Programmed cell death is an important biological process, including apoptosis, autophagy and other modalities, which is essential for maintaining homeostasis of tissue and organ. In recent years, several studies have shown that aberrant regulation of programmed cell death plays an important role in the development of colorectal cancer. Therefore, it is important to reveal the fine-turned regulatory network of programmed cell death in colorectal carcinogenesis and progression to develop new clinical treatment strategies for colorectal cancer. This paper aims to review the research progress of programmed cell death in colorectal cancer, and provide new ideas and approaches for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.

Abstract The rapid development of mass entrepreneurship and innovation in China has substantially influenced the entrepreneurial environment, particularly among university students who are emerging as a vital entrepreneurial force. This study aimed to explore and identify the key characteristics and structural framework of entrepreneurial talents among university student entrepreneurs in China, specifically concerning their capacity to discover entrepreneurial opportunities. To achieve this, we conducted interviews with 21 exceptional university student entrepreneurs. A structural model was subsequently developed based on grounded theory, with data coded at three levels and tested for theoretical saturation. The results demonstrated that Chinese university students possess implicit and explicit capacities to detect business possibilities. Implicit abilities largely encompass the innate qualities of entrepreneurial drive and environmental intelligence, while explicit abilities comprise the acquired skills of learning, networking, and integration. This model can be used as a benchmark for assessing and enhancing the capacity of Chinese university students who are aspiring entrepreneurs to identify and exploit entrepreneurial opportunities.

The coupling effect of static and dynamic stress in fault structure areas exacerbates the risk of rock impact in underground fault areas. The stress distribution law and impact dynamic load response features of roadway surrounding rock in fault structure areas have significant peculiarities. At present, research on the impact of fault structures mainly focuses on the vicinity of the working face, but there is little research on the impact damage of roadways in fault structures. Taking the roadway in a deep buried high stress fault structure area of a mine in Shaanxi Province as the engineering background, the mechanical features of deformation and failure of the roadway surrounding rock in the fault structure area are analyzed. ① There is a significant stress barrier effect on the fault plane, and there are two special stress zones near the normal fault, namely the stress concentration zone in the hanging wall and the stress reduction zone in the lower wall. Due to the influence of the fault plane, the static load concentration stress of the roadway side shows an asymmetric distribution feature. The stress concentration on the side far from the fault plane is greater than that on the side near the fault plane, and the risk of impact damage to the surrounding rock of the roadway on this side increases. ② The fault plane has a significant barrier effect on the transmission of stress waves, and the dynamic load response of the hanging wall of the normal fault is greater than that of the lower wall. Due to the asymmetric distribution of stress on the two sides of the roadway, the dynamic load response of the right side is significantly greater than that of the left side. Based on the above features, a collaborative anti impact control technology of 'unloading (large diameter drilling pressure relief) - support (stepped reinforcement into layered energy absorption and anti impact support)' is proposed for the surrounding rock of the fault structure area roadway. The engineering test results show the following points. ① After adopting the 'unloading support' collaborative anti impact treatment measures for the roadway surrounding rock , the stress concentration areas of the two sides of the roadway are transferred to the deep part of the surrounding rock by 3-5 meters. The stress peak value is reduced by 18.5%-20.3%, and the stress concentration degree of the roadway surrounding rock is significantly reduced. ② Before the implementation of the 'unloading support' collaborative anti impact treatment measures, the deformation of the roadway roof, floor, and two sides are 856, 334, 325, and 567 mm, respectively. The deformation and damage of the roadway surrounding rock are severe. After adopting the 'unloading support' collaborative treatment measures, the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock decreases by 35.69%-62.03%, and the stability of the roadway surrounding rock is enhanced. ③ The coal powder content in the borehole is also significantly lower than the critical coal powder content, and the dynamic power of the roadway surrounding rock is reduced.

Background and purpose: Second-line chemotherapy is not effective in the treatment of gastric cancer. Bevacizumab is a molecularly targeted anticancer drug, and sindilizumab is a domestic programmed death-1 (PD-1) inhibitor. The combination of the two is a new direction for clinical treatment of gastric cancer. This study aimed to analyze the effects of bevacizumab assisted PD-1 inhibitor in the treatment of gastric cancer on serum miR-20a-5p and miR-515-3p. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 84 patients with gastric cancer treated in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2019 to July 2021, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 42 cases each according to different treatment plans. The control group was given second-line chemotherapy, and the observation group was given bevacizumab combined with PD-1 inhibitor (sindilizumab) on the basis of the control group. objective response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), serum tumor markers, immune function indexes, serum miR-20a-5p and miR-515-3p levels and total incidence of toxic and side effects were compared between the two groups. This study has been approved by the Ethics Committee of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University (approval number: 20230531--K061). Results: The ORR (69.05%) and DCR (85.71%) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (40.48% and 64.29%), and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Bevacizumab assisted sindilizumab can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of gastric cancer, improve immune function, and reduce the expression levels of serum miR-20a-5p, miR-515-3p and tumor markers, without increasing toxic and side effects.

This study outlines statistical methods and practical steps for designing and developing valid and reliable questionnaires in primary care. A series of studies on questionnaire development and scale design are reviewed and a standardized process for scale design in the primary care is developed. The process involves key and practical steps in the scale design process as well as statistical methods, which is illustrated with examples of previous relevant studies within the field. The suggested seven-step approach to developing a questionnaire in the primary care is: (1) defining the construction of measurement; (2) generating the pool of items; (3) selecting the scoring system and response format; (4) pre-testing (assessing content validity and face validity, etc.) ; (5) eliminating items by item analysis; (6) evaluating the scale initially, including evaluating the reliability and validity of the scale, and factor analysis or Rasch analysis; (7) re-evaluating the scale to re-examine the nature of the scale, including retesting reliability and constructing validity. In general, the studies on scale design should strictly follow the standardized steps of scale development, and the integrated use of Rasch model and factor analysis can make the measurements more objective.

