Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) is an acquired clonal hematopoietic stem cell disease caused by abnormal expression of glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) on the cell membrane due to mutations in the phosphatidylinositol glycan class A(PIGA) gene. It is commonly characterized by intravascular hemolysis, repeated thrombosis, and bone marrow failure, as well as multiple systemic involvement symptoms such as renal dysfunction, pulmonary hypertension, swallowing difficulties, chest pain, abdominal pain, and erectile dysfunction. Due to the rarity of PNH and its strong heterogeneity in clinical manifestations, multidisciplinary collaboration is often required for diagnosis and treatment. Peking Union Medical College Hospital, relying on the rare disease diagnosis and treatment platform, has invited multidisciplinary clinical experts to form a unified opinion on the diagnosis and treatment of PNH, and formulated the Expert Consensus of Multidisciplinary Diagnosis and Treatment for Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (2024), with the hope of promoting the standardization of PNH diagnosis and treatment.

Water-flooding reservoirs are the mainstay in developing mature oilfields in eastern China， and they have entered the ultra-high water cut stage as a whole after long-term water injection development. Laboratory studies and field practice show that there is still potential for significantly enhancing oil recovery. However， the difficulty of scientific and efficient development has increased due to the heterogeneity of reservoirs and development dynamics， and further research is needed to enhance oil recovery technology. Uncompartmentalized reservoirs face challenges such as severe extreme water consumption in the later stage of ultra-high water cut， affecting stable production and enhanced oil recovery through water flooding. Therefore， the theory of high water consumption zones was deepened， and the development technology of near-resistance layer recombination， the vector development technology of ultra-high water cut reservoirs， and the development technology of flow field adjustment in the later stage of ultra-high water cut were developed through innovation， achieving water consumption control and reduction， with an average oil recovery of 43.7%. In response to the characteristics of fault block reservoirs with numerous faults and small fault blocks， as well as the challenges of small remaining oil reserves and difficult exploitation during the ultra-high water-cut stage， understanding of the accumulation patterns of remaining oil and hydrodynamic regulation mechanisms was deepened. A series of leading development technologies were developed through innovation， such as artificial peripheral water flooding and stereoscopic development， improving reserve control and water flooding efficiency， with an average oil recovery of 29.4%. These technologies have supported the stable and profitable production of fault block reservoirs. Given the poor physical properties of low-permeability reservoirs and the difficulty of effective water flooding， nonlinear flow mechanisms and pressure flooding development mechanisms were researched， supporting development technologies were formed， and the development limits were constantly broadened. A series of differential development technologies have been innovated， such as water injection of simulated horizontal wells in ultra-low permeability reservoirs， well pattern adaptation for enhanced oil recovery in general low-permeability reservoirs， and pressure flooding in low-permeability and tight reservoirs， with an average oil recovery of 15.7%， realizing rapid and efficient development of low-permeability reservoirs. Through the above technical research， the efficient development of water-flooding reservoirs in ultra-high water cut stage is realized. According to the development characteristics and situation of different types of reservoirs， the directions for further enhancing oil recovery of water-flooding reservoirs are being put forward.

In severe convective weather, transmission lines are prone to lightning strikes, wind swings, rain flashes and other faults that threaten the safe operation of the power grids. To overcome the problem that the existing nowcasting cannot fully meet the demand for refined weather forecasts for transmission line risk warning, a deep-learning-based nowcasting model of severe convective is constructed in this paper. The model is built by using meteorological radar echo image, assimilated data of wind speed and rainfall, lightning location data of the power grid and it is used to carry out early warning of transmission line risks. First, an long short-term memory (LSTM) network-based forecasting model of severe convective meteorological elements is constructed by taking the meteorological radar echo and its time-series extrapolation data as inputs, and assimilated data of wind speed and rainfall, lightning density, lightning current intensity as outputs. Then, combined with the wind, rain, and lightning forecast output from the model, the risk of wind swing, lightning strike, and tower collapse in the transmission corridor grid is evaluated. The fault probability of the transmission line is calculated in a comprehensive way for risk early warning. Finally, a case of successful early warning of severe convective weather processes in a province in September 2023 is demonstrated, which demonstrates the ability of the proposed method to improve the risk early warning capability of transmission lines under severe convective weather.

Objective At present, there are no systematic research results on the real-name train-riding scheme yet for city (suburban) and intercity railways. Therefore, the implementation and construction of such system has no guidelines, restricting the interconnected and integrated development of the four networks (main line railways, intercity railways, city/suburban railways and urban rail transit) to a certain extent. Method The current status of the real-name ticket system in rail transit industry, the national, local and industry policies related to real name train riding are analyzed. The advantages, disadvantages and necessity of implementing the above system in city (suburban) and intercity railways are expounded. For the first time, the scheme of using flexible real-name ticket system in city (suburban) and intercity railways is proposed, and two flexible real-name system schemes (the scheme of passenger′s person-face-ticket consistence, and the scheme of passenger′s ticket-ID consistence) and the strong real-name system scheme are compared in terms of their advantages and disadvantages. Relevant suggestions for the implementation of the flexible real-name system in city (suburban) and intercity railways are put forward. Result & Conclusion City (suburban) railway and intercity railway should have the ability to set up the flexible real-name system, and determine the specific implementation plans according to the actual situation and operational needs.

Cerebrocardiac syndrome refers to secondary cardiac damage caused by various craniocerebral injury lesions, which can exacerbate existing heart disease. In the practice of forensic pathology, cerebral-cardiac interaction is often ignored in cases of death with a short time after craniocerebral injury, especially those with underlying heart disease. This article reviews the pathogenesis of cerebrocardiac syndrome by summarizing recent research results of cerebrocardiac syndrome at home and abroad and discusses its significance in the field of forensic medicine. The aim is to provide assistance for forensic medicine practice of cerebrocardiac syndrome.

Objective To investigate the long-term efficacy of amygdala-hippocampus deep brain stimulation (AH - DBS) in treating refractory medial temporal lobe epilepsy (mTLE) and its impact on cognitive function. Methods Seven patients with refractory mTLE who were treated at The First Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from January 2014 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study. All 7 patients underwent AH -DBS. Seizure types, seizure frequency, and antiepileptic seizure medicine (ASM) usage were compared before and after surgery. Cognitive function was assessed using Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale - Revised (WAIS - R). Post - operative stimulation parameters and surgery - related complications were recorded. Results Of the 7 patients, 4 patients received bilateral AH-DBS, 2 patients received left AH - DBS, and one patient received left AH - DBS combined with right anterior temporal lobectomy. There were 6 patients underwent the occipital approach, and one patient underwent the frontal approach. Only one patient experienced poor healing of the scalp incision, which healed after local skin grafting. The mean follow-up period was (73.00 ± 8.98) months. During the follow-up period, there were reductions in complex partial seizure (CPS) frequency [1.00 (0.00, 31.00) times per month vs. 2.00 (1.50, 60.00) times per month; Z = - 2.207, P = 0.027], secondary generalized tonic - clonic seizure (SGTCS) frequency [0.00 (0.00, 1.00) times per month vs. 2.00 (1.00, 3.00) times per month; Z = - 2.428, P = 0.015], and the total seizure frequency [1.00 (0.50, 31.00) times per month vs. 5.00 (2.50, 64.00) times per month; Z = - 2.366, P = 0.018]. However, there were no significant differences in the number of ASM types [1.00 (1.00, 2.00) types vs. 1.00 (1.00, 3.00) types; Z = - 1.633, P = 0.102] or WAIS-R [(85.50 ± 7.09) scores vs. (89.00 ± 9.47) scores; t = - 1.761, P = 0.078] before and after surgery. Conclusions As a novel anti - epileptic treatment method, AH-DBS can reduce the frequency of refractory mTLE without serious adverse events and has no significant impact on cognitive function.

