2205/Q235B clad steel plates were fabricated using a thermal simulator. The metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, energy-dispersive spectrometer, shear test, electrochemical corrosion test and acid immersion test were used to study the influence of the pass reduction ratio on the microstructure and properties of 2205/Q235B clad steel plate. The results show that the clad steel plates had a good bonding surface when the pass reduction ratios were between 16.3% and 36.0%. There existed the mutual diffusion effect of elements near the bonding surface, which caused the long austenite strip on the side of 2205 stainless steel and the decarburization layer on the side of Q235B low-carbon steel. The transformation of δ ferrite to γ austenite and the generation of the decarburization layer were promoted because of the lower pass reduction ratio. The corrosion resistance of 2205 duplex-phases stainless steel worsened by the decrease in δ ferrite content. The increase in the decarburization layer thickness made the shear strength of the clad steel plates reduce from 453 to 390 MPa. The potential of the decarburization layer was lower than that of 2205 stainless steel and Q235B low-carbon steel, which was easily corroded in the corrosive medium.

Co−TiO2 nanocomposite films were prepared via magnetron sputtering at various substrate temperatures. The films comprise Co particles dispersed in an amorphous TiO2 matrix and exhibit coexisting ferromagnetic and superparamagnetic properties. When the substrate temperature increases from room temperature to 400 °C, Co particles gradually grow, and the degree of Co oxidation significantly decreases. Consequently, the saturation magnetization increases from 0.13 to 0.43 T at the same Co content by increasing the substrate temperature from room temperature to 400 °C. At a high substrate temperature, conductive pathways form among some of the clustered Co particles. Thus, resistivity rapidly declines from 1600 to 76 μΩ·m. The magnetoresistive characteristic of Co−TiO2 films is achieved even at resistivity of as low as 76 μΩ·m. These results reveal that the obtained nanocomposite films have low Co oxidation, high magnetization and magnetoresistance at room temperature.

This study presents a sulfate radical-based oxidation method for improving municipal sludge dewaterability by combining persulfate and nanoscale zero-valent iron supported on humic acid (nZVI/HA-PS). Sludge dewaterability using persulfate activation with nZVI/HA was assessed for specific resistance to filterability (SRF), time to filter (TTF), settling volume percentage (SV30) and water content (Wc). The influencing factors, such as mass ratios of nZVI to HA, initial pH, PS dosage and nZVI/HA nanocomposite dosage, were investigated. Experimental results indicated that the SRF reduction efficiency of the sludge reached 86.47% using initial concentrations of 1.2 mmol/gVSS PS and 300 mg/L nZVI/HA. The soluble chemical oxygen demand (SCOD) of sludge supernatants increased from 79 mg/L to 710 mg/L under optimum conditioning, indicating that sludge flocs were effectively decomposed. Economic analysis demonstrated that the nZVI/HA-PS conditioning process is a potential method for improving sludge dewaterability.

Conclusions are as follows: (1) professional managers have higher job burnout; (2) job burnout is not affected by sex, working life and so on; (3) job burnout is affected by job title and working life engaged in management. Based on the conclusion, the author puts forward suggestions: strengthen the psychological monitoring on professional managers and offer them psychological counseling.

This paper designs a embedded video monitoring system based on ARM processor Ep9315 and TMS320DM642, and using embedded Linux operating system. In the system, video capturing module uses the video decoder TW2814. In order to capture better data, the control of TW2814 is needed. Through the imitation of I2C bus, the driver provide the application with the function of the setting of capturing parameters such as hue, color saturation, contrast and brightness, and the check of video losing.

This paper proposed a fast weighting improving method based on an improved Newton's method with third-order convergence, made the intuitive geometric interpretation of the algorithm principle, and constructed a sum function of squared errors to obtain the optimal weighting factor. With a certain example being provided, the results showed that the improved algorithm requires less iterations and less calculating time than the classical Newtons method and the one in references. This improved algorithm is of widespread value in the analysis and calculation of power systems.