As an important new part of airborne integrated surveillance system(ISS), the automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast(ADS-B) system shows the advantages in surveillance and efficiency under the premise of ensuring flight safety, which leads to the development of future surveillance technology. Firstly, the system function and advantages and disadvantages of ADS-B system are introduced, and the technologies and products at home and abroad are organized. Then, from the perspective of ensuring flight safety and efficiency, the key technologies of ADS-B system are analyzed and summarized, and the technology connotation and difficulties are described in detail. Finally, the development trend of the technology is discussed and prospected in combination with the concept of next generation airspace operation, and four future development directions of ADS-B technology are proposed, which can provide the development direction for the development of ADS-B technology of airborne ISS, and promote the development of ADS-B technology in practical operation and theoretical research.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, a system was established in China that required testing of all residents for COVID-19. It consisted of sampling stations, laboratories capable of carrying out DNA investigations and vehicles carrying out immediate transfer of all samples from the former to the latter. Using Beilin District, Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province, China as example, we designed a genetic algorithm based on a two-stage location coverage model for the location of the sampling stations with regard to existing residencies as well as the transfer between the sampling stations and the laboratories. The aim was to estimate the minimum transportation costs between these units. In the first stage, the model considered demands for testing in residential areas, with the objective of minimizing the costs related to travel between residencies and sampling stations. In the second stage, this approach was extended to cover the location of the laboratories doing the DNAinvestigation, with the aim of minimizing the transportation costs between them and the sampling stations as well as the estimating the number of laboratories needed. Solutions were based on sampling stations and laboratories existing in 2022, with the results visualized by geographic information systems (GIS). The results show that the genetic algorithm designed in this paper had a better solution speed than the Gurobi algorithm. The convergence was better and the larger the network size, the more efficient the genetic algorithm solution time.

Target tracking is the basic function of airborne ADS-B surveillance applications. Improving the target tracking performance of weak maneuvering airliner around the aircraft is of great significance for mastering the traffic situation and improving flight safety. Therefore，a target tracking method for ADS-B surveillance application based on interactive multiple model Kalman filter（IMMKF）algorithm is proposed. Firstly，aiming at the flight characteristics of airliner under the background of weak maneuver，a set of motion models including constant velocity model and standard coordinated turning model are established，and the models are linearized and approximated； Then，the model prediction and ADS-B state vector measurement data are used as the input of multiple parallel Kalman filters in IMMKF algorithm for parallel filtering；Finally，the estimation of the target state vector and the model approximation probability are calculated and used as input for the next iteration. The simulation results show that compared with the Kalman filter target tracking method based on the constant velocity model，the position tracking error of IMMKF method is reduced by 59%，and the velocity tracking error is reduced by 77%，which significantly improves the state estimation performance，and has high tracking accuracy，robustness and computational efficiency. It is of practical application value and reference significance.

[Objective] Thylakoids are the important sites where photosynthesis takes place. The thylakoid membrane envelops form a central aqueous region known as the thylakoid lumen. There are various types of proteins residing in thylakoid lumen, including high chlorophyll fluorescence (HCF) proteins, immunophilins, oxygen-evolving complex (OEC) proteins, and PsbP-like proteins, etc. These proteins are considered to play important roles during various physiological processes, such as photosynthesis, nucleotide metabolism, and redox regulation. [Reviews] This review summarized the function of the thylakoid lumen proteins involved in photosynthesis regulation, such as photosystem assembly, growth regulation, and excess light stress response. [Prospect] The review provided the theoretical reference for future study on the physiological function of the thylakoid lumen proteins.

[Objective] This study aims to reveal the variation patterns of leaf functional traits of Calligonum mongolicum in different habitats in Minqin, Gansu Province, China, and to explore the adaptation strategies of C. mongolicum to the arid desert environment. [Methods] This study took C. mongolicum in the oasis-desert transitional zone as the object, and using sampling methods to collect well growing leaves from the central part of the sample plants in four directions: east, west, north, and south. Soil samples in the depth of 0-60 cm near the roots of plants were collected using a soil drill. The leaf functional traits and correlation of C. mongolicum under two habitats, interdune lowland and active sand dune, were analyzed. The relationship between leaf functional traits and soil factors were analyzed. [Results] (1) the variable coefficient of leaf functional traits was between 2.39% and 24.94%, where specific leaf area (SLA) was the largest (24.94%) while the stable carbon isotope (δ13C) was the smallest (2.39%). There was significant difference in total carbon content (LCC) and total phosphorus content (LPC) of C. mongolicum leaves between the two sites, while there were significant differences in SLA and LPC between the two habitats. Objective: To explore the efficacy of tislelizumab combined with pemetrexed and carboplatin chemotherapy in elderly patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma and its effects on serum insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) and insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3 (IGFBP-3) levels. Methods: Ninety-four driver gene-negative elderly patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into chemotherapy group (pemetrexed combined with carboplatin, n=48) and tislelizumab group (pemetrexed+carboplatin+tislelizumab, n=46) by the random number table method, and both groups were treated for 4 cycles, with 21 days as a cycle. The clinical efficacy, immune function ［T lymphocyte subsets (CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+］ and serum indicators (IGF-1, IGFBP-3) before and after treatment were recorded in both groups, and the adverse reactions were assessed. Results: The clinical efficacy and objective response rate (58.70% vs 29.17%, χ2=8.329, P＜0.01) in tislelizumab group were significantly higher than those in chemotherapy group. After 4 cycles of treatment, the CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ and IGFBP-3 levels in both groups were significantly increased compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05), and the indicators in tislelizumab group were higher than those in chemotherapy group (P＜0.05); CD8+ and IGF-1 levels were significantly decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05), and the indicators in tislelizumab group were lower than those in chemotherapy group (P＜0.05). Adverse reactions were mainly grade 1-2 in both groups, and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion: The first-line therapy of tislelizumab combined with platinum-containing dual-drug for elderly advanced lung adenocarcinoma can improve the clinical efficacy, improve the balance of CD4+/CD8+, regulate the expression of serum IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 levels. The adverse reactions are controllable, and the treatment regimen is safe and reliable.

ObjectiveTo investigate the infection and genotypes of Wolbachia in Aedes albopictus.MethodsAdult and larval samples of Aedes albopictus were collected from different residential and wild areas from 2020 to 2021， Wolbachia surface protein （wsp） gene was amplified and genotyped for wAlbA and wAlbB by PCR， and sequenced for phylogenetic analysis. The difference of detection rate among different habitats， male and female adult mosquitoes， adult and larvae was compared by χ2 analysis.ResultsThe detection rate of Wolbachia in adult and larvae of Aedes albopictus were 43.5% （77/177） and 70.4% （190/270）， respectively， with a statistically significant difference （χ2=32.086，P

There are subtle differences between single regions of the same subcategory in fine-grained images. At present, many fine-grained image classification networks often focus on a single region to determine the target category. However, in many cases, most discriminative features in fine-grained images are distributed in multiple local regions of the image, and it is not often enough for fine-grained image to rely solely on one region.To solve these problems, a new method is proposed. This method generates discriminative features through reinforcement learning and obtains complementary regions through complementary network. The reinforcement network and the complementary network learn through adversarial learning and improve the accuracy of fine-grained images classification.The method is tested on CUB200-2011,fine-grained Visual Classification of Aircraft, and Stanford dogs datasets and the results show adequate performance.

