Abstract: The Water Cherenkov Detector Array (WCDA) is one of the components of Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory (LHAASO) and can monitor any sources over two-thirds of the sky for up to 7 hours per day with >98\% duty cycle. In this work, we report the detection of two outbursts of the Fanaroff-Riley I radio galaxy NGC 1275 that were detected by LHAASO-WCDA between November 2022 and January 2023 with statistical significance of 5.2~$\sigma$ and 8.3~$\sigma$. The observed spectral energy distribution in the range from 500 GeV to 3 TeV is fitted by a power-law with a best-fit spectral index of $\alpha=-3.37\pm0.52$ and $-3.35\pm0.29$, respectively. The outburst flux above 0.5~TeV was ($4.55\pm 4.21)\times~10^{-11}~\rm cm^{-2}~s^{-1}$ and ($3.45\pm 1.78)\times~10^{-11}~\rm cm^{-2}~s^{-1}$, corresponding to 60\%, 45\% of Crab Nebula flux. Variation analysis reveals the variability time-scale of days at the TeV energy band. Abstract: The solar composition problem has puzzled astrophysicists for more than 20 years. Recent measurements of carbon-nitrogen-oxygen (CNO) neutrinos by the Borexino experiment show a $\sim2\sigma$ tension with the "low-metallicity" determinations. $^{14}$N$(p,\gamma)^{15}$O, the slowest reaction in the CNO cycle, plays a crucial role in the standard solar model (SSM) calculations of CNO neutrino fluxes. Here we report a direct measurement of the $^{14}$N$(p,\gamma)^{15}$O reaction, in which $S$-factors for all transitions were simultaneously determined in the energy range of $E_p=110-260$ keV for the first time. Our results resolve previous discrepancies in the ground-state transition, yielding a zero-energy $S$-factor $S_{114}(0) = 1.92\pm0.08$ keV b which is 14% higher than the $1.68\pm0.14$ keV b recommended in Solar Fusion III (SF-III). With our $S_{114}$ values, the SSM B23-GS98, and the latest global analysis of solar neutrino measurements, the C and N photospheric abundance determined by the Borexino experiment is updated to $N_{\mathrm{CN}}=({4.45}^{+0.69}_{-0.61})\times10^{-4}$. This new $N_{\mathrm{CN}}$ value agrees well with latest "high-metallicity" composition, however, is also consistent with the "low-metallicity" determination within $\sim 1\sigma$ C.L., indicating that the solar metallicity problem remains an open question. In addition, the significant reduction in the uncertainty of $S_{114}$ paves the way for the precise determination of the CN abundance in future large-volume solar neutrino measurements.

Abstract: We report the detection of an extended very-high-energy (VHE) gamma-ray source coincident with the locations of middle-aged (62.4~\rm kyr) pulsar PSR J0248+6021, by using the LHAASO-WCDA data of live 796 days and LHAASO-KM2A data of live 1216 days. A significant excess of \gray induced showers is observed both by WCDA in energy bands of 1-25~\rm TeV and KM2A in energy bands of $>$ 25~\rm TeV with 7.3 $\sigma$ and 13.5 $\sigma$, respectively. The best-fit position derived through WCDA data is R.A. = 42.06$^\circ \pm$ 0.12$^\circ$ and Dec. = 60.24$^\circ \pm $ 0.13$^\circ$ with an extension of 0.69$^\circ\pm$0.15$^\circ$ and that of the KM2A data is R.A.= 42.29$^\circ \pm $ 0.13$^\circ$ and Dec. = 60.38$^\circ \pm$ 0.07$^\circ$ with an extension of 0.37$^\circ\pm$0.07$^\circ$. No clear extended multiwavelength counterpart of this LHAASO source has been found from the radio band to the GeV band. The most plausible explanation of the VHE \gray emission is the inverse Compton process of highly relativistic electrons and positrons injected by the pulsar. 4. Potential Chromospheric Evaporation in A M-dwarf's Flare Triggered by Einstein Probe Mission

Abstract: Although flares from late-type main-sequence stars have been frequently detected in multi-wavelength, the associated dynamical process has been rarely reported so far. Here, we report follow-up observations of an X-ray transient triggered by WXT onboard the Einstein Probe at UT08:45:08 in 2024, May 7. The photometry in multi-bands and time-resolved spectroscopy started at 3 and 7.5 hours after the trigger, respectively, which enables us to identify the transient as a flare of the M-dwarf 2MASS J12184187-0609123. The bolometric energy released in the flare is estimated to be $\sim10^{36}\ \mathrm{erg}$ from its X-ray light curve. The H$\alpha$ emission-line profile obtained at about 7 hours after the trigger shows an evident blue asymmetry with a maximum velocity of $200-250\ \mathrm{km\ s^{-1}}$. The blue wing can be likely explained by the chromospheric temperature (cool) upflow associated with chromospheric evaporation, in which the mass of the evaporating plasma is estimated to be $1.2\times10^{18}$g. 5. Capability of Searching for Kilonova Associated with a Short Gamma-ray Burst by SVOM

Abstract: In spite of the importance of studying the cosmic generation of heavy elements through the r-process, the detection of kilonova resulted from a merger of neutron star binaries is still a challenge task. In this paper, we show that the Visible Telescope (VT) onboard the on-going SVOM space mission is powerful for identifying kilonova candidates associated with short gamma-ray bursts (SGRBs) up to a distance of 600Mpc. A significant color variation, turn blue and then turn red, is revealed by calculating the light curves in both red and blue channels of VT by a linear combination of an afterglow and an associated kilonova. The maximum color variation is as high as $\sim0.5-1$ mag, which is far larger than the small photometry error of $\sim0.2$ mag of VT for a point source with a brightness of 23 mag. Abstract: Precise direct cosmic-ray (CR) measurements provide an important probe to study the energetic particle sources in our Galaxy, and the interstellar environment through which these particles propagate. Uncertainties on hadronic models, ion-nucleon cross sections in particular, are currently the limiting factor towards obtaining more accurate CR ion flux measurements with calorimetric space-based experiments. We present an energy-dependent measurement of the inelastic cross section of protons and helium-4 nuclei (alpha particles) on a Bi$_4$Ge$_3$O$_{12}$ target, using 88 months of data collected by the DAMPE space mission. The kinetic energy range per nucleon of the measurement points ranges from 18 GeV to 9 TeV for protons, and from 5 GeV/n to 3 TeV/n for helium-4 nuclei. Our results lead to a significant improvement of the CR flux normalisation. 7. Radial oscillations of proto-neutron stars