A novel high-birefringent photonic crystal fiber (PCF) was proposed and analyzed by full-vector finite element method (FEM). The modal field and birefringence properties were investigated. All of air holes in proposed PCF are round, and their diameters are the same. It is greatly reduce the difficulty of fabrication. According to the results of numerical analysis, it can be observed that the mode birefringence of this novel PCF can be easily achieve the order of 10-3 at 1.55μm. This research provides effective theoretical method for the fabrication, development and construction of high-birefringence photonic crystal fiber.

This paper presents a cat swarm optimization (CSO)-based method for resource constrained project scheduling problem (RCPSP). The CSO simulates the behavior of cats in two sub-models and potential solution to the RCPSP is presented by the multidimensional positions of cats. CSO-based scheme for the RCPSP has three main stages: first randomly initialize the parameters of cats, then update the position in iteration and calculate the fitness through serial SGS method, finally terminate the process if the condition is satisfied. Compared to the other widely used heuristic methods, CSO is easy to understand and to implement. The adoption of CSO in solving RCPSP indicates the universality of CSO in solving operational problems. When solving RCPSP, some refinement of original CSO are made. The performance of the proposed algorithm is compared against a set of heuristic and meta-heuristic methods, and it is tested on standard problem sets called PSPLIB which is freely available on the Internet. The empirical results show that CSO has an average good performance among the other compared methods.

Job Shop Scheduling Problem (JSSP) is a famous NP-hard problem in scheduling field. The concentration of JSSP is to find a feasible scheduling plan to figure out the earliest completion time under machine and processing sequence constraints. At present, genetic algorithm has been widely adopted in varies of operation research problems including JSSP, and good performance have been achieved. However, few work have stress the selection of varies operators when implemented for JSSP. Using benchmark problems, this paper compares the effect of crossover and mutation operators on genetic algorithm for JSSP.

In order to improve microwave absorption properties of hollow ceramic microspheres (HCMs) and possess the better characteristics of “thinness、width、lightness、strongness”, used Al+Cr2O3 as the main reaction system, hollow ceramic microspheres were prepared by SHS flame quenching technology. Microwave absorption properties of HCMs were studied when the additive is Fe. The results show that microwave absorption properties of HCMs depend on the dielectric property of product, such as SiC、mullite, when there is no additive. However, when Fe is used as additive, the microwave absorption properties of HCMs are better. SHS reaction of agglomerate powders is happened in the flame field and SiC、Fe2O3、Al3Fe5O12、Cr1.3Fe0.7O3、(Fe0.6Cr0.4)2O3 are synthesized. Except the dielectric property of SiC, magnetic property of HCMs is possessed due to the ferruginous materials are synthesized. So its microwave absorption properties are stronger. According to the current status of Chinese undergraduate education development and practical innovative talent training, the advantages and disadvantages of undergraduate Innovative talents training modes and exam-oriented education system in China’s colleges are analyzed and represented. And then, the problems faced and solved in the practical innovative talents training process are also discussed. Finally, the paper proposes some solving approaches and development strategies for training and improving Chinese undergraduate practical innovative abilities. These approaches and strategies are extracted from practical teaching experience and have important reference role for the undergraduate education.

The reconditioning operation of electroless nickel (EN) plating was studied and the influence of aging on the deposition speed, phosphorous content and stability of the operating solution was analyzed. The results showed that aging of the EN bath caused a dramatic declining of the deposition speed and the bath stability, while a slow increasing in phosphorous content of the deposit. Fluoride of NaF and NiF2would precipitate from the bath due to the accumulation of sodium and fluorine ions during the replenishment. The sediment of NaF and NiF2had a detrimental effect on the EN process and would deteriorate the protection of EN plating.

