Objective. Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides tablet (TGt) is an oral preparation extracted from plant Tripterygium wilfordii. It has the effects of anti-inflammation and inhibition of cellular and humoral immunity. However, many reports of adverse reactions caused by TGt have limited its application. In this paper, the clinical efficacy and safety of TGt in the treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD) were verified by data mining and analysis, so as to provide theoretical data support for the application and development of TGt. Methods. A computer search of the following databases was conducted: PubMed, Web of Science, CBM, VIP, Wanfang Data, and CNKI. The search time limit is from the establishment of the database to September 2020. We searched for clinical randomized controlled trials of TGt in the treatment of CKD. The main types of CKD involved are nephrotic syndrome (NS), primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS), refractory nephrotic syndrome (RNS), and IgA nephropathy (IgAN). RevMan 5.2 and Stata 12.0 software were used to evaluate the literature quality and analyze the data. Finally, GRADEpro software was used to evaluate the quality of evidence. Results. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 75 articles with a total of 6418 subjects were included. The results of the meta-analysis showed that TGt could reduce 24-hour urinary protein, increase serum albumin, improve clinical efficacy, and reduce disease recurrence rate in patients (P0.05). Objective. To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xueshuantong injection (Panax notoginseng saponins) in preventing deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of lower extremity after orthopedic surgery. Methods. The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of Xueshuantong injection in prevention of lower extremity DVT after orthopedic surgery were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang database, VIP, PubMed, and Cochrane Library by August 2020. Revman5.2 was used to analyze the results. Results. A total of 20 articles including 2336 patients were included. The results of meta-analysis showed that the incidence of DVT in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group; after operation, the D-dimer (Ddimer), thrombin time (APTT), and prothrombin time (PT) in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion. Xueshuantong injection can effectively prevent the formation of lower extremity DVT after orthopedic surgery and antagonize the postoperative hypercoagulable state of blood, which has high clinical value.

A 137-element Deformable Mirror(DM) was manufactured by ourselves to carry out the research on the adaptive optics.First,a Zygo interferometer was used to test the static characteristics of the DM,which included figure tests,response tests of single actuators and coupling tests.Then,Zernike polynomial fitting and surface flattening were performed to test the correction capability of the DM,respectively,and the correction capability was also verified experimentally at an adaptive optics test-bed.Finally,a fast response measurement system was built up to test the dynamic response abilities of the DM and its drive electronics.The tests and experiments show that the surface of the DM after flatten calibration has the RMS and PV better than λ/50 and 0.18λ(λ=632.8 nm),respectively.Furthermore,the DM can fit and correct the first 7 order Zernike polynomials reasonably.The dynamic responses both of the DM and its high voltage driver are faster than 1 kHz.The tests in the indoor adaptive optics system show that the DM improves the system's Strehl ratio from less than 0.1 to better than 0.9,which enhances the imaging capability of the system greatly.

A temporal model was proposed for simulating the atmospheric turbulence varying with the time in the adaptive optics system testing.The relationship between the number of interpolated frames for the random phase screen,refurbish frequency and the mean wind speed was analyzed.The analysis result demonstrates that it is necessary to smooth the random phase screen for characterizing the temporal gradual variation of the random wavefront in order to make the change of the random wavefront better aligned with the influence of atmospheric turbulence on continuous smoothing gradients of incident wavefront.The interpolated frames of the random phase screen is only related to the aperture diameter and the atmospheric coherence length,but not related to the wind speed,and the refurbish frequency of the random phase screen increases with the mean wind speed,and the refurbish frequency smoothed increases with the number of interpolated frames.A atmospheric turbulence simulator was constructed in laboratory and the analysis of the power spectrum density of experimental result demonstrates that temporal model of the atmospheric turbulence simulation is valid.

In order to make the adaptive optical system function well,it needs to have a full understanding of the performance of the deformable mirror,so a technique for the flatten calibration of the deformable mirror based on the measurement of the interferometer is presented.Firstly,all the PZT actuators are set to the midrange of their control voltage;and then,the height of the mirror surface with the ZYGO interferometer is measured,the height of mirror surface at each actuator is calculated,and the differences between the height of the mirror surface at each actuator and the average height of the mirror surface are figured out;finally,the actuators are controlled to reduce the differences to zero.The results show that affected by the hysteresis of the PZT actuator,the mirror surface needs 4 to 6 iterative processes showed above to reach the same preset desired flatness;for the 21-elements deformable mirror,which without the actuators under the periphery of the mirror,an rms surface figure near λ/20(λ=632.8 nm) at its 80% aperture is achieved;for the 137-elements deformable mirror,which has actuators under the periphery,the rms surface figure is better than λ/50.Under different observation conditions of the telescope,this technique can flat the deformable mirror rapidly in the adaptive optical system,in order to adapt to changing working conditions.

Wavefront correctors are the key components of the adaptive optical systems and the techniques to fabricate wavefront correctors have been developed for many years.This paper introduces several kinds of wavefrom correctors that are commonly used in adaptive optical systems,such as the deformable mirror with discrete actuators and continuous faceplate,segmented deformable mirror,membrane deformable mirror,bimorph deformable mirror,MEMS deformable mirror,liquid crystal corrector and the adaptive secondary mirror.The realization methods of the wavefront correctors and their working principles are presented in detail,and the performance,the number of degrees of freedom and the speed of response are compared.Finally,it summarizes the technology innovations and development trends of the wavefront correctors in the new applications.

In order to study effects of outdoor factors to Fourier telescopy imaging and validate properties of imaging immune to down-link atmospheric turbulence,outdoor experiments were developed.Under the ground of lab experiments,outdoor experiments added primary mirror,secondary mirror and condense lens to simulate the real system imaging.The distance between object and primary mirror and the distance between primary mirror and secondary mirror was put away 100m,separately,to validate the property of Fourier telescopy imaging immune to atmospheric turbulence.Using 2 different satellite films as objects,the outdoor reconstructed images were gotten with the Strehl value 0.44 and 0.39 without turbulence,separately,and Strehl value 0.43 and 0.38 with turbulence,separately.Compared the reconstructed images of outdoor with lab,the conclusion was gained that libration had obvious effect on imaging.The result that the Strehl value of outdoor imaging was similar to lab imaging confirmed the fact that Fourier telescopy imaging was immune to down-link atmospheric turbulence.
