4. Prototype-guided Cross-modal Completion and Alignment for Incomplete Text-based Person Re-identification

Abstract

Traditional text-based person re-identification (ReID) techniques heavily rely on fully matched multi-modal data, which is an ideal scenario. However, due to inevitable data missing and corruption during the collection and processing of cross-modal data, the incomplete data issue is usually met in real-world applications. Therefore, we consider a more practical task termed the incomplete text-based ReID task, where person images and text descriptions are not completely matched and contain partially missing modality data. To this end, we propose a novel Prototype-guided Cross-modal Completion and Alignment (PCCA) framework to handle the aforementioned issues for incomplete text-based ReID. Specifically, we cannot directly retrieve person images based on a text query on missing modality data. Therefore, we propose the cross-modal nearest neighbor construction strategy for missing data by computing the cross-modal similarity between existing images and texts, which provides key guidance for the completion of missing modal features. Furthermore, to efficiently complete the missing modal features, we construct the relation graphs with the aforementioned cross-modal nearest neighbor sets of missing modal data and the corresponding prototypes, which can further enhance the generated missing modal features. Additionally, for tighter fine-grained alignment between images and texts, we raise a prototype-aware cross-modal alignment loss that can effectively reduce the modality heterogeneity gap for better fine-grained alignment in common space. Abstract

The rapid development of the Internet has injected new thinking into modern physical education teaching, making the informatization construction of physical education teaching a pivotal way to break the traditional teaching limitations and give full play to the function of physical education. Based on the modern teaching theory, this study analyzes the informationized teaching mode of physical education in colleges and universities and the availability of teaching resources. Adopting principal component analysis method, combining KNN-ADPC clustering algorithm and introducing K nearest neighbor idea, this paper aims to explore the key factors affecting the effect of sports informatization teaching in colleges and universities. The sports informatization teaching in specific colleges and universities is selected as a research case, and the fuzzy qualitative comparative analysis method is used to conduct an in-depth study. The study results show that students’ sports cognition and teachers’ professionalism are essential requisites affecting the effectiveness of sports informatization teaching, with the consistency of the two being close to 0.9. The effectiveness of sports informatization teaching is mainly affected by the third configuration, with a coverage rate as high as 83.4%, in which teachers’ professionalism is proved to be the most critical influencing factor. The conclusion of the study points out that to effectively enhance the development of physical education informatization teaching, the professional training of teachers and the cognitive ability of students in sports should be strengthened, as well as to improve the physical education teaching environment and to create a positive physical education cultural atmosphere.

33. Three-dimensional anisotropy of tensile mechanical properties of 2050 Al-Li alloy plate

Abstract

With the increasing application of Al-Li alloy in the aerospace field, the study of its anisotropy is conducive to the further development and utilization of Al-Li alloy. Scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer and electron back-scattered diffraction were used to observe the microstructure of 2050 Al-Li alloy with T3 status. The three-dimensional anisotropy of tensile mechanical properties of alloy plates was studied by tensile test. The results show that the strength of the rolling middle layer of 2050 Al-Li alloy plate with T3 status is the highest, the yield strength is 370 MPa, The tensile strength is 465 MPa, the elongation is the lowest at 9.6%. The transverse surface strength of alloy plate is the lowest, the yield strength is 325 MPa, the tensile strength is 431 MPa, and the elongation is the highest at 19.2%. The fracture morphology and grain size in different thickness of alloy plate are different. The grains in the surface region are thin and compact with small size, while the grains in the middle region are wide and flat with large size. The anisotropy of different thickness of 2050 Al-Li alloy plate is different: the anisotropy of yield strength and tensile strength in surface and middle region is strong, and the anisotropy of elongation is low, while the anisotropy of yield strength and tensile strength in central region is low, the anisotropy of elongation is strong. The anisotropy of different thickness of 2050 Al-Li alloy rolled plate is mainly formed by the grain orientation and texture. The strongest texture type of surface area and central area is {011}〈211〉 brass texture.