AIM: To assess the changes of vessel density in the optic disc and macular of the affected eye and the uninvolved contralateral eye in patients with idiopathic optic neuritis(ON)and to provide clinical guidance for the treatment and follow-up of idiopathic ON.METHODS: A total of 16 patients with first-episode monocular idiopathic ON ≤3 mo diagnosed between December 2019 and December 2021 were included in this cross-sectional study. The eye of patients was divided into 16 eyes in the affected eye group and 16 eyes in the uninvolved contralateral eye group, and 20 healthy age-matched eyes(n=20)served as controls. Optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)was performed in all eyes at 4.5 mm×4.5 mm region of the optical disc and 6 mm×6 mm region of the macular, and blood flow indicators were collected and compared. ObjectivesThe lithium-ion capacitor (LIC) composite cathode materials with both high mass activity and high volume activity were designed.MethodsBy scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, Kanta fully automatic specific surface and pore size analyzer, and four-probe tester, the micromorphology, stacking mode, contact mode and interface characteristics between particles were analyzed for the impact of conductivity and electrical properties of composite electrodes.ResultsMesoporous activated carbon (MC) and monodisperse graphene/single-walled carbon nanotube hybrid (GNH) were mixed, followed by compressing tightly to prepare the lithium-ion capacitor cathode material. GNH were uniformly wrapped around the surface of MC particles with face-to-face connection, which increases the contact area. Then, the even 3D conductive network constructed by GNH among the individual MC particles provided high electrical conductivity and accelerated electron conduction. In addition, GNH were located at the high ion concentration side due to their exohedral surface structure. Meanwhile, a contact potential difference effect existed between GNH (the easy conductive one) and MC (the poor conductive one). This produced rapid ion and electron dual transport channels at the interface between GNH and MC, and boosted ion diffusion in the porous structure inside MC particles. It will help avoid the loss of capacity from slow ion diffusion at higher current densities.ConclusionsThe addition of 5% GNH brings about outstanding rate performance, and higher mass and volumetric energy density, but does not reduce the packing density.

Fuzzy natural language processing applies fuzzy theoretical knowledge to the task of natural language processing (NLP). With the continuous development of large language model and artificial intelligence, research on text data continues to deepen. As a large and complex system, the interface data between various subsystems and server software are stored and transmitted in log text format. Due to its large number of texts and miscellaneous text types, a fuzzy NLP method was proposed to solve the problem of manual testing the interface data of centralized traffic control (CTC) system. The fuzzy C-means (FCM) clustering algorithm divided the log text into different label categories, which was used as the label input for named entity recognition in NLP tasks, and BERT was introduced on the traditional BiLSTM-CRF model for text encoding, which understood the relationship between texts more accurately and improved the accuracy of text recognition. An intelligent verification tool for log-text interface testing of railway CTC system was presented based on an improved training model, which enhanced the current manual testing process of CTC system, assisted testing staff in verifying the interface testing, and increased the level of intelligence and automation in testing work.

[Objective] This study was aimed at exploring the influence of nearsurface coverage formed by the collapse of flexible vegetation in reducing runoff and erosion yield, and in modulating the hydraulic properties of surface runoff. [Methods] Based on fundamental principles of fluid mechanics and hydraulics, the erosion patterns and hydrodynamic characteristics under lodged flexible vegetation were systemically investigated through indoor hydrodynamic experiments across five levels of coverage, five slope gradients, and three flow rates. [Results] (1) The distribution of erosion volume demonstrated an initial increase followed by a decrease with the increment of slope angle, with the influence of flow rate on the erosion process being more pronounced at steeper slopes. (2) Corresponding to an increase in the coverage of flexible vegetation, and taking 50% coverage as a threshold, the erosion volume generally exhibited a trend of initial reduction followed by an increase. (3) The average flow velocity (v) decreased with increasing vegetative coverage, with the rate of decline becoming gradual as coverage intensified. The variation in Froude number (Fr) mirrored the trend in average flow velocity. The friction coefficient (f) was positively linear correlated with coverage and decreased with an increase in slope gradient; the Reynolds number (Re) demonstrated a higher sensitivity to soil erosion compared to Fr, v, and f. (4) With the increase in vegetation coverage, morphological shear stress intensified (while particle shear stress diminished), playing a pivotal role in the changes in total shear stress, which was positively correlated with vegetation coverage. [Conclusion] The study establishes a solid theoretical foundation for the erosion patterns of slope flow vegetation and facilitates the expansion of open channel hydraulic theories in the realm of slope flows.

Li4SiO4 and Li2TiO3 are granular materials in the pebble bed of fusion reactors, and their physical parameters and mechanical properties directly affect the working status and structural design of the pebble bed. The force chain can be employed to intuitively describe the mechanical properties of the pebble bed in the particle aggregate. Based on the discrete element method, we conducted a numerical study on the evolution characteristics of the force chain of Li4SiO4 and Li2TiO3 pebble beds under biaxial compression and explored the friction coefficient and pebble bed effect of the aspect ratio on the force chain distribution. The results revealed that as the particle friction coefficient increased, the force chain tended to be isotropically distributed, indicating that the friction mechanism was more conducive to a uniform distribution of the force chain. During compression, the average coordination number of the pebble bed increased with the friction coefficient. The Li2TiO3 particles had larger gravity than the Li4SiO4 pebble bed therefore, the Li2TiO3 pebble bed accounted for more force chains in the vertical direction. When the aspect ratio of the pebble bed was less than 0.5 or greater than 2.5, the distribution of force chains exhibited strong anisotropy. Conversely, when the pebble bed aspect ratio ranged between 0.5 and 2.5, the distribution of force chains tended towards an isotropic trend. Moreover, the number of force chains in each direction varied with changes in the aspect ratio of the pebble bed, characterized by a high concentration at the edges and a lower concentration in the middle. The results can provide an in-depth understanding of the force chain distribution and evolution characteristics in the pebble bed and provide a theoretical basis for designing and analyzing tritium breeding pebble beds.

