Subtropical regions have clay-rich, weathered soils, and long dry periods followed by intense rainfall that produces large fluctuations in soil water content (SWC) and hydrological behavior. This complicates predictions of spatio-temporal dynamics, as datasets are typically collected at too coarse resolution and observations often represent a duration that is too short to capture temporal stability. The aim of the present study was to gain further insights into the role of temporal sampling scale on the observed temporal stability features of SWC order to aid the design of optimal SWC sampling strategies. This focused on both sampling frequency and total monitoring duration, as previous analyses have not considered both of these sampling aspects simultaneously. We collected relatively high resolution data of SWC (fortnightly over 3.5 years) for various soil depths and under contrasting crops (peanuts and citrus) at the red soil region of southeast China. The dataset was split into a three-year training period and a six-month evaluation period. Altogether 13 sampling frequencies (intervals ranging from 15 to 240 days) and eight monitoring duration periods (between three and 36 months) were derived from the training period to identify temporal stability features and the most time stable location (MTSL). The prediction accuracies of these MTSLs were tested using the independent evaluation data. Results showed that vegetation type did affect the spatio-temporal patterns of SWC, whereby the citrus site exhibited a stronger temporal variation and weaker temporal stability than the peanut site. However, the effects of both sampling frequency and observation duration were more pronounced, irrespective of the role of vegetation type or soil depth. With increasing sampling interval or decreasing monitoring duration, temporal stability of SWC was generally overestimated; by less than 10% when sampling interval increased from every 15 to 240 days and by up to 40% with duration decreasing from 36 to 3 months. Our results suggest that sampling strategies and trade-offs between sampling interval and duration should focus on capturing the main variability in hydro-climatological conditions. For subtropical conditions, we found that sampling once every 45 days over 24 months to be the minimum sampling strategy to ensure errors in SWC temporal stability of less than 10%.