Objective To investigate whether sarcopenia before concurrent chemoradiotherapy is prone to grade≥3 acute adverse reactions (AAR) and shorten survival in patients with advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Methods Data of advanced patients with pathologically diagnosed ESCC and CCRT (FP regimen) from August 2018 to July 2022 were reviewed retrospectively.Skeletal muscle mass and body composition were measured using pre-treatment CT images, and patients were divided into sarcopenia and non-sarcopenia groups.Grade≥3 AAR was diagnosed based on CTCAE5.0 and acute radiation injury criteria of the US RTOG.Risk factors for developing grade≥3 AAR were analyzed, and survival rates were calculated by Kaplan-Meier method. Results Among 132 patients with ESCC (87 in the sarcopenia group and 45 in the non-sarcopenia group), 23(17.4%) experienced grade≥3 AAR.In multivariate regression analysis, independent risk factors for grade ≥3 AAR included the following: sarcopenia (OR: 6.034, 95%CI: 1.206-30.190, P=0.029), decreased SMD (OR: 0.693, 95%CI: 0.492-0.976, P=0.036), decreased SMI (OR: 0.841, 95%CI: 0.721-0.982, P=0.028), and increased FMI (OR: 2.433, 95%CI: 1.194-4.958;P=0.014).The OS rates were 16.01 months (95%CI: 14.89-17.13) in the sarcopenia group and 19.27 months (95%CI: 14.45-24.09) in the non-sarcopenia group (χ2=5.326, P=0.021) as well as 14.86 months (95%CI: 11.30-18.42) for patients with grade≥3 AAR and 16.67 months (95%CI: 14.91-18.43) for patients with grade 0-2 AAR (χ2=5.47, P=0.019).Among patients with grade≥3 AAR, the OS rates were 12.13 months (95%CI: 10.15-14.11) in the sarcopenia group and 18.69 months (95%CI: 12.85-21.88) in the non-sarcopenia group (χ2=4.466, P=0.035). Conclusion Sarcopenia, decreased skeletal muscle density, and increased fat mass are important predictors of grade≥3 AAR.The OS of patients with sarcopenia and grade≥3 AAR may be reduced.

Epithelial-mesenchymal transformation (EMT) plays an important role in the progression of diabetic nephropathy. Dexmedetomidine (DEX) has shown renoprotective effects against ischemic reperfusion injury; however, whether and how DEX prevents high glucose-induced EMT in renal tubular epithelial cells is incompletely known. Here, we conduct in vitro experiments using HK-2 cells, a human tubular epithelial cell line. Our results demonstrate that high glucose increases the expressions of EMT-related proteins, including Vimentin, Slug, Snail and Twist, while decreasing the expression of E-cadherin and increasing Cdk5 expression in HK-2 cells. Both Cdk5 knockdown and inhibition by roscovitine increase the expressions of E-cadherin while decreasing the expressions of other EMT-related markers. DEX inhibits Cdk5 expression without affecting cell viability and changes the expressions of EMT-related markers, similar to effects of Cdk5 inhibition. Furthermore, Cdk5 is found to interact with Drp1 at the protein level and mediate the phosphorylation of Drp1. In addition, Drp1 inhibition with mdivi-1 could also restrain the high glucose-induced EMT process in HK-2 cells. Immunofluorescence results show that roscovitine, Mdivi-1 and DEX inhibit high glucose-induced intracellular ROS accumulation, while the oxidant H2O2 eliminates the protective effect of DEX on the EMT process. These results indicate that DEX mitigates high glucose-induced EMT progression in HK-2 cells via inhibition of the Cdk5/Drp1/ROS pathway.

Buildings in service are severely affected by the complex environment with multiple coupled factors such as high temperatures, humidity, and inorganic salt attack. In this work, the mechanical properties of nano-SiO2-reinforced geopolymer composites (NSGPC) incorporated with varying dosages of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fibers were investigated under a complex environment. A simulated environmental chamber was employed to simulate the complex environment with relative humidity, temperature, and NaCl solution concentration of 100%, 45°C, and 5%, respectively. Fly ash/metakaolin geopolymer composites (GPCs) were fabricated by utilizing 1.5% nano-SiO2 by weight and five various dosages of PVA fibers by volume (0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8%). The compressive strength, tensile strength, elastic modulus, and impact resistance of NSGPC eroded in a simulated environmental chamber for 60 days were determined. Then, the impact of the PVA fiber dosage on the mechanical properties of NSGPC under complex coupled environments was analyzed. In addition, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was employed to evaluate and analyze the microstructural behavior of NSGPC under complex environments. Results indicated that the compressive strength, tensile strength, elastic modulus, and impact resistance of NSGPC increased with increasing PVA fiber to 0.6% and then decreased with a continuous increase to 0.8% but remained higher than those of the reference specimen. NSGPC exhibited the best performance at a PVA fiber dosage of 0.6%, which increased by 13.3, 12.0, 17.2, and 522%, respectively. The outcomes of SEM analysis indicated that the usage of PVA fiber and NS remarkably improved the mechanical properties and microstructural behavior of GPC by making the inner structure of GPCs more robust and compact under a complex environment. The outcomes of this work can provide theoretical guidance for buildings serving under a complex environment.

In order to realize the high-energy-efficiency operation of the gas pump heat pipe composite air conditioner in areas with large dry/wet bulb temperature differences, an evaporative condensation (spray/spray) device was added on the condensation side of the system, so that the system can extend the utilization time of natural cooling sources in summer high temperature seasons, and reduce unit energy consumption. In the enthalpy difference laboratory, the indoor return air temperature was set to three working conditions of 24, 30, 35 ℃, and the outdoor temperature was adjusted every 5 ℃ from -10 ℃ to 45 ℃ under each indoor working condition, and the cooling capacity, power consumption and other data of 100% load and 75% load were recorded. The results show that the evaporative condensation technology can reduce the condensing temperature, broaden the operating temperature range of the gas pump heat pipe mode, and reduce the operating energy consumption; the evaporation temperature of the system increases with the increase of the indoor return air condition. Under the indoor conditions of 24, 30, 35 ℃, average PUE≤ 1.33, 1.28, 1.25 were achieved respectively. Under 75% load rate, the composite air conditioner prototype can achieve average PUE≤1.3, 1.27, 1.24, which has good energy-saving benefits.

