhood Education’s teachers in creating a good learning media following the advancement of science and technology. The Early Childhood Education’s teachers are expected to have continuous training to improve their creativity in creating a good and varies learning media.

This research is motivated by the role of Pendidikan Kesetaraan Kejar Paket (A, B, and C) in completing the 9-year compulsory education. However, in the implementation of the Kejar Paket there are still many problems faced. The research objective was to describe the difficulty of implementing Kejar Paket in North Sumatra, West Sumatra, and South Sumatra. Expost facto descriptive research type. The population of the study was that all subjects involved in the Kejar Paket were study residents, tutors, managers in three research locations. Samples were taken purposively for each study location. Data collection techniques are interviews, and the tools are interview guidelines. Data is processed in a quantitative descriptive manner. The research findings illustrate the low interest in learning as seen in the presence of learning citizens. Some tutors are recruited from Strata I and graduated from high school, so the learning approach is felt to be incompatible with learning in education outside school. Facilities and infrastructure used to use what is available at the venue for the activities. Some managers have not been so serious in managing learning activities. Learning materials for learning citizens are often too late for the study schedule, so tutors find it difficult to provide material to the learning community. Funding for learning activities is felt to be lacking. The standard of assessment to the learning community is felt to be very high, while the material provided has not supported the achievement of the expected results.

Adult education is one form of education which is implemented at outside of formal schooling. The targets of adult education implemented at outside of school which is an adult who has experience to attend formal education. The experienced from adult has related to the implementation of education that included an adult who has not received formal education, dropped out from formal school or for those who has never completed formal education, but the adult wants to increase their knowledge, skills and attitude that adult needs in his daily life. Adult education that implemented outside school should be based on learning needs that grow from within themselves, and not based on the influence of conditions from outside themselves. For the success of an adult learning activity, out-of-school education practitioners need to pay attention to the factors that affect adults in learning and should understand the assumptions about adults in learning. Among the assumptions of adult in learning is that adult has self-concepts. Adult self-concept among others has seemed themselves as independent people who are not dependent on others anymore. This self-concept as a guide for education practitioners to carry out learning activities for adults.

This study is motivated by the success of scouting activities at Vocational High School (SMKN) 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang Padang Pariaman Regency. Evident from the high interest of students participating in scout extracurricular activities compared to other extracurricular activities, scouting members participated, seriously participated in the activities, outstanding members participated in various competitions within the Province and outside the province. The researcher suspects the cause of the success of the activity due to the discipline of scout members. This type of study is descriptive quantitative. The population in the study were 82 scout members. The sampling technique uses Stratified Random Sampling. Samples were taken in each class as much as 60%, namely 49 members. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results of the study show the discipline of scout members from aspects (1) mental attitude, (2) implementation of rules, (3) behavior, categorized very well. It was proven that most students stated "often" from the statement given

This study is motivated by the success of innovation in the making of nutrition parks in the Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) Food Program in Jorong Parak Lubang Nagari Tanjuang Gadang in Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This study aims to describe the perceptions of dasawisma members on the innovation of making nutritional parks in PKK food programs which are seen from five characteristics of innovation: relative benefits, level of suitability, level of complexity, can be tried, the slow pace of results seen. This type of study is quantitative descriptive study. The population in this study were 80 people. The sample in this study was taken 50% of the population, namely 40 dasawisma members using cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires or questionnaires, while data analysis uses a percentage formula. The results showed that the perceptions of dasawisma members on the innovation of nutrition parks making activities on PKK food programs seen from (a) relative benefits showed very good, (b) the level of suitability showed very good, (c) the level of complexity showed very good, (d) can be tried showing very well, (e) the slow pace of results seen very good shows.

This study is motivated by the high rate of early marriage, drug abuse, and HIV/AIDS in West Sumatera in adolescents aged 10-24 years. This is allegedly due to the lack of attention of parents to adolescents of 12 years of compulsory education, parents' lack of attention to adolescence and lack of moral education to adolescents. This study aims to (1) Describe genre program planning, (2) Describe the success of genre programs, (3) relationship planning with success. This type of research is descriptive correlational with the population being PIK R adolescents in the GenRe program in the National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN) West Sumatera Province, amounting to 50 people. Samples were taken 10% of the population of 500 people. Sampling technique uses system random sampling. The data collection techniques are using questionnaires, and questionnaires as data collection tools. While the data analysis techniques in this study are using the percentage formula, and to see the relationship between them using Product Moment. The results of the study stated that (1) the implementation of the planning used by the ambassadors in the GenRe program in the West Sumatera provincial BKKBN was good enough, according to the teenagers' needs and strategies. (2) the success seen from the understanding, knowledge, and behavior of adolescent members of the PIK R on the GenRe program in the West Sumatra provincial BKKBN in daily life is quite good. (3) There is a significant relationship between the planning and success of the GenRe program in the BKKBN of West Sumatera province.

