Pharmaceutical development of solid-state formulations requires testing active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and excipients for uniformity and stability. Solid-state properties such as component distribution and grain size are crucial factors that influence the dissolution profile, which greatly affect drug efficacy and toxicity, and can only be analyzed spatially by chemical imaging (CI) techniques. Current CI techniques such as near infrared microscopy and confocal Raman spectroscopy are capable of high chemical and spatial resolution but cannot achieve the measurement speeds necessary for integration into the pharmaceutical production and quality assurance processes. To fill this gap, we demonstrate fast chemical imaging by epi-detected sparse spectral sampling stimulated Raman scattering to quantify API and excipient degradation and distribution. Taiji-1 is the first technology demonstration satellite of the Taiji Program in Space, which, served as the pre-PathFinder mission, had finished its nominal science operational phase and successfully accomplished the mission goal. The gravitational reference sensor (GRS) on-board Taiji-1 is one of the key science payloads that coupled strongly to other instruments, sub-systems and also the satellite platform itself. Fluctuations of the physical environment inside the satellite and mechanical disturbances of the platform generate important noises in the GRS measurements, therefore their science data can also be used to evaluate the performance of the μ N -thrusters and the stability of the platform. In this work, we report on the methods employed in Taiji-1 GRS data processing in the systematical modelings of the spacecraft orbit and attitude perturbations, mechanical disturbances, and internal environment changes. The modeled noises are then removed carefully from the GRS science data to improve the data quality and the GRS in-orbit performance estimations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Noncoding RNA refers to RNA that does not encode proteins. The lncRNA and miRNA it contains play crucial regulatory roles in organisms, and their aberrant expression is closely related to various diseases. Traditional experimental methods for validating the interactions of these RNAs have limitations, and existing prediction models exhibit relatively limited functionality, relying on isolated feature extraction and performing poorly in handling various types of small sample tasks. This paper proposes an improved de Bruijn graph that can inject RNA structural information into the graph while preserving sequence information. Furthermore, the improved de Bruijn graph enables graph neural networks to learn broader dependencies and correlations among data by introducing richer edge relationships. Meanwhile, the multitask learning model, DVMnet, proposed in this paper can handle multiple related tasks, and we optimize model parameters by integrating the total loss of three tasks. This enables multitask prediction of RNA interactions, disease associations, and subcellular localization. Compared with the best existing models in this field, DVMnet has achieved the best performance with a 3% improvement in the area under the curve value and demonstrates robust results in predicting diseases and subcellular localization.