Based on the different meanings of labor education in different times, this paper re-examines the characteristics of labor education in the context of the era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Then, based on the principles of unity of content and form, unity of theory and practice, unity of universality and particularity, and unity of indoctrination and inspiration, labor education is integrated into the teaching of Civics and Political Science courses in colleges and universities. The teaching mode of labor education integrated into the Civics and Politics class is designed from the perspective of students, taking into account the three aspects of the curriculum system, teaching method, and assessment and evaluation mechanism. The research subjects were selected, the initial data of the study were obtained through questionnaires, and the effect of the teaching mode was analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient and regression model. The results show that the Sig values of all three are less than 0.05, all three are correlated with the teaching effect of labor education integrated into the Civics class in colleges and universities, and the regression equation of the teaching effect = 1.495 + 0.365*curriculum + 0.354*teaching method + 0.228*evaluation mechanism. This study prompts schools to carry out labor education more reasonably and effectively, which has important educational value for cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-around development of morality, intelligence, physicality, aesthetics labor, and other aspects.

The coordinated development of regional ethnic traditional kinesiology and rural revitalization coupling development is of great significance in promoting the progress of conventional kinesiology and the sustainable development of the countryside. In this paper, we use entropy weight TOPSIS, grey correlation, and coupling model to measure the coupling degree of the development of traditional kinesiology and rural revitalization in China’s regions from 2013–2019 and further analyze the driving factors behind it and the results show that the two main subjects have gone from being on the verge of dysfunction to benign coordination, and from low-level resonance to high-level synergy in the period of 2013–2019. It also explores that government capacity, industrial structure, and economic development level play a positive role in the coupling and coordination of the two subjects, while innovation level, public service equalization, and informatization level play a negative role in the coupling and coordination of the two subjects.

As the cradle of cultivating and conveying talents, colleges and universities should innovate the education of ideological and political courses under the background of “Internet+”, focusing on cultivating students’ cultural self-confidence. This paper first explains blockchain-related technology in Internet technology, including the basic principle and structure of blockchain, the consistency Hash algorithm, the consensus mechanism and the credit mechanism of blockchain. Secondly, it discusses the fit between the blockchain and the cultural teaching mechanism of the Civics course, through which blockchain technology can effectively realize the interactive sharing of the cultural teaching resources of the Civics course. Based on the blockchain technology and MVC network structure, an interactive model of cultural teaching resources for Civic and Political Science courses is constructed, which further improves the way students access cultural teaching resources. Finally, a simulation test is conducted to evaluate the interactivity of the cultural teaching resources in the Civics and Political Science course and the effectiveness of the model. The results show that the average write bandwidth of the consistent Hash algorithm is 756.68MBps, and the average read bandwidth is 215.42MBps, and when the total amount of data exceeds 64GB, the relative standard deviation of the Hash algorithm decreases to about 0.15% and remains stable. The cultural teaching mechanism of the Civics course with the introduction of blockchain technology is based on a digital platform, and when the number of network nodes is 150, the delay of the consensus mechanism is 236.73ms, and the throughput reaches about 98 data interactions per second. The cultural teaching mechanism of the Civics and Politics course in the background of the Internet needs to be based on digitization, fully combining with information technology to realize the common construction and sharing of cultural teaching resources and cultivate new-age talents with higher cultural self-confidence for the development of society.

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, and Chinese agriculture in the digital background should realize the intelligent management of agricultural production To improve the efficiency of international trade of Chinese agricultural products and help Chinese agricultural products occupy a larger share in the international market, this paper takes the clustering algorithm and agricultural IoT technology as the research method applies the improved spectral clustering algorithm for processing agricultural data to extract research data and perform data correction, simulates and evaluates the performance of the algorithm through agricultural IoT data pooling and simulation analysis, and uses the chance routing performance index as the main judgment The variance results are derived from the criteria. The data show that the production of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery has developed qualitatively in the digital background, and the total output value reached 122,874.96 billion yuan in 2021, and the total grain production reached 73,000,000 tons in 2021, with obvious export advantages. The export value of agricultural products has grown from $48.98 billion in 2010 to $85.06 billion in 2021, and the export value of China’s agricultural products exceeded $70 billion in 2014, making China’s international trade in agricultural products fruitful. Based on this, this paper explores the multifaceted achievements and future development path of international trade in agricultural products in the context of digitalization, intending to contribute its share to China’s international trade in agricultural products.

Pancreatic cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of digestive tract and is difficult to diagnose because it is characterized by insidious onset and asymptomatic early-stage. The diagnosis of pancreatic cancer mainly relies on imaging and serum tumor markers, and the main treatment method is surgery. However, due to being discovered in the advanced stage of the disease and missing the best opportunity for surgery, the prognosis is extremely poor and short-term survival. Studies have shown that microRNAs (miRNAs, miR) play a key role in the genesis and development of a variety of tumors, of which miR-107 is expressed in pancreatic cancer tissue and blood, which is related to the occurrence and invasion of pancreatic cancer. In some databases, it has been determined that miRNAs can target and regulate B and T lymphocyte attenuator (BTLA). BTLA with its ligand transmits coinhibitory signals and plays a negative regulatory role in the body's anti-tumor immune response, which is related to the immune escape mechanism of tumors and is likely to become a potential target of tumor biotherapy. This article will elaborate miR-107 and BTLA to predict that they may be therapeutic targets of pancreatic cancer and are expected to become diagnostic and prognostic markers of pancreatic cancer.

Abstract When the Linear Parallel Bond Model (PBM) in Particle Flow Code is used to simulate intact rocks, a basic problem is how to determine the microscopic parameters that control the macroscopic properties of the modeled rocks. After simplifying the microscopic parameters of the PBM model, this study proposes a new method of inverse performance of the regression equations of the macroscopic parameters by the gray absolute correlation combined with regression analysis, which solves the drawbacks of the current manual trial parameter calibration method to a certain extent. When this method is applied to the calibration of the microscopic parameters of the siltstone, the numerical simulation results produce good agreement between the results derived from the finite element software (ABAQUS) both in terms of macroscopic parameters and damage forms.