This research is motivated by the low interest of entrepreneurship of alumni of embroidery training at Lembaga Kursus Pelatihan (LKP) Muslimah Group of Solok City. This is allegedly due to lack of internal locus of control of embroidery alumni training. The purpose of this study is to describe (1) internal locus of control of embroidery alumni training, (2) interest in entrepreneurship of embroidery training alumni, and (3) relationship between internal locus of control with interest in entrepreneurship of embroidery training alumni. This type of research is correlational quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 60 people and a sample of 30 people. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study in the form of questionnaires, while data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using the formula percentage and product moment. The result of research shows that: (1) Locus of internal control of embroidery alumni is still low, (2) Interest in entrepreneurship of alumni of low embroidery training, and (3) There is a significant relationship between internal locus of control with entrepreneurship interest alumni embroidery training in LKP Muslimah Solok City Group.

The skills training for the society is motivated by the low ability of the tutors to write scientific work in the Non-Formal Education Unit (SPNF) in the region of Padang City. The purposes of scientific writing skills training are able to: (1) theoretically, to understand the methods of scientific writing, (2) theoretically, to write scientific works in accordance with scientific steps, and (3) practically, be able to write scientific/real work in the framework of developing a career as a tutor of learning. Speech, question and answer, discussion, and training methods are the methods that will be used in this training. The speech and question-answer methods are used to provide counseling and skills training to the tutors. Discussion is used to the fellow participants to learn each other and discuss the training material delivered by the instructor. Whereas, training is used to improve tutors learning a skill in writing scientific papers. The results obtained from this training that most of the tutors were able to: (1) theoretically, understand the methods of writing scientific, (2) theoretically write scientific papers based on the scientific step

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan budidaya ikan air tawar oleh Kelompok Tani Sejiwa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah metode random sampling. Populasinya berjumlah 40 orang, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah rumus persentase. Alat pengumpulan data adalah angket. Temuan dalam penelitian terlihat bahwa (1) strategi penyuluhan terhadap budidaya ikan air tawar oleh kelompok tani sejiwa di Jorong VI Sorik tergolong baik, (2) metode penyuluhan budidaya ikan air tawar oleh kelompok tani sejiwa di Jorong VI Sorik sudah dilakukan dengan baik, (3) evaluasi penyuluhan budidaya ikan air tawar oleh kelompok tani sejiwa di Jorong VI Sorik tergolong baik. Disarankan agar ketua dan anggota kelompok yang melakukan Kegiatan Budidaya Ikan Air Tawar untuk memasarkan hasil produksi di daerah lain, sehingga hasil yang didapat anggota kelompok lebih maksimal.Kata Kunci: Penyuluhan, Budidaya Ikan, Kelompok Tani

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keberhasilan PAUD Melati Pepaya dalam melaksanakan program di lembaganya yang terlihat dari prestasi yang diraih anak di setiap perlombaan. PAUD tersebut memiliki berbagai keunggulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengelolaan PAUD Melati Pepaya di Kecamatan Kuranji Kota Padang sehingga memunculkan siswa yang berprestasi. Pengelolaan yang dimaksud, dilihat dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi peneliti sebanyak 38 orang. Sampel terpilih 20 orang dijadikan responden. Jenis data penelitian tentang profil keberhasilan PAUD. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, alat yang digunakan kuesioner, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase. Temuan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa deskripsi profil PAUD Melati Pepaya Kecamatan Kuranji, dari aspek (1) Perencanaan tergolong baik, (2) Pelaksanaan tergolong baik, dan (3) Evaluasi tergolong baik. Dapat disarankan kepada pengelola PAUD agar terus memberikan dukungan dan bimbingan pada pendidik untuk lebih memaksimalkan kompetensi yang dimiliki pendidik khususnya dalam membuat perencanaan pembelajaran, PAUD Tunas Bangsa untuk mempertahankan dan lebih meningkatkan pelayanan pada pendidikan dan perkembangan yang optimal bagi anak usia dini.

