The study analyzed 58 articles from leading international journals from 2015 to 2024. The research found significant trends, such as more publications appearing in 2023, indicating a growing interest in sustainable economic practices. The research exhibited that the United States led the way in contributions, followed by China, the UK, Spain, and Australia, each of which demonstrated an essential role in the advancement of blue technologies. Key research areas include “Blue Economy,” “Innovation,” “Sustainable Development,” “Environmental Economics,” “Climate Change,” and “Sustainability.” All these fields display a strong desire to combine economic activity with consideration of environmental aspects. Notably, much of the research was conducted by smaller institutions, which emphasizes extensive field cooperation. New themes, such as “Blue Taxation,” “Blue Digital Value Co-Creation,” and “Blue Digital Finance,” are attracting increasing attention, showing creative ways and technological advances to support sustainability. This study suggests conducting research involving multiple disciplines, studying creative financing methods, maintaining policy stability, addressing socio- economic disparities, utilizing technology and innovation, and cooperating with people around the world. The purpose of these insights is to aid future research and practice, foster advances in technology and innovation in the Blue Economy, and ensure economic growth in harmony with environmental sustainability.

Mobile payment services like OVO and digital wallets have become increasingly popular in today’s fast-paced technology environment. Using the Push-Pull-Mooring (PPM) framework, this study investigates the factors that lead students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) to migrate from alternative fintech payment systems to OVO. Purposive sampling was used to gather data from 400 respondents, and SPSS Version 21.0 was used for multiple regression analysis. The results show that switching intentions are strongly encouraged by both push and pull effects, with the former encouraging consumers to abandon other services and the latter drawing them to OVO. On the other hand, the anchoring effect acts as a significant disincentive, encouraging consumers to stick with their existing mobile payment providers. This implies that OVO’s attractiveness to UMY students is comparable to other options while still being competitive. In the very competitive fintech sector, mobile payment companies need to constantly innovate and improve the quality of their services to keep users.

Programs for student mobility have grown in importance as part of international higher education. as technology develops, student mobility programs also go through major changes that affect how these programs are created, conducted, and accessed. This research reviews literature related to student mobility programs and technological use published in the reputable international journal Scopus. This methodology uses a systematic literature review and mapping study approach. The results of the review show that the trends in using technology for student mobility program activities are related to skills, personal maturity, professionalism and self-confidence while providing provisions for building student careers. Apart from that, technology in student mobility program activities is benefited in terms of governance of mobility programs. In addition, future trends related to studies of the relationship between technology and student mobility programs are related to issues of academic outcomes, school climate, customer analytics, and global skill opportunities. Therefore, this study is significant for exploring the linkage between technology use and pursuing student mobility programs.

This research aims to investigate the impact of advertising on Instagram on consumer purchase intentions using the Scopus database, covering the time from 2015 to 2024. Furthermore, this research provides recommendations for additional potential domains of investigation and advances in this discipline. Utilizing VOSviewer software, 50 articles underwent bibliometric analysis to visualize patterns such as keyword occurrences. The research underscores the dominance of quantitative methodologies, comprising 84% of the research approaches, while qualitative methods remain underexplored. The findings highlight that consumer purchase intentions are influenced by complex factors, including consumer behavior, brand strategy, social media, advertising, and product involvement, and several trend issues were obtained, including time risk, brand awareness, Gen Z, attitude, online advertising, brand strategy, and consumer behavior. Understanding these dynamics is crucial for marketers to design effective strategies that attract and fulfill consumer needs, ultimately driving profitable purchasing decisions. The study suggests a critical need for future research to integrate qualitative approaches and deepen exploration into the impact of Instagram advertising on consumer behavior, providing insights for more effective marketing strategies and scientific advancements in this field.

The objective of this investigation is to examine bibliometric attributes associated with and the interplay between digital policy, governance sustainability, and student online shopping behavior through Instagram, utilizing data from the Scopus database spanning the period from 2014 to 2024. This paper presents recommendations for prospective avenues of study and advancement in this domain. Employing VOSviewer software, 30 articles underwent bibliometric scrutiny, facilitating the visualization of patterns such as keyword co-occurrence. The findings revealed a conspicuous constraint in the exploration of sustainable digital governance influencing student online shopping, which remains underexplored. The most researched topics are online shopping (70%), e-commerce (13,33%), students (10%), e-lifestyle (3,33%), and e-service (3,33%).