The penetration rate of photovoltaic power generation keeps increasing. To address the issues of poor cluster partitioning and lengthy processing times for photovoltaic power station clusters， the paper proposes a method for rapid cluster partitioning method for photovoltaic （PV） plants based on prototype extraction and clustering. Firstly， photovoltaic data is preprocessed to eliminate differences in magnitude and dimensionality among data sets. Subsequently， influential factors on photovoltaic output power are identified using the Pearson correlation coefficient method. Random sampling， k-means++， and an improved spectral clustering method are then employed for sampling， prototype extraction， and prototype clustering of PV plants， respectively. Building upon an enumeration approach and hierarchical optimization， optimal hyperparameters for the aforementioned processes are determined. Finally， various scenarios are set up for case study comparisons， calculating both intra-cluster and inter-cluster indicators as well as clustering time metrics. Through comprehensive analysis， the effectiveness of the proposed method in addressing the rapid clustering for large-scale PV plants is validated.

Abstract Water pollution containing dyes become increasingly serious environmental problem with the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization process. Renewable adsorbents for cationic dye wastewater treatment are becoming an obstacle because of the difficulty of desorbing the dye from the adsorbent surface after adsorption. To overcome this dilemma, herein, we report a hydrothermal method to fabricate sulfonic acid modified yeast carbon microspheres (SA/YCM). Different characterization techniques like scanning electron microscopy, FTIR spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction have been used to test the SA/YCM. Decorated with sulfonic acid group, the modified yeast carbon microspheres possess excellent ability of adsorbing positively charged materials. The removal rate of Methyl blue (MB) by renewable adsorbent SA/YCM can reach 85.3% when the concentration is 500 mg/L. The SA/YCM regenerated by HCl showed excellent regeneration adsorption capacity (78.1%) after five cycles of adsorption–desorption regeneration experiment. Adsorption isotherm and kinetic behaviors of SA/YCM for methylene blue dyes removal were studied and fitted to different existing models. Owing to the numerous sulfonic acid groups on the surface, the SA/YCM showed prominent reusability after regeneration under acidic conditions, which could withstand repeated adsorption–desorption cycles as well as multiple practical applications.

The waste from nuclear power plants worldwide has to be isolated from humans and his environment for about 100 000 years to equal the levels of natural uranium. If, however, the long-lived actinides could be separated from the spent fuel and transmuted, then the isolation time could be shortened to about 1 000 years. It is known that one class of N-containing soft ligands has excellent extraction ability and selectivity for minor actinides (MA), the separation of MA/lanthanides(Ln) from high level waste has been expected. One of the limiting points to ensure a safe and stable long-term operation is the resistance against radiation of all chemicals involved in the systems due to the highly radioactive field and high nitric acid concentration. Derivatives of 2,6-bis(1,2,4-triazine-3-yl)pyridine(BTP), 6,6'-bis(1,2,4-triazin-3-yl)-2,2'-bipyridine(R-BTBP) and 2,9-bis(1,2,4-triazin-3-yl)-1,10-phenanthroline(R-BTPhen) were widely employed for trivalent minor actinoid and lanthanoid separation in the promising innovative Selective Actinide Extraction(i-SANEX) and Grouped Actinide Extraction(EURO-GANEX) processes. However, researches towards radiolytic stability of these N-donor ligands presented controversial results. Herein, researches on stability against γ-radiation or α-radiation of R-BTP, R-BTBP, R-BTPhen and 2,6-bis[1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-pyridine(PyTri) at different experimental conditions and solvent formulations are reviewed. In most cases, γ irradiations were performed using 60Co sources and α irradiation were performed using 241Am or 244Cm solution. The effects of molecular structure, dose and dose rate, contact between phases, oxygen content, different phase composition, acidity, diluent and phase modifier on the γ-radiation stability of these ligands are introduced. The performance and changes in the composition have been analyzed during the irradiation experiment by different techniques, such as Raman spectroscopy, HPLC-MS and ICP-MS, to determine the degradation of the organic or aqueous solvents. These data were used to provide critical insight into the fundamental radiolysis mechanisms responsible for the radiolytic stability of ligands. In general, degradation was slower in the presence of both organic and aqueous phases during irradiation for both the hydrophobic and hydrophilic ligands. However, different experimental conditions and solvent formulations may lead to different degradation paths and degradation rates, and these experimental results are not comparable. Moreover, it is generally accepted that simulate radiation conditions, usually 60Co, may exaggerate or underestimate the influence of radiation effects. The controversial results obtained demonstrate the importance of developing realistic irradiation experiments where different factors affecting the performance can be easily studied and isolated. The existing problems in the study of radiolytic stability are summarized, and the key research directions in this field are prospected.

SignificanceThe crop phenotype is the visible result of the complex interplay between crop genes and the environment. It reflects the physiological, ecological, and dynamic aspects of crop growth and development, serving as a critical component in the realm of advanced breeding techniques. By systematically analyzing crop phenotypes, researchers can gain valuable insights into gene function and identify genetic factors that influence important crop traits. This information can then be leveraged to effectively harness germplasm resources and develop breakthrough varieties. Utilizing data-driven, intelligent, dynamic, and non-invasive methods for measuring crop phenotypes allows researchers to accurately capture key growth traits and parameters, providing essential data for breeding and selecting superior crop varieties throughout the entire growth cycle. This article provides an overview of intelligent identification technologies for crop agronomic traits and morphological structural phenotypes.ProgressCrop phenotype acquisition equipment serves as the essential foundation for acquiring, analyzing, measuring, and identifying crop phenotypes. This equipment enables detailed monitoring of crop growth status. The article presents an overview of the functions, performance, and applications of the leading high-throughput crop phenotyping platforms, as well as an analysis of the characteristics of various sensing and imaging devices used to obtain crop phenotypic information. The rapid advancement of high-throughput crop phenotyping platforms and sensory imaging equipment has facilitated the integration of cutting-edge imaging technology, spectroscopy technology, and deep learning algorithms. These technologies enable the automatic and high-throughput acquisition of yield, resistance, quality, and other relevant traits of large-scale crops, leading to the generation of extensive multi-dimensional, multi-scale, and multi-modal crop phenotypic data. This advancement supports the rapid progression of crop phenomics. The article also discusses the research progress of intelligent recognition technologies for agronomic traits such as crop plant height acquisition, crop organ detection, and counting, as well as crop ideotype recognition, crop morphological information measurement, and crop three-dimensional reconstruction for morphological structure intelligent recognition. Furthermore, this article outlines the main challenges faced in this field, including: difficulties in data collection in complex environments, high requirements for data scale, diversity, and preprocessing, the need to improve the lightweight nature and generalization ability of models, as well as the high cost of data collection equipment and the need to enhance practicality.Conclusions and ProspectsFinally, this article puts forward the development directions of crop phenotype intelligent recognition technology, including: developing new and low cost intelligent field equipment for acquiring and analyzing crop phenotypes, enhancing the standardization and consistency of field crop phenotype acquisition, strengthening the generality of intelligent crop phenotype recognition models, researching crop phenotype recognition methods that involve multi-perspective, multimodal, multi-point continuous analysis, and spatiotemporal feature fusion, as well as improving model interpretability.