Today the development and progress in the field of science and technology (Science and Technology) are growing rapidly. Thanks to the development of advances in science and technology, humans can create tools and equipment that are more modern and great for various activities, so that in daily activities various facilities are available that enables humans to be helped to achieve goals. The development of science and technology that occurs in society will affect the education of children in the family. Parents as the first and foremost educators in the family should have tips and strategies to educate children in the era of information and communication technology. Artikel ini berawal dari fenomena rendahnya motivasi belajar ibu-ibu mengikuti kegiatan Majelis Taklim Al-baroqah Nagari Kampung Galapung Ulakan. Rendahnya motivasi belajar ini diduga kurang kondusifnya suasana belajar ibu-ibu mengikuti kegiatan Majelis Taklim Al-baroqah Nagari Kampung Galapung Ulakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menggambarkan suasana belajar ibu-ibu mengikuti kegiatan Majelis Taklim Al-baroqah, (2) menggambarkan motivasi belajar ibu-ibu mengikuti kegiatan Majelis Taklim Al-baroqah dan (3) melihat hubungan antara suasana belajar dengan motivasi belajar ibu-ibu mengikuti kegiatan Majelis Taklim Al-baroqah Nagari Kampung Galapung Ulakan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua anggota majelis taklim Al-Baroqah berjumlah 50 orang dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Cara peneliti mendapatkan berkas menggunakan instrumen penelitian, sementara untuk mengetahui jawaban dari responden dengan cara memberikan daftar pertanyaan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peneliti. Cara mengolah berkas penelitian ini dengan cara kategori dan korelasi. Dapat disimpulkan dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa (1) suasana belajar Ibu-ibu mengikuti kegiatan majelis taklim Al-Baroqah masih kurang kondusif, (2) motivasi belajar Ibu-ibu mengikuti kegiatan majelis taklim Al-Baroqah masih rendah, dan (3) adanya kaiatan yang sangat kuat antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Untuk itu peneliti menyarankan kepada: (1) pengelola majelis taklim Al-baroqah, agar menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif dan menyenangkan. (2) anggota majelis taklim, agar meningkatkan motivasi belajarnya.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya motivasi orang tua memasukkan anaknya ke MDTA Baitul Ilmi di Jorong Tanjung Balik. Kurangnya motivasi orang tua ini diduga kurang memahami tentang tentang MDTA. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar bisa (1) mendeskripsikan pemahaman orang tua tentang MDTA, (2) mendeskripsikan motivasi orang tua memasukkan anaknya ke MDTA, dan (3) melihat hubungan antara pemahaman orang tua terhadap MDTA dengan motivasi memasukkan anaknya ke MDTA. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk tipe kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah orang tua (ibu) berjumlah 83 orang yang tercatat sebagai warga Jorong Tanjung Balik, memiliki anak usia 6-12 tahun, dan tidak memasukkan anaknya ke MDTA Baitul Ilmi di Jorong Tanjung Balik. Penarikan sampel yang digunakan ialah teknik stratified random sampling sebanyak 42% sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan soal tes dalam bentuk angket, sedangkan alat pengumpulan data berupa daftar pertanyaan dan pernyataan. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini memakai rumus persentase dan product moment. Penelitain ini memperoleh hasil yang menyatakan bahwa (1) pemahaman orang tua tentang MDTA masih rendah, (2) motivasi orang tua memasukkan anaknya ke MDTA juga masih rendah, serta (3) didapatkan hubungan signifikan antara pemahaman orang tua terhadap MDTA dengan motivasi memasukkan anaknya ke MDTA Baitul Ilmi di Jorong Tanjung Balik.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya minat masyarakat untuk mengikuti kegiatan simpan pinjam, hal ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya keikutsertaan masyarakat dari tahun ketahun dalam mengikuti simpan pinjam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran pengelolaan program nasional pemberdayaan masyarakat menurut peserta. Jenis Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan populasi 50 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode claster random samplin, cara pengambilannya di tarik 50% dari jumlah populasi, jadi sampel diambil 50% dari 50 pengelola PNPM Mandiri menjadi 25 orang anggota PNPM Mandiri tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah angket dan alat pengumpulan data adalah quisioner. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan persentase dan product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) pengelolaan program nasional pemberdayaan masyarakat (PNPM) Mandiri menurut peserta dilihat dari aspek perencanaan sangat baik, (2) pengelolaan program nasional pemberdayaan masyarakat (PNPM) Mandiri menurut peserta dilihat dari aspek pengorganisasian sangat baik, (3) pengelolaan program nasional pemberdayaan masyarakat (PNPM) Mandiri menurut peserta dilihat dari aspek penggerakan sangat baik, (4) pengelolaan program nasional pemberdayaan masyarakat (PNPM) Mandiri menurut peserta dilihat dari aspek pengawasan sangat baik, (5) pengelolaan program nasional pemberdayaan masyarakat (PNPM) Mandiri menurut peserta dilihat dari aspek penilaian sangat baik, (6) pengelolaan program nasional pemberdayaan masyarakat (PNPM) Mandiri menurut peserta dilihat dari aspek pengembangan sangat baik, dimana r hasil lebih besar dari r tabel. Saran dalam penelitian ini; Kepada semua pihak yang terkait di dalam lembaga agar mempertahankan pengelolaan program sehingga keberhasilan lembaga bisa berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan dari lembaga.

