A novel hybrid method for the production of spherical fine metal powders by centrifugal atomization based on mono-sized droplets was proposed. In this method, the mono-sized droplets were prepared by pulsated orifice ejected system, and then the droplets were atomized by centrifugal atomization. The powders with smooth surface, small particle size, narrow particle size distribution, high spherical degree and no satellite powders were prepared by this method. Fine Sn63Pb37, Sn0.3AgCu powders were prepared by this method. The effects of heated treatment on rotation disk and different disk materials Cu, Ni, 304 stainless steel on the preparation of the powders were studied, the difference between the experimental value and the theoretical value of particle size was analyzed, and the disintegration mode of liquid film in atomization process was discussed. The results show that the liquid film on the rotation disk tends to be thin and the average particle size of powders can be refined by heating the rotation disk. The better the wettability between the rotation disk and the metal material, the smaller the average particle size of the powders obtained, and the theoretical value of powders is higher than the experimental value, the smallest average particle size of the powders is 21.0 μm prepared by copper rotation disk. The mode of liquid disintegration in this method is related to the wettability between the rotation disk and the metal material, the copper rotation disk shows direct droplets disintegration, the nickel rotation disk shows film disintegration, the 304 steel rotation disk does not show liquid disintegration.

This paper reviews all kinds of fatigue driving detection methods at present; compares various fatigue driving detection methods in terms of accuracy, real-time and cost; analyses the advantages and disadvantages of various methods; introduces the application of fatigue detection system in automobile; summarizes the current deficiencies and future development trends in the field of fatigue driving detection. The future research of this field will be more to the data fusion, computer vision and deep learning.

Abstract Background The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the excision repair cross-complementation group 1 (ERCC1) mRNA expression could predict treatment response of patients with locally advanced cervical squamous cell carcinoma (LACSCC) who underwent cisplatin-based concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCCRT). Methods A total of sixty LACSCC patients, treated with radical CCCRT from a single institution were evaluated. ERCC1 mRNA expression was determined by quantitative real-time RT-PCR in pre-treatment tumor tissues. The association of ERCC1 status with clinicopathological characteristics (age, histological grade, tumor size, parametrial invasion, lymph node metastasis and FIGO stage) and treatment response were analyzed. Results No significant association between ERCC1 mRNA expression and clinicopathological characteristics were observed. Patients with low ERCC1 mRNA level had a significantly higher rate of complete response (86.21%) than patients with high level of ERCC1 expression (19.36%; p P Conclusions This is the first analysis of the association between ERCC1 mRNA levels and treatment response in patients with LACSCC. Low ERCC1 mRNA level appears to be a highly specific predictor of response to CCCRT in LACSCC.

Objectives: To report the clinical outcomes of combined femoral derotation osteotomy and medial retinaculum plasty for recurrent patellar dislocation in patients with excessive femoral anteversion. Methods: From January 2015 to March 2018, 20 knees in 20 patients (18 female, 2 male) with a mean age of 21 ± 4.2 years (range, 16 to 28 years) were retrospectively reviewed. All patients had undergone femoral derotation osteotomy and medial retinaculum plasty for recurrent patellar dislocation and excessive femoral anteversion angle (FAA > 25°). CT and X‐rays were used to assess the correction of the femoral anteversion angle, the tibia tuberosity‐trochlear groove (TT‐TG) distance, patellar tilt, and the congruence angle following the combinatory operations. Subjective scores, such as Kujala, International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC), Tegner, and visual analogue scale (VAS) scores, were used to evaluate knee function preoperatively and postoperatively. Results: No recurrence of patellar dislocation occurred in these patients during an average of 18 months (range, 12 to 23 months) of follow‐up. The mean of the FAA was corrected to 15.80° ± 3.58° postoperatively compared with 31.42° ± 4.95° preoperatively (P < 0.001). The TT‐TG distance was decreased from 22.17 ± 5.28 mm before surgery to 19.42 ± 4.57 mm after surgery (P = 0.03). The patellar tilt and congruence angle were improved from 30.43° ± 5.30°, 43.30° ± 11.04° to 15.80° ± 3.94°, 16.64° ± 9.98°, respectively (P < 0.001). The Kujala score was improved from 72.4 ± 19.90 before the surgery to 88.2 ± 12.25 after the surgery (P < 0.001). The IKDC score was improved from 70.56 ± 21.44 to 90.78 ± 14.32, and the VAS score was decreased from 4.23 ± 2.11 preoperatively to 1.27 ± 1.08 postoperatively (P < 0.001). No significant difference in Tegner score (5.46 ± 2.49 vs 5.79 ± 1.44) was found before and after the surgery (P = 0.2). Patients younger than 20 years old had lower Kujala (83.46 ± 14.56 vs. 90.84 ± 7.74, P = 0.02) and IKDC (83.49 ± 17.35 vs 92.46 ± 9.28, P = 0.04) scores than those older than 20 years. Conclusion: Good knee function, pain relief, and improved patellofemoral congruence were achieved with the combined femoral derotation osteotomy and medial retinaculum plasty.