Cardiomyocyte pyroptosis is a primary contributor to sepsis-induced cardiac dysfunction (SICD). Recombinant phospholipid transfer protein (PLTP) have been demonstrated to possess anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. However, the effect of PLTP on SICD remains unknown. In this study, we established the in vivo and in vitro sepsis model with the recombinant PLTP treatment. The survival rates of mice, mouse cardiac function, cell viability, the protein level of proinflammatory cytokine, and lactate dehydrogenase level were evaluated. The cardiomyocyte pyroptotic changes were observed. The distribution of PLTP and NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein 3 (NLRP3) in mouse myocardial tissue and expression of PLTP, apoptosis associated speck like protein containing a CARD (ASC), NLRP3, caspase-1, interleukin (IL)-1β, and Gasdermin D (GSDMD) were detected. PLTP ameliorated the cecal ligation and puncture-induced mouse survival rate decrease and cardiac dysfunction, inhibited the IL-1β, IL-18, and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α release, and blocked the NLRP3 inflammasome/GSDMD signaling pathway in septic mice. In vitro, PLTP reversed the lipopolysaccharide-induced cardiomyocyte pyroptosis, expression of IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, and activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome/GSDMD signal pathway. Moreover, PLTP could bind to NLRP3 and negatively regulate the activity of the NLRP3 inflammasome/GSDMD signal pathway. This study demonstrated that PLTP can ameliorate SICD by inhibiting inflammatory responses and cardiomyocyte pyroptosis by blocking the activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome/GSDMD signaling pathway.

In response to the challenge of sample data imbalance in fault diagnosis methods for photovoltaic power plants based on machine learning， the paper proposes a fault diagnosis method leveraging an enhanced BP-Bagging algorithm. Firstly， a mapping relationship between photovoltaic data and fault types is established using a BP neural network to achieve fault diagnosis in photovoltaic systems. Subsequently， the Bagging algorithm is enhanced by utilizing random under-sampling （RUS） to address the issue of class imbalance in samples. Furthermore， to tackle the problem of overfitting in the BP network， the paper introduces a fault diagnosis model for photovoltaic power plants based on the enhanced BP-Bagging. This involves parallel training of multiple BP networks and determining fault diagnosis results through a voting method. Finally， the paper conducts comparative experiments with different algorithms， calculates evaluation metrics related to model accuracy， and validates that the proposed method demonstrates high overall performance. To a certain extent， it effectively mitigates the challenge of sample class imbalance in fault diagnosis of photovoltaic power plants， thereby improving the accuracy of fault diagnosis in such systems.

A method based on a QuEChERS sample preparation approach coupled with ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was established to determine six aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1, G2, M1, M2) residues in grains. Samples were extracted with acetonitrile –0.1% formic acid aqueous solution (84 : 16, v/v), followed by purifying with PSA, and determined by UPLC-MS/MS in multiple reaction detection mode with 0.1% formic acid-acetonitrile as mobile phase. The correlation coefficients of the standard curves of the six aflatoxins were all greater than 0.99, showing good linearity. The recoveries were 80.83%~117.5%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 1.53%~15.59%. The matrix effects of six aflatoxins were 0.81~1.12 in different varieties of grains. The accuracy and precision of this method meet the requirements of relevant standards, and have the advantages of simple pretreatment technology, good purification effect and high precision determination, which could be suitable for the quantitative analysis of six aflatoxins in wheat, rice, corn, mung bean and red bean samples.

In the Internet of Things (IoT) healthcare sector, the wireless body area network (WBAN) is being used to optimize medical results by tracking and treating patients as they go about their daily lives. Health insurance has also been one of the cybercriminal's main goals. The Systematic Review of IoT Healthcare systems particularly wireless body area networks is significant, to reach the benefits and challenges faced by existing methods in the domain. This study provides a systematic survey of WBAN data protection. Various types of devices are used in medical science to detect and diagnose diseases. The network is an integral part of medical science in today's era. In medical sciences, sensors take data from a problematic place like cancerous cells. This research discussed a lot of techniques in the literature review. Most of them are not able to fulfill the requirements. If an unauthorized person reaches the data that can be a severe issue, like the diagnosed disease was blood cancer, and after unauthorized access manipulation can change even the diagnosed issue in the database. A doctor can prescribe the medication based on provided data that has been manipulated by unauthorized persons. Several existing schemes are explored in the literature to determine how the protection of sharing patients' healthcare data can be improved. The systematic literature review (SLR) of multiple security schemes for WBAN is presented in this survey paper.

One legged mechanism model of a novel hopping robot is presented. The kinematics equations during stance and flight phases are established and its direct and inverse kinematics characteristics are studied by the D-H method. The expression about the hopped position is given. Dynamic characteristics of the hopping robot are analyzed by Adams software. The simulation results confirm that the horizontal/vertical displacement curves and horizontal/vertical velocity curves are consistent with the experimental ones. The research shows the feasibility of this hopping model and validity of the research method.

Improving the reproducibility of biomedical research results is a major challenge. Transparent and accurate reporting of the research process enables readers to evaluate the reliability of the research results and further explore the experiment by repeating it or building upon its findings. The ARRIVE 2.0 guidelines, released in 2019 by the UK National Centre for the Replacement, Refinement and Reduction of Animals in Research (NC3Rs), provide a checklist that is applicable to any in vivo animal research report. These guidelines aim to improve the standardization of experimental design, implementation, and reporting, as well as enhance the reliability, repeatability, and clinical translation of animal experimental results. The use of the ARRIVE 2.0 guidelines not only enriches the details of animal experimental research reports, ensuring that information on animal experimental results is fully evaluated and utilized, but also enables readers to understand the content expressed by the author accurately and clearly, promoting the transparency and completeness of the fundamental research review process. At present, the ARRIVE 2.0 guidelines have been widely adopted by international biomedical journals. This article is based on the best practices following the ARRIVE 2.0 guidelines in international journals, and it interprets, explains, and elaborates in Chinese the fifth part of the comprehensive version of the ARRIVE 2.0 guidelines published in PLoS Biology in 2020 (the original text can be found at https://arriveguidelines.org). This section includes the items 6-11 of Recommended 11 section, covering "Animal Care and Monitoring", "Interpretation/Scientific Implications", "Generalisability/Translation", "Protocol Registration", "Data Access" and "Declaration of Interests". Its aim is to promote a comprehensive understanding and use of the ARRIVE 2.0 guidelines among domestic researchers, to enhance the standardization of experimental animal research and reporting, and to promote high-quality development of experimental animal sciences and comparative medicine research in China.