Precipitation is an essential element in earth system research, which greatly benefits from the emergence of Satellite Precipitation Products (SPPs). Therefore, assessment of the accuracy of the SPPs is necessary both scientifically and practically. The Integrated Multi-Satellite Retrievals for GPM (IMERG) is one of the most widely used SPPs in the scientific community. However, there is a lack of comprehensive evaluation for the performance of the newly released IMERG Version 07, which is essential for determining its effectiveness and reliability in precipitation estimation. In this study, we compare the IMERG V07 Final Run (V07_FR) with its predecessor IMERG V06_FR across scales from January 2016 to December 2020 over the globe (cross-compare their similarities and differences) and a focused study on mainland China (validate against 2481 rain gauges). The results show that: (1) Globally, the annual mean precipitation of V07_FR increases 2.2% compared to V06_FR over land but decreases 5.8% over the ocean. The two SPPs further exhibit great differences as indicated by the Critical Success Index (CSI = 0.64) and the Root Mean Squared Difference (RMSD = 3.42 mm/day) as compared to V06_FR to V07_FR. (2) Over mainland China, V06_FR and V07_FR detect comparable precipitation annually. However, the Probability of Detection (POD) improves by 5.0%, and the RMSD decreases by 3.7% when analyzed by grid cells. Further, the POD (+0%~+6.1%) and CSI (+0%~+8.8%) increase and the RMSD (−11.1%~0%) decreases regardless of the sub-regions. (3) Under extreme rainfall rates, V07_FR measures 4.5% lower extreme rainfall rates than V06_FR across mainland China. But V07_FR tends to detect more accurate extreme precipitation at both daily and event scales. In hypertrophic scars, the differentiation and migration of fibroblasts are influenced by the extracellular matrix microenvironment, which includes factors such as stiffness, restraint, and tensile force. These mechanical stresses incite alterations in cell behavior, accompanied by cytoskeletal protein reorganization. However, the role of nucleo-skeletal proteins in this context remains underexplored. In this study, we use a polyacrylamide hydrogel (PAA) to simulate the mechanical stress experienced by cells in scar tissue and investigate the impact of Emerin on cell behavior. We utilize atomic force microscopy (AFM) and RNA interference technology to analyze cell differentiation, migration, and stiffness. Our findings reveal that rigid substrates and cellular restriction elevate Emerin expression and diminish differentiation. Conversely, reducing Emerin expression leads to attenuated cell differentiation, where stiffness and constraining factors exert no notable influence. Furthermore, a softening of cells and an enhanced migration rate are also markedly observed. These observations indicate that variations in nuclear skeletal proteins, prompted by diverse matrix microenvironments, play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of hypertrophic scars (HSs). This research offers novel insights and a reference point for understanding scar fibrosis formation mechanisms and preventing fibrosis.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of severe combined periodontal-endodontic lesions in a double-rooted maxillary lateral incisor with a palatal radicular groove and to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods A patient with a double-rooted left maxillary lateral incisor with a palatal radicular groove and severe combined periodontal-endodontic lesions underwent complete root canal therapy and intentional replantation, and a retrospective analysis of the management of this type of patient was performed based on the literature. Results The 3-year follow-up examination revealed no discomfort, good healing of the upper left lateral incisor, no pathological loosening, and a palatal gingival sulcus was found at a depth of approximately 1 mm. Review of the literature showed that the prognosis of the affected tooth and the choice of treatment plan were correlated with the length and depth of extension of the lingual groove toward the root, the periodontal condition and the pulpal status of the affected tooth. For minor PRGs or for affected teeth with no loss of pulpal viability, flap surgery and odontoplasty can be used to avoid endodontic treatment or retreatment. For deep or long lingual grooves that result in significant loss of periodontal tissue, endodontic treatment, odontoplasty, or closure of the grooves and guided tissue regeneration are needed. In the case of PRGs with double root formation, the affected tooth can be preserved via root canal therapy, removal of the small root and filling with apical restorative material, and intentional replantation. Conclusion In cases of severe combined periodontal-endodontic lesions due to palatal radicular grooves occurring in double-rooted maxillary lateral incisors, clinical presentation and imaging can prevent missed diagnoses, and appropriate treatment should be based on the length and depth of lingual grooves extending toward the roots, periodontal conditions, and pulpal status of the affected teeth.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and application value of an improved 3D-printed guide plate for the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia (PTN) by percutaneous microballoon compression (PMC). Methods This prospective study included 42 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia treated at the Department of Stomatology, Xuzhou Central Hospital, from September 2019 to January 2022. The group was divided by the random number table method into the experimental group (adopting 3D printing technology to make guide plates to guide the puncture, 22 cases) and the control group (adopting the traditional Hartel anterior approach to position the puncture, 20 cases). The intraoperative success rate of the first puncture, puncture time, operative time, radiation exposure of patients and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Postoperative Barrow Neurological Institute Scale (BNI) scores, facial numbness, diminished corneal reflexes and chewing weakness were recorded. The t-test, rank-sum test and chi-square test were used for statistical analysis, with P0.05). In the experimental group, 16 patients had postoperative masseter weakness, 1 had keratitis and 10 had perilabial herpes, while in the control group, 18 patients had postoperative masseter weakness, 2 had keratitis, 11 had perilabial herpes and 1 had monocular blindness. There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups (P>0.05). At 12 months of follow-up, there was no recurrence in either the experimental or control group. Conclusions 3D digital guide plate-guided percutaneous microballoon compression for primary trigeminal neuralgia can improve the accuracy and safety of puncture to a certain extent, obviously shorten the operation time, reduce radiation exposure of the patients, improve the success rate of the operation, meaning it has a high clinical application value.

In this paper, after analyzing the structural system of the digital resource sharing model in colleges and universities, a shared storage model based on cloud storage is designed, and a digital teaching resource management and sharing platform for colleges and universities based on cloud storage is constructed on this basis. In order to realize accurate sharing, the sharing behaviors of teaching resources are symbolically illustrated, double behavior aggregation is performed, and a multidimensional preference personalized recommendation algorithm, i.e., DB-CGAT model, is designed to construct the personalized sharing module of teaching resources that integrates the behavioral graph. In addition, three types of experiments are conducted on the personalized sharing module of the platform to test its sharing performance and overall performance. The results show that the accuracy of this model is reduced by 0.04 compared with the traditional algorithm; the 90 percent time of login transaction is 2.44, and the time of query transaction is 1.46, which is all up to the standard value. All the action actions are green, and the number of clicks and throughputs in 5~30ss are around 120. Universities can benefit from the digital teaching resource management and sharing platform designed in this paper, which can improve teaching efficiency.