Abstract: We investigate radial oscillations of proto-neutron stars, employing equations of state described by the Brueckner-Hartree-Fock theory or the relativistic mean field model, and assuming isentropy and fixed lepton fractions for the internal structure. We calculate the eigenfrequencies and corresponding oscillation functions, which show different characteristics in different mass regions. In the low-mass region around 1.4 solar mass, the radial oscillation frequencies are lowered by large entropy and neutrino trapping, along with a reduction of the average adiabatic index. In the region close to the maximum mass, the fundamental oscillation frequency drops rapidly and vanishes at the maximum mass, in accordance with the critical stability criterion $\partial M /\partial \rho_c = 0$, as for cold neutron stars., Comment: 8 pages, 6 figures

Abstract: We present optical photometry for the afterglow of GRB 221009A, in some respects the most extraordinary gamma-ray burst (GRB) ever observed. Good quality in the R-band light curve is obtained, covering 0.32-19.57 days since the Fermi-GBM trigger. We find that a weak bump emerges fromthe declining afterglow at $t \approx 11$ days; a supernova (SN) may be responsible. We use a smooth broken power-law and $^{56}\mathrm{Ni}$ model to fit the light curve. The best-fitting results reveal that the SN ejected a total mass of $M_\mathrm{ej} = 3.70 M_\odot$, a $^{56}\mathrm{Ni}$ mass of $M_\mathrm{Ni} = 0.23 M_\odot$, and a kinetic energy of $E_\mathrm{SN,K} = 2.35 \times 10^{52} \mathrm{erg}$. We also compare GRB 221009A with other GRB-SN events based on a GRB-associated SN sample, and find that only SN 2003lw and SN 2011kl can be obviously revealed in the afterglow of GRB 221009A by setting these objects at its distance. This suggests that a supernova (SN 2022xiw) is possibly obscured by the brighter afterglow emission from GRB 221009A.

Abstract: In this work we try to search for signals generated by ultra-heavy dark matter at the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory (LHAASO) data. We look for possible gamma-ray by dark matter annihilation or decay from 16 dwarf spheroidal galaxies in the field of view of LHAASO. Dwarf spheroidal galaxies are among the most promising targets for indirect detection of dark matter which have low fluxes of astrophysical $\gamma$-ray background while large amount of dark matter. By analyzing more than 700 days observational data at LHAASO, no significant dark matter signal from 1 TeV to 1 EeV is detected. Accordingly we derive the most stringent constraints on the ultra-heavy dark matter annihilation cross-section up to EeV. Abstract: Recent James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) data analyses have shown that massive red galaxies existed at redshifts $z>6$, a discovery that is difficult to understand in the context of standard cosmology ($\Lambda $CDM). Here we analyze these observations more deeply by fitting a stellar population model to the optical and near-infrared photometric data. These fits include a main stellar population in addition to a residual younger population and with the same extinction for both (a lower extinction for the younger population is unphysical). Extra stellar populations or the inclusion of an AGN component do not significantly improve the fits. These galaxies are being viewed at very high redshifts, with an average $\langle z\rangle \approx 8.2$, when the $\Lambda$CDM Universe was only $\approx 600$ Myr old. This result conflicts with the inferred ages of these galaxies, however, which were on average between 0.9 and 2.4 Gyr old within 95% CL. Given the sequence of star formation and galaxy assembly in the standard model, these galaxies should instead be even younger than 290 Myr on average, for which our analysis assigns a probability of only $<3\times 10^{-4}$ ($\gtrsim 3.6\sigma $ tension). This outcome may indicate the need to consider non-standard cosmologies. Nevertheless, our conclusions result from several approximations in stellar astrophysics and extinction, so they should be taken with a grain of salt. Abstract: The KM2A is the largest sub-array of the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory (LHAASO). It consists of 5216 electromagnetic particle detectors (EDs) and 1188 muon detectors (MDs). The data recorded by the EDs and MDs are used to reconstruct primary information of cosmic ray and gamma-ray showers. This information is used for physical analysis in gamma-ray astronomy and cosmic ray physics. To ensure the reliability of the LHAASO-KM2A data, a three-level quality control system has been established. It is used to monitor the status of detector units, stability of reconstructed parameters and the performance of the array based on observations of the Crab Nebula and Moon shadow. This paper will introduce the control system and its application on the LHAASO-KM2A data collected from August 2021 to July 2023. During this period, the pointing and angular resolution of the array were stable. From the observations of the Moon shadow and Crab Nebula, the results achieved using the two methods are consistent with each other. According to the observation of the Crab Nebula at energies from 25 TeV to 100 TeV, the time averaged pointing errors are estimated to be $-0.003^{\circ} \pm 0.005^{\circ}$ and $0.001^{\circ} \pm 0.006^{\circ}$ in the R.A. and Dec directions, respectively., Comment: 15 pages, 9 figures

Abstract: The origin of the "Changing-look" (CL) phenomenon in supermassive black holes (SMBHs) remains an open issue. This study aims to shed light on this phenomenon by focusing on a sample that encompasses all known repeating CL active galactic nuclei (AGNs). Through the identification of a characteristic time scale for the CL phenomenon, it was observed that larger SMBHs possess shorter characteristic timescales, while smaller SMBHs exhibit longer timescales. These findings reveal a significant contrast to the traditional AGN variability that has been adequately explained by the AGN's disk instability model. This stark discrepancy highlights a distinct origin of the CL phenomenon, distinguishing it from traditional AGN variability. By properly predicting the characteristic time scale and its dependence on SMBH mass, we propose that the CL phenomenon is likely a result of a variation in accretion rate caused by a sudden change in the supply of circumnuclear gas during the transition between active and passive SMBH fueling stages., Comment: 14 pages, 4 figures and 2 tables, accepted by ApJ