This research is motivated by the low awareness of souvenir merchants about tourism. It aims to produce a module development on tourism awareness for souvenir merchants which explore tourism awareness, tourism awareness improvement modules, content validity testing, convenience testing, module effectiveness testing, and the process of developing a tourism awareness module. The research uses a development approach with qualitative method. Tourism awareness data sources were obtained from souvenir merchants; tourism-awareness modules through Focus Group Discussion; validity test data and module practicality from education experts; city market service and testing module effectiveness from souvenir merchants. The research describes the low tourism-awareness of souvenir merchant, the making of tourism-awareness modules as guidelines for souvenir merchants to participate in advancing the tourism area, and the validity of contents of tourism-awareness development module and module practicality test with a good result. In addition, tourism-awareness modules have proven effective to improve tourist-awareness of souvenir merchants and tourist-awareness modules design based on the behavior that must own to be able to actively participate in developing Bukittinggi City as a tourist area.

This research was motivated by the phenomenon of the success of the fashion program at the Modeste Dolly Women's Skills Institute in the City of Bukittinggi. This is evidenced by the good learning outcomes of the learning community. Researchers suspect that the cause of the success of the fashion program occurred because of the good learning strategies used by the instructor. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 55 people studying fashion programs. The sampling technique used is cluster sampling. Samples were taken in each class as much as 50%, namely as many as 28 people. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire. While the data collection tool uses a list of statements. The data analysis technique uses a percentage formula. The results showed that the instructor's learning strategy from aspects (1) of learning activities, (2) learning methods, (3) learning media were categorized as very good. This is evidenced by the majority of learning citizens expressing "always and often" from each statement given. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that the instructor be able to maintain and improve the learning strategy used to further improve the learning outcomes of the students studying the fashion program at the Future Institute of Modeste Dolly Women's Skills in the future.

The low interest in entrepreneurship of graduates of BLK Padang barista training, which is thought to be due to the low achievement of barista training graduates at BLK Padang, is the background of this research. Objectives (1) aim to excel (2) describe interest in entrepreneurship (3) describe the relationship between achievement motivation and entrepreneurial interest for barista trainer graduates. The approach in this study is a quantitative correlational type. In this study, the population was 64 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling, the 50% sample consisted of 32 people. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used theoretical theory, percentage and Spearman Rho. This study found that (1) achievement motivation was categorized as moderate. (2) the entrepreneurship interest of the barista training students is categorized as moderate. (3) There is a significant relationship between achievement motivation and the interest of graduates of barista training at BLK Padang.

This research was motivated by the performance of graduates of the family planning counseling training at the West Sumatra BKKBN which was categorized as good. This is the implementation of activities that are carried out well even with the use of new methods applied. The objectives of this study are (1) to see the work ability of graduates from family planning extension training at BKKBN West Sumatra (2) to see the work motivation of graduates from training to family planning extension workers at BKKBN West Sumatra (3) to examine the work environment of graduates from training for family planning extension workers at BKKBN West Sumatra This research is a research with a quantitative approach and the type of this research is descriptive. The population in this study were 29 people, the sampling technique was stratified random sampling and taken as many as 75% or consisted of 22 people. Techniques in data collection using written statements (questionnaires) and data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the performance of graduates from training for family planning extension workers at BKKBN West Sumatra. Judging from the sub-variables, the work ability is categorized as good. (2) the performance of BKKBN family planning instructor training graduates in West Sumatra. Judging from the sub-variables of work motivation, it is categorized as good. (3) the performance of BKKBN family planning instructor training graduates in West Sumatra. Judging from the sub-variables the work environment is categorized as good. It is hoped that further researchers will be able to examine new variables so that they can complete the variables in their research.