Acute type A aortic dissection (aTAAD) is a common aortic disease with a very high mortality rate. Due to its frequent involvement of vessels above aortic arch, it is highly prone to cause neurological complications. This review comprehensively elaborates on the possible risk factors of aTAAD combined with neurological complications, and summarizes the commonly used surgical treatment strategies, in order to provide a theoretical basis for finding intervention methods for aTAAD combined with neurological complications.

Structured light projection provides a promising approach to achieving fast and non-contact three-dimensional (3D) imaging. The resolution is a crucial index that represents security and accuracy in applications such as face recognition and robot vision. It depends on the density of dots in the projection. However, further improving the density of dots in the current system must be at the cost of speed or volume. Here, an all-dielectric ultra-thin metasurface is designed and fabricated to project a multi-wavelength dot array. The density of dots is improved because projected dots with different wavelengths fill the gaps with each other. The experimental results demonstrate that the multi-wavelength projection improves the resolution of 3D imaging. Furthermore, the multi-wavelength system is beneficial to measuring a surface with varying colors. The approach has the potential to achieve a new generation of high-resolution systems for tiny fluctuations and colorful 3D imaging in dark environments.

In order to explore the response of the precious tree species Toonaciliate var. pubescens to different amounts of different fertilizers, the young forest of T. ciliate var. pubescens was taken as the research object. A random block design was used to analyze the effects of fertilization on the growth, leaf nutrients and physiology of young forest of T. ciliate var. pubescens, and three fertilization levels (high, medium and low) were set, including nitrogenous fertilizer (N), phosphate fertilizer (P), compound fertilizer (CF) and slow-release fertilizer (SRF). The results were as follows: (1) Fertilization could promote the height and diameter at breast height (DBH) growth, and the effects of nitrogenous fertilizer and compound fertilizer were more obvious. The average tree height, average DBH and average volume of 4-year old tree with nitrogenous fertilizer increased by 15.0%, 21.9% and 67.5% compared with CK (no fertilizer), respectively, and the annual average growth of DBH under low nitrogenous fertilizer (N1) treatment was the highest (2.99 cm). Compared with CK, the average tree height, average DBH and average volume of compound fertilizer were increased by 16.7%, 19.2% and 54.3%, respectively. High slow-release fertilizer (SRF3) and low phosphate (P1) had the largest annual increases in tree height and DBH (1.96 m and 2.33 cm) in the 4th year, respectively. (2) Fertilization significantly increased chlorophyll content and non-structural carbohydrate content in leaves of T. ciliate var. pubescens, nitrogenous fertilizer significantly promoted the synthesis of soluble sugar and phosphate fertilizer significantly promoted the synthesis of starch. (3) N1 and phosphate fertilizer significantly promote the increase of N and P contents, respectively, and phosphate fertilizer, compound fertilizer and nitrogenous fertilizer significantly increased K content in leaves. (4) The principal component analysis showed that the effect of fertilizer to promote growth was nitrogenous fertilizer>compound fertilizer>phosphate fertilizer>slow-release fertilizer>no fertilizer. Among them, N1, i.e. 100 g·plant-1·year-1, had the highest comprehensive evaluation value. Comprehensive fertilization cost and benefit, nitrogenous fertilizer or compound fertilizer can effectively promote the growth and development of T. ciliate var. pubescens young forest. It is recommended to apply 100 g nitrogenous fertilizer per plant per year in young forest stage. The results can provide a reference for the forest nutrient management in the early stage of afforestation.

In order to study the air gap magnetic field distribution and torque of axial-flux solid magnetic couplers with 9 pairs of permanent magnets, a layer model is firstly introduced, which divides the couplers into conductive and non-conductive areas. The two-dimensional magnetic scalar potential method is derived to solve the magnetic field strength in conductive areas and the magnetic scalar potential in non-conductive areas. Carter coefficient is introduced to correct the 3D end effects, and the formula of air gap flux density and torque is derived. Then， the distribution of 3D air gap magnetic field, eddy current and the influence of different working parameters on the characteristics of the torque are obtained by the finite element simulation software. Finally, a measure system of three-dimensional magnetic field and the magnetic drive experimental platform are built to measure the 3D air gap magnetic field and the torque. The experimental results are in good agreement with the results of theoretical calculation and the simulation analysis, which shows that the formula of the air gap flux density and the torque have high accuracy and can be used as a reference for further research on the transmission characteristics of eddy-current magnetic couplers.

In order to study the calculation formula of the electromagnetic torque and the transmission characteristics of the drum-type solid magnetic coupler (DSMC), a DSMC with 4 poles is used as the research object. The magnetic equivalent circuit model introducing the induced current is established, combining with Ampere's loop law and the 3-D magnetic effect to analyze and calculate the electromagnetic torque. The magnetic field distribution and induced current distribution of the coupler and the mechanical characteristic curve under different input speeds are obtained by using the finite element simulation software. By moving the conductor rotor axially and changing the relative position of the two rotors, the effects of different meshing lengths on the electromagnetic torque are obtained. Finally, a test platform is built to verify the electromagnetic torque results obtained by the theoretical calculation and the finite element simulation. The experimental results are basically consistent with the above results. The model provides guidance for the design and optimization of the DSMC.

Detecting fake news is increasingly crucial in the digital age as social platforms and online news outlets amplify the spread of misinformation. This study proposes a novel approach for fake news detection using a Bi-LSTM neural network with an attention mechanism. The Bi-LSTM model’s ability to discern long-range relationships and sequential patterns in text data is augmented by the attention mechanism, focusing on key segments within the text to enhance discriminative power. The dataset for training comprises a diverse collection of news articles, meticulously annotated by human fact-checkers to include both real and fake news samples. Pre-processing steps, including tokenization, are undertaken to optimize the model’s learning capabilities. The proposed Self-Attention with Bi-Directionals-LSTM (SA-BiLSTM) model demonstrates promising performance in distinguishing real from fake news. The attention mechanism allows the model to highlight critical words and phrases, capturing essential features for accurate predictions. Evaluation through cross-validation reveals competitive results as opposed to cutting-edge fake news identification methods. Ablation studies emphasize the attention mechanism’s significant contribution to identifying relevant textual patterns associated with fake news. The model, incorporating CNN, GRU, Attention-GRU, LSTM, and Bi-LSTM, surpasses contemporary procedures, as validated using the ISOT dataset. The results demonstrate a robust approach to fake news detection using Bi-LSTM with attention, contributing to the fight against misinformation. The proposed model SA-Bi LSTM obtained 99.98% predictive accuracy on test data. The accuracy of the proposed model (SA-BiLSTM) comparatively to baseline models is higher. The model shows potential for preserving information integrity on social media and news outlets, bolstering public trust in reliable sources.

The consumption of whole grain foods has positive significance for reducing grain loss and enhancing national health, which is a crucial direction for future developments in the food industry. However, current whole grain consumption in China falls far below recommended levels. This study analyzes the overall quantity, structure, and policy environment of whole grain food consumption in major countries across North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. It analyzes key factors influencing whole grain food consumption from the aspects of products, consumers, market and policy. In conclusion, great efforts should be made to raise consumer awareness regarding whole grain consumption, advance the processing technology of whole grain foods, and foster nutrition-oriented agriculture through policy initiatives. In this way, the way toward increased whole grain food consumption can be paved and the growth of the whole grain food industry can be promoted.

