Fatigue increases the tendency of poor train driving strategy decision. Decision making in cognitive overload and cognitive underload situation mostly outputs bad decisions. Accordingly, train driver’s cognitive function is required to be sTable during travel so that they can give correct response at a given situation. This study constructs a conceptual framework for cognitive workload management (CWM) of train driver by taking the energy expenses from cognition into the account. This study combines objective and subjective cognitive workload analysis to evaluate train driver duty readiness. The objective load analysis was performed through energy level approximation based on neuronal dynamics simulation from 76 brain regions. The cognitive energy expenditure (CEE) calculated from neuron action potential (NAP) and the ion-membrane current (IMC) from the simulation results. The cognitive load (CL) approximated by converts the continuous time-based CEE to discrete frequency-based CL using Fourier series. The subjective cognitive workload obtained from train simulation results followed by 27 participants. The participants fill the questionnaire based on their simulated journey experience. The results of the evaluation used to build readiness evaluation classifier based on control chart. The control chart evaluation helps the management to determine weekly rest period and daily short rest period treatment base on each train driver workload. The CWM framework allows different recovery treatment to be applied to each train driver. The impact of the CWM application is the performance of train drivers are kept stable. Thus, the CWM framework based on CEE is useful to prevent physical and mental fatigue

The use of pottery pans lowers the roasting temperature and gives the product a more favorable taste. This study uncovers the role of pottery particle on chlorogenic acid (CGA) decomposition during roasting process. This study aims to design pottery pans and the roasting process that optimize the CGA content and quality of the coffee using Indonesian traditional ceramics from Banyuwangi, East java named Kreweng. The pottery was ground to between 74–1000 µm before activation. The elemental, phase, and morphology characterization performs on the coffee bean. The morphology characteristic of the pottery observed further using digital imaging technique to unravel the pores and boundaries. The impact of the pottery usage for coffee roasting also tested through coffee product pH measurement. The pottery morphology determines coffee product acidity. The smaller the pottery catalyst particle size results in more acid coffee. The pore and grain boundary concentration increases as the particle size decreases. At the same time, the Si/Al ratio was higher at the smaller catalyst particle size with higher porosity, grain boundaries, and absorption. The porosity and defects reveal the negatively charged faces of the pottery crystal edges. The charged faces revealed due to the pottery crystal vibration in response to heat during roasting process. The effectiveness of surface contact is greater due to the distribution of negative charges around the pores that attract OH- side of CGA. This interaction traps hydrogen proton on catalyst conductive surface. As a result, the CGA decomposes into several groups of atoms and molecules including H2 and CO2. The interaction with the catalyst transforms the macronutrient into aliphatic acid. Therefore, roasting media with a higher Si/Al ratio at smaller particle sizes with high micropores will increase the rate of decomposition and the acidity of coffee products., Використання глиняних сковорідок знижує температуру обсмажування та надає продукту приємнішого смаку. Це дослідження спрямоване на розробку керамічних каструль та процесу обсмажування, які оптимізують вміст ХГК та якість кави з використанням традиційної індонезійської кераміки з Баньюванги, Кревенг, Східна Ява. Кераміка була подрібнена до 74–1000 мкм перед активацією. Елементна, фазова та морфологічна характеристики виконуються на кавовому зерні. Морфологія, характерна для кераміки, спостерігалася далі з використанням техніки цифрового зображення, щоб виявити пори та межі. Вплив використання глиняного посуду на обсмажування кави також було перевірено за допомогою вимірювання рН кавового продукту. Морфологія кераміки визначає кислотність кавового продукту. Чим менший розмір частинок глиняного каталізатора, тим кислішою буде кава. Концентрація пір і меж зерен збільшується зі зменшенням розміру частинок. У той же час відношення Si/Al було вищим при меншому розмірі частинок каталізатора з більшою пористістю, межами зерен та поглинанням. Пористість та дефекти виявляють негативно заряджені грані граней керамічного кристала. Заряджені грані проявляються через вібрацію керамічного кристала у відповідь тепло під час процесу випалу. Ефективність поверхневого контакту є більшою за рахунок розподілу негативних зарядів навколо пір, що притягають OH- частинки ХГК. Ця взаємодія захоплює протон водню на провідній поверхні каталізатора. В результаті ХГК розпадається на кілька груп атомів та молекул, включаючи H2 та CO2. Взаємодія з каталізатором перетворює макроелемент на аліфатичну кислоту. Таким чином, середовище для обсмажування з більш високим співвідношенням Si/Al за менших розмірів частинок з великими мікропорами збільшить швидкість розкладання та кислотність кавових продуктів.