The effects of different preparation techniques (aqueous enzymatic extraction, aqueous extraction, cold pressing, hot pressing and organic solvent extraction) on the physical and chemical properties, nutritional components and oxidation stability of tiger nut oil from the cultivar ‘Zhongyousha 1’ grown in Xinjiang were investigated. The results showed that organic solvent extraction gave the highest extraction rate (88.31%), and there were significant differences in the physicochemical properties of tiger nut oils prepared by different processes (P < 0.05). Oleic acid accounted for 76.04% of the total fatty acids in the oil prepared by aqueous extraction, which was 1.72–2.34 percentage points higher than that obtained with other preparation processes (P < 0.05). Different preparation techniques had significant effects on the lipid concomitant content and oxidation stability of tiger nut oil (P < 0.05). The oil obtained by organic solvent extraction had the highest contents of tocopherol (370.67 mg/kg), total phenol (168.59 mg/100 g) and phytosterol (271.26 mg/100 g), while the content of squalene was highest (162.04 mg/kg) in the oil obtained by aqueous extraction. The cold pressed oil had the highest oxidation stability index (24.15 h) indicating good oxidation stability. Correlation analysis indicated that the oxidation stability of tiger nut oil was positively correlated with unsaturated fatty acid and oleic acid (r = 0.72, r = 0.48), and the antioxidant capacity (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl and 2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) free radical scavenging rate) of polar components was significantly positively correlated with total phenol content (r = 0.91, r = 0.96, P < 0.05). The results of principal component analysis (PCA) revealed that the cold pressed oil was similar to the oil obtained aqueous enzymatic extraction, while the oils prepared by organic solvent extraction, hot pressing and aqueous extraction were differentiated well. These results can provide a theoretical basis for the development of high-quality tiger nut oil.

Objective To analyze the clinical,CT and MRI characteristics of tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) to raise awareness of multiple organ damage in this disease. Methods The clinical, CT and MRI characteristics of 12 cases of clinically confirmed TSC in Nanjing Jiangbei Hospital from September 2015 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Results TSC involved multiple organs and showed different changes in clinical imaging (the count of cases may overlap). In central nervous system, there were 9 cases of typical subependymal nodule, including 7 calcified nodules and 2 non-calcified nodules; 5 cases of cortical and subcortical nodule, 3 cases of white matter signal change, 1 case of subependymal giant cell astrocytoma. In abdomen,there were 8 cases of angiomyolipoma of different sizes in both kidneys (of which 2 cases were accompanied by intratumoral hemorrhage) and 1 case of multiple hepatic angiomyolipoma. In chest, there were 2 cases of pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis and 1 case of cardiac rhabdomyoma. In bone, there was 1 case of multiple nodular and patchy osteosclerosis. Conclusion The analysis of clinical imaging features of TSC multi-system tumor is helpful for the diagnosis of TSC.

Neoadjuvant therapy (NAT) for advanced colorectal cancer (ACRC) is a kind of well-evidenced therapy, yet a portion of ACRC patients have poor therapeutic response. To date, no suitable biomarker used for assessing NAT efficacy has been reported. Here, we collect 72 colonoscopy biopsy tissue specimens from ACRC patients before undergoing NAT and investigate the relationship between HOXA13 expression and NAT efficacy. In this article, we study the orbital dynamics with the gravitational potential of the asteroid 93 Minerva using an irregular shape model from observations. We calculate its physical size, physical mass, surface height, and zero-velocity surface. Meanwhile, we recognize that there are five equilibrium points around Minerva, four of which are external, and one is internal. Two of the external equilibrium points are stable and near the yy-axis, while two external equilibrium points are unstable and near the xx-axis. In addition, we study the changes in the number, position, and topological case of the equilibrium points when changing the spin speed and the density. We calculate the gravitational force acceleration of the polyhedron model, and we back up our calculations by simulating the orbit of one moonlet under the gravitational force acceleration of Minerva. With the simulation result, we demonstrate the existence of stable orbits around Minerva.