Argonaute (Ago) proteins are conserved programmable nucleases present in eukaryotes and prokaryotes and provide defense against mobile genetic elements. Almost all characterized pAgos prefer to cleave DNA targets. Here, we describe a novel pAgo from Verrucomicrobia bacterium (VbAgo) that can specifically cleave RNA targets rather than DNA targets at 37°C and function as a multiple-turnover enzyme showing prominent catalytic capacity. VbAgo utilizes DNA guides (gDNAs) to cleave RNA targets at the canonical cleavage site. Meanwhile, the cleavage activity is remarkably strengthened at low concentrations of NaCl. In addition, VbAgo presents a weak tolerance for mismatches between gDNAs and RNA targets, and single-nucleotide mismatches at positions 11‒12 and dinucleotide mismatches at positions 3‒15 dramatically reduce target cleavage. Moreover, VbAgo can efficiently cleave highly structured RNA targets at 37°C. These properties of VbAgo broaden our understanding of Ago proteins and expand the pAgo-based RNA manipulation toolbox.

Aroma is one of the important indexes to measure the organoleptic quality of fruit wine. However, the weak aroma restricts the further improvement of fruit wine quality. The aroma enhancement of fruit wine is one of the focuses of attention for relevant practitioners. However, the complicated mechanism of aroma regulation is a bottleneck problem that restricts the creation of aroma-enhancing techniques for fruit wine fermentation. In this paper, we provide a systematic review of the mechanism of the influence of starter cultures, enzymes, and pretreatment before fermentation on the aroma of fruit wine with regard to the types of key aroma compounds and their formation pathways, and we discuss the application of modern biotechnology in the breeding of excellent aroma producing yeast. Finally, we discuss future directions in the research on fruit wine flavor.

Irreversible cardiomyopathy was caused by the therapeutic of anthracyclines in the chemotherapy of cancers. The cell apoptosis and autophagy were induced by anthracyclines in AC16 cells. MiR-223-3p ascends in anthracycline-treated AC16, but the expression of nuclear factor I-A (NFIA) was specifically down-regulated. However, the underlying molecular mechanism between NFIA and miR-223-3p is unclear now in AC16 cells. In our research, NFIA expression was dampened in AC16 cells by miR-223-3p mimics. Additionally, miR-223-3p knockdown hindered the apoptosis and autophagy in anthracycline-treated AC16. Furthermore, NFIA was predicted and verified as a miR-223-3p’s downstream target and rescued the functions of miR-223-3p. These findings illustrated that miR-223-3p advances anthracycline-stimulated cardiomyocyte damage progression by targeting NFIA, implying the promising therapeutic function of miR-223-3p on cardiomyocyte damage in cancer patients.

Objective: In order to solve the problems on tea production of low efficiency of manual sorting, high cost of equipment, large volume, single function and so on. Methods: A small intelligent tea sorting control system was developed by using image recognition technology. According to the gravity, volume, color and shape characteristics of tea and impurities, the system can adjust the wind speed, vibration frequency, color and shape characteristic parameters, and automatically separates tea and impurities. Taking Curl, grain, flake machine-picked tea as the experimental objects, the system performance was tested. Results: The average recognition rate of the control system for the three kinds of machine-picked tea were 86.03%, 93.53% and 89.46% respectively. The yield was about 45.8 kg/h, with the picking rate of about 97%, and the takeout ratio of about 5.4∶1. Conclusion: The intelligent tea sorting control system effectively improves the quality and value of tea and enhances the sorting efficiency.

Machine vision technology has positively improved coal mine safety monitoring methods and enhanced equipment automation levels. This article elaborates in detail on the principles of equipment information state perception based on machine vision in different scenarios and systems during the current intelligent construction process of coal mines. It summarizes the practical applications of machine vision perception technology in coal mine safety monitoring, picking recognition, coal rock recognition, positioning navigation, transportation detection, pose detection, and information measurement. The analysis points out that in the future, coal mine machine vision perception technology should deeply explore the understanding needs of mining face machine vision scenes. It is suggested to build a production full field of view monitoring and detection system, and improve the integrated monitoring effect of multiple spatiotemporal, multi-dimensional, and multivariate. It is suggested to improve the video autonomous monitoring and alarm capability, enhance visual guidance capability, and form a unified visual data management method for ground production management and operation systems. The key research should focus on technologies such as simultaneous spatiotemporal measurement of the pose of fully mechanized mining equipment (groups), perception of dynamic changes in the mining environment, full field of view monitoring and autonomous warning for production, and visual guidance and control of coal mining robots. It is pointed out that the coal mine machine vision perception technology still has challenges in explosion-proof or intrinsically safe intelligent vision sensors, efficient methods of visual measurement and analysis, the measurement precision of detection and recognition, and high-quality image annotation. Through the development of visual sensors with edge computing capabilities, a distributed vision measurement scheme is constructed to achieve accurate recognition and measurement of mining information in various complex environments. It can effectively improve the deeper integration and application of machine vision perception technology in the coal industry.

Societal Impact Statement Despite comprising a small proportion of global agricultural land use, irrigated agriculture is enormously important to the global agricultural economy. Burgeoning food demand driven by population growth—together with reduced food supply caused by the climate crisis—is polarising the existing tension between water used for agricultural production versus that required for environmental conservation. We show that sustainable intensification via more diverse crop rotations, more efficient water application infrastructure and greater farm area under irrigation is conducive to greater farm business profitability under future climates. Summary Research aimed at improving crop productivity often does not account for the complexity of real farms underpinned by land‐use changes in space and time. Here, we demonstrate how a new framework—WaterCan Profit—can be used to elicit such complexity using an irrigated case study farm with four whole‐farm adaptation scenarios (Baseline, Diversified, Intensified and Simplified) with four types of irrigated infrastructure (Gravity, Pipe & Riser, Pivot and Drip). Without adaptation, the climate crisis detrimentally impacted on farm profitability due to the combination of increased evaporative demand and increased drought frequency. Whole‐farm intensification—via greater irrigated land use, incorporation of rice, cotton and maize and increased nitrogen fertiliser application—was the only adaptation capable of raising farm productivity under future climates. Diversification through incorporation of grain legumes into crop rotations significantly improved profitability under historical climates; however, profitability of this adaptation declined under future climates. Simplified systems reduced economic risk but also had lower long‐term economic returns. We conclude with four key insights: (1) When assessing whole‐farm profit, metrics matter: Diversified systems generally had higher profitability than Intensified systems per unit water, but not per unit land area; (2) gravity‐based irrigation infrastructure required the most water, followed by sprinkler systems, whereas Drip irrigation used the least water; (3) whole‐farm agronomic adaptation through management and crop genotype had greater impact on productivity compared with changes in irrigation infrastructure; and (4) only whole‐farm intensification was able to raise profitability under future climates.

