Microbial safety is crucial for China’s social and economic development in the new era, and it is an important support for national food security, public health, and social stability. In this article, we analyze the development needs and current status of the microbial safety industry considering the policy environment in China. Subsequently, we clarify the domestic and global development patterns of the industry and summarize the challenges faced by the innovation and application of pathogenic microorganism detection and control technologies in China. Furthermore, we propose a development plan for building China’s microbial safety industry. To explore a high-quality development path, China should build innovation platforms and a large scientific database regarding microbial safety, enhance personnel development for this industry, encourage leading enterprises to develop according to standards and regulations, and strengthen major system innovation and engineering technology research in the microbial safety field.

The automatic classification of mine car load based on convolution neural network in coal mine auxiliary shaft is realized in practical application. The misdetection and false alarm are caused by simple trigger conditions. Non-mine car objects passing through the detection area can cause the misoperation of driver controlled switch. In order to solve this problem, an intelligent identification method for mine car load in coal mine auxiliary shaft based on target detection model is proposed. An industrial camera is installed at the wellhead of a coal mine auxiliary shaft to collect the images of mine car load and the images are manually labeled so as to construct a mine car identification data set. And the identification accuracy and the real-time performance of three target detection models, namely Faster R-CNN, YOLOv4 and SSD are evaluated. According to the evaluation results, it is concluded that the YOLOv4 model is more suitable for the identification task of mine car load. In order to reduce the model size and improve the identification speed, the YOLOv4 model is improved. The lightweight network MobileNet is used to replace the original backbone characteristic extraction network CSPDarknet53. So the MobileNetv3-YOLOv4 model is constructed. The test results show that the mean average precision(mAP) of the MobileNetv3-YOLOv4 model is 95.03%, and the identification speed is 44 frames/s, which is 0.77% and 27 frames/s higher than that of the YOLOv4 model respectively. In order to facilitate field application and deployment and improve the performance of the mine car load identification model on the embedded platform, a model acceleration method based on inter-layer fusion and model quantization is proposed. The MobileNetv3-YOLOv4 model before and after the acceleration is transplanted to Jetson TX2 for field test of mine car load identification. The results show that the identification speed is increased from 18.3 frames/s before the acceleration of the MobileNetv3-YOLOv4 model to 35.42 frames/s, and the mAP is 94.68%, which meets the real-time and precise detection requirements in the field. And the detection task is only started when the mine car passes the detection area, which avoids the misoperation of driver controlled switch caused by other objects.

Excessive nitrogen promotes the formation of nonproductive tillers in rice, which decreases nitrogen use efficiency (NUE). Developing high-NUE rice cultivars through balancing nitrogen uptake and the formation of productive tillers remains a long-standing challenge, yet how these two processes are coordinated in rice remains elusive. Here we identify the transcription factor OsGATA8 as a key coordinator of nitrogen uptake and tiller formation in rice. OsGATA8 negatively regulates nitrogen uptake by repressing transcription of the ammonium transporter gene OsAMT3.2. Meanwhile, it promotes tiller formation by repressing the transcription of OsTCP19, a negative modulator of tillering. We identify OsGATA8-H as a high-NUE haplotype with enhanced nitrogen uptake and a higher proportion of productive tillers. The geographical distribution of OsGATA8-H and its frequency change in historical accessions suggest its adaption to the fertile soil. Overall, this study provides molecular and evolutionary insights into the regulation of NUE and facilitates the breeding of rice cultivars with higher NUE.

A phase-field model is applied to study competitive dendritic growth between different grains with different crystalline orientations during laser welding of Al-Cu alloy. An unfavorable oriented (UO) grain is set to locate between two favorable oriented (FO) grains to study the dendritic growth behaviors at not only converging grain boundary (GB) but also diverging GB. It is found that the cellular dendrites appear firstly nearby the GBs at initial instability stage. At early competitive growth stage, the UO misalignment angle influences the competitive dendritic growth at both GBs. After completely entering competitive growth stage, the leading dendrites that are much faster than other dendrites at GBs firstly grow in lateral direction. The side branches growing from leading dendrites block growth path of nearby dendrites and change the UO/FO grain widths. The converging GB deflection angle and the side branch development at diverging GB as characteristic competitive dendritic growth behavior at relatively steady growth stage also significantly affect UO and FO grain widths. The numerical results are basically consistent with microstructure obtained by experiment. There is a shortage of power supply in multi provincial power grid during peak load period. The response speed of interruptible load is fast, and it has the same excellent regulation performance as the standby on the generation side, which can meet the needs of fast transfer. Aiming at the situation of interruptible load participating in the joint market under the bilateral mode, this paper designs the joint clearing process of electric energy and reserve market considering interruptible load, and establishes the joint clearing model considering interruptible load participating in electric energy and reserve market with the goal of maximizing social welfare. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.

As an important part of energy Internet carrier, demand side resources can participate in many interactions with power grid. In order to reduce the peak to valley load difference of power grid, from the perspective of tapping the combined peak shaving potential of air conditioning load and electric vehicles, guided by TOU price and direct load control, this paper proposes an optimal scheduling model with the minimum load difference and the maximum total revenue of users as the objective function. The results show that the joint optimal scheduling strategy can reduce the peak load and eliminate the “secondary peak load” caused by disorderly charging of electric vehicles.