The preparation, mechanism and electromagnetic absorbing properties of Hollow Ceramic Micro-spheres (HCMs) were studied in the present investigation. HCMs were produced by traditional flame spraying technology as well as equipments. Al-TiO2 was chosen as a main reactive system. The self-reactive agglomerate powders were produced by spraying process by adopting a temperature-controlled media to get the high cooling rate to solidify and crystallize rapidly. HCMs with characteristic of hollow structure and in-situ synthesis were obtained. Electromagnetic parameter of HCMs has been tested and the reflectivity was analyzed. The results showed that HCMs possess the microwave absorbing properties. The relationship between intrinsic parameters of HCMs and microwave absorbing properties has been also investigated.

In order to improve the structure and properties of TiC0.3N0.7-TiB2 composite ceramics produced by self-reactive spray forming, TiC0.3N0.7-TiB2 composite ceramics were produced based on the main system of Ti-B4C-C (sucrose as the precuror of carbon)-5 wt.%Al, and the cobalt powders with different mass ratios were added. The effects of cobalt on the structure and properties of the ceramic perform samples were studied. The results show that after the addition of cobalt, the main phases of the sample are still consisted of TiC0.3N0.7 and TiB2, and there are a few TiCo white new phase, meanwhile TiC0.3N0.7 grains are refined, and its relative density, hardness and fracture toughness are improved obviously. With increasing of the content of cobalt, TiC0.3N0.7 grains are refined while TiB2 grain sizes increase, and the relative density and fracture toughness of performs increases while its hardness first decrease and then increase. So the properties of the preforms could be improved by adding cobalt to Ti-B4C-C-5 wt.%Al spray forming system.

Numerical simulation the temperature and stress of the SHS reactive flame spray coatings which were cooled in air and sand from a high temperature to room temperature (25°C). The distribution of temperature and stress of the coatings were discussed. The results show that the cooling velocity of air-cooled product is fast than that of sand-cooled product; temperature distribution of sand-cooled product is more uniform than that of air-cooled product in the process of cooling; the stress state of air-cooled coating is tensile stress state, while the stress state of sand-cooled coating is compressive stress state; the stress distribution and strain situation are close relative to temperature distribution, heat emission speed and geometric shape of products in process of cooling; the smooth geometric shape of the product, uniform temperature distribution and heat emission speed are beneficial to improve the state of residual thermal stress; the stress and strain state of sand-cooled coating is better than that of air-cooled coating.

Based on the Ti-B4C-sucrose(precursor of carbon) -5wt.% Al sprayed system, the self-reactive spray formed multi-phased structural ceramic preforms tests were done. And the organization, structure and performances of the products were studied. The results show that the products are composed of continuous matrix phase TiC0.3N0.7, dispersed micro/nanometric rodlike grains TiB2, some of Al2O3, pores and intermetallic phase Ti3Al which is hard to identify by SEM. Aluminum is benefit to improve organization, structure and performances of the products. The average density of the products is 97.7%, the Vickers hardness is 20.6GPa, and the flexural strength is 425MPa. There are crack deflection and grain bridging toughening mechanisms owing to the rodlike grains of TiB2 in the products, which makes their fracture toughness is as high as 7.3MPa•m1/2.

In this paper, a Section Tool Module is built to implement the cross section design of vehicle pillar structures which is integrated in VCD (Vehicle Concept Design) system [1]. The module may lead engineers to create section database and to get proper design plan effectively. The sectional properties such as area, moments of inertia are generated. In addition, an optimal design technique applied in this module is presented to perform the optimization for single cross section, in which sectional property is defined as objective function. An example of the optimization for a single cross section which is extracted from a passenger car is shown to demonstrate the Section Tool Module.