This research is motivated by the low learning motivation of the Haus Public Speaking training participants in Padang City, this is presumably because it has something to do with the andragogical competence of the Trainer in the Haus Public speaking Training in Padang City. This study aims to see an overview of the andragogical competence of the trainer, the description of learning motivation, and the relationship between the andragogical competence of the trainer and the learning motivation of the participants in the Haus Public Speaking training in Padang City. The approach to this research is quantitative with descriptive correlational research. The population in this study was 25 participants in the Haus Public Speaking training in Padang City and a sample of 70%, namely 17 people. The sampling technique was random sampling. In this study, data collection using a questionnaire or questionnaire with the data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire guide. The data analysis technique in this study used a percentage formula and rank-order correlation. The results of this study indicate that the andragogical competence of the trainer is quite low, the learning motivation of the participants is still low, and there is a significant relationship between the andragogical competence of the trainer and the learning motivation of the public speaking training participants. Suggestions are to the managers of the public speaking training program to further improve the quality of learning in public speaking training. To trainers, so they can improve their competence as educators, especially andragogical competence in public speaking training. This research is motivated by the success of the community in the KB village in making recycled waste handicrafts into souvenirs so that these handicrafts can support the family economy and improve the community's economy. The success of this activity is the ability of the instructor and manager of PKBM Farilla Ilmi in empowering the community. In this activity, the residents of KB village can to get the proceeds from the sale of waste recycling crafts of approximately Rp. 500,000 a month. This study aims to describe community empowerment through PKW crafts to recycle waste into souvenirs seen from the aspects of knowledge, aspects of skills, and aspects of mental attitudes. The research approach is qualitative, with the type of research is a case study. Sources of data in this study consisted of mothers from the KB Bangau Putih village as research subjects and instructors and managers as research informants. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The data validity technique used source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that community empowerment through PKW crafts for recycling waste into souvenirs is very good, this can be seen from: (1) Aspects of knowledge obtained from the results that community empowerment through PKW recycled crafts into souvenirs can be seen increasing public knowledge about processing waste into useful items. (2) In the aspect of skills, the results show that community empowerment through PKW crafts to recycle waste into souvenirs shows that people's skills in processing waste have increased. This research was motivated by the low learning motivation of students of package C class XI in computer subjects in PKBM SAKATO, Bayang district, Pesisir Selatan. This is presumably because it has something to do with the learning enviroment in PKBM SAKATO, Bayang district, Pesisir Selatan. This study aims to look at the description of learning motivation, learning environment and the relationship between learning motivation and learning environment of package C class XI students in computer subject at PKBM SAKATO, Bayang District, Pesisir Selatan. This type of research is quantitative research that is descriptive corerelational. The study population was 40 students of package C in PKBM SAKATO, Bayang district and a sample of 75% namely 30 people with the sampling technique is a random sample. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with the data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used the formula for the percentage of product moment correlation. The results of this study show that the learning environment of students is categorized as less conducive, then the learning motivation of students in the package C class XI in PKBM SAKATO is still categorized as low, this can be observed through the answers that have been given by respondents to the indicators of the statements that were examined. Then there is a significant relationship between the learning environment and the learning motivation of the XI class C package students in PKBM SAKATO. Suggestions to the management of the SAKATO PKBM institution to further improve the qualityy of the environment for learning. This research background by the low willingness of adolescent learning at Jorong Galagah, subdistrict Lembah Gumanti, of Solok district. This is condition think because still low guidance from parents. So this research aims to describe parent guidance, describe the willingness of adolescents to learn, and then look correlation between parent guidance with the willingness of adolescents learning. This research is quantitative with correlation type. The sampling technique used in this research is stratified random sampling. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire and using product moment formula to look correlation between parent guidance with the willingness of adolescents learning. The result of research point out that: (1 ) parental guidance on adolescents at Jorong Galagah, subdistrict Lembah Gumanti, of Solok district is still very low. (2) the willingness of adolescent learning at Jorong Galagah, subdistrict Lembah Gumanti, of Solok district classified in the low category. (3) there is a significant correlation between parent guidance with the willingness of adolescents learning at Jorong Galagah, subdistrict Lembah Gumanti, of Solok district. This community service was because many homemakers had much free time, but they did not yet have productive activities that could help adding the family income. Therefore, they were put in a program and trained to sew bajukurung. The aim was to have the women skillfully so that they were motivated to work hard and eager to open their own sewing business. The participants of the program were 17 homemakers living at Parupuk Raya Air Tawar Barat. The methods used in the program were: a) counseling; it was to prepare the participants to have a motivation, passion and characters, b) experiment; used to train the participants to be skillful in sewing bajukurung, begin with the measurement, cutting, and then sewing. This research is motivated by the high independence of children, it is suspected a relationship with the cultivation of independence given to the child. The purpose of this study illustrates the cultivation of independence in children by parents in the family in Jorong Giri Maju Pasaman Barat Regency, through the cultivation of child self-confidence, planting the child's habituation, and planting communications with children. This research is motivated by the lack of knowledge of high school drop-out youth about Paket C in PKBM Titian Amanah. This research is motivated by the success of entrepreneurship cooking skill. The purpose of this study was to describe the responses of learners to instructional communication of cooking instructor in cooking instruction in the explanation of learning materials, initial ability assessment, strategy setting, and feedback. The purpose of the study is described about tourism awareness and learning of souvenir merchants. The research approach used is qualitative. The subject is souvenir merchant which determined by the government. Data collection techniques used were observations and conducted interviews with merchants souvenir. Interviews were conducted by the people who were around them. Especially, who knew their participation for advancing the tourism area. The research findings are: (1) the description about tourism awareness of souvenir merchant, a part of them were giving the suggestion to increase the security in tourist area, (2) a small number of them was participated in maintaining the cleanliness facilities, maintaining the orderliness, cleanliness of the tourist area as a market, (3) a small number of them, less on serving the customers well, and less pacakaged product, (4) Just a little program available to learn the tourism awareness of them conducted by the government.