As a typical representative of advanced producer services, banks can be used to characterize the spatial structure of urban networks through the headquarters-branch connections and the implied capital flow process, which can guide the exploration of financial market connectivity and coordinated regional development. In this paper, the financial linkages of 26 representative banks in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) were transformed from city scale to county scale urban network using the interlocking network model, and the structural characteristics and influencing mechanism of urban network are discussed using the Social Network Analysis and Geographically Weighted Regression model. The results show that: 1) The Pearl River Estuary in the GBA is a dense area of financial linkages. The level of financial linkages on the east bank of the Pearl River is generally higher than that on the west bank of the Pearl River, and the hierarchical expansion to the peripheral space is continuous or progressive. 2) The clustering and accessibility of the overall network perform well. The whole network presents a typical "small world" effect. Guangzhou Tianhe, Guangzhou Yuexiu, Foshan Nanhai, Foshan Shunde, and other nodes are of high gradability and proximity, and they are also important intermediaries for financial connections in the GBA. 3) Most of the nodes with high gradability have higher effective scale and efficiency, and have the advantage of structural holes. The peripheral spatial nodes have a high restriction degree. The network mainly relies on some nodes in the core or sub-core subgroups to generate financial linkages, while the financial linkages among most nodes of the edge subgroup are weak. 4) The variables negatively correlated with the total number of linkages are population density, economic development level, and government control behavior. The variables that are positively correlated with the total number of linkages are the degree of transportation convenience and social consumption ability. The relationship between the demand for financial services and the level of openness to the outside world and the total linkages is complex and has bidirectional effects. An additional contribution of this paper is as follows: 1) The preference for location choice of APS enterprises represented by banks is higher for geographical agglomeration in local markets, and the financial relationship at the county scale is more important for the location choice of bank branches within cities. 2) The differentiated urban network structure characteristics revealed by the heterogeneity of bank branches provide a reference value for the appeal of different types of bank branches.

To study the effect of evaporation and humidification characteristics of spray water curtain on the relative humidity of the tunnel, the calculation model for relative humidity was established in the spray space. The effect of different control parameters on the humidity in the tunnel was explored based on numerical simulation. The results show that the mathematical model of spray droplet evaporation and humidification can effectively predict the relative humidity of roadway; the spray flow rate and atomization pressure, the air supply volume of the air duct, the ambient temperature, and humidity all contributed significantly to the relative humidity of the tunnel. By optimizing the parameters, it is possible to not only reduce the effective range of spray humidification on tunnel humidity but to also improve the moisture removal efficiency after spraying.

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor in asthmatic mice. Methods BALB/c mice of 5 to 6 weeks were randomly divided into five groups with 10 in each: 1)control group; 2)asthma group: The asthma model was established by ovalbumin (OVA)-sensitized mice; 3)S-methyl isothiourea sulfate (SMT) group: OVA-sensitized asthmatic mice were stimulated and then given with SMT; 4)N-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME) group: OVA-sensitized asthmatic mice were stimulated and then given with L-NAME; 5) NG-monomethyl-L-arginine (L-NMMA) group: OVA-sensitized asthmatic mice were stimulated and then given with L-NMMA. HE staining was used for histopathological analysis. Airway reactivity was assessed using a methacholine challenge test. The levels of nitric oxide (NO) and cytokines in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) were detected by ELISA. Results Compared with the control group, goblet cell proliferation and increased mucus secretion were found in the asthma group, together with a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration around the trachea and blood vessels and significantly increased airway resistance, which were improved after the administration of NOS inhibitors, especially in the SMT group. Compared with the control group, the levels of NO in plasma, BALF and lung tissue homogenate were significantly increased in the asthma group (P＜0.05), while the level of IL-2, IL-4, IL-17 and TNF-α in plasma and BALF was significantly increased (P＜0.05). Compared with the asthma group, the level of NO in plasma, BALF and lung tissue homogenate was significantly decreased in SMT group (P＜0.05), while the level of IL-2, IL-4, IL-17 and TNF-α in plasma and BALF was significantly decreased in SMT group (P＜0.05). Compared with the asthma group, the level of plasma NO, IL-2, IL-17, and TNF-α in the L-NAME group was significantly decreased (P＜0.05). The level of NO, IL-2, IL-17, and TNF-α in BALF was significantly decreased (P＜0.05). Compared with the asthma group, the plasma level of NO, IL-2, IL-4, IL-17 and TNF-α in the L-NMMA group was significantly decreased (P＜0.05). The level of NO, IL-2, IL-4, IL-17 and TNF-α in BALF was significantly decreased(P＜0.05), and the level of NO in lung tissue homogenate was significantly decreased (P＜0.05). Conclusions NOS inhibitor, especially SMT may reduce airway inflammation of asthmatic mice.

Nanodrug delivery systems (NDDSs) are a hotspot of new drug delivery systems with great development potential. They provide new approaches to fighting against diseases. NDDSs are specially designed to serve as carriers for the delivery of active pharmaceutical ingredients to their target sites, and their unique physicochemical characteristics allow for prolonged circulation time, improved targeting, and avoidance of drug resistance. Despite remarkable progress achieved in the preparation and efficacy evaluation of NDDSs, the understanding of the in vivo pharmacokinetics of NDDSs is still insufficient. Analysis of NDDSs is far more complicated than that for small molecular drugs; thus, almost all conventional techniques are inadequate for accurate profiling of their pharmacokinetic behaviour in vivo. In this article, we systematically reviewed the absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion of NDDSs and summarized the advanced bioanalytic techniques for tracing the in vivo fate of NDDSs. We also reviewed the physiologically based pharmacokinetic model of NDDS, which has been a useful tool in characterizing and predicting the systemic disposition, target exposure, and efficacy/toxicity of various types of drugs when coupled with pharmacodynamic modelling. We hope that this review will be helpful in improving the understanding of NDDS pharmacokinetics and facilitating the development of NDDSs.

MoO3/WO3 composite films with different MoO3 deposition cycles were prepared to use conductive glass as the substrate by combining hydrothermal method and electrochemical deposition method. Electrochromic reversibility, optical density(ΔOD), coloration efficiency, stability and responding time of MoO3/WO3 composite film were obtained by electrochomical measurement technologies and spectral tests. The results show that the MoO3/WO3 composite film with 8 MoO3 electrodeposited cycles has the best electrochromic performance compared with single WO3 nanorod film or MoO3 film, and the electrochromic reversibility is 62.19%, the optical density is 0.61, the coloration efficiency is 153.16 cm2/C, the coloring and bleaching responding time is 8.37 s and 4.77 s, respectively. It the meanwhile, it has a narrower band gap and higher cyclic stability.