Objective To investigate the correlation between the ossification of the styloid hyoid ligament and Bell’s facial paralysis and provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods A case of ossification of the bilateral stylohyoid ligament with Bell's facial palsy caused by ossification of the bilateral stylohyoid ligament was diagnosed by clinical manifestations, differential diagnosis and imaging examination. The surgical plan was determined, and combined surgical resection of the ossified area of the styloid hyoid ligament and the greater horn of the hyoid was performed. Postoperative cefoxitin sodium anti-inflammatory treatment, methylprednisolone hormone treatment, acyclovir antiviral treatment, mecobalamin nutritional neurotherapy, and the relevant literature were analyzed. Results The patient experienced pain when swallowing before surgery, disappearance of right frontal ridges, incomplete eyelid closure, and ptosis of mouth corners. An MRI scan of the brain excluded intracranial space-occupying lesions and resulted in the diagnosis of Bell’s facial paralysis. High-resolution CT of the styloid process confirmed ossification of the styloid hyoid ligament. Styloid process shortening and partial hyoid resection were performed under general anesthesia. Half a month after discharge, the symptoms of sore throat and pain in swallowing disappeared, facial nerve function recovered well, right eyelid closure function recovered well, and right mouth droop improved. The facial nerve function basically returned to normal after 1 month of follow-up. A review of the relevant literature showed that ossification of the stylohyoid ligament to form pseudojoint dilation can locally stimulate the peripheral facial nerve and lead to facial paralysis symptoms. Conclusion Ossification of the styloid hyoid ligament is usually characterized by pharyngeal pain, which can be confirmed by imaging examination. Ossification of the styloid hyoid ligament with facial paralysis is rare in the clinic, so it is necessary to make a clear diagnosis and treat the symptoms.

Obesity is a risk factor for many metabolic diseases. Efficient therapeutic strategies are urgently needed. Swertiamarin (STM) prevents obesity and the associated insulin resistance and inflammation. However, the therapeutic effects of STM on preexisting obesity remain unclear. Therefore, in this study we aim to investigate the effects of STM on energy expenditure and fat browning in mice with preexisting obesity. C57BL/6J mice are fed with a high-fat diet (HFD) for 8 weeks to induce obesity and then gavaged (or not) with STM for 10 weeks. The whole-body energy metabolism of mice is examined by indirect calorimetry. The results show that after 10 weeks of treatment, STM markedly prevents HFD-induced weight gain, chronic inflammation, insulin resistance, and hepatic steatosis. STM promotes oxygen consumption and energy expenditure. The level of uncoupling protein 1 is enhanced in the brown and white adipose tissues of STM-treated mice. STM increases the phosphorylation of AMP-activated protein kinase and the expressions of genes involved in fat oxidation, reducing fat deposition in skeletal muscles. Meanwhile, STM does not affect the intestinal microbiotic composition. Overall, STM supplementation may serve as a potential therapy for obesity.

This study presented a mathematical description of an arbitrary shape area, and after analyzing the characteristics of the near-polar orbital co-ground trajectory constellation that satisfies the revisit interval constraint, an optimization model of the orbital parameters design of reference satellites in regional coverage constellations was constructed. Then based on the designed area covering the constellation of common ground trajectories, a simple and effective two-pulse maneuvering scheme was adopted for the needs of sudden tasks, and an existing satellite scheduling optimization model using the golden section method to constrain the boundary of substellar point coverage was constructed. Finally, the optimal design of regional coverage constellations and existing satellite dispatches was carried out for the sea areas with the most frequent tropical cyclone activities in the northwest Pacific Ocean, and the simulation results verified the effectiveness of the proposed optimization model and have certain practical use value.