Abstract: The first source catalog of Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory reported the detection of a very-high-energy gamma ray source, 1LHAASO J1219+2915. In this paper a further detailed study of the spectral and temporal behavior of this point-like source have been carried. The best-fit position of the TeV source ($\rm{RA}=185.05^{\circ}\pm0.04^{\circ}$, $\rm{Dec}=29.25^{\circ}\pm0.03^{\circ}$) is compatible with NGC 4278 within $\sim0.03$ degree. Variation analysis shows an indication of the variability at a few months level in the TeV band, which is consistent with low frequency observations. Based on these observations, we report the detection of TeV $\gamma$-ray emissions from this low-luminosity AGN NGC 4278. The observations by LHAASO-WCDA during active period has a significance level of 8.8\,$\sigma$ with best-fit photon spectral index $\varGamma=2.56\pm0.14$ and a flux $f_{1-10\,\rm{TeV}}=(7.0\pm1.1_{\rm{sta}}\pm0.35_{\rm{syst}})\times10^{-13}\,\rm{photons\,cm^{-2}\,s^{-1}}$, or approximately $5\%$ of the Crab Nebula. The discovery of VHE from NGC 4278 indicates that the compact, weak radio jet can efficiently accelerate particles and emit TeV photons., Comment: 11 pages, 5 figures

Abstract: Long gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) are believed to originate from core collapse of massive stars. High-redshift GRBs can probe the star formation and reionization history of the early universe, but their detection remains rare. Here we report the detection of a GRB triggered in the 0.5--4 keV band by the Wide-field X-ray Telescope (WXT) on board the Einstein Probe (EP) mission, designated as EP240315a, whose bright peak was also detected by the Swift Burst Alert Telescope and Konus-Wind through off-line analyses. At a redshift of $z=4.859$, EP240315a showed a much longer and more complicated light curve in the soft X-ray band than in gamma-rays. Benefiting from a large field-of-view ($\sim$3600 deg$^2$) and a high sensitivity, EP-WXT captured the earlier engine activation and extended late engine activity through a continuous detection. With a peak X-ray flux at the faint end of previously known high-$z$ GRBs, the detection of EP240315a demonstrates the great potential for EP to study the early universe via GRBs., Comment: 41 pages, 8 figures, 7 tables

Abstract: KM2A is one of the main sub-arrays of LHAASO, working on gamma ray astronomy and cosmic ray physics at energies above 10 TeV. Detector simulation is the important foundation for estimating detector performance and data analysis. It is a big challenge to simulate the KM2A detector in the framework of Geant4 due to the need to track numerous photons from a large number of detector units (>6000) with large altitude difference (30 m) and huge coverage (1.3 km^2). In this paper, the design of the KM2A simulation code G4KM2A based on Geant4 is introduced. The process of G4KM2A is optimized mainly in memory consumption to avoid memory overffow. Some simpliffcations are used to signiffcantly speed up the execution of G4KM2A. The running time is reduced by at least 30 times compared to full detector simulation. The particle distributions and the core/angle resolution comparison between simulation and experimental data of the full KM2A array are also presented, which show good agreement.

Abstract: We present the measurements of all-particle energy spectrum and mean logarithmic mass of cosmic rays in the energy range of 0.3-30 PeV using data collected from LHAASO-KM2A between September 2021 and December 2022, which is based on a nearly composition-independent energy reconstruction method, achieving unprecedented accuracy. Our analysis reveals the position of the knee at $3.67 \pm 0.05 \pm 0.15$ PeV. Below the knee, the spectral index is found to be -$2.7413 \pm 0.0004 \pm 0.0050$, while above the knee, it is -$3.128 \pm 0.005 \pm 0.027$, with the sharpness of the transition measured with a statistical error of 2%. The mean logarithmic mass of cosmic rays is almost heavier than helium in the whole measured energy range. It decreases from 1.7 at 0.3 PeV to 1.3 at 3 PeV, representing a 24% decline following a power law with an index of -$0.1200 \pm 0.0003 \pm 0.0341$. This is equivalent to an increase in abundance of light components. Above the knee, the mean logarithmic mass exhibits a power law trend towards heavier components, which is reversal to the behavior observed in the all-particle energy spectrum. Additionally, the knee position and the change in power-law index are approximately the same. These findings suggest that the knee observed in the all-particle spectrum corresponds to the knee of the light component, rather than the medium-heavy components., Comment: 8 pages, 3 figures

Abstract: We discuss applications of the study of the new and barely explored class of changing-look (CL) narrow-line Seyfert 1 (NLS1) galaxies and comment on their detection with the space mission SVOM (Space Variable Objects Monitor). We highlight the case of NGC 1566, which is outstanding in many respects, for instance as one of the nearest known CL AGN undergoing exceptional outbursts. Its NLS1 nature is discussed, and we take it as a nearby prototype for systems that could be discovered and studied in the near future, including with SVOM. Finally, we briefly examine the broader implications and applications of CL events in NLS1 galaxies and show that such systems, once discovered in larger numbers, will greatly advance our understanding of the physics of the environment of rapidly growing supermassive black holes. Abstract: The Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB) began operation with 1 kW beam power for scientific users in May 2022 upon completion of 8 years of project construction. The ramp-up to the ultimate beam power of 400 kW, planned over a 6-year period, will enable the facility to reach its full potential for scientific discovery in isotope science and applications. In December 2023, a record-high beam power of 10.4 kW uranium was delivered to the target. Technological developments and accelerator improvements are being made over the entire facility and are key to completion of the power ramp-up. Major technological developments entail the phased deployment of high-power beam-intercepting systems, including the charge strippers, the charge selection systems, the production target, and the beam dump, along with support systems, including non-conventional utilities (NCU) and remote handling facilities. Major accelerator improvements include renovations to aging legacy systems associated with experimental beam lines and system automation for improved operational efficiency and better machine availability. Experience must be gained to safely handle the increased radiological impacts associated with high beam power; extensive machine studies and advanced beam tuning procedures are needed to minimize uncontrolled beam losses for the desired operating conditions. This paper discusses the technological developments and accelerator improvements with emphasis on major R&D efforts.

Abstract: In 1980, Bressoud conjectured a combinatorial identity $A_j=B_j$ for $j=0$ or $1$. In this paper, we introduce a new partition function $\overline{B}_0$ which can be viewed as an overpartition analogue of the partition function $B_0$. An overpartition is a partition such that the last occurrence of a part can be overlined. We build a bijection to get a relationship between $\overline{B}_0$ and $B_1$, based on which an overpartition analogue of Bressoud's conjecture for $j=0$ is obtained.