Metal lattice structural materials are widely used in aerospace, automotive industry, and other fields due to their advantages of lightweight, high specific strength, energy absorption, and porosity. High strength and toughness FeCrNi medium entropy alloy (MEA) was taken as the research object, and selective laser melting (SLM) was used to prepare FeCrNi medium entropy alloy lattice structure materials with four simulated lattice structures: BCC, BCCZ, FCC and FCC. The microstructure, mechanical properties, and deformation behavior of these materials were systematically studied.The results indicate that the FeCrNi medium entropy alloy lattice structure prepared by the skip scanning strategy has high node overlap quality, dense interlaced stacking of molten pools, and uniform and fine grains. When the relative density is similar, the specific strength and specific energy absorption values of BCC, FCC, BCCZ, and FCCZ lattice structures increase sequentially.The specific energy absorption of FeCrNi medium entropy alloy material with FCCZ lattice structure reaches 49.8J·g-1, significantly higher than that of Ti6Al4V and 316L stainless steel lattice materials.The finite element simulation analysis shows that the presence of Z-shaped pillars increases the apparent strength and stiffness of the lattice material, and leads to a transition in deformation behavior from bending dominated to tensile dominated, which is the main reason for the strength improvement of the FCCZ lattice structure.

Arc discharge caused by short-circuit faults is one of the most serious faults in UHV transformers， with the potential for inducing deformation， rupture， burning， or even explosion of the oil tank. In order to analyze the stress-strain levels induced by arc discharge in transformers， a finite element model for a 1，000 kV single-phase UHV transformer was established. The simulation and analysis focused on the pressure distribution within the oil tank caused by arc discharge at different locations and energy levels. Stress-strain levels in both the oil tank and bolts were calculated， with a comprehensive safety check on their mechanical properties based on material parameters. Additionally， the discharge energy thresholds leading to tank wall rupture or bolt damage were determined. The findings reveal that the maximum stress during arc discharge near the high-voltage winding in the oil tank is located at the corner of the tank wall， and the maximum deformation is observed in the middle of the tank wall along the long axis. Furthermore， the maximum stress during arc discharge inside the lifting seat is concentrated at the support of the elevated seat， with the maximum deformation observed at the turning point of the elevated seat.

Modular multilevel direct current transformer (MMDCT) provides a feasible solution to realize the efficient and stable integration of electric vehicle charging and discharging cluster into urban DC distribution network. However, there are impulse currents caused by capacitor charging and transformer inrush current in its starting process. Therefore, a fast pre-charging strategy based on compound frequency control was proposed. The independent control of direct current component and intermediate frequency component was used to realize simultaneous charging of the primary and secondary sides. The double closed-loop control was adopted in the primary side, while the variable-step phase shift peak current control was adopted in the secondary side, which solved the contradiction between charging speed and inrush current. Furthermore, a quantitative comparative analysis of various pre-charging strategies was carried out. The effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed pre-charging strategy were verified through simulation. The results show that the magnitude of the inrush current and the charging time are effectively controlled by the proposed method.

Objective Evaluate the effect of an integrated teaching model of oral preclinical practice based on endodontic-restorative sequential treatment to provide a reference for the exploration of the teaching mode of the stomatology specialty. Methods This retrospective study was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee. The study was divided into 2 groups. There were 450 2018-grade and 2019-grade students in the discipline integration teaching method (DIT) group, and a preclinical practice course (root canal therapy and fixed prosthetic treatments were integrated into an endodontic-restorative sequential treatment) using the DIT method was applied. There were 443 2016-grade and 2017-grade students in the traditional teaching method (TT) group, and a TT preclinical practice course (root canal therapy and fixed prosthetic treatments training courses were taught separately) was applied. Both groups were taught by the same two teachers. The scores of clinical skills examination and treatment planning were compared between the two groups. In addition, students in the two groups were asked to complete the questionnaires about the teaching methods, and students in Group DIT and their teachers were asked to complete the questionnaires on their degree of satisfaction with the DIT method in the preclinical course. Results Students in the DIT group had an average score of 90.2 ± 4.16 in the practical skill evaluation, which was higher than that of the TT group (86.3±3.57) (P = 0.001). In the case analysis, 91.8% (413/450) of the students in the DIT group successfully planned the treatment, compared to a significantly lower rate in the TT group of 74.7% (331/443) (P = 0.001). The questionnaire results showed that recognition degrees of cultivated clinical thinking, improved indication analysis ability, improved operational skills, stimulated enthusiasm for learning, and improved autonomous learning were higher in the DIT group than in the TT group, and both teachers (2/2) and 98.4% (443/450) of students recognized the DIT method. Conclusions The DIT method significantly improved students’ learning quality and ability, proved effective in the endodontic-restorative sequential treatment practice course and was more acceptable to teachers and students. The DIT method is more effective than the TT method in improving students’ clinical thinking and operation ability.

IntroductionHeart disease remains a complex and critical health issue, necessitating accurate and timely detection methods.MethodsIn this research, we present an advanced machine learning system designed for efficient and precise diagnosis of cardiac disease. Our approach integrates the power of Random Forest and Ada Boost classifiers, along with incorporating data pre-processing techniques such as standard scaling and Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE) for feature selection. By leveraging the ensemble learning technique of stacking, we enhance the model's predictive performance by combining the strengths of multiple classifiers.ResultsThe evaluation metrics results demonstrate the superior accuracy and obtained the higher performance in terms of accuracy, 99.25%. The effectiveness of our proposed system compared to baseline models.DiscussionFurthermore, the utilization of this system within IoT-enabled healthcare systems shows promising potential for improving heart disease diagnosis and ultimately enhancing patient outcomes.

PurposeThe aim of this study was to explore a radiomics-clinical model for predicting the response to initial superselective arterial embolization (SAE) in renal angiomyolipoma (RAML).Materials and methodsA total of 78 patients with RAML were retrospectively enrolled. Clinical data were recorded and evaluated. Radiomic features were extracted from preoperative contrast-enhanced CT (CECT). Least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) and intra- and inter-class correlation coefficients (ICCs) were used in feature selection. Logistic regression analysis was performed to develop the radiomics, clinical, and combined models where the fivefold cross-validation method was used. The predictive performance and calibration were evaluated by the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and calibration curve. Decision curve analysis (DCA) was used to measure clinical usefulness.ResultsThe tumor shrinkage rate was 29.7% in total, and both fat and angiomyogenic components were significantly reduced. In the radiomics model, 12 significant features were selected. In the clinical model, maximum diameter (p = 0.001), angiomyogenic tissue ratio (p = 0.032), aneurysms (p = 0.048), and post-SAE time (p = 0.002) were significantly associated with greater volume reduction after SAE. Because of the severe linear dependence between radiomics signature and some clinical parameters, the combined model eventually included Rad-score, aneurysm, and post-SAE time. The radiomics-clinical model showed better discrimination (mean AUC = 0.83) than the radiomics model (mean AUC = 0.60) and the clinical model (mean AUC = 0.82). Calibration curve and DCA showed the goodness of fit and clinical usefulness of the radiomics-clinical model.ConclusionsThe radiomics-clinical model incorporating radiomics features and clinical parameters can potentially predict the positive response to initial SAE in RAML and provide support for clinical treatment decisions.