This paper summarized the rehabilitation nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for a patient with neurogenic bladder. Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques such as acupuncture, acupoint wet-warm compress, and balanced cupping therapy were performed to strengthen the spleen, nourish the kidney and improve the physique. Moreover, comprehensive interventions such as symptom management, floor muscle function exercise, health education were carried out to establish a balanced vesicourethral function. The combination of appropriate health technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern rehabilitation means is effective to relieve the symptoms of neurogenic bladder, relieve patient negative emotion, and improve the treatment compliance and recovery of bladder function. Objective·To investigate the effect of short-term gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) pulse therapy on pituitary and testicular function in the adolescent male patients with congenital hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (CHH).Methods·A retrospective study was conducted on 20 adolescent male patients with CHH who received GnRH pulse therapy from January 2016 to June 2021, and their clinical data were collected. They were treated with subcutaneous continuous pulsed administration of gonadorelin by the pump for 1 week (20 cases), of which 5 cases were treated for 3 months. The dose was 8‒10 μg per pulse, and the pulse interval was 90 min. The levels of luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and testosterone were measured before GnRH pulse therapy at 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after treatment. After 3 months of treatment, the testicular volume was measured. All 20 patients with CHH underwent whole exome sequencing.Results·The age of 20 CHH patients was 14.35 (14.08, 15.31) years old. The clinical manifestations were infantile testis (20/20) and micropenis (20/20), followed by obesity (12/20), dysosmia (9/20), insulin resistance (4/20), cryptorchidism (4/20), and short stature (3/20). The patients' height was 161.79 (154.90, 173.25) cm, body mass index was 23.80 (20.51, 27.46) kg/m2, and testicular volume was 0.91 (0.55, 1.25) mL. Inhibin B was 39.67 (11.29, 64.97) pg/mL; the base values of LH, FSH and testosterone before therapy were 0.20 (0.10, 0.30) IU/L, 0.87 (0.23, 0.89) IU/L, and 0.92 (0.38, 1.49) nmol/L, respectively. Deep development of hydropower is an important measure to optimize the structure of clean energy, meet the peak shaving and backup needs of the power system, and achieve the national dual carbon goals. This article conducts a systematic analysis of the development potential of developed and undeveloped hydraulic resources, including unplanned river sections, undeveloped planned power stations, unit renovation and capacity expansion, and the expansion of existing/ongoing power stations. We focused on studying the factors that affect the deep development of hydropower, including the reasonable operation mode of hydropower with different regulation performance in the power grid, the energy structure characteristics of the power system, and the comprehensive water use requirements. A calculation method for the reasonable installation and utilization hours and deep development resources of hydropower stations with different regulation performance after deep development has been proposed. According to calculations, Zhejiang Province can increase its scale by 3331MW, with great potential for deep development.

Water conservancy project is the most basic livelihood guarantee project related to social security and stability and the survival and development of various production departments, but it is facing huge financial pressure because of its large investment scale, low financial returns, long recovery cycle, positive external benefits and strong public welfare. This paper analyses the characteristics and difficulties of investment and financing of water conservancy projects, combined with the new concept of the development of water conservancy projects and the analysis of related cases, this paper puts forward some solutions to investment and financing problems, such as innovation of investment and financing mode, establishment of local water conservancy development platform company, invigorating stock assets, etc., as well as relevant policy suggestions such as overall project planning, improving investment mechanism, improving financing capacity, expanding investment returns, innovating investment and financing models, etc. It can provide reference for the overall planning and investment construction of water conservancy projects.

Investigation of germanium gate hydrogen-terminated (H-terminated) diamond field effect transistor (FET) with Al2O3 dielectric layer has been successfully performed. The device demonstrates a normally-on characteristics, whose maximum drain-source current density, threshold voltage, maximum transconductance, on/off ratio, subthreshold swing, capacitance, carrier density, saturation carrier mobility, fixed charge density and interface state density are of −37.3 mA/mm, 0.22 V, 6.42 mS/mm, 108, 134 mV/dec, 0.33 μF/cm2, 9.83 × 1012 cm−2, 97.9 cm2/V·s, 7.63 × 1012 cm−2 and 2.56 × 1012 cm−2·eV−1, respectively. This work is significant to the development of H-terminated diamond FET.

The S-band electron linear accelerator developed for nondestructive testing is primarily used to inspect pressure vessels, petrochemical parts, and other industrial components. The X-band electron linear accelerator has been developed in RIAMB, owing to its advantageous flexibility and light weight and can be used for on-site testing. The integral solution of the irradiation electron linear accelerator system provided by RIAMB includes an accelerator, transmission line, production management system, automatic storage and retrieval system, and workshop. The electrocurtain accelerator is currently being developed in RIAMB. At present, it includes two models, with maximum accelerating voltages of 200 kV and 150 kV, respectively. The ion beam surface processing technology includes ion implantation surface modifications, magnetic filtration multi-arc ion coatings, and ion beam assisted deposition coatings. It forms a corrosion-resistant, friction-resistant, anti-icing, and friction-reducing film on the surface of parts such as bearings and pitot tubes, which are primarily used in the aerospace field.

In view of the common use before mining at 402 face in Tingnan Coal Mine, there are some problems in the process of pressure relief drilling, such as high drilling cost, long construction period, drilling deviation, which will cause air leakage in the extraction drilling hole in this area, reduce the negative pressure of extraction and mining, and influence the efficiency of roadway excavation by the mutual interference between the construction of multiple processes, through numerical simulation, the directional drilling machine adopts the directional long borehole of 120 mm to extract the gas in the mining area of the working face, and the directional long borehole of 150 mm is used to relieve the pressure of the roadway head and the roadway side of the working face. The distribution characteristics of stress peak position, stress concentration zone, stress reduction zone and plastic zone in the lead head of directional long drilling hole with 500 m and 30 m ahead head of pressure relief hole were compared and analyzed. The results show that the stress peak of directional long borehole after pressure relief is basically distributed about 2.5 m away from the roadway, and the high stress concentration area is mainly distributed in the range of 2-5 m away from the roadway. In this range, the stress peak is transferred to the deep part of the coal, the stress concentration range is reduced, and the pressure rerange is increased, which has a better pressure relief effect.