Abstract: For decades, supernova remnants (SNRs) have been considered the prime sources of Galactic Cosmic rays (CRs). But whether SNRs can accelerate CR protons to PeV energies and thus dominate CR flux up to the knee is currently under intensive theoretical and phenomenological debate. The direct test of the ability of SNRs to operate as CR PeVatrons can be provided by ultrahigh-energy (UHE; $E_\gamma \geq 100$~TeV) $\gamma$-rays. In this context, the historical SNR Cassiopeia A (Cas A) is considered one of the most promising target for UHE observations. This paper presents the observation of Cas A and its vicinity by the LHAASO KM2A detector. The exceptional sensitivity of LHAASO KM2A in the UHE band, combined with the young age of Cas A, enabled us to derive stringent model-independent limits on the energy budget of UHE protons and nuclei accelerated by Cas A at any epoch after the explosion. Abstract: The highest energy gamma-rays from gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) have important implications for their radiation mechanism. Here we report for the first time the detection of gamma-rays up to 13 TeV from the brightest GRB 221009A by the Large High Altitude Air-shower Observatory (LHAASO). The LHAASO-KM2A detector registered more than 140 gamma-rays with energies above 3 TeV during 230$-$900s after the trigger. The intrinsic energy spectrum of gamma-rays can be described by a power-law after correcting for extragalactic background light (EBL) absorption. Such a hard spectrum challenges the synchrotron self-Compton (SSC) scenario of relativistic electrons for the afterglow emission above several TeV. Observations of gamma-rays up to 13 TeV from a source with a measured redshift of z=0.151 hints more transparency in intergalactic space than previously expected. Alternatively, one may invoke new physics such as Lorentz Invariance Violation (LIV) or an axion origin of very high energy (VHE) signals., Comment: 49pages, 11figures

24. Chemical and Cellular Formation of Reactive Oxygen Species from Secondary Organic Aerosols in Epithelial Lining Fluid.

Abstract: IntroductionOxidative stress mediated by reactive oxygen species (ROS) is a key process for adverse aerosol health effects. Secondary organic aerosols (SOA) account for a major fraction of particulate matter with aerodynamic diameter ≤2.5 µm (PM2.5). PM2.5 inhalation and deposition into the respiratory tract causes the formation of ROS by chemical reactions and phagocytosis of macrophages in the epithelial lining fluid (ELF), but their relative contributions are not well quantified and their link to oxidative stress remains uncertain. The specific aims of this project were (1) elucidating the chemical mechanism and quantifying the formation kinetics of ROS in the ELF by SOA; (2) quantifying the relative importance of ROS formation by chemical reactions and macrophages in the ELF.MethodsSOA particles were generated using reaction chambers from oxidation of various precursors including isoprene, terpenes, and aromatic compounds with or without nitrogen oxides (NOx). We collected size-segregated PM at two highway sites in Anaheim, CA, and Long Beach, CA, and at an urban site in Irvine, CA, during two wildfire events. The collected particles were extracted into water or surrogate ELF that contained lung antioxidants. ROS generation was quantified using electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy with a spin-trapping technique. PM oxidative potential (OP) was also quantified using the dithiothreitol assay. In addition, kinetic modeling was applied for analysis and interpretation of experimental data. Finally, we quantified cellular superoxide release by RAW264.7 macrophage cells upon exposure to quinones and isoprene SOA using a chemiluminescence assay as calibrated with an EPR spin-probing technique. We also applied cellular imaging techniques to study the cellular mechanism of superoxide release and oxidative damage on cell membranes.ResultsSuperoxide radicals (·O2-) were formed from aqueous reactions of biogenic SOA generated by hydroxy radical (·OH) photooxidation of isoprene, β-pinene, α-terpineol, and d-limonene. The temporal evolution of ·OH and ·O2- formation was elucidated by kinetic modeling with a cascade of aqueous reactions, including the decomposition of organic hydroperoxides (ROOH), ·OH oxidation of primary or secondary alcohols, and unimolecular decomposition of α-hydroxyperoxyl radicals. Relative yields of various types of ROS reflected the relative abundance of ROOH and alcohols contained in SOA, which generated under high NOx conditions, exhibited lower ROS yields. ROS formation by SOA was also affected by pH. Isoprene SOA had higher ·OH and organic radical yields at neutral than at acidic pH. At low pH ·O2- was the dominant species generated by all types of SOA. At neutral pH, α-terpineol SOA exhibited a substantial yield of carbon-centered organic radicals (R·), while no radical formation was observed by aromatic SOA.Organic radicals in the ELF were formed by mixtures of Fe2+ and SOA generated from photooxidation of isoprene, α-terpineol, and toluene. The molar yields of organic radicals by SOA were 5-10 times higher in ELF than in water. Fe2+ enhanced organic radical yields by a factor of 20-80. Ascorbate mediated redox cycling of iron ions and sustained organic peroxide decomposition, as supported by kinetic modeling reproducing time- and concentration-dependence of organic radical formation, as well as by additional experiments observing the formation of Fe2+ and ascorbate radicals in mixtures of ascorbate and Fe3+. ·OH and superoxide were found to be efficiently scavenged by antioxidants.Wildfire PM mainly generated ·OH and R· with minor contributions from superoxide and oxygen-centered organic radicals (RO·). PM OP was high in wildfire PM, exhibiting very weak correlation with radical forms of ROS. These results were in stark contrast with PM collected at highway and urban sites, which generated much higher amounts of radicals dominated by ·OH radicals that correlated well with OP. By combining field measurements of size-segregated chemical composition, a human respiratory tract model, and kinetic modeling, we quantified production rates and concentrations of different types of ROS in different regions of the ELF by considering particle-size-dependent respiratory deposition. While hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and ·O2- production were governed by Fe and Cu ions, ·OH radicals were mainly generated by organic compounds and Fenton-like reactions of metal ions. We obtained mixed results for correlations between PM OP and ROS formation, providing rationale and limitations of the use of oxidative potential as an indicator for PM toxicity in epidemiological and toxicological studies.Quinones and isoprene SOA activated nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) oxidase in macrophages, releasing massive amounts of superoxide via respiratory burst and overwhelming the superoxide formation by aqueous chemical reactions in the ELF. The threshold dose for macrophage activation was much smaller for quinones compared with isoprene SOA. The released ROS caused lipid peroxidation to increase cell membrane fluidity, inducing oxidative damage and stress. Further increases of doses led to the activation of antioxidant response elements, reducing the net cellular superoxide production. At very high doses and long exposure times, chemical production became comparably important or dominant if the escalation of oxidative stress led to cell death.ConclusionsThe mechanistic understandings and quantitative information on ROS generation by SOA particles provided a basis for further elucidation of adverse aerosol health effects and oxidative stress by PM2.5. For a comprehensive assessment of PM toxicity and health effects via oxidative stress, it is important to consider both chemical reactions and cellular processes for the formation of ROS in the ELF. Chemical composition of PM strongly influences ROS formation; further investigations are required to study ROS formation from various PM sources. Such research will provide critical information to environmental agencies and policymakers for the development of air quality policy and regulation.