This research is motivated by the low motivation of entrepreneurship that is owned by graduates of life skills education in the field of fashion skills in learning activities in the District of Lima Puluh Kota, seen from 30 graduates who only a few people who are entrepreneurs. Researchers suspect that the cause of the low motivation for entrepreneurship in graduates of Life Skills education is due to the lack of adversity intelligence possessed by graduates. This study aims to describe the relationship between adversity intelligence and entrepreneurial motivation for life skills education graduates in fashion management skills. This research is a quantitative research with a correlational type. The population in this study were 30 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, a sample of 65% as many as 19 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data collection tools using a list of statements (questionnaires). This research is motivated by the achievements reached on the scout activities by the students of SMA Negeri 2 Padang Panjang. Perhaps, one of the factors is caused by social interaction done by the students. This study is aimed to describe the students social interaction viewed from Students’ cooperation in Boy Scouts, Students’ competition in Boy Scouts, and Students’ accommodation in Boy Scout at Scout Extracurricular Activities at SMA Negeri 2 Padang panjang. This research is quantitative descriptive design. The population of this study is the students who follow the scout numbered 40 students. Sample is 50%, that is about 20 students. This study uses stratified random sampling. Technique data collection of this research is questionnaires, with a sheet of questionnaire data collection (questionnaire). Technique of data anlysis is the formula percentage. The result of this research found that (1) students’ cooperation in Boy Scouts in SMA Negeri 2 Padang Panjang is categorized is good, (2) students’ competition in Boy Scouts at SMA Negeri 2 Padang Panjang is categorized is good, and (3) students’ accommodation in scout is categorized is good.Keywords: Social Interaction, Scout Extracurricular

This research was motivated by Mathematics learning learning activities that went well. It can be seen from the high learning outcomes of learning citizens. The purpose of this study is to describe professional competencies including (1) mastering the concepts and mindset of science that underlie the subject matter, (2) developing learning material, (3) developing professionalism in a sustainable manner, (4) utilizing information and communication technology to develop themselves. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in the study amounted to twenty and samples of fifteen people. The sampling technique in this research is random sampling method. Data collection techniques and tools used are interviews and interview guidelines. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The findings of this study indicate that the professional competence of instructors according to learning citizens in the teaching and learning process of Mathematics is very good, it includes the following four aspects: (1) mastering the concepts and scientific mindset that underlie the subject matter, (2) developing the subject matter, (3) develop professionalism in a sustainable manner, (4) utilize information and communication technology to develop themselves.It is recommended for instructors to keep maintaining and improving professional competencies that are already good in the future.
