The digital 3D reconstruction process of coal mine fully mechanized working face roadways requires complete and dense coal wall point cloud data. Due to factors such as occlusion and limited viewing angle, the collected coal wall point cloud data of the fully mechanized working face is often incomplete and sparse, which affects downstream tasks and requires coal wall point cloud repair and completion. At present, there is a lack of datasets and network models for underground point cloud completion tasks. Existing models used for coal wall point cloud completion suffer from uneven distribution of point cloud density and loss of point cloud feature information. In order to solve the above problems, a coal wall point cloud completion network model based on residual optimization is designed. Supervised learning is used to learn point cloud feature information, and the complete point cloud is output by minimizing density sampling and iteratively optimizing the residual network. The method collects real coal wall point cloud data of fully mechanized working face underground, preprocesses and screens available data. The method creates a coal wall point cloud missing dataset by simulating random cavities. The missing dataset is used to train the residual optimization-based coal wall point cloud complementary network model. The experimental results show that compared with the classic FoldingNet, TopNet, AtlasNet, PCN, and 3D-Capsule point cloud completion network models, the residual optimization-based coal wall point cloud completion network model achieves the optimal level of chamfer distance, ground shift distance, and F1 score for the constructed missing and sparse coal wall point clouds, with the best overall completion effect. It is able to achieve effective completion for the actual missing coal wall point clouds.

ObjectiveTo investigate the risk factors of fertility behaviors with preterm birth and low birth weight， and to develop a nomogram model to predict the occurrence of low birth weight.MethodsBirth registration information in Shanghai from 2010 to 2020 was collected， and ANOVA and Chi-square tests were used to compare the differences in reproductive behavior factors and newborn health status across time. The odds ratio （OR） value and 95%CI were calculated by a multi-classification logistic regression model to determine the association between reproductive behavior factors and preterm birth or low birth weight infants. A nomogram model was established based on logistic model and the area under the ROC curve was used to assess the effect of the model.ResultsThis analysis included 2 089 384 live newborns. The incidence of full-term low birth weight， preterm normal weight and preterm low birth weight in Shanghai was 0.94%， 2.48% and 2.01%， respectively. From 2010 to 2020， 40.00% women had a history of abortion， the proportion of women who gave birth at age ≥40 years old increased from 1.05% to 2.24%， the proportion of fathers aged ≥40 years increased from 4.79% to 7.48%， and the proportion of women with postgraduate or above increased from 4.81% to 11.74%. The incidence of preterm low birth weight in Shanghai showed an increasing trend over time. Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of preterm low birth weight was lower in female than in male infants （OR=0.97， 95%CI： 0.95‒0.98）， and the risk of full-term low birth weight was higher than in male infants （OR=1.85， 95%CI： 1.80‒1.90）. The risk of preterm birth and low birth weight was lower for couples of childbearing age with higher education. The risk of preterm low birth weight in newborns tended to increase with maternal age at childbirth >30 years， paternal age ≥40 years， and the number of abortions >2 times. Mother 35 years， father aged 30‒34 years， and the number of abortions >3 times were the risk factors of full-term low birth weight infants.ConclusionCouples of childbearing age who choose to have children at too high or too low age may increase the risk of preterm birth or low birth weight， so it is necessary to strengthen population awareness and promote age-appropriate childbirth. Multiple abortions are also associated with preterm birth and low birth weight， and it is advisable to popularize the scientific knowledge of contraception and birth control to reduce unnecessary abortions. The nomogram in the study can visualize the risk of full-term and low birth weight infant at different levels of factors， which can assist couples preparing for pregnancy in making decisions about the timing of childbirth and understanding the level of risk.

BackgroundTo evaluate the association between postdiagnostic dairy intake and survival among patients with colorectal cancer (CRC).MethodsThis study analyzed data from the Nurses' Health Study (NHS) and the Health Professionals Follow-up Study (HPFS). Postdiagnostic dairy intake and other dietary and lifestyle factors were obtained from validated questionnaires. The relationship between dietary factors and liver disease remains poorly understood. This study evaluated the associations of whole grain and dietary fiber intake with liver cancer risk and chronic liver disease mortality. The National Institutes of Health-American Association of Retired Persons Diet and Health Study cohort recruited 485, 717 retired U.S. participants in 1995-1996. Follow-up through 2011 identified 940 incident liver cancer cases and 993 deaths from chronic liver disease. Compared with the lowest, the highest quintile of whole grain intake was associated with lower liver cancer risk (Hazard ratio [HR]Q5 vs. Q1 = 0.78, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.63-0.96) and chronic liver disease mortality (HRQ5 vs. Q1 = 0.44, 95% CI: 0.35-0.55) in multivariable Cox models. Dietary fiber was also associated with lower liver cancer risk (HRQ5 vs. Q1 = 0.69, 95% CI: 0.53-0.90) and chronic liver disease mortality (HRQ5 vs. Q1 = 0.37, 95% CI: 0.29-0.48). Fiber from vegetables, beans and grains showed potential protective effect. ObjectiveTo study the relationship between scarlet fever and meteorological factors in Minhang District， Shanghai， and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of scarlet fever and establishment of a scarlet fever early warning system.MethodsData of the a scarlet fever epidemic were obtained from China Disease Control and Prevention Information System， and the meteorological data were obtained from Shanghai Minhang Meteorological Bureau. A generalized additive model was used to explore the relationship between scarlet fever incidence and meteorological factors in the R3.6.1 software.ResultsBetween 2009 and 2020， there was a rapid increase in the incidence of scarlet fever starting from 2011. There was a negative correlation between scarlet fever and wind velocity： the higher the wind velocity， the fewer cases. The correlation of number of cases with air temperature and atmospheric pressure was non-linear. The number of scarlet fever cases was positively correlated with air temperature below 17 degrees Celsius， and negatively correlated with air temperature above 17 degrees Celsius. The number of cases decreased with the increase of atmospheric pressure when atmospheric pressure was less than 1 017 MPa， and increased with the increase of atmospheric pressure when atmospheric pressure was more than 1 017 MPa.ConclusionThe incidence of scarlet fever is negatively correlated with wind speed， which can be reduced by opening windows for ventilation. The incidence of scarlet fever has a nonlinear relationship with air temperature and air pressure. The findings of this study provide scientific information for better understanding the epidemic trend of scarlet fever in Minhang District， contribute to the establishment of an early warning system， improve the active prevention and intervention of risk factors of the disease， and reduce its social burden.

ObjectiveTo assess the epidemic trend of COVID-19 Omicron and the effectiveness of containment measures in Shanghai by estimating the time-varying reproduction number （Rt）.MethodsBased on the daily reported confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections in Shanghai from February 20 to April 26， 2022， the R package "Epiestim"， which was built by Bayesian framework method， was used to estimate the variation curve of Rt during the epidemic period and to analyze the trend of the epidemic.ResultsIn the early stage of the epidemic， after the implementation of school closure and nuclear acid screening in some communities， Rt continued to fluctuate between 2.000 and 3.000， reaching a peak of 2.740 （95%CI： 2.640‒2.830） on March 21， but began to decline around one week after the city lock-down on April 1. As of April 18， the Rt value in Shanghai was below the threshold of 1.000 for the first time， reaching 0.955 （95%CI： 0.951‒0.961）.ConclusionAfter the implementation of public health measures with increasing strength of containment in Shanghai， the transmission rate gradually decreased， reflecting the effectiveness of the interventions. In the actual prevention and control process， the containment work should not be relaxed in order to keep the Rt below 1.000.