We used Mendelian randomization analysis to infer causality between Schizophrenia and Major Depressive Disorder with Constipation.Methods: The exposure of interest was Psychiatric disorders, including Schizophrenia (SCZ) and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). Summary statistics for psychiatric disorders were recruited from the PGC, SCZ (30,490 cases and 312,009 controls), MDD (170,756 cases and 329,443 controls), whereas Constipation summary genetic data were obtained from a FinnGen involving 17,246 cases and 201,546 controls. The inverse variance weighted (IVW) method was used as the primary analysis to assess the causal relationship between SCZ and MDD with Constipation.Results: LDSC indicated that Constipation was genetically correlated with Psychiatric disorders (rg range: |0.04– 0.05). The Mendelian randomization analysis indicated that there was significant evidence that genetically determined SCZ (OR = 1.05, 95% CI = 1.02– 1.07, P< 0.01) and MDD (OR = 1.21, 95% CI = 1.10– 1.33, P< 0.01) were statistically significantly causally associated with the risk of Constipation. SCZ effects remained within the range of practical equivalence (ROPE).Conclusion: The Mendelian randomization analysis suggested that SCZ and MDD increase the risk of Constipation. The CHDs data for PIs can be obtained from the GXBDMN. The study analyzed the changing trends of total CHDs prevalence and each subtype of CHDs prevalence per year using prevalence-rate ratios (PRR). The correlation between characteristics (such as year, infant gender, maternal age, and quarter) and the prevalence of CHDs was also examined by the PRR.Results: Between 2016 and 2020, 10817 PIs were diagnosed with CHDs, resulting in an overall CHDs prevalence of 29.82 [95% confidence intervals (CI): 29.26– 30.38] per 10000 PIs. CHDs accounted for 24.50% of all types of BDs, making them the most common type of BDs. Atrial septal defect / patent foramen ovale (ASD/PFO), patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), ventricular septal defect (VSD), atrioventricular septal defect (AVSD), persistent left superior vena cava (PLSVC), and tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) were the 6 most common subtypes of CHDs. Together they accounted for 86.24% of all CHDs cases, with a total prevalence of 25.72 (95% CI: 25.20– 26.24) per 10000 PIs. The study period saw a significant increase in the prevalence of CHDs (PRR = 1.300, 95% CI: 1.283– 1.318), and the maternal age also played a significant role in this increase (PRR = 2.738, 95% CI: 2.428– 3.087).Conclusion: The prevalence of CHDs in Guangxi is rising and has an upward trend with maternal age. However, the free-text format of MTB surgical records limits the formulation of effective postoperative patient management and rehabilitation plans. This study compares the efficacy of large language models (LLMs) in structuring data from these free-text MTB surgical record.Methods: This retrospective study collected a total of 382 MTB surgical records from a tertiary hospital. An initial analysis of 30 surgical record from these records provided a guiding prompt for LLMs, focusing on basic and advanced characteristics, such as occlusion locations, thrombectomy maneuvers, reperfusion status, and intraoperative complications. Six LLMs—ChatGPT, GPT-4, GeminiPro, ChatGLM4, Spark3, and QwenMax—were assessed against data extracted by neuroradiologists and a junior physician for comparison. The all 382 surgical records were used to test the performance of LLMs. The performance of the LLMs was quantified using Accuracy, Sensitivity, Specificity, AUC, and MSE as an additional metric for advanced characteristics.Results: All LLMs showed high performance in characteristic extraction, achieving an average accuracy of 95.09 ± 4.98% across 48 items, and 78.05 ± 4.2% overall. GLM4 and GPT-4 were most accurate in advanced characteristics extraction, with accuracies of 84.03% and 82.20%, respectively. The processing time for LLMs averaged 73.10 ± 10.86 seconds of six models, significantly faster than the 427.88 seconds for manual extraction by physicians.Conclusion: LLMs, particularly GLM4 and GPT-4, efficiently and accurately structured both general and advanced characteristics from MTB surgical record, outperforming manual extraction methods and demonstrating potential for enhancing clinical data management in AIS treatment.Keywords: large language models, free-text report, mechanical thrombectomy, acute ischemia stroke