Train is a high efficiency mass transportation which is suitable to increase life quality and support of high citizen mobility. The purpose of this paper is to produce some recommendations of improved railway carriage design which are accessible for disabilities, ergonomics and economics. Firstly, the research started with theoretical studies on the product design development, House of Quality (HoQ), visual displays design, anthropometry, and the needs of disabilities. Next step collected data from the open survey and then form the closed survey of 30 respondents who has physical disabilities and visual impairment to understand the passengers’ need. The results of voice of customers shown that an easy access of disabilities people in the carriage has the biggest negative gap between reality and expectation for 1.16 and then following by space availability of wheelchair for 1.10, the seat numbering for visual impairments passengers=0.85, and the ease of emergency aid=0.71. The HoQ provided analysis of room 1 for customer needs, room 2 for voice of team design, room 3 for relationship matrix, room 4 for benchmarking, room 5 for technical benchmarking, room 6 for correlation matrix, and room 7 for weighted importance and relative importance. The QED results shown that the first rank of relatives importance was distance between seat with score=0.618, the second was colour on seat numbering and train series=0.561, and the third was emergency button=0.439. New design recommendation of carriage design should contain of modified seat layouts, improved wheelchair and aisle space, added guiding blocks, emergency assistance buttons, additional folding chairs, and handrail adjustments. Alternative designs were successfully created and able to increase the seat number of the railway coach., Поїзд – це високоефективний громадський транспорт, який підходить для підвищення якості життя та підтримки високої мобільності городян. Метою цієї статті є розробка деяких рекомендацій щодо вдосконаленої конструкції залізничного вагонів, доступних для людей з обмеженими можливостями, ергономіки та економіки. Насамперед, дослідження почалося з теоретичних досліджень щодо розробки дизайну продукту, Будинку якості (HoQ), дизайну візуальних дисплеїв, антропометрії та потреб людей з обмеженими можливостями. На наступному етапі було зібрано дані відкритого опитування, а потім сформовано закрите опитування 30 респондентів з обмеженими фізичними можливостями та порушеннями зору, щоб зрозуміти потреби пасажирів. Результати опитування клієнтів показали, що найбільший негативний розрив між реальністю та очікуваннями має зручність доступу інвалідів у вагоні для 1,16, потім слідує наявність місця для інвалідного візка для 1,10, нумерація місць для пасажирів з порушеннями зору – 0,85, та легкість надання невідкладної допомоги – 0,71. HoQ надав аналіз кімнати 1 для потреб клієнтів, кімнати 2 для голосу команди, кімнати 3 для матриці відносин, кімнати 4 для порівняльного аналізу, кімнати 5 для технічного порівняльного аналізу, кімнати 6 для кореляційної матриці та кімнати 7 для зваженої важливості та відносної важливості. Результати QED показали, що першим рангом за важливістю родичів була відстань між сидіннями з оцінкою=0,618, другим – колір у нумерації місць та серія поїздів=0,561, а третім – кнопка екстреного виклику=0,439. Нові рекомендації щодо дизайну конструкції вагона повинні містити змінене розташування сидінь, покращений простір для інвалідних візків та проходів, додані напрямні блоки, кнопки екстреної допомоги, додаткові складні стільці та регулювання поручнів. Було успішно створено альтернативні конструкції, здатні збільшити кількість місць у вагоні.

The role of the Association of Southeast Asia Nations (ASEAN) small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as the regional socioeconomic stabilizer is inseparable from endogenous multisector collaboration. Indonesian SMEs struggled with Industry 4.0 adoption due to the lower digital infrastructure (DI) and digital literacy (DL) index. This study aims to develop a provisional model to explore the role of technology startups (TS) in covering the DI and DL of SMEs. The evaluation was through a simulation model of Indonesian SMEs’ collaboration with the government and TS. The developed model is a concurrent real-time integration of an agent-based model (ABM) with a causal loop diagram (CLD). The simulation results imply that SMEs’ collaboration with TS leads to the early adoption of Industry 4.0 that balances the business competition environment. The model also shows that exponentially rising government aid can help the SMEs into late adoption of Industry 4.0. However, SMEs are still unable to sustain the business competition. Thus, the integrative simulation model is a state-action planning model with each state result bounded to the previous state result. The initial input parameters determine the model behavior. Thus, the model is a good resiliency planner for SMEs’ Industry 4.0 adoption.

This study evaluates Indonesian SME collaboration dynamics with government and technology startup (TS). The integration of agent-based model and causal loop simulation were employed to assess the TS collaboration impact on SME Industry 4.0 adoption and SME competition with larger competitors. The simulation results imply the SME collaboration with TS can lead to early adoption of Industry 4.0 which balances the business competition environment. The model also shows rising the government aid exponentially can help the SME to late adoption of Industry 4.0 which unable to sustain the SME in business competition. Thus, the developed integrative simulation model is a state-action planning model with each state result bounded to the previous state result that determined by initial input parameters. Conclusively, the model can be used as a resiliency planner for SME Industry 4.0 adoption.

Tofu is main food in Indonesia and its waste generally pollutes the waters. This study aims to change the waste into energy by utilizing the electric charge in the pores of tofu waste to produce hydrogen in water. The tofu pore is negatively charged and the surface surrounding the pore has a positive charge. The positive and negative electric charges stretch water molecules that have a partial charge. With the addition of a 12V electrical energy during electrolysis, water breaks down into hydrogen. The test was conducted on pre-treated tofu waste suspension using oxalic acid. The hydrogen concentration was measured by a MQ-8 hydrogen sensor. The result shows that the addition of turmeric together with sodium bicarbonate to tofu waste in water, hydrogen production increased more than four times. This is due to the fact that magnetic field generated by delocalized electron in aromatic ring in turmeric energizes all electrons in the pores of tofu waste, in the sodium bicarbonate, and in water that boosts hydrogen production. At the same time the stronger partial charge in natrium bicarbonate shields the hydrogen proton from strong attraction of tofu pores. These two combined effect are very powerful for larger hydrogen production in water by tofu waste.
