This study explored the chain mediating role of perceived career barriers and career maturity in the relationship between social support and career adaptability of vocational college students. Eight hundred and sixty-two vocational college students were recruited to complete the Social Support Rating Scale, Perceived Career Barriers Inventory, Career Maturity Scale, and Career Adaptability Scale. Results indicated that: (1) social support could make significant positive effects on vocational college students' career adaptability; (2) career maturity could play a mediating effect on the relationship between social support and vocational college students' career adaptability; and (3) perceived career barriers and career maturity played a chain mediating effect between social support and vocational college students' career adaptability. It was concluded that social support can not only directly impact the career adaptability, but also make an indirect impact on the career adaptability of vocational college students through perceived career barriers and career maturity.

The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a global crisis resulting in lockdowns worldwide. Studies found that these could amplify negative affects predictive of disturbances in time perception. However, all existing studies on this topic concentrated on the general population during a lockdown at home. There was no research on university students living in dormitories. This study fills a gap in the literature by investigating the affective states and awareness of the passage of time of Chinese university students during an exceptional dormitory lockdown. Using a snowball sampling approach, this web-based study recruited 225 volunteers (136 girls, 17-27 years old) during a dormitory lockdown. The online survey consisted of questions on demographic information, affective states (the Chinese version of the depression anxiety stress scales-21 (DASS-21) on depression, anxiety, and stress), and sense of the passage of time (the translated version of the assessment of passage of time over daily, weekly and yearly periods). The researchers shared the questionnaire link via the social media application WeChat. The study applied descriptive statistics and column charts to represent students' affective states and sense of the passage of time under extreme conditions and Pearson's correlation analysis to examine the impact of affective states on their sense of time. The study's results indicate that the dormitory lockdown caused a significant increase in all depression, anxiety, and stress categories of the DASS-21, as well as a distortion of the sense of time passing. However, the direction of the distortion differed from that in previous studies. Moreover, a Pearson correlation analysis showed that none of the three negative affects could be associated with students' sense of time. The findings of this study indicate an increased vulnerability of students due to the lockdown. Their emotions were strongly affected, requiring particular interventions to preserve their mental well-being. In addition, they showed a different distortion direction of time passage. Finally, they differed in the correlations between negative affect and the sense of passage of time compared to the general population in lockdown at home. This shows a need to investigate the impact of psychological states on students' routines and quality of life in emergencies. This study's scope should be expanded by incorporating additional factors pertaining to the passage of time and by integrating cross-cultural comparisons.

In order to determine compounds present in the aqueous extract of Cinnamomum kanehirae Hay (CWE) that promote the asexual sporulation of Antrodia cinnamomea in submerged fermentation. First, CWE was isolated by alcohol precipitation and fractional extraction with different organic solvents. The influence of the obtained fractions on the asexual sporulation of A. cinnamomea was investigated. It was showed that the chloroform (at 30 μg/mL) and ethyl acetate (at 50 μg/mL) extracts of the supernatant after ethanol precipitation of CWE presented remarkable promoting effects on the sporulation of A. cinnamomea, and the effect of LFE was significantly more pronounced than that of YZE, indicating that both LFE and YZE contained compounds that promote the sporulation of A. cinnamomea. Subsequently, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) was used to analyze the chemical components of the fractions obtained from CWE, and erythritol was considered as the major component that promotes the sporulation of A. cinnamomea. Finally, the effect of erythritol with a purity of 98% on the fermentation performance of A. cinnamomead was investigated. The result showed that erythritol did significantly promote the sporulation of A. cinnamomea and increased the spore production by 55.17% compared with the control group at the optimal concentration of 1.0 μg/mL. Meanwhile, 1.0 μg/mL erythritol significantly promoted the mycelial growth and synthesis of intracellular polysaccharides (IPS) of A. cinnamomea in submerged fermentation and increased the biomass and the yield of IPS by 18.65% and 260.13%, respectively. However, erythritol had no significant effect on the synthesis of triterpenes in A. cinnamomea.

The high voltage direct current (HVDC) converter has a certain dynamic reactive power regulation ability. Making full use of the reactive power regulation ability of the converter station can significantly improve the stability of the HVDC. In this paper, the adjustable capability of reactive power of HVDC during steady-state operation is studied, and the coupling characteristics of active power and reactive power are analyzed. Taking conference International des grands reseaux electriques (CIGRE) HVDC standard test model and Guiguan Ⅱ direct current transmission engineering model as examples, the operating range of direct current under steady-state condition is analyzed, and then the adjustable capability of reactive power on both sides of rectifier and inverter is obtained and applied in reactive power control. It is found that CIGRE HVDC standard test model has similar regulating capacity of capacitive reactive power and inductive reactive power, while regulating capacity of inductive reactive power is higher than that of capacitive reactive power in Guiguang Ⅱ direct current transmission engineering model. The application value of reactive power adjustable capability is verified in electromagnetic transient simulation program PSCAD/EMTDC.