As a physical carrier of energy Internet， integrated energy system can improve energy utilization efficiency. Therefore， its optimal dispatching has attracted extensive attention of scholars all over the world. Firstly， the comprehensive demand response and the operation model of multi-energy storage device are modeled； Then， the minimum total operation cost of the integrated energy system is taken as the objective function to construct the optimal dispatching model of the integrated energy system considering the comprehensive demand response and multi-energy storage devices； Then， the CVaR （conditional value at risk） is used to deal with the output uncertainty of renewable energy； Finally， an example of an electric-heat-cold integrated energy system is analyzed. The results show that the model proposed in this paper can reduce the operation cost of the integrated energy system and measure the operational risk caused by output uncertainty of renewable energy.

PurposeTo evaluate the clinical outcomes of salvage radiotherapy in patients with supraclavicular lymph node (SCLN) metastases after esophagectomy.MethodsAfter initial esophagectomy (R0 resection), clinical outcomes in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma with SCLN metastases during follow-up were retrospectively analyzed.ResultsA total of 114 patients were split into two groups: the salvage radiotherapy (SR) (n=89) and the control (NSR) (without salvage radiotherapy, n=25). The overall survival rates of 1 year, 3 years and 5 years were 81.6%, 31.4% and 8.6%, accordingly. The 1-year and 3-year survival after SCLN metastases (SASM) rates were 40.2% and 14.5%, respectively; the median SASM time was 10 months. Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of morbidity in patients with diabetes mellitus. In 2019, the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association (along with industry leaders) launched the groundbreaking collaborative initiative “Know Diabetes by Heart™” to reduce cardiovascular deaths in type 2 diabetic patients. The molecular basis linking diabetes with cardiovascular complications has not yet been fully defined. Recent clinical and experimental studies strongly suggest that adipocyte dysfunction and subsequent pathological communications between adipocyte and cardiomyocytes play important roles in diabetic cardiac injury. This perspective article will review recent development concerning adipocyte-cardiomyocyte communications, and identify the most critical questions remain to be answered in this filed.

The Integrated Energy System (IES) can promote social energy transformation and low-carbon development, which is also an effective means to make contributions to energy structure optimization, energy consumption reduction, and new energy consumption. However, the IES has the characteristics of complex energy flow, and strong uncertainty with multi-agents. Therefore, traditional mathematical optimization models are difficult to comprehensively and accurately reflect the interest needs of different entities in the integrated energy microgrid. Aiming at this problem, a two-level collaborative control strategy model of “electricity-heat-gas” IES based on multi-agent deep reinforcement learning is proposed in this paper. The upper layer of this model is a multi-agent hybrid game decision-making model based on the Multi-Agent Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient algorithm (MADDPG), and the lower layer contains the power and gas flow calculation model. The lower model provides the upper model with the energy flow data of the IES and the upper layer rewards the decision-making behavior of the agent based on the energy flow data provided by the lower layer. Effectively solving the high-dimensional nonlinear optimization problem existing in the complex coupling network, this method can improve the convergence and training speed of the model. In this paper, the IEEE 33-node distribution network and 20-node gas network coupling system are provided to verify the model. The simulation results show that the proposed collaborative control strategy method can provide effective decision-making for electric-agent and gas-agent and realize the efficient and economic operation of the integrated energy system.