Nonetheless, the mechanisms underlying XTTG’s efficacy remain largely unexplored. This study aimed to elucidate the mechanisms through which XTTG acts against AS, employing network pharmacology, molecular docking, and experimental validation techniques.Methods: Initially, target identification for the main chemical components of XTTG was conducted using database, followed by determining the intersection targets between these compounds and disease. Protein-protein interaction (PPI) network analysis, Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment, and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway analyses were subsequently utilized to investigate the potential pathways through which XTTG exerts its effects on AS. Molecular docking was done to confirm the binding efficacy of XTTG’s active components. Additionally, the effects of XTTG were evaluated in vitro using oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) induced human aortic vascular smooth muscle cells (HAVSMCs) and in vivo in apolipoprotein E gene knockout (ApoE−/−) mice fed a high-fat diet (HFD).Results: 229 therapeutic targets were screened for PPI network and enrichment analysis. Notably, the nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-κB) signaling pathway, along with processes related to inflammation and autophagy, were significantly enriched, highlighting their importance. In vitro studies showed that XTTG repressed cell proliferation and lipid droplet aggregation in ox-LDL-induced HAVSMCs. It also decreased the ratio of phosphorylated NF-κB p65/ NF-κB p65, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels, and elevated microtubule-associated protein light chain 3 (LC3) and decreased p62 protein expression. In vivo, XTTG ameliorated blood lipid profiles and aortic pathology in HFD-fed ApoE−/− mice, reduced NF-κB p65 expression and serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6, increased the ratio of LC3II/LC3I while decreasing p62 protein expression.Conclusion: XTTG mitigates AS primarily through anti-inflammatory and autophagy-modulating mechanisms, particularly via inhibition of NF-κB p65 expression. These findings underscore the potential of CM in treating AS and support its further clinical exploration. The polarization, pyroptosis, autophagy, and apoptosis are of macrophages, deeply involved in the pathogenesis of HF. Modulation of the phenotypic changes of macrophages can improve immune-inflammation, myocardial fibrosis, energy metabolism, apoptosis, and angiogenesis in HF. Patients selected a progestin treatment regimen based on their diagnosis. Those with concurrent obesity or insulin resistance received additional weight management support and metformin therapy. Follow-up assessments were conducted every 3– 6 months.Results: A total of 202 patients were included. The metformin group exhibited significantly greater improvement in abnormal uterine bleeding (91.5% vs 57.1%, p < 0.001) and in ultrasound findings (91.5% vs 66.7%, p < 0.001) than the non-metformin group. Patients who achieved > 3% weight loss and those using metformin showed a significantly higher rate of disease reversal than those with ≤ 3% weight loss (91.2% vs 77.6%, p = 0.034) and the non-metformin group (93.2% vs 52.4%, p < 0.001). At follow-up durations exceeding 12 months, metformin use was associated with a significantly higher disease reversal rate (82.1% vs 42.9%, p = 0.048) and a lower recurrence rate (12.8% vs 28.6%, p = 0.048). Weight loss of > 3% (odds ratio: 0.041, 95% confidence interval: 0.004– 0.437, p = 0.008) and metformin use (odds ratio: 0.059, 95% confidence interval: 0.011– 0.311, p = 0.001) were both independently associated with improved reversal rates in patients with EH/EAH.Conclusion: Combining progestin therapy with weight loss and metformin is more effective in reversing EH than progestin alone. However, the ways in which childhood physical abuse is indirectly associated with adulthood depressive symptoms by alexithymia and moral disengagement remain poorly understood, particularly in the context of China. The present study aims to investigate how childhood physical abuse may be associated with depressive symptoms via the serial mediation effects of alexithymia and moral disengagement among college students in China.Methods: A total of 686 college students (female: 53.2%) aged from 17 to 28 years old (M = 21.33; SD = 2.53) were recruited from mainland China to participate in an online survey assessing the variables of interest. Structural equation modeling and multiple group analysis were performed using Mplus 7.0 to investigate the hypothesized model.Results: College students’ experiences with childhood physical abuse was significantly associated with their depressive symptoms. This relationship was partially mediated by alexithymia and then by moral disengagement. Meanwhile, alexithymia and moral disengagement had a chain mediating effect on childhood physical abuse and depressive symptoms. Furthermore, multigroup analysis revealed that the association between alexithymia and depressive symptoms was stronger among rural students compared to urban students. Furthermore, the mediation model involving moral disengagement applies exclusively to rural students.Conclusion: Alexithymia and moral disengagement exerted serial mediating effect on the association between childhood physical abuse and depressive symptoms. This pattern was particularly pronounced among rural students. This study aims to understand the sequence of symptom improvement and the factors influencing the treatment effectiveness in patients with insomnia.Methods: Smartphone-delivered CBT, as a form of Online CBT, allows for training through mobile devices at any time and place. We utilized the Good Sleep 365 app to conduct a survey, involving 2820 patients who met the baseline inclusion criteria. These patients were assessed using a general demographic questionnaire and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) to evaluate general demographic information and insomnia symptoms, and subsequently underwent CBT training using the Good Sleep 365 app. A total of 1179 patients completed follow-ups at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 16 weeks, and 24 weeks.Results: At 4 weeks and 8 weeks, the descending order of the reduction rates of PSQI components (excluding component 6: use of sleeping medication) was: sleep latency, subjective sleep quality, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance, sleep maintenance, and daytime dysfunction. At 16 weeks and 24 weeks, the descending order was subjective sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep efficiency, daytime dysfunction, sleep maintenance, and sleep disturbance. There were significant differences in the reduction rates of PSQI components (excluding component 6: use of sleeping medication) both at the same follow-up times and at different follow-up times (all P< 0.05). Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that patients older than 30 years and those with a college degree or above had better treatment outcomes, whereas those with a disease duration of more than three years had worse outcomes.Conclusion: The sequence of symptom improvement in patients with insomnia changes over time, and age, educational level, and duration of disease are factors influencing treatment outcomes.Keywords: insomnia, CBT-I, PSQI, influencing factors

The receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to assess the diagnostic value of each marker and combined detection.Results: The diameter of luteal cysts was significantly smaller than that of benign ovarian tumors (p < 0.001). ROC analysis showed that the combination of AFP, CA125, CA19-9, and SCC had a higher diagnostic rate for luteal cysts (AUC=0.871; sensitivity: 71.8%; specificity: 88.9). The SCC level in OMCT was significantly higher than in other benign ovarian tumors (p=0.007). ROC analysis indicated that the combination of AFP, HE4, and SCC had a higher diagnostic rate for OMCT (AUC=0.753; sensitivity: 65.4%; specificity: 75.4%). The CA125 level in ovarian endometriosis was significantly higher than in other accessory benign tumors (p < 0.001). ROC analysis demonstrated that the combination of AFP, CA125, and CA19-9 had a higher diagnostic rate for ovarian endometriosis (AUC=0.935; sensitivity: 76.7%; specificity: 96.9%). The tumor diameter of benign epithelial tumors of the ovary was significantly larger than that of other benign ovarian tumors (p < 0.001). ROC analysis revealed that the combination of CA125 and CA19-9 had a higher diagnostic rate for benign epithelial tumors of the ovary (AUC=0.792; sensitivity: 64.5%; specificity: 85.7%).Conclusion: The findings of this study demonstrate that the combined use of tumor markers (CEA, AFP, CA125, CA19-9, SCC, and HE4) has value in diagnosing benign ovarian tumors, including luteal cysts, OMCT, ovarian endometriosis, and benign epithelial tumors of the ovary. However, it is important to acknowledge the limitations of this study, which include its single-center nature and the small sample size. Abstract: The nature of the so-called ``changing-look'' (CL) active galactic nucleus (AGN), which is characterized by spectral-type transitions within $\sim10$~yr, remains an open question. As the first in our series of studies, we here attempt to understand the CL phenomenon from a view of the coevolution of AGNs and their host galaxies (i.e., if CL-AGNs are at a specific evolutionary stage) by focusing on the SDSS local ``partially obscured'' AGNs in which the stellar population of the host galaxy can be easily measured in the integrated spectra. A spectroscopic follow-up program using the Xinglong 2.16~m, Lick/Shane 3~m, and Keck 10~m telescopes enables us to identify in total 9 CL-AGNs from a sample of 59 candidates selected by their mid-infrared variability. Detailed analysis of these spectra shows that the host galaxies of the CL-AGNs are biased against young stellar populations and tend to be dominated by intermediate-age stellar populations. This motivates us to propose that CL-AGNs are probably particular AGNs at a specific evolutionary stage, such as a transition stage from ``feast'' to ``famine'' fueling of the supermassive black hole. Abstract: Rotating Radio Transients (RRATs) are neutron stars that emit sporadic radio bursts. We detected 1955 single pulses from RRAT J1913+1330 using the 19-beam receiver of the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Radio Telescope (FAST). These pulses were detected in 19 distinct clusters, with 49.4% of them occurring with a waiting time of one rotation period. The energy distribution of these individual pulses exhibited a wide range, spanning three orders of magnitude, reminiscent of repeating fast radio bursts (FRBs). Furthermore, we observed abrupt variations in pulse profile, width, peak flux, and fluence between adjacent sequential pulses. These findings suggest that this RRAT could be interpreted as a pulsar with extreme pulse-to-pulse modulation. The presence of sequential pulse trains during active phases, along with significant pulse variations in profile, fluence, flux, and width, should be intrinsic to a subset of RRATs. Our results indicate that J1913+1330 represents a peculiar source that shares certain properties with populations of nulling pulsars, giant pulses, and FRBs from different perspectives. The dramatic pulse-to-pulse variation observed in J1913+1330 could be attributed to unstable pair creation above the polar cap region and the variation of the site where streaming pairs emit coherently. Abstract: We present the first catalog of very-high energy and ultra-high energy gamma-ray sources detected by the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory (LHAASO). The catalog was compiled using 508 days of data collected by the Water Cherenkov Detector Array (WCDA) from March 2021 to September 2022 and 933 days of data recorded by the Kilometer Squared Array (KM2A) from January 2020 to September 2022. This catalog represents the main result from the most sensitive large coverage gamma-ray survey of the sky above 1 TeV, covering declination from $-$20$^{\circ}$ to 80$^{\circ}$. In total, the catalog contains 90 sources with an extended size smaller than $2^\circ$ and a significance of detection at $> 5\sigma$. Based on our source association criteria, 32 new TeV sources are proposed in this study. Among the 90 sources, 43 sources are detected with ultra-high energy ($E > 100$ TeV) emission at $> 4\sigma$ significance level. Abstract: Recently, Andrews introduced separable integer partition classes and analyzed some well-known theorems. In this paper, we investigate partitions with parts separated by parity introduced by Andrews with the aid of separable integer partition classes with modulus $2$. We also extend separable integer partition classes with modulus $1$ to overpartitions, called separable overpartition classes. We study overpartitions and the overpartition analogue of Rogers-Ramanujan identities, which are separable overpartition classes.

Abstract: The diffuse Galactic $\gamma$-ray emission, mainly produced via interactions between cosmic rays and the interstellar medium and/or radiation field, is a very important probe of the distribution, propagation, and interaction of cosmic rays in the Milky Way. In this work we report the measurements of diffuse $\gamma$-rays from the Galactic plane between 10 TeV and 1 PeV energies, with the square kilometer array of the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory (LHAASO). Diffuse emissions from the inner ($15^{\circ}10$~TeV). The energy spectrum in the inner Galaxy regions can be described by a power-law function with an index of $-2.99\pm0.04$, which is different from the curved spectrum as expected from hadronic interactions between locally measured cosmic rays and the line-of-sight integrated gas content. Furthermore, the measured flux is higher by a factor of $\sim3$ than the prediction. A similar spectrum with an index of $-2.99\pm0.07$ is found in the outer Galaxy region, and the absolute flux for $10\lesssim E\lesssim60$ TeV is again higher than the prediction for hadronic cosmic ray interactions. The latitude distributions of the diffuse emission are consistent with the gas distribution, while the longitude distributions show clear deviation from the gas distribution. Abstract: The feedback from accretion of central supermassive black holes (SMBHs) is a hot topic in the co-evolution of the SMBHs and their host galaxies. By tracing the large scale outflow by the line profile and bulk velocity shift of $[ \rm O~{\scriptsize III}]~ \lambda 5007$, the evolutionary role of outflow is studied here on a large sample of 221 type 2 quasars (QSO2s) extracted from Reyes et al. By following our previous study on local Seyfert 2 galaxies, the current spectral analysis on the SDSS spectroscopic database enables us to arrive at following results: (1) by using the Lick indices, we confirm that QSO2s are on average associated with younger stellar populations than Seyfert galaxies; (2) QSO2s with a stronger outflow are tend to be associated with a younger stellar population, which implies a coevolution between the feedback from SMBH and the host in QSO2s; (3) although an occupation at the high $L_{\rm bol}/L_{\rm Edd}$ end, the QSO2s follow the $L_{\rm bol}/L_{\rm Edd}$-$D_{n}(4000)$ sequence established from local, less-luminous Seyfert galaxies, which suggests a decrease of accretion activity of SMBH and feedback as the circumnuclear stellar population continuously ages., Comment: 15 pages, 8 figures, and 3 tables, accepted for publication in ApJ

