ObjectiveAlthough the robotic surgical system has accumulated rich experience in the development of thoracic surgery, its application in Tibet area is relatively late. We report our experience concerning da Vinci Xi system in thoracic surgery and observe its practicability and surgical effect.MethodsWe retrospectively analyzed 26 patients who underwent robotic thoracic surgery including: twelve lung resection, two esophagectomies, ten mediastinal surgeries and two rib mass resection. The data of patient characteristics, operative time, perioperative complications were collected.ResultsOf the 26 patients, 22 cases were completed with da Vinci system successfully, including 7 segmentectomies, 4 lobectomies, 1 subsegmentectomy, 2 esophagectomies, 10 mediastinal surgeries (6 thymic resections, 3 posterior mediastinal tumor resection, 1 mediastinal cyst resection) and 2 rib mass resection. In which, 3 cases of lung resection begun with robotic technique were converted to thoracoscopic surgery (due to calcification of hilar lymph node), 1 case of bilobectomy was converted to thoracotomy due to thoracic adhesion. All the operations went well and no patients need blood transfusion. All patients had satisfactory postoperative recovery.ConclusionIt is safe, reliable and effective to carry out robotic thoracic surgery on the plateau. On the premise of carefully and seriously discussing the indications of surgery, we should actively carry out the application of da Vinci robotic surgery system in Tibet Plateau.

The synchronization characteristics of two exciters driven by induction motors independently on a typical double-layer vibration isolation system, that is, the floating raft system are studied in the paper to enhance its vibration attenuation effect. Firstly, a new dynamical model for a floating raft system driven by two exciters is established by the Lagrange equation under considering the coupling effect among floating raft system and exciters. Then, the vibration responses in all directions are obtained by the Laplace transform. Secondly, the synchronization and stability solution are obtained by using the average small parameter method. Thirdly, the results of the theoretical analysis are verified by simulations. Finally, the parameter scope of a floating raft system to enhance its vibration attenuation effect is given. Moreover, compared with the traditional model, the proposed model considering the coupling effect among floating raft system and exciters is more feasible. Additionally, the effects of the mass ratio of the eccentric block, the symmetrical installation distance, parameter differences of two motors, and other dynamic parameters such as system mass and stiffness on their synchronization and the system vibration are discussed. This paper can provide a theoretical reference for the design, modeling, and application of such double-layer vibration isolation systems including the floating raft systems to enhance its vibration attenuation effect. A novel visible-light-mediated fluoroalkylation/cyclization tandem process for constructing fluoroalkyl-containing 3,4-disubstituted dihydro-1,5-naphthyridin-2(1H)-ones and 7,8-disubstituted dihydropyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidin-6(5H)-ones has been explored. This method is compatible with a wide range of N-arylcinnamamides as well as sodium fluoroalkylsulfonates (RfSO2Na, Rf = CHF2, CF3, C4F9, C6F13) and avoids the need for any external oxidant or photocatalyst. Mechanism studies revealed that the singlet oxygen coexists with the superoxide radical anion through energy transfer and single electron transfer processes during the photoredox reaction. Organic fertilizer is utilized to improve the organic carbon levels in arable soils, which is helpful for soil quality improvement and crop yield increase. However, the after-effect of organic fertilizer varies among regions with different temperature and precipitation conditions, and the extent of the impact remains unknown. This study aimed to investigate the impact of varying temperature and rainfall conditions on the accumulation of soil organic carbon after organic fertilizer application. A meta-analysis of 168 peer-reviewed studies published between 2005 and 2022 involving a total of 464 trials was conducted. The following was discovered: (1) In the major grain-producing areas of China, there was a significant positive correlation (p < 0.01) between latitude and soil organic carbon content. Meanwhile, temperature and precipitation had a significant negative correlation (p < 0.01) with soil organic carbon content. (2) The increase in temperature inhibited the increase in soil organic carbon storage. The improvement effect of organic fertilizer application in the low-temperature areas was significantly increased by 60.93% compared with the mid-temperature areas, and by 69.85% compared with the high-temperature areas. The average annual precipitation affected the after-effect of organic fertilizer as follows: 400–800 mm > 400 mm > more than 800 mm. (3) The influence of climatic conditions on the after-effect of organic fertilizer was more significant depending on the specific tillage practice. To increase organic fertilizer use efficiency and eliminate greenhouse gas emissions, liquid organic fertilizers with abundant trace nutrients and amino acids, which take advantage of releasing nutrients more swiftly and have a better fertilization effect, could be an alternative to traditional organic fertilizers.
