The yield behavior of aluminum alloy 5754-H111 under different stress conditions for three kinds of plastic work is studied using an anisotropic Drucker model. It is found that when the plastic work is 30 MPa, the anisotropic Drucker model has the most accurate prediction. Comparing the Hill48 and Yld91 models with the Drucker model, the results show that both the anisotropic Drucker and Yld91 models can accurately predict the yield behavior of the alloy. Cylinder drawing finite element analysis is performed under the AFR, but it is not possible to accurately predict the position and height of earing appearance. The anisotropic Drucker model is used to predict the earing behavior under the non-AFR, which can accurately predict the earing phenomenon. Numerical simulation is conducted using three different combinations of yield functions: the anisotropic yield function and the anisotropic plastic potential function (AYAPP), the anisotropic yield function and the isotropic plastic potential function (AYIPP), and the isotropic yield function and the anisotropic plastic potential function (IYAPP). A novel electrical contact wear simulation method was proposed to characterize the electrical contact wear of fittings in ultra-high-voltage transmission lines by combining line fittings with the Archard wear model and oxidation loss theory. In this method, a three-dimensional (3D) rough body was generated by using the Weierstrass–Mandelbrot fractal function to simulate the contact surface. An electrical contact wear subroutine was developed, and the wear state was updated using arbitrary Lagrangian–Eulerian adaptive grid technology. Finally, finite element software was used to perform thermal stress wear coupled analysis. The results show that the wear volume, wear depth and friction temperature obtained by the rough electric contact model were 2.71 times, 4.21 times and 2.18 times of the common ideal plane model, respectively. In the rough model, the wear depth of the nodes initially accelerated, subsequently slowed down, and again accelerated with time. The friction high temperature region was distributed in a point pattern, and the temperature difference between the contact region and the non-contact region became obvious. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Since the PVT test consistency test method is inapplicable to high-temperature reservoirs, a systematic test method was proposed for the consistency of phase state test results in high-temperature hydrocarbon reservoirs, in which the equilibrium constant calculation method at high temperature was used to modify the material balance method, Hoffman method and equilibrium constant method, and to test the consistency between the component data of the phase state test and the constant-volume depletion test data with such two methods and the component verification method, so as to judge the test results more accurately. A consistency test was conducted between the component data and the constant-volume depletion test data of two fluid samples taken from high-temperature hydrocarbon reservoir, namely Condensate Gas Sample A from Well Bozi 104 and Volatile Oil Sample B from Well Bozi 7 in Tarim Oilfield. The results verified the validity and reliability of the method in this paper. The integration of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) with intravascular optical coherence tomography (IVOCT) offers a comprehensive 3D arterial model, which is invaluable for the analysis of vascular anatomy and biomechanics. However, the process of image fusion is often hindered by the challenge of accurately orienting IVOCT images. This paper introduces a novel, to our knowledge, dual-path 3D reconstruction method that leverages the guidewire and the vessel's centerline to establish cross sectional direction vectors within the IVOCT images and spatial direction vectors along the guidewire's trajectory. This approach minimizes the accumulation of reconstruction errors by ensuring the precise orientation of each vascular cross section. The efficacy of the proposed method is validated through vascular phantom experiments and the reconstruction of patient-specific 3D coronary models.
