Abstract

Wir stehen an der Schwelle, dass eine elektronische Patientenakte in Deutschland eingeführt werden soll. Gleichzeitig stehen wir schon bei der Integration von Bilddateien des Ultraschallgeräts in das eigene Praxisinformationssystem (PIS) vor Herausforderungen. Ein Teil dieser Herausforderungen wird durch fehlende technische Kenntnisse, die für ein tieferes Verständnis hilfreich sind, und durch die in diesem Zusammenhang verwendete Terminologie verursacht. Unter Berücksichtigung der angestrebten Standardisierung von Schnittstellen im medizinischen Umfeld einer Allgemeinarztpraxis wie z.B. durch die Kassenärztliche Bundesvereinigung oder die Gematik soll mit diesem Beitrag die Terminologie für die notwendigen Netzwerkkomponenten einer Praxis dargestellt werden, damit mit den vielfältigen Dienstleistern in diesem Bereich mehr auf Augenhöhe gesprochen werden kann.

Abstract

The article is about a response from Larisa Wewetzer to the feedback from Dr. med. Johannes Hauswaldt and Wilfried Deiß regarding a previous post. The authors express their gratitude for the detailed feedback and explain that they focused their contribution on the technical networking in practice. They would have liked to elaborate further on the xDT interfaces but had to refrain from doing so due to the limited character count. The further development of BDT was discontinued in 2019, which is why they concentrated on the LDT and GDT standards. The classification systems SNOMED CT and TI were not part of the article. The authors support the suggestion of writing a series on these topics to stimulate discussion. [Extracted from the article]
