Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disorder with a higher risk incidence in females than in males, and there are also differences in AD pathophysiology between sexes. The role of sex in the pathogenesis of AD may be crucial, yet the cellular and molecular basis remains unclear. Here, we performed a comprehensive analysis using four public transcriptome datasets of AD patients and age‐matched control individuals in prefrontal cortex, including bulk transcriptome (295 females and 402 males) and single‐nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA‐seq) data (224 females and 219 males). We found that the transcriptomic profile in female control was similar to those in AD. To characterize the key features associated with both the pathogenesis of AD and sex difference, we identified a co‐expressed gene module that positively correlated with AD, sex, and aging, and was also enriched with immune‐associated pathways. Using snRNA‐seq datasets, we found that microglia (MG), a resident immune cell in the brain, demonstrated substantial differences in several aspects between sexes, such as an elevated proportion of activated MG, altered transcriptomic profile and cell–cell interaction between MG and other brain cell types in female control. Additionally, genes upregulated in female MG, such as TLR2, MERTK, SPP1, SLA, ACSL1, and FKBP5, had high confidence to be identified as biomarkers to distinguish AD status, and these genes also interacted with some approved drugs for treatment of AD. These findings underscore the altered immune response in female is associated with sex difference in susceptibility to AD, and the necessity of considering sex factors when developing AD biomarkers and therapeutic strategies, providing a scientific basis for further in‐depth studies on sex differences in AD. (1) Objective: to investigate the effectiveness of telephysiotherapy compared with traditional rehabilitation for elderly patients and determine the factors impacting its efficacy. (2) Method: Five online databases (PubMed, Google Scholar, Scopus, Web of Science, and Cochrane) were reviewed up to 31 July 2023. The search included the literature in English from 2014 to 2023, to capture the latest practices in telephysiotherapy for elderly patients. Data from all qualified studies were independently extracted by two authors, quantifying effect size to reflect treatment performance. (3) Results: 222 records from 19 articles were analyzed. The effect size for telephysiotherapy was 0.350 (95% C.I. = 0.283–0.416; p < 0.01). The standardized mean differences for physical and psychological outcomes were 0.406 (95% C.I. = 0.325–0.488; p < 0.01) and 0.223 (95% C.I. = 0.110–0.336; p < 0.01), respectively. (4) Conclusions: Telephysiotherapy was more effective than traditional rehabilitation, significantly improving the physical and psychological status of elderly patients. To investigate highway vehicle lane-changing behavior, we utilized the publicly available naturalistic driving dataset, HighD, to extract the movement data of vehicles involved in lane changes and their proximate counterparts. We employed univariate and multivariate Cox proportional hazards models alongside random survival forest models to analyze the influence of various factors on lane change duration, assess their statistical significance, and compare the performance of multiple random survival forest models. Our findings indicate that several variables significantly impact lane change duration, including the standard deviation of lane-changing vehicles, lane-changing vehicle speed, distance to the following vehicle in the target lane, lane-changing vehicle length, and distance to the following vehicle in the current lane. Notably, the standard deviation and vehicle length act as protective factors, with increases in these variables correlating with longer lane change durations. Conversely, higher lane-changing vehicle speeds and shorter distances to following vehicles in both the current and target lanes are associated with shorter lane change durations, indicating their role as risk factors. Feature variable selection did not substantially improve the training performance of the random survival forest model based on our findings. However, validation set evaluation showed that careful feature variable selection can enhance model accuracy, leading to improved AUC values. These insights lay the groundwork for advancing research in predicting lane-changing behaviors, understanding lane-changing intentions, and developing pre-emptive safety measures against hazardous lane changes. Vehicle rear-end collisions are primarily caused by tight car following in a continuous traffic flow, as well as a driver's incorrect perception of the traffic environment ahead and delayed response. To facilitate an investigation pertaining to rear-end collision mechanisms and accurately measure the risk, the concept of a vehicle group is introduced herein. A risk measurement model for a vehicle group (RMVG) based on temporal and spatial similarities is proposed. First, vehicles are categorized based on their temporal and spatial similarities. Risk measurement metrics are defined based on the traffic composition, movement state, and conflict extent. Subsequently, vehicle group risk identification and risk measurement models based on an isolation forest are established. the rear-end collision risk of the vehicle groups is analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively. Finally, the RMVG is tested using the vehicle trajectory data set of Longpan South Road, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, China, and the results are compared with those of a support vector machine and local outlier factor.
