The flood is considered to be a phenomenon that consists of different, interlinked stages or phases. Each stage of flooding from flood hazard, through course itself up to after-rehabilitation actions, can be solved by methods of risk management and crisis. The methods propose systematic procedure of identification, analysis, risk assessment and proposal planning process to avert catastrophic situations. Each proposal contains design of logistic processes consisting of specific logistic elements and logistics processes of catastrophes. Catastrophic scenarios reflect the threat rate of protected interests by development of the risks rate that can be observed in the development curve of the life cycle of assessed risk and the development level of safety due to their causal relationship. Quick response to the catastrophic development is conditional to identification rate of the environment in which the catastrophic scenario is gradually enacted. Paper is focused on methodological approaches of layout design problems in mechatronic facilities such as IMS. For a long time, engineering design research has been focused on the development of various design theories, methodologies, methods, tools, and procedures. Engineers to more efficiently designed artefacts have subsequently used that design methods. However, as the artefacts have grown in complexity, the need for new methods has become obvious. Also, in a nowadays world, increased competition and globalisation require organizations to re-examine traditional product development strategies. While the difficulties in design synthesis are caused by a wide variety of issues, the complicatedness under problem size is so essential that it make procedural design knowledge insufficient to generate superior design solutions. In this paper are expressed the properties of the function represented the motion. The function is the solution of the certain differential equation. Apply to the transformation by the polar coordinates on the nonlinear differential equation of the second order we have the integral system equations for the expressed asymptotic properties of the solution in the implicit form. The paper deals with the problem of searching for the solution to a differential equation of the second order. Light is the one of factors wich creates comfort in rooms, as well it's a part of energy saving principles for administration building. In developed countries there is an artificial illumination indivisible part of everyday life. From energy point of view the artificial illumination is one of significant electrical energy consumption. The paper deals about how we can use computer intelligence for accommodation of illumination intensity in an internal working environment by development, experimental application of simulation methods and visualisation techniques. On point of economical view, illumination systems will be designed on the base of illumination-technical calculations, covering qualitative and quantitative parameters in the agreement of standards and achieving the electrical energy savings. Air quality significantly affects the state of the environment, human health, as well as individual ecosystems. This contribution deals with the assessment of air quality from big stationary source located in Eastern Slovakia. Our additional aim was to define the final order of the air pollution in selected monitored areas based on the level of air polluted by surveyed contamination substances. Lighting conditions in industrial operations are currently at a level, which in many cases does not satisfy the requirements set out by legislation and standards. Slovakia has highly energy-intensive industrial structure, where dominates the engineering industry. The proportion of electricity attributable to lighting is significant and not negligible. Installation and operation of energy efficient lighting systems is in most cases not yet considered a major priority, because the available funds are primarily used for the operation, modernization of production process, and other related activities, that are directly related to the production, and the existence of industrial enterprises and institutions. This paper presents new trends and progressive strategies to reduce energy consumption of lighting systems. In new installations energy efficient lighting costs are little more to provide than the older less efficient kind, but consumption of energy are lower, economical and environmental friendly.