Abstract: Recent observations of the light component of the cosmic-ray spectrum have revealed unexpected features that motivate further and more precise measurements up to the highest energies. The Dark Matter Particle Explorer is a satellite-based cosmic-ray experiment that has been operational since December 2015, continuously collecting data on high-energy cosmic particles with very good statistics, energy resolution, and particle identification capabilities. In this work, the latest measurements of the energy spectrum of proton+helium in the energy range from 46 GeV to 464 TeV are presented. Among the most distinctive features of the spectrum, a spectral hardening at 600 GeV has been observed, along with a softening at 29 TeV measured with a 6.6{\sigma} significance. Moreover, the detector features and the analysis approach allowed for the extension of the spectral measurement up to the sub-PeV region. Qingre Lishi Decoction (QRLSD) has achieved great clinical effect in the treatment of psoriasis. However, the potential bioactive components and the mechanisms are yet unclear.Aim: To analyze the serum parameters of rats fed with QRLSD, screen out the active components of QRLSD, and explore the potential targets and pathway of QRLSD in the treatment of psoriasis.Materials and Methods: The active components of serum containing QRLSD were analyzed using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF/MS). The targets of QRLSD in the treatment of psoriasis were predicted by network pharmacology and molecular docking. In vitro experiments verified the underlying mechanism.Results: By UPLC-Q-TOF/MS, 15 prototype components and 22 metabolites were identified in serum containing QRLSD. Subsequently, 260 chemical composition targets and 218 psoriasis targets were overlapped to obtain 23 intersection targets, including LGALS3, TNF, F10, DPP4, EGFR, MAPK14, STAT3 and others. TNF, IL-10, GAPDH, STAT3, EGFR, ITGB1, LGALS3 genes were identified as potential drug targets in the PPI network analyzed by CytoHubba. Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analyses indicated that QRLSD may improve psoriasis by regulating immune and inflammatory pathways, the cytokine mediated signal transduction pathways and other signaling pathways. Molecular docking results showed that the main active components of the serum containing QRLSD had higher affinities for TNF and LGALS3. In vitro experiments confirmed that QRLSD may decrease levels of inflammatory cytokines by suppressing the NF-κB signaling pathway activated by TNF-α in human keratinocytes.Conclusion: This study explores the potential compounds, targets and signaling pathways of QRLSD in the treatment of psoriasis, which will help clarify the efficacy and mechanism of QRLSD.Keywords: qingre lishi decoction, psoriasis, UPLC-Q-TOF/MS, network pharmacology, molecular docking, NF-κB signaling pathway

Forkhead box O1 (FoxO1), an important regulator, plays a crucial role in maintaining bone homeostasis and regulating macrophage energy metabolism and osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). In this study, FoxO1 was overexpressed into small extracellular vesicles (sEV) using engineering technology, and effects of FoxO1-overexpressed sEV on periodontal tissue regeneration as well as the underlying mechanisms were investigated.Methods: Human periodontal ligament stem cell (hPDLSCs)-derived sEV (hPDLSCs-sEV) were isolated using ultracentrifugation. They were then characterized using transmission electron microscopy, Nanosight, and Western blotting analyses. hPDLSCs were treated with hPDLSCs-sEV in vitro after stimulation with lipopolysaccharide, and osteogenesis was evaluated. The effect of hPDLSCs-sEV on the polarization phenotype of THP-1 macrophages was also evaluated. In addition, we measured the reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels, adenosine triphosphate (ATP) production, mitochondrial characteristics, and metabolism of hPDLSCs and THP-1 cells. Experimental periodontitis was established in vivo in mice. HPDLSCs-sEV or phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) were injected into periodontal tissues for four weeks, and the maxillae were collected and assessed by micro-computed tomography, histological staining, and small animal in vivo imaging.Results: In vitro, FoxO1-overexpressed sEV promoted osteogenic differentiation of hPDLSCs in the inflammatory environment and polarized THP-1 cells from the M1 phenotype to the M2 phenotype. Furthermore, FoxO1-overexpressed sEV regulated the ROS level, ATP production, mitochondrial characteristics, and metabolism of hPDLSCs and THP-1 cells in the inflammatory environment. In the in vivo analyses, FoxO1-overexpressed sEV effectively promoted bone formation and inhibited inflammation.Conclusion: FoxO1-overexpressed sEV can regulate osteogenesis and immunomodulation. The ability of FoxO1-overexpressed sEV to regulate inflammation and osteogenesis can pave the way for the establishment of a therapeutic approach for periodontitis. In more than a decade of clinical use, the optimized formula of Yinxieling (PSORI-CM01) has consistently demonstrated its effectiveness for treating psoriasis. However, its underlying mechanism remains largely unexplored.Methods: The network pharmacology analysis was conducted to predict the mechanism and protective effect of PSORI-CM01 in treating psoriasis. Subsequently, we collected blood samples from 21 patients with psoriasis as part of a randomized, double-blind, and double-dummy clinical trial for microRNA expression profiling. Finally, it was experimentally confirmed that PSORI-CM01 improved psoriasis by regulating miR-20a-3p and miR-3184-3p expression.Results: As a result of the network pharmacology analysis, PSORI-CM01 improved psoriasis through the regulation of autophagy, cellular apoptosis, cellular proliferation, and anti-inflammatory processes. In the target-miRNA regulatory network, these key targets were mainly associated with the regulation of hsa-miR-20a-3p, hsa-miR-155-5p, has-miR-3184-3p, hsa-miR-328-3p and hsa-miR-124-3p. Based on the microRNA expression profiling results, the PSORI-CM01 treatment group exhibited five up-regulated genes and 16 down-regulated genes compared with the healthy control group. In particular, miR-20a-3p and miR-3184-3p were the primary differentially expressed microRNAs, and they were significantly enriched in the signaling pathways involving autophagy, apoptosis, proliferation, and anti-inflammation. Further experiments confirmed that PSORI-CM01 effectively regulates miR-20a-3p and miR-3184-3p, resulting in increased autophagy.Conclusion: We demonstrated by combining network pharmacology and clinical studies of miRNA expression profiles in PBMCs that PSORI-CM01 effectively modulated miR-20a-3p and miR-3184-3p, leading to an increase in autophagy and a decrease in keratinocyte proliferation.Keywords: PSORI-CM01, Psoriasis vulgaris, MicroRNA expression profile, network pharmacology, autophagy