In this paper, it is proved that the Ricci operator of an almost Kenmotsu 3-h-manifold M is of transversely Killing-type if and only if M is locally isometric to the hyperbolic 3-space ℍ3(−1){{\mathbb{H}}}^{3}(-1) or a non-unimodular Lie group endowed with a left invariant non-Kenmotsu almost Kenmotsu structure. Maize is an important food crop in China. In order to quickly and non-destructively estimate summer maize leaf area index (LAI) under different water stress conditions, in this study, maize samples with multiple irrigation treatments throughout the growth period were used for modeling analysis. Then, based on the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) multi-spectral remote sensing technology, combined with the summer maize LAI collected in the field during the same period, five kinds of vegetation indices, including the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), soil adjusted vegetation index (SAVI), enhanced vegetation index (EVI), green normalized difference vegetation index (GNDVI) and visible atmospherically resistant index (VARI) were selected in this research as model input parameters, and random forest regression algorithm was used to establish the relationship between the field maize canopy vegetation indices and LAI under different irrigation conditions during the entire growth period. The accuracies of the model were compared with that of the model established by the university linear regression and multiple linear regression algorithms. The results showed that under sufficient irrigation condition, the vegetation index using multiple linear regression model could well (R2 = 0.83, RMSE = 0.05) estimate LAI; under water stress conditions, the vegetation index using random forest regression model could well estimate LAI (R2 = 0.74~0.87, RMSE = 0.02~0.10), water stress factors had little effect on the random forest regression model, and NDVI and VARI contributed the LAI estimation model better. The spatial distribution map of LAI was generated based on the random forest regression algorithm. The above results showed that it was feasible to use the random forest regression algorithm to estimate the summer maize LAI under various irrigation conditions based on the UAV multi-spectral remote sensing technology. The results indicates that the model established has a good applicability. This research can provide technical and method support for the rapid and accurate monitoring of field summer maize LAI under different irrigation conditions during the entire growth period.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease characterized by erosive arthritis, which can involve multiple systems. Patients with RA may have a variety of comorbidities, including cardiovascular disease (CVD), lung cancer, lymphoma, infection, osteoporosis, fatigue, depression, colon cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, and Alzheimer's disease. Among these comorbidities, the incidence of CVD, lung cancer, lymphoma, infection, and osteoporosis is higher. CVD is a serious complication of RA. The risk of CVD and associated mortality rate in patients with RA is high, and the treatment rate is low. In addition to traditional risk factors, such as age, sex, blood pressure, and diabetes, RA is also associated with inflammation. Furthermore, therapeutic drugs for RA, including non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, glucocorticoids, and disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs, have beneficial or harmful effects on cardiovascular events in patients with RA. This article discusses the effects of therapeutic drugs for RA on cardiovascular events.

In view of the rapid development of private higher education institution in China and the differences between instructors and students composition and public universities, some students have some problems in learning methods and learning initiative. Setting up special guidance and improving students’ learning and development ability is an important measure to improve the teaching quality of private universities, which is also feasible and necessary. Learning from the successful experience of “Learning Guidance and Development Centers” of universities at domestic and abroad, this paper explores a student learning support system in accordance with the characteristics of private universities, and improves students’ independent learning ability by setting up learning guidance courses, consultation, discussion and peer assistance.

BackgroundSolid oxide cell (SOC) is the core converter for hydrogen production by high temperature electrolysis of water vapor and hydrogen fuel utilization.PurposeThis study aims to develope two kinds of aqueous casting pastes of NiO-YSZ with different components for the batch preparation of SOC without the usage of a large number of organic solvents.MethodsA 10 cm×10 cm large-scale full-scale cell was prepared by screen printing the hydrogen electrode functional layer, electrolyte layer, barrier layer and oxygen electrode layer with NiO-YSZ support film at one time casting of about 450 μm. The effect of dispersant on the microstructure of hydrogen electrode support and the stability of the pastes were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The performance of the SOCs were tested by I-V curve and electrochemical impedance.ResultsBased on the optimized NiO-YSZ supports, the prepared planar SOCs delivers a peak power density of 0.36 W·cm-2 at 750 ℃. The electrolysis current density of SOC can reach -0.68 A·cm-2 at 1.30 V in solid oxide electrolysis cell (SOEC) model.ConclusionsThe performances of the aqueous-based SOCs can be considered highly remarkable, thus supporting the success in scaling the fabrication of SOCs using more environ-mentally friendly processes than conventional ones.

The existing FFT-WT algorithm and FFT-BP algorithm have advantages only for the detection of certain specific harmonics in photovoltaic systems. In this paper, the FFT-WT algorithm is improved, and a DFFT-WT algorithm is proposed. The FFT-BP algorithm is improved and an improved FFT-BP model is proposed. On the basis of this, the two are combined, the threshold interval is introduced to limit the search scope of the neural network iteration, and a DFFT-WT-BP(Double FFT-WT-BP) detection algorithm is proposed. The simulation results show that the algorithm can detect complex harmonic signals composed of multiple harmonics in the actual photovoltaic network inversion system, and is more accurate and practical.