The low-permeability reservoirs in Shengli Oilfield are rich in resources， with produced geological reserves of 9.4×108 t， recovery of 13.3%， and unproduced reserves of 2.1×108 t. Enhanced oil recovery and benefit development face many challenges， such as injection failure， displacement failure， and poor swept volume. In order to improve the development effect of low-permeability reservoirs， Shengli Oilfield has innovated the pressure drive technology to tackle these problems. A series of technologies have been developed， including the evaluation criteria for the adaptability of pressure drive technology， the laboratory experimental technology system， and the optimization design method for reservoir engineering schemes by comprehensively applying theories and methods of geology， fluid flow mechanics in porous medium， and reservoir engineering as well as combining physical and numerical simulation. These technologies are supported by zonal pressure drive， combined network volume fracturing， and profile control and drive processes. Field tests showed that pressure drive can quickly replenish formation energy and dramatically improve oil well productivity and recovery. Since March 2020， 450 well groups have been implemented in low-permeability reservoirs， with a cumulative injection of 1 384×104 m3 and a cumulative oil increase of 55.7×104 t. Pressure drive development technology is gradually becoming a new leading development technology for low-permeability reservoirs.

【Objective】 Soil contamination by heavy metals is a pervasive issue, and this paper investigates the spatial distribution of Pb, As, and Cd in the groundwater-soil-rice system in the Changshou district of Chongqing. We also assess their exposure risk and predict their potential changes in the future. 【Method】 Geostatistical techniques, ArcGIS, and the target hazard quotients (THQ) methods were used to assess the risk of the three metals entering food chain. Based on these results, we predicted their potential changes and distribution up to 2036. 【Result】 ① Pb, As, and Cd in groundwater, soil and rice co-existed spatially, with their concentrations higher in the southwest than in the northeast. ② The THQ model did not showed risk of rice consumption for adults (THQ (As, Pb, and Cd)

Objective: In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high false detection rate of current fruit classification detection methods, a fruit classification system based on machine vision was designed with apples as the sorting object. Methods: The apple image collected in real time was preprocessed, the improved Canny edge detection algorithm was used to extract the edge, and the radius of the apple cross-section was obtained by fitting the edge coordinates with the minimum peripheral circle method. The acquired RGB image was converted to HSI image, and the proportion of red region is calculated according to the range of H component to determine the color of apple. Count the number of pixels in the area, and calculate the area and circumference of the apple respectively to calculate the roundness of the apple. Combined with three characteristic values of diameter length, color and roundness, apple was graded comprehensively. Results: Through the test of 50 apple samples, the error range of fruit diameter measured by the fruit grading system and manual sorting was within ±1.5 mm, the color characteristics of the samples were consistent with the actual appearance of the apple, and the result size of the roundness value was consistent with the actual shape. Conclusion: The system can meet the demand of apple classification in actual production and help to realize the accurate identification of apple grade.

A list of steering trapezoid's design parameters based on the benchmark data is given in the study. Front steering trapezoid can be replaced of rear steering trapezoid in the same front suspension system that is proved in this study. The steering trapezoid of a hybrid power automobile is designed taking advantages of Catia V5 parameterized model and front suspension motion model based on Adams. Low cost and low design risk come true through the design method of the steering trapezoid.

The Lucaogou Formation in the Jimsar Sag is the main target layer of shale oil exploration and development in continental basins. However, its paleo-environmental information and organic matter enrichment mechanism still need to be determined. In order to investigate the paleo-environment of the Permian Lucaogou Formation, based on core and thin section observation, we carried out major and trace element analyses on 26 source rocks from Well J10025 by using X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). This analysis, combined with GC-MS biomarker data and typical sedimentary structures, reflects the paleo-environmental characteristics of the Luchaogou Formation. Geochemical indicators such as C-value, Sr/Ba, V/Cr, Pr/Ph, P, and Co show that the Lucaogou Formation was generally developed in a saline lake environment under an arid to semi-arid climate, with relatively deep water during deposition and hypoxic to anoxic conditions. The upper member was deposited in a semi-arid, brackish lake with weak reducibility, deep water body, and high productivity. In contrast, the lower member was deposited in an extremely dry, highly saline, and strongly reductive shallow lake with low productivity. The paleo-environment of the upper member fluctuated wildly, while that of the lower member was relatively stable. The correlation analyses between paleo-environmental indicators and TOC show that the preservation conditions and dilution rate of organic matter have limited influence on organic matter enrichment of the Lucaogou Formation. At the same time, the primary productivity is the main controlling factor.

Polarization (P), angular index (l), and radius index (p) are three independent degrees of freedom (DoFs) of vector vortex beams, which have found extensive applications in various domains. While efficient sorting of a single DoF has been achieved successfully, simultaneous sorting of all these DoFs in a compact and efficient manner remains a challenge. In this study, we propose a beam sorter that simultaneously handles all the three DoFs using a diffractive deep neural network (D2NN), and demonstrate the robust sorting of 120 Laguerre–Gaussian (LG) modes experimentally in the visible spectrum. Our proposed beam sorter underscores the considerable potential of D2NN in optical field manipulation and promises to enhance the diverse applications of vector vortex beams.

ObjectiveTo analyze the community structure and dynamics of parasitic fleas on the body surface of host animals and nested fleas in different seasons in the natural foci of wild rat plague in Yulong County，Yunnan Province， to explore the relationship between seasonal fluctuation of fleas and the prevalence of plague among animals， so as to provide evidence for plague prevention and control in the natural foci.MethodsNanxi Village， Huangshan Town， the core area of plague epidemic in Yulong County， was selected as the monitoring sample area in December 2019 （winter）， August 2020（summer）， October 2020（autumn） and March 2021（spring）. Host animals were captured by rattrap at night and rat nests were excavated for collecting parasitic fleas on host animals and rat nest fleas in different seasons. Excel 2010 and SPSS 26.0 software were used to analyze the data， and Chi square test was used to compare the rate. Community ecological indicators were used to analyze the community structure and species diversity of the host animals and their parasitic fleas.ResultsA total of 355 vector fleas were captured， belonging to 7 species of 5 genera in 2 families. 441 small animals were captured and 138 rat body fleas were detected with the flea infection rate of 14.51% and the flea index 0.31. 96 effective rat holes were excavated and 217 fleas were detected with the flea infection rate of 35.42% and the flea index 2.26. Among the four seasons， the flea infection rates of rat body and rat nests were higher in summer and winter， showing a significant difference in general （χ2=15.851， P

Chlamydia felis is an important zoonotic agent for humans and various animals. A recombinase-aided amplification (RAA) assay was developed for detecting C. felis. RAA can be performed in a closed tube at 39°C within 30 min. The detection limit was 10.6 copies of the C. felis plasmid DNA per reaction. No positive signals for other pathogens were detected. The coincidence rate of RAA and conventional PCR was 95.24% (20/21) and 100% (96/96) for positive and negative samples, respectively. The established RAA assay is a simple, rapid, highly sensitive, and specific method for detecting C. felis.