[Purpose/Significance] Based on the research of library transformation from the mode of "high-speed growth" to "high-quality development", this paper addressed the green development as one of the key routes for the transformation of public libraries and provides a multifaceted definition of green development and sustainability from home and abroad as applied to public libraries. [Method/Process] By investigating the transformation and development of domestic libraries in recent years and drawing on the experience from a range of international projects, this paper found out how dedication to be sustainable and green action has become more central and widespread in the library sector worldwide. Successful examples were drawn from IFLA Green Library Award as well as other innovative programs, services, buildings and projects based on increasing consciousness around the green development. This paper integrated an overview of various efforts to define the green library and arguements for sustainable libraries. At the same time, some typical examples of libraries' environmental awareness and sustainability have been presented. [Results/Conclusions] This paper puts foreword the key areas to implement the concept of green development in libraries, including library buildings, facilities and equipment, collections, information services, operational management as well as library strategic development plan, thus incorporating the library development in the scope of environmental, economic and social sustainability. Libraries should take into account the environmental impact of their building as well as their own activities. They should also consider their specific features, not just the criteria for green buildings and offices. Besides, they can promote recycling and sharing in the community in various ways. These actions can raise environmental friendliness as a value and signals the importance of environmental issues to the community. In the aspect of resource development, the basic task of libraries is to ensure open and easy access to reliable information, which includes environmental information. With the provision of information, libraries should also promote the information retrieval skills of the community in order to improve the information literacy of the public with regard to environmentally sustainable awareness. In conclusion, libraries should create an environmental strategy that defines the means and objectives of the environmental work. It is important to raise awareness of the role public libraries can play in the near future, showing proof of their contribution to UN 2030 Agenda and SDGs by measuring and gathering evidence of their performance, namely the access to information and knowledge, access to information infrastructures as well as literacy competences development.

Taking the 8105 working face of Madaotou Mine as the engineering background, the numerical calculation model of the flow field of the mining face in the extra-thick and spontaneous coal seam was established to analyze the oxygen consumption rate in the goaf, the air intake volume of the working face, and the nitrogen injection(nitrogen injection amount and nitrogen injection position) of the buried pipe in the goaf on the distribution of oxygen concentration in the stope. The research results show that: the low-oxygen environment produced by low-temperature oxidation of the residual coal in the goaf is the precondition of oxygen deficiency in upper corner of working face; with the oxygen consumption rate increases, the oxygen concentration near the working face and the upper corner decreases, and the upper corner oxygen-poor area gradually expands. With the increase of the air intake of the working face, the oxygen concentration of the working face gradually increases, the oxygen concentration of the upper corner gradually decreases, and the oxygen-poor area gradually increases. When the air inlet is greater than 2 778 m3/min, the oxygen-poor area in the upper corner tends to be stable, but the oxygen concentration is still gradually decreasing. With the increase of nitrogen injection amount, the oxygen concentration of the working face and the upper corner drops rapidly. When the nitrogen injection amount is greater than 2 825 m3/h, the pressure of the nitrogen injection port and the working face is out of balance, and a large amount of nitrogen flows into the working face to form low oxygen environment, and at the same time, the degree of oxygen depletion near the upper corner is aggravated; with the depth of the nitrogen injection position, the oxygen concentration of the working face and the upper corner changes little.

In this paper, the authors present some monotonicity properties for certain functions involving the complete p-elliptic integrals of the first and second kinds, by showing the monotonicity and concavity-convexity properties of certain combinations defined in terms of Kp{{\mathscr{K}}}_{p}, Ep{{\mathscr{E}}}_{p} and the inverse hyperbolic tangent arthp{{\rm{arth}}}_{p}, which is of importance in the computation of the generalized pi and in the elementary proof of Ramanujan’s cubic transformation. By these results, several well-known results for the classical complete elliptic integrals including its bounds and logarithmic inequalities are remarkably improved.

In recent years, manufactured sand produced from crushed rock has been used as fine aggregate instead of natural sand in construction and industrial fields to minimize the impact of natural sand depletion in nature and society. In this research, the mechanical properties and durability of alkali-activated sustainable mortar using manufactured sand and different sodium silicate (solution) to precursor ratios (SSPR; 0.60, 0.65, 0.70, 0.75, and 0.80) by weight were investigated. Metakaolin and fly ash were used as precursor, sodium silicate (solution) and sodium hydroxide were used as alkali-activator, and manufactured sand made from broken limestone was used to completely replace river sand as fine aggregate to prepare metakaolin/fly ash (MK/FA) alkali-activated sustainable mortar to ensure sustainable development. The compressive, tensile, and flexural strengths, anti-permeability, and crack resistance of MK/FA alkali-activated sustainable mortar were tested. The impact of different SSPRs on the mechanical properties and durability of alkali-activated sustainable mortar was analyzed. Quadratic function fitting models of tensile strength to compressive strength and flexural strength to compressive strength were proposed. Furthermore, the statistical effects of each parameter were explored using analysis of variance and F-test of statistical analysis. The experimental results indicate that the SSPR has a remarkable effect on the mechanical properties and durability of MK/FA alkali-activated sustainable mortar. When the SSPR is in the range of 0.6–0.8, the compressive, tensile, and flexural strength of the alkali-activated sustainable mortar initially increased and then decreased; however, there is an opposite trend in water penetration depth and crack index. MK/FA alkali-activated sustainable mortar exhibits best compressive strength, tensile strength, flexural strength, anti-permeability, and cracking resistance of 40.2 MPa, 3.38 MPa, 4.3 MPa, 41.3 mm, and 245 mm, respectively, at SSPR of 0.7. The experimental findings of this study can provide theoretical guidance for practical engineering of alkali-activated sustainable mortars using manufactured sand.

Cerebrovascular bypass has been developed for more than 50 years. With various surgical methods and complex classification, cerebrovascular bypass has become an indispensable treatment in the field of cerebral vascular disease, especially ischemic cerebral vascular disease and intracranial complex aneurysms. In order to provide some guidance for related clinical work, this article intends to review the classification and clinical application of cerebrovascular bypass.

This paper calculated the temperature distribution of battery space from different battery spacing and analysed the influence of battery spacing on the heat dissipation of battery. In the initial conditions, the material of upper and lower bottom plates was aluminium 5052, the ambient temperature was 25 °C, air was used as the heat transfer medium, the maximum physical time was 300 s, and the cell temperature of 18650 was 41 °C. When the cell spacing Δxdecreased from 10 mm to 2 mm, the maximum temperature of the plane were 38.74 °C, 41 °C, 41 °C and 41 °C. The lowest temperature was 25.16 °C. The highest temperature in the middle of the plane were 36.47 °C, 38.74 °C, 39.87 °C, and 41 °C. The structure of the temperature zone in the middle of the above plane was similar to the mantle plume. Considering the heat dissipation of the battery and the efficiency of the battery space layout, the layout of the battery at Δx=4mmwas better, which provided beneficial experience for the thermal analysis of power battery.