To explore the correlation between neuropsychological features and Chinese medical syndrome types in Wilson's disease (WD) patients, thus providing evidence for early intervention by syndrome typing.Totally 96 WD patients were assigned to Gan-Dan damp-heat syndrome (GDDHS, 31 cases), Gan-Shen yin deficiency syndrome (GSYDS, 47 cases), and qi-blood deficiency syndrome (QBDS, 18 cases) by syndrome typing. Three items of neuropsychological testing were performed in them, i.e., Raven's standard progressive matrices (R'SPM), Stroop color-word test (CWT), trail making test (TMT). The correlations between the integrals of Chinese medical syndrome types and results of the 3 tests were analyzed.(1) There was statistical difference in the total scores of R'SPM, the word interference time of CWT, and interference effects of TMT among the 3 syndrome types (P0.01, P0.05). There was statistical difference in the total scores of R'SPM and the word interference time of CWT in patients of QBDS, when compared with those of GDDHS and GSYDS (P0.05). There was statistical difference in interference effects of TMT in patients of GDDHS, when compared with those of QBDS and GSYDS (P0.05). (2) The integrals of the 3 syndrome types were negatively correlated with the total scores of R'SPM (P0.01). The integral of GDDHS was significantly positively correlated with the interference effects of TMT (P0.01). The integral of GSYDS was significantly positively correlated with TMT-B time consumption and interference effects of TMT (P0. 05). The integral of QBDS was significantly positively correlated with the word interference time of CWT (P0.05).There was correlation between neuropsychological changes of WD patients and Chinese medical syndrome types. The severity of asthenia syndrome was sequenced from high to low as QBDSGSYDSGDDHS. The severity of asthenia was higher than that of asthenia.

To identify the association between gestational weight gain and birth weight over the past 9 years in Kunshan city, Jiangsu province, China.This population-based study was conducted between 2001 to 2009. Data were retrieved from Perinatal Monitoring System of Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Kunshan. The study population consisted of 33 631 women and singleton live fetus. Gestational weight gain was defined as the total weight gain during the last and first prenatal care program and divided by the interval weeks.From 2001 to 2009, the average incidence of low birth weight was 1.86%, while the average incidence of macrosomia was a bit higher, fluctuating around 8.47%. On those underweight mothers, after adjustment for potential confounders, and stratified by the BMI levels, which were evaluated at the first prenatal care program, we found that weight gain in the 3rd and 4th intervals, could reduce the risk of low birth weight (less than 2500 g). With those mothers with normal-weight, weight gain in the 2 nd, 3 rd and 4th intervals, would reduce the risk of low birth weight. Risks in the 4th quantile among underweight and normal-weight group were prevalence odds radio (POR) 95%CI: 0.51 (0.32-0.80) and 0.58 (0.42-0.79), respectively. The risks showed a significant downward trend in underweight and normal-weight groups with increased gestational weight gain. As for macrosomia (≥4000 g), the risks increased (POR 95%CI) 4.69 (2.82-7.81) in underweight, 4.15 (3.43-5.03) in normal-weight, in overweight, 3.64 (2.62-5.06) and 1.96 (1.48-2.60) in obese mothers with increased levels of gestational weight gain. Trend tests indicated that the risks of marcosomia increased in all levels of BMI, with the increase of gestational weight gain.Findings from this population-based study suggested that gestational weight gain could reduce the risks of low birth weight among underweight and normal-weight groups, while increase the risks of macrosomia in all parturients, as compared with lowest levels of gestational weight gain.

Schema integration is the activity of providing a unified representation of multiple data sources. The core problems in schema integration are: schema matching and schema merging. There are uncertain problems in schema matching and schema merging. To solve the uncertain problems of relational schema integration, Domain Knowledge Application Model (DKAM) is proposed as a component of Uncertain Relational Schema Integration Model (URSIM). An autonomic computing approach is adopted in DKAM. Semantic integration approach and D-S evidence combination approach are applied in URSIM. A new method is proposed to calculate reliability of global integrated schema in the paper. Experimental results show that URSIM is feasible and DKAM is valuable and advanced. In contrast with current methods for schema integration with uncertainty, URSIM is efficient and the time complexity is reduced.