The power supply in many provinces is in short supply during peak load period, and the largescale entry of new energy into the grid brings new problems to the safety and economic operation of the grid. Under the mechanism of time-of-use electricity price, the virtual power plant participates in the grid dispatching by integrating distributed new energy and demand-side resources, which can effectively participate in the peak load clipping and valley filling of the grid and suppress the load fluctuation of the grid. This paper builds a VPP economic optimization scheduling model based on TOU electricity price, and uses particle swarm optimization algorithm to get the output of each energy source of VPP. The simulation results show that the model is reasonable and economical.

In order to solve the problem of huge and messy data in the process of analyzing energy consumption structure in different regions, an energy consumption structure analysis method based on K-means clustering algorithm is proposed, and the elbow method and contour coefficient method are used to analyze the data in Qinghai Province. The consumption structure was analyzed and the algorithm was verified. The results show that the algorithm can efficiently and quickly perform data mining and clustering based on local economic and environmental characteristics, which greatly improve the convenience of energy consumption structure analysis.

In view of problems of small bandwidth, low transmission rate and complicated wiring of current fieldbus communication network in coal mine underground, a design scheme of mine wireless sensor network was proposed. The mine wireless sensor network, which is based on TD-LTE technology, can access wireless terminal equipment through wireless base station and existing equipment and system in fieldbus communication network through customer premise equipment, so as to realize regional data collection. The application results show that the mine wireless sensor network meets requirements of mine Internet of things with large bandwidth, long transmission distance, stable data transmission and high real-time performance.

The kinematics and rigid- body dynamics theoretically analysis and the ADAMS simulations of the NGW type planet differential mechanism are carried out. The kinematics analysis show the results that the mechanism can realize the velocity synthesis and differential operation with different speed of two input shafts.Through the rigid- body dynamics analysis,the results as following. Firstly,the relations among the two input angular accelerations,two input torques,the interaction forces between the planet carrier and the planetary gear,the meshing forces at a tangent between gears in case of acceleration and deceleration are derived. Secondly,the relation between the two input axes angular accelerations and two input torques and one load torque is derived. Thirdly,the relation between load torque and the two input torques and two input axes angular accelerations is derived. Fourthly,the force amplitudes between the sun gear and its planetary gears are equal to each other. Fifthly,the force amplitudes between the internal gear ring and its planetary gears are equal to each other. Lastly,the interrelation relationships of the angular accelerations are matched with kinematics relationships.The simulation results by ADAMS are consistent with theoretical consequences. The theoretical analysis is proved to be correct. The results can be applied to performance analysis of the differential mechanism in redundant electromechanical servo actuation systems in case of acceleration and deceleration.

The statistical characterization of the relationship between thermosphere-ionosphere anomalies and space weather events, also referred to as space weather anomalies, such as solar coronal mass ejections (CMEs) and geomagnetic storms, is a crucial component in the development of a forecast capability for thermosphere-ionosphere disturbances. This manuscript presents a systematic statistical approach for analyzing historical ionosphere and space weather observations to derive a quantitative characterization of the relationships between the thermosphere-ionosphere anomalies and space weather anomalies. Based on 2 years of historical data, our analysis reveals the complex nature of the relationship between space weather disturbances and ionospheric responses.

Pentraxin-3 (PTX3) is an inflammatory marker thought to be more specific to cardiovascular inflammation than C-reactive protein (CRP). Our aim was to assess the prognostic value of PTX3 in patients with stable coronary artery disease (CAD) after drug eluting stent (DES) implantation. Plasma PTX3 levels were measured before percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and at 24 h post-PCI in 596 consecutive patients with stable CAD. Patients were followed up for a median of 3 years (range 1–5) for major adverse cardiovascular events (MACEs). We found that the post-PCI plasma PTX3 levels were significantly higher at 24 h after PCI than pre-PCI, patients with MACEs had higher post-PCI PTX3 levels compared with MACEs-free patients, patients with higher post-PCI PTX3 levels (median > 4.384 ng/mL) had a higher risk for MACEs than those with PTX3 < 4.384 ng/mL, and post-PCI PTX3, cTnI, multiple stents, and age but not high-sensitivity CRP (hsCRP) were independently associated with the prevalence of MACEs after DES implantation. The present study shows that post-PCI PTX3 may be a more reliable inflammatory predictor of long-term MACEs in patients with stable CAD undergoing DES implantation than CRP. Measurement of post-PCI PTX3 levels could provide a rationale for risk stratification of patients with stable CAD after DES implantation.

An experiment aimed at developing creative thinking and emotional literacy in adolescents was carried out. The study involved 25 adolescents aged 14-16 years and their parents--37 people (37-45 years old). Based on the use of the NanoStudio application, a creative improvisation training session was conducted among adolescents in the context of educational cases. The methodology for the development of creative skill turned out to be interesting, exciting, and effective; collaboration with children, according to parents, created an atmosphere of community and promoted an active and passionate desire for joint creative actions. The results of the survey of adolescents demonstrated a positive attitude to the implementation of creative practices which was accompanied by interest, enthusiasm, joy, trust, admiration, delight, and optimism. Since adolescence is a period of increased emotionality, which is characterized by risky behavior associated with the formation of new views, values, and interests, the need of young people for psychological adaptation, the practical value of the study lies in demonstrating the practical experience of transforming the emotional experiences of adolescents into a creative musical product, as an alternative behavior, in terms of interaction of personal, parental, and pedagogical contexts.
