With the rapid development of construction projects, more and more engineering corruption problems have emerged. Therefore, this paper proposes a SEIR (susceptible-exposed-infected-recovered) based corruption model to better understand the propagation process of corruption cases in construction projects. In this model, the data samples are collected from the 2018 Engineering Corruption Case Judgment Document, the propagation parameters are obtained through actual case analysis with the help of complex networks, the change process and key influencing factors of actual nodes in engineering corruption cases are simulated by Python. The study results indicate that the personnel conforms to the “4–9 transmission law,” in which the early stage is a period of high incidence of corruption cases. The network of corruption cases is somewhat vulnerable, and its spread is about minus 8 times the change in crackdown rate and 10 times the change in infection rate. The variation range of the susceptible population S and the removed person R in the propagation simulation curve can predict the relationship between corruption infection rate and crackdown rate, which can provide theoretical guidance for preventing the occurrence of corruption.

The aims of this paper are to present a new model to calculate the maximum equilibrium road network capacity and obtain the associated optimal origin-destination (i.e. OD) flow pattern for a general road network with given network topology and link attributes. First, the Static Congested Traffic Assignment (SCTA) is introduced to describe the network where all used routes are in a congested state. Congested Equilibrium Travel Times (CETTs) between OD pairs obtained by the SCTA model are regarded as the corresponding upper limits of actual equilibrium travel times which are called Uncongested Equilibrium Travel Times (UETTs) and derived from the traditional Static Uncongested Traffic Assignment (SUTA) model. The main idea of modeling is that the total OD flows can be maximized by flexibly scaling and adjusting OD flows of each individual OD pairs to make the UETTs of all OD pairs reach their upper limits (i.e. CETTs). Next, a novel equilibrium road network capacity model is built by combining the SUTA and the SCTA models. Then, the equivalency condition and the solution uniqueness of the proposed model are proved. The paper moves on to provide two solution algorithms together with an analysis of the model characteristics. Finally, through three numerical examples, it is demonstrated that the proposed model can obtain the unique equilibrium network capacity with the given network topology and associated link attributes. The optimal OD flow pattern, which leads to the maximum total OD flows, is thus obtained. The findings in the paper can help to improve the utilization of road networks and contribute to land development planning and control.

In order to extract the vehicle trajectory on the urban road network and provide data basis and technical support for analyzing the balance of supply and demand of urban traffic, the method to extract the vehicle trajectory which is based on intersection bayonet data will be constructed. Firstly, the daily travel trajectory of the vehicle can be obtained by using the data of intersection bayonet and the method of license plate grouping and time order sorting. Secondly, considering the relationship between link travel time and the vehicle to achieve the separation of the vehicle trajectory chain. Finally, the decision indicator of high-grade road proportion will be used to improve the TOPSIS method, and the approach based on the TOPSIS method will be built to reconstruct vehicle trajectory and infer the trajectory of the lost point which is generated by the heuristic depth-first directional algorithm. The paper chooses Suning County in China as an example to verify the reliability of the above approach. Moreover, it is found that the approach can effectively achieve the extraction, separation, and reconstruction of the vehicle trajectory.

In order to analyze the impact of different driver types and passenger types on the taxi transportation system, a simulation method is applied to reproduce the process of driver and passenger matching in the taxi market. According to the driver’s decision-making way, drivers were divided into three types: searching for the closest passenger in sight, searching for the most profitable passenger per hour by taxi-hailing app, searching for the closest passenger by taxi-hailing app. According to passenger travel characteristics, passengers are classified into ordinary passengers, congested passengers, short-distance passengers and marginal passengers. Formulate passenger taxi generation, passenger disappearance, driver decision, taxi parade, taxi pick-up passengers on board, taxi to transport passenger rules. Select passenger’s waiting time, driver’s search time, driver’s income, taxi’s empty rate, taxi’s status, number of specific passengers disappeared, ratio of disappeared passengers’ number to total disappeared number as evaluation indexes. Research shows that different types of drivers and passengers will have different impacts on the taxi transportation system. Using taxi-hailing app can help improve the taxi transportation system. Searching for the closest passenger by taxi-hailing app mode can improve passenger’s actual load efficiency while ensuring the driver’s income. It will not screen and eliminate special passengers and improve the fairness of passenger travel. Therefore, it is recommended drivers search for the closest passenger by taxi-hailing app.

Gathering real-time tracking for Charge-discharge voltage and temperature values of lithium iron phosphate battery.We can take full advantage of the charge-discharge characteristics of the battery to optimize battery usage, and ultimately improve the efficiency of the battery. The battery performance test system designed in this paper is based on STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as the microprocessor, connecting the two pieces of AD7888 chip to achieve A/D acquisition and conversion, temperature measurement is connected to the temperature sensor through analog switches CD4051, collection of data via USB bus communications chips CH340T transferred to the host computer. The internal resistance of the battery can be calculated according to the difference between the former DC discharge and post-discharge voltage, obtaining the battery capacity by using the chargedischarge current and the time, the results show: the charge and discharge of the current and voltage difference caused by its internal resistance cannot be ignored and need to real-time correction; if need fast charging, select the constant current mode; when batteries are being stored for a long time, the battery voltage should be remained in the most stable discharge interval to ensure stable performance of the battery. Background Accumulating evidence suggests the pro-inflammatory cytokine interleukin-6 (IL-6) in tumor microenvironment may promote the development of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, the underlying mechanism remains largely unknown. Methods The expression and promoter activity of lncTCF7 were measured by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) and luciferase reporter assay. The function of the STAT3 binding site in the lncTCF7 promoter region was tested by luciferase reporter assay with nucleotide substitutions. The binding of STAT3 to the lncTCF7 promoter was confirmed by chromatin immunoprecipitation assay (CHIP) in vivo. The effects of decreasing STAT3 with small interference RNA and inhibiting STAT3 activation by small molecular inhibitor on lncTCF7 expression were also determined. Results We demonstrate that IL-6 could induce lncTCF7 expression in a time- and dose-dependent manner, and we showed that IL-6 transcriptionally activated the expression of lncTCF7 in HCC cells by activating STAT3, a transcription activator which binds to promoter regions of lncTCF7. Furthermore, knocking-down STAT3 and inhibiting STAT3 activation reduced lncTCF7 expression. Importantly, RNA interference-based attenuation of lncTCF7 prevented IL-6-induced EMT and cell invasion. Conclusion Thus, these data provides evidence to the existence of an aberrant IL-6/STAT3/ lncTCF7 signaling axis that leads to HCC aggressiveness through EMT induction, which could be novel therapeutic targets in malignancies.
