Simple Summary: Gastric cancer is one of the common malignant tumors with limited therapeutic targets. CircRNAs, which are endogenous circular RNAs with a closed-loop structure, have been reported to be key regulators and promising biomarkers for various tumors. However, whether and how circ_0008126 is involved in tumor progression still needs to be validated. This study found that low expression of circ_0008126 was associated with increased lymphatic metastasis, later TNM staging, and poorer survival in patients with gastric cancer. Then, the potential biological function of circ_0008126 and the upstream molecular mechanism by which EIF4A3 regulates the formation of circ_0008126 were explored. It was also verified that circ_0008126 inhibited gastric cancer proliferation and metastasis in a miR-502-5p and EIF4A3-dependent manner by attenuating the APC/β-catenin pathway, which extends our understanding of the dual regulatory pathway of circRNA. Background: Mounting evidence exhibits circRNAs as critical regulators in the progression of many tumors. The regulatory function and potential mechanism by which circ_0008126 in gastric cancer (GC) is unknown. Methods: To validate and analyze the expression levels and clinical values of circ_0008126 in GC patients, the biological phenotypes of circ_0008126 in GC were investigated in vitro and in vivo. The roles and effects of circ_0008126 on miR-502-5p, EIF4A3, and APC in GC cells were explored using rescue experiment, RNA stability assay, RNA pull-down, dual-luciferase reporter, RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP), RNA FISH, immunofluorescence (IF), and TOP/Flash and FOP/Flash assays. Results: Circ_0008126 expression levels were prominently down-regulated in GC tissues and cells. Importantly, low expression of circ_0008126 was relevant to the more lymphatic metastasis, advanced TNM stage, and poor survival period in patients with GC. Functionally, circ_0008126 inhibited GC cell proliferative activity, metastatic ability, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in vitro and vivo. Mechanistically, we verified that EIF4A3 can mediate the formation of circ_0008126, and circ_0008126 could competitively bind miR-502-5p and alleviate its role and effect on APC, thus inactivating the β-catenin pathway in GC. Additionally, circ_0008126 was determined to increase the stability of APC mRNA by interacting with cytoplasmic EIF4A3 protein and then enhancing the APC expression. Conclusions: These data demonstrate that EIF4A3-mediated circ_0008126 could regulate the APC expression and inactivate the β-catenin pathway partly by binding to miR-502-5p and EIF4A3, thus inhibiting the tumorigenesis and development of GC. This study, grounded in the Ecological Environmental Systems Theory, commenced by extracting structured proxy variables from satellite remote sensing imagery spanning 2013 to 2022. Subsequently, a research data set was constructed by integrating annual statistical data from 38 cities in Southwest China with meteorological data sets. Finally, a Panel Vector Autoregression (PVAR) model was employed to examine the ecological and socioeconomic factors influencing forestry carbon sinks. The results demonstrate that annual average precipitation and economic development level positively influence forestry carbon sinks, whereas annual average temperature, forestry production value, urban heat island effects, urban scale, population urbanization rate, and road mileage exert significant negative impacts. In the short term, forestry production value, annual average temperature, and annual average precipitation account for the greatest proportion of variance, with forestry production value exhibiting a notable lag effect. Over the long term, population urbanization rate and economic development level emerge as the primary determinants of forestry carbon sinks, whereas road mileage and urban scale exhibit relatively stable effects. This study offers a rigorous analysis of the factors influencing forestry carbon sinks and provides practical implications, thereby laying a solid foundation for future research in this domain. Data collection involved the utilization of general demographic questionnaire, the Information Literacy Questionnaire, the Evidence‐Based Nursing Competence Scale and the Nurse Innovation Behaviour Scale. The data were analysed using IBM SPSS26 and Amos28 software.Specialist nurses scored above average in information literacy, evidence‐based nursing competence and innovative behaviour. Information literacy significantly positively correlated with innovative behaviour. Evidence‐based nursing competence also positively affected innovative behaviour and partially mediated the relationship between information literacy and innovative behaviour.This research indicated that specialist nurses exhibited above‐average levels of evidence‐based nursing competence, information literacy and innovative behaviour. Both information literacy and evidence‐based nursing competence positively impacted innovative behaviour, with evidence‐based nursing competence playing a significant mediating role between information literacy and innovative behaviour.The findings suggest that nursing managers should focus on enhancing information literacy and evidence‐based nursing competence in specialist nurses. The development of high‐efficient electrocatalysts with low applied voltage and robust stability is of great importance for electrolysis of water. In this work, a bifunctional electrode has been developed by growing palladium‐modified FeCoS2 nanosheet arrays on Ni foam (Pd‐FeCoS2 NAs/NF), which can serve as anode and cathode for alkaline water splitting with high activities and ultra‐strong durability. The Pd‐FeCoS2 NAs/NF shows overpotentials of 130 mV for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and 202 mV for alkaline oxygen evolution reaction (OER) at 10 mA cm−2. The alkaline electrolyzer is built by employing Pd‐FeCoS2 NAs/NF as cathode and anode, delivering a current density of 50 mA cm−2 at 1.59 V.