The automation and intelligentization of fault diagnosis system for satellite ground system directly affect the success of tasks and the reliability of the system. This paper designed a fault diagnosis system based on rule base, which contained satellite ground system failure rule base, failure model, abnormal and alarm mechanism. Software implementation has been verified by actual project, it shows that the fault diagnosis system based on rule base can improve the capacity of fault management functions, real-time monitoring and automatic fault diagnosis support system. In addition, fault analysis and location can enhance the automation level and efficiency of satellite fault diagnosis, make efficient and reliable diagnosis of remote sensing satellite receiving system, raise the success rate of satellite data receiving, and have good practicability and popularization.

Research fronts build on recent work, but using times cited as a traditional indicator to detect research fronts will inevitably result in a certain time lag. This study attempts to explore the effects of usage count as a new indicator to detect research fronts in shortening the time lag of classic indicators in research fronts detection.

The quality of drinking water is closely related to the health condition of the population. In order to effectively assess the heavy metal environment of drinking water in Guizhou Province, this paper first analyzed the distribution characteristics of heavy metals in drinking water, and then used the environmental health risk assessment model recommended by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) to investigate and analyze the toxic and hazardous substances in drinking water in Guizhou Province in 2019 to assess the health risks of heavy metals in drinking water. The survey results showed that the cancer-causing health risks of drinking water in Guizhou Province exceeded the EPA evaluation standards, while the non-cancer-causing health risks were much lower than the evaluation standards. Finally, for the heavy metal environment of drinking water in Guizhou province, this paper proposes corresponding response strategies from two perspectives of water quality monitoring and government supervision.

With the emergence of energy shortage and environmental problems, multi energy complementary has been widely used. This paper first analyzes the current grim energy situation, and points out the necessity of implementing multi energy complementary. Secondly, it introduces the multi energy complementary power generation system and multi energy complementary heating system, gives several common system forms, and introduces the system composition and process. Finally, the development prospect of multi energy complementary system is analyzed and summarized.

Food safety has been a major concern in recent years as a result of numerous food safety events in many nations. This could increase the health risks associated with eating low-quality food, lowering customer confidence in food safety. It is critical to overcome this challenge and gain consumer trust in order to improve food quality and safety. To address this issue, we suggested an intelligent deep learning method for identifying which foods are potentially harmful to human health based on chemical and additive qualities, which could have a significant impact on consumer health. The findings of our survey show that deep learning surpasses other methods such as manual feature extractors, as well as the promising findings of categorization of hazardous food, further research efforts to apply deep learning to the field of food will be made in the future.

Large amounts of organised and unstructured data from various sources and origins are increasingly being handled by technology. Big data is a term used to describe these technologies, which open up new fields of research and applications that will have an expanding impact on all aspects of our society. Because of its potential to turn massive amounts of data into insights for informed business and operational choices, big data has found uses in a variety of industries. In the food industry, advanced techniques have been used for providing Food Safety. We present an overview of how and to what extent big data is being used in the food safety domain in this study. Mobile phones as food safety detecting devices and the use of social media as an early warning system for food safety issues are just two examples of the new advancements made feasible by big data.

Food safety is a matter of national importance, and it is important to establish and improve a whole process food safety supervision system with high standard. Along with the advent of the era of big data, to achieve this goal requires not only the reform and optimization of the old regulatory approach needs to establish the idea of information-based supervision, and actively apply big data technology to food safety testing. In this paper, we introduce the current situation of food safety in society, analyse the shortcomings of current food safety supervision and the challenges faced in the era of big data, discuss the feasibility of using big data for food safety testing with big data technology as the core, and give the design idea of establishing a corresponding food safety subject database. This paper takes food safety testing as the foothold and innovatively combines big data with food safety testing, with a view to providing reference for food safety regulatory authorities and promoting the healthy development of the food industry.

