In order to study the corrosion behavior of weathering high strength bolted steel in typical industrial atmospheric environment，samples compared with 35 VB bolts were taken from the industrial trial production of 10.9 grade weathering bolts to carry out the simulated periodic infiltration accelerated corrosion tests of typical industrial atmospheric environment for 24，48，96，168，and 216 hours.The corrosion behavior of high strength bolted steel with weathering resistance in simulated industrial atmosphere was studied by means of corrosion weight loss，XRD，SEM and electrochemical test.Results showed that the corrosion weight loss of both grade 10.9 and 35VB bolted steels increased with the prolongation of corrosion cycle，and the weight loss of grade 10.9 weathering bolted steel was significantly lower than that of grade 35VB bolted steel.With the prolongation of corrosion period，the diffraction peak strength of the corrosion products of the 10.9 grade weathering bolted steel and 35VB bolted steel increased，and the α-FeOOH phase diffraction peak was stronger in the 10.9 grade weathering bolted steel under the same corrosion period.Under the same period，compared with 35VB bolted steel，the self-corrosion potential of 10.9 grade weathering bolted steel was more positive，the self-corrosion current density was smaller，and the capacitance resistance arc was larger.The results indicated that the 10.9 grade weathering bolted steel with the addition of Cu，Cr and Ni alloy elements possessed excellent corrosion resistance in typical industrial atmospheric environment.

The water treatment experiment for rust layer stabilization for Q500qENH weathering steel was carried out in seven different locations for 8 weeks to determine the applicability of the optimal treatment process. Results showed that with the prolonging of the stabilization treatment period, the weight loss and corrosion thinning of the samples increased, the corrosion rate presented a downward trend, and the color of the rust layer on the surface of the samples changed from orange to brown. In addition, the thickness of the rust layer increased gradually. The electrochemical analysis results indicated that the self - corrosion current density of the samples decreased, and the self - corrosion potential gradually shifted positively with the prolonging of the stabilization treatment period. Meanwhile, the results of XRD analysis revealed that the unstable phase (γ - FeOOH) gradually transformed into stable phase (α - FeOOH), and the proportion of stable phase (α - FeOOH) gradually increased with the extension of stabilization treatment period. To sum up the above results, Q500qENH weathering steel was treated by different rust layer stabilization water treatment processes in 3 kinds of typical locations, and a relatively stable rust layer could be obtained after 4～6 weeks.

Background: The diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy (TP) presents a significant challenge due to the low bacterial load in pleural effusion (PE) samples. Cell-free Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA (cf-TB) in PE samples is considered an optimal biomarker for diagnosing TP. This study aimed to evaluate the applicability of cf-TB testing across diverse research sites with a relatively large sample size. Methods: Patients suspected of TP and presenting with clinical symptoms and radiological evidence of PE were consecutively enrolled by treating physicians from 11 research sites across 6 provinces in China between April 2020 and August 2022. Following centrifugation, sediments obtained from PE were used for Xpert MTB/RIF (Xpert) and mycobacterial culture, while the supernatants were subjected to cf-TB testing. This study employed a composite reference standard to definite TP, which was characterized by any positive result for Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) through either PE culture, PE Xpert, or pleural biopsy. Results: A total of 1412 participants underwent screening, and 1344 (95.2%) were subsequently enrolled in this study. Data from 1241 (92.3%) participants were included, comprising 284 with definite TP, 677 with clinically diagnosed TP, and 280 without TP. The sensitivity of cf-TB testing in definite TP was 73.6% (95% CI 68.2–78.4), significantly higher than both Xpert (40.8%, 95% CI 35.3–46.7, P < 0.001) and mycobacterial culture (54.2%, 95% CI 48.4–59.9, P < 0.001). When clinically diagnosed TP was incorporated into the composite reference standard for sensitivity analysis, cf-TB testing showed a sensitivity of 46.8% (450/961, 95% CI 43.7–50.0), significantly higher than both Xpert (116/961, 12.1%, 95% CI 10.2–14.3, P < 0.001) and mycobacterial culture (154/961, 16.0%, 95% CI 13.8–18.5, P < 0.001). The specificities of cf-TB testing, Xpert, and mycobacterial culture were all 100.0%. Conclusions: The performance of cf-TB testing is significantly superior to that of Xpert and mycobacterial culture methods, indicating that it can be considered as the primary diagnostic approach for improving TP detection. The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of different energy feed on the growth performance, slaughter performance, meat traits, and amino acid and fatty acid content in muscle of Guizhou black goats. Forty-five 6-month-old Guizhou black goats with body weight of (21.12±1.25) kg were randomly divided into three groups, with three replicates in each group and five goats in each replicate. The corn group, barley group, and wheat group were fed with mixed diets with corn, barley, and wheat as main energy feed, respectively. The pre-test period was seven days, and the formal test period was 90 days. The results showed that the average daily gain of barley group was 180.56 g, which was significantly higher than the other two groups (P<0.05), and the slaughter rate of corn group and barley group was significantly higher than that of wheat group (P<0.05). The drip loss, cooked meat rate, and dry matter content of corn group were the highest, while the crude fat content of wheat group was the highest. Sixteen kinds of amino acids, including seven essential amino acids and nine non-essential amino acids, were detected in mutton of each experimental group. The content of non-essential amino acids in barley group and wheat group was significantly higher than that in corn group (P<0.05). A total of 37 fatty acids were detected in each experimental group, including 17 saturated fatty acids, nine monounsaturated fatty acids, and 11 polyunsaturated fatty acids. The content of saturated fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids in wheat group was the highest, and the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids in barley group was significantly higher than that in corn group and wheat group (P<0.05). The study indicates that barley can improve the growth performance, slaughter performance, and the meat quality is relatively good of Guizhou black goats, which can be used as the main energy feed. Objective. This study is aimed at exploring the association between autophagy and tumor immune infiltration (TII) in colorectal cancer (CRC). Methods and Materials. We downloaded the transcriptome profiling and clinical data for CRC from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database and obtained the normal colon transcriptome profiling data from Genotype-Tissue Expression Project (GTEx) database. The list of autophagy-related signatures was obtained from the Human Autophagy Database. We isolated the autophagy-related genes from the CRC gene expression matrix and constructed an autophagy-related prognostic (ARP) risk model. Then, we constructed a multiROC curve to validate the prognostic ability of the ARP risk model. CIBERSORT was used to determine the fractions of 22 immune cells in each CRC sample, and the association between these TII cells and CRC clinical variables was further investigated. Finally, we estimated the association of 3 hub-ARP signatures and 20 different types of TII cell distribution. Results. We classified 447 CRC patients into 224 low-risk and 223 high-risk patients using the median ARP risk score. According to the univariate survival test results, except for gender (P=0.672), age (P=0.008), cancer stage, and pathological stage T, M, and N were closely correlated with the prognosis of CRC patients (P