In order to study the transmission performance of slotted-type eddy-current couplers with radial misalignment, based on the theory of the equivalent magnetic charge theory, the copper which cuts the magnetic field line in motion is equivalent to permanent magnet. Combining with Coulomb's law, a calculation model of output torque is established in this study. The analysis of magnetic flux density, copper loss and output torque of couplers are all simulated by finite element software, and the maximum allowable value of radial misalignment is obtained. The results show that with the increase of radial misalignment, the induced magnetic field decreases during operation, which results in the increase of the magnetic flux density, the decrease of the copper loss and the torque, and the fluctuations of the copper loss and the output torque changing with time become more and more obvious. When the radial misalignment is less than 6 mm, the torque generated by the couplers can almost be remained accurately and the fluctuation of the torque is relatively stable.

Objective Establish an animal model of preeclampsia in goats, collect data on various physiological indicators and maternal biological characteristics of the disease model to compare with clinical feature of the disease in humans, provide reference for the prevention and treatment of preeclampsia in humans. Methods Twenty-three goats bred in Chongming district were divided into three groups: Control group, no surgical procedure was performed on animals of this group; sham group, ewes in this group underwent the sham operation on the 100±5th day of gestation, and only the uterine artery was exposed and dissociated; surgical group, a silver vascular clamp was clipped on one side of the uterine body artery of the ewe to narrow the inner diameter of the artery at the same gestation period (100±5) days. Heart rate and hindlimb blood pressure were continuously monitored in control and surgical ewes from 100 to 140 d of gestation, and blood flow data within the lateral branches of the uterine arteries of ewes in the sham group were collected using a hemodynamometer in combination with a hemodynamic probe and an animal physiological signal collector, as well as changes in blood flow within the uterine arteries in the lateral branches of the uterine arteries of the surgical group before and after placement of vascular clips in the surgical ewes. At the expected date of delivery, jugular vein blood was taken from ewes for routine blood test, creatinine, urea nitrogen, and blood ion analysis; urine was also collected from ewes in each group for analysis of urinary protein and urinary creatinine. All experimental groups were subjected to cesarean section on the 140±5th day of gestation in ewes, and then liver, kidney, uterus and placenta tissues were taken from ewes in each group and stained with HE for pathological observation.Results After 15 minutes of preeclampsia modeling surgery, blood flow volume remained stable in the vessel stenosis segment and the volume differential was relatively reduced in comparison to the control group and sham group (P＜0.05，P＜0.01). ObjectiveTo evaluate the surgical effects of transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site surgery (TU-LESS） through self-made approach channel versus traditional porous laparoscopic surgery(TPLS） in the patients with benign gynecological diseases(BGD). MethodsA total of 100 BGD patients admitted to Tangshan Union Medical College Hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group(receiving TPLS, n=50） and research group(receiving self-made approach channel TU-LESS, n=50). The following indicators were compared between two groups, including operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative anal exhaust time, intraoperative and postoperative complications, postoperative VAS score at 24hours, the time to get out of bed after surgery, hospital stay and treatment costs. ResultsCompared with control group, postoperative VAS score and treatment cost significantly decreased, and the postoperative anal exhaust time, postoperative off-bed time and hospitalization time were significantly shortened in research group(P＜0.05). The intraoperative bleeding volume was below 120mL in both groups, but the amount of bleeding in research group was statistically more than that in control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the operation time and the incidence of postoperative complications between control group and research group(P>0.05). ConclusionIn the treatment of patients with benign gynecological diseases, the clinical application effect of self-made approach TU-LESS is definite and can effectively reduce the economic cost, improve postoperative recovery of patients.

] Nutrition is closely associated with the occurrence and development of chronic diseases. Especially, with the rapid development of society and economy and changes in lifestyle and dietary patterns, chronic diseases show a trend of high prevalence. So, enhancing the nutritional literacy is of great significance in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. In recent years, with continuously deepening research on nutrition sciences, it has been found that there is a certain correlation between dietary nutrition and occurrence and development of chronic diseases. Reasonable dietary nutrition can not only fundamentally prevent or delay the occurrence of chronic diseases, but also affect their outcomes. The effects of nutrients and phytochemicals in the diet on chronic diseases have gradually been elucidated, and the focuses on exploring new strategies or new targets for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases through dietary nutrition will be a research hotspot in the future. In this article, we focus on the current research status in the field of dietary nutrition for prevention and treatment of chronic diseases and summarize the research progresses in order to provide references for carrying out researches in the aspect in our country.

Objective To observe the effect of equol (Eq) intervention on palmitic acid (PA)-induced myoblast atrophy in rat myoblast cell line L6 and to explore its underlying mechanism. Methods L6 cells were divided into control group, model group (0.25 mmol/L PA), intervention group (0.25 mmol/L PA+1 μmol/L Eq) and autophagy inhibitor (3-methyladenine, 3-MA) group (0.25 mmol/L PA+1 μmol/L Eq+1 mmol/L 3-MA). After 24 h of intervention, glucose uptake capacity of cells was detected, muscle tube growth was observed by HE staining, autophagosome number was observed with transmission electron microscopy, and mitochondrial morphology labeled by fluorescent probe was observed by laser confocal microscopy. The expression levels of MyHC, p62, LC3, MFN2 and DRP1 were detected by Western blotting. Results Compared with the control group, 24 h of PA treatment resulted in significantly decreased glucose consumption (P < 0.05), decreased muscle tube diameter (P < 0.05), reduced number of autophagosomes, increased mitochondrial fission, and reduced expression levels of MyHC and MFN2 (P < 0.05), and elevated DRP1, p62 level and LC3-Ⅰ/LC3-Ⅱ ratio (P < 0.05). While Eq intervention reserved above changes induced by PA treatment (P < 0.05). However, the effects of Eq on PA-induced glucose consumption, myotube diameter, autophagosome number, mitochondrial fission, protein levels of MyHC, p62, MFN2, DRP1 and LC3-Ⅰ/LC3-Ⅱ ratio in L6 cells could be effectively inhibited by 3-MA treatment. Conclusion Eq effectively ameliorates PA-induced muscle tube atrophy in L6 cells, which may partially be related to Eq alleviating mitochondrial fission by promoting autophagy.