This exploratory work focused on the preparation of coal water slurry from low volatile coal and its combustion characteristics. Sample of raw coal and coal slime (Tunliu& Changcun, Lu’an Ltd, Shanxi, CN) were ground and prepared into high-concentration coal water slurry (CWS), which could be up to 72% and the apparent viscosity was less than 1 200 mPa·s, showing a good slurryability of the sample. Then thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA) and combustion test were conducted and the result showed that sample from Changcun had a comparatively higher ignition temperature, while a lower combined combustion characteristic index compared to the high volatile CWS. Under the same heating rate, a higher activation energy was required for low volatile CWS, while its ash deposition rate was well below that of high volatile CWS. When combusted continuously in a 10t/h industry boiler under the condition of national emission standards, the Changcun CWS was well distributed in the furnace with a uniform temperature, a bright, stable and sparkless flame, and the burn-out rate was high with a combustion thermal efficiency of 86.93%.

In order to establish an accurate model of human knee joint, which lays a foundation for the follow-up finite element analysis of knee joint and biomechanics analysis, the paper based on the theory of biomechanics and MRI, with the help of professional modeling software, provides a 3D geometric model modeling and materialization processing method of knee joint, and established a total knee joint model including femur, tibia, fibular, meniscus, cartilage, ligament and other related structures.

Lung adenocarcinoma remains to be a high-mortality disease with few effective prognostic biomarkers. Novel biomarkers are urgently demanded to supplement the current prognostic biomarkers. Here, we explored the prognostic value of CYP3A4 and CYP3A5 in lung adenocarcinoma. The tissue microarray was made up of lung adenocarcinoma samples and corresponding normal lung tissues from Nanjing Medical University affiliated Cancer Hospital Tissue Bank. The expression of CYP3A4, together with CYP3A5, was detected by the chip data from Gene Expression Omnibus datasets and immunohistochemistry staining of the tissue microarray. Then, we assessed the relationships between CYP3A4 or CYP3A5 expression level and clinicopathological factors to estimate the clinical significance. Kaplan–Meier curves were applied to analyze the prognosis. Univariate and multivariate Cox analyses were subsequently applied to identify the independent prognostic factors. Immunohistochemistry staining results showed that by comparison with matched normal tissues, CYP3A4 was frequently hyper-expressed in lung adenocarcinoma tissues while CYP3A5 was hypo-expressed, which was consistent with the Gene Expression Omnibus analysis. Kaplan–Meier analysis indicated that high-CYP3A4 or low-CYP3A5 expression level predicted poor survival in lung adenocarcinoma patients. Multivariate Cox analysis found that hypo-expression of CYP3A5 was an independent prognostic factor. Further study revealed that combination of these two markers exhibited a more powerful predictor of poor prognosis, which could target to more accurate survival of lung adenocarcinoma. Our findings indicate that combination of CYP3A4 and CYP3A5 may serve as a novel prognostic biomarker in lung adenocarcinoma, which contribute to the precision of predicting the survival in lung adenocarcinoma.

Besides presenting conditions guaranteeing the existence of a unique equilibrium pattern, its global exponential stability is discussed. Some numerical examples for different time scales.

Abstract Background The relationship between functional improvements in ischemic rats given a neural stem cell (NSC) transplant and the modulation of the class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) mediated by NSC-derived neurotrophins was investigated. Methods The levels of gene expression of nerve growth factor (NGF), brain-derived neurotropic factor (BDNF) and neurotrophin-3 (NT-3) were assayed from cultures of cortical NSC from Sprague-Dawley rat E16 embryos. The levels of translated NGF in spent culture media from NSC cultures and the cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) of rats with and without NGF injection or NSC transplant were also measured. Results We found a significant increase of NGF, BDNF and NT-3 transcripts and NGF proteins in both the NSC cultures and the CSF of the rats. The immunochemical staining for MHC in brain sections and the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay of CSF were carried out in sham-operated rats and rats with surgically induced focal cerebral ischemia. These groups were further divided into animals that did and did not receive NGF administration or NSC transplant into the cisterna magna. Our results show an up-regulation of class I MHC in the ischemic rats with NGF and NSC administration. The extent of caspase-III immunoreactivity was comparable among three arms in the ischemic rats. Conclusion Readouts of somatosensory evoked potential and the trap channel test illustrated improvements in the neurological function of ischemic rats treated with NGF administration and NSC transplant.