ObjectiveTo investigate the cognition of e-cigarette compositions and hazards and its influencing factors among secondary school personnel （junior， senior and vocational high school） in Shanghai， so as to provide ideas for improving the cognition level of e-cigarettes among the school personnel and tobacco control efforts on campus in the future.MethodsA multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to conduct an anonymous online questionnaire survey among 1 767 secondary school personnel in Shanghai.ResultsThe proportion of school staff who had used e-cigarettes was 3.79%. The participants who were not sure whether the e-cigarette smoke was “mainly water vapor （incorrect）” and whether the e-cigarette smoke “contained nicotine （correct）” and “contained formaldehyde （correct）” accounted for 62.71%， 54.44% and 61.91%， respectively. Among them， 68.48%， 55.46% and 50.37%， respectively， agreed that e-cigarettes would be “addictive”， “harmful” and “that second-hand smoke was harmful”. Binary logistic regression analysis showed the following risk factors for the low level of school personnel’s awareness of e-cigarette compositions： age ≥40 years （OR=1.65， 95%CI： 1.32‒2.06）， working in junior high school （OR=1.37， 95%CI： 1.09‒1.73）， educational attainment level as junior college or below （OR=1.67， 95%CI： 1.02‒2.74）， and not having participated in tobacco control education activities （OR=1.37， 95%CI： 1.08‒1.73）. Meanwhile， working in junior （OR=1.43， 95%CI： 1.12‒1.83） or senior （OR=1.44， 95%CI： 1.08‒1.92） high school， educational attainment level as junior college or below（OR=2.10， 95%CI： 1.24‒3.56）， having used e-cigarettes （OR=2.98， 95%CI： 1.63‒5.42）， not having participated in tobacco control education activities （OR=1.49， 95%CI： 1.16‒1.92） and low level of awareness of e-cigarette compositions （OR=4.24， 95%CI： 3.44‒5.23） were risk factors for the low level of school personnel’s awareness of e-cigarette hazards.ConclusionsThe level of e-cigarette awareness among school personnel in Shanghai is low， especially those who are older， had low educational attainment level and had used e-cigarettes. In the future， tobacco control education for school personnel should be strengthened to improve their cognition and ability of tobacco control on campus.

This paper elaborates on the technology related to augmented reality interaction, introduces in depth the augmented reality device HoloLens, including its composition and the principle of generating indoor three-dimensional data, and designs a teaching interaction model of augmented reality fusion learning environment. The Kinect somatosensory device is introduced into the teaching interaction model, and virtual interactions between virtual objects and real objects are accomplished by judging the human body’s position and posture changes in real time. Group experiments were conducted to examine the learning effect of augmented reality-based technology with or without interactive behavior in terms of interest in sports learning. According to the findings, the augmented reality physical education interactive teaching experiment resulted in a 23-point increase in the average value of physical education knowledge mastery level test scores. Further one-way ANOVA was conducted and the p-value of the scores of group B of the experiment with interaction before and after teaching was 0.001, which is less than 0.05. Augmented reality sports interactive teaching can significantly enhance students’ interest in sports learning, attention to sports, and so on. Therefore, the augmented reality sports interactive teaching technique mentioned in this paper serves as an effective way to improve students’ performance and interest in sports education.

In order to accelerate the rapid and economic low-carbon transformation of the power-gas system, a multi-objective stochastic optimization programming model for the whole equipment of the power-gas system was established, which comprehensively considered the economic cost and carbon emissions. First, the mathematical model of the electric-gas network and related equipment was established, and the uncertainty characteristics of the electric and gas loads and photovoltaic output were analyzed by using the scenario method. Next, a mixed-integer quadratically constrained programming (MIQCP) model considering the economic cost and carbon emissions of the system was established. An overall planning was made for power feeders, gas network pipelines, substations, gas distribution stations, gas units, power-to-gas devices, photovoltaic, and energy storage devices. Finally, a numerical example was built to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model. The results show that the model can fully consider the coupling relationship between power-gas network lines and a variety of comprehensive energy equipment under different weight choices of objective function, and obtain the overall optimal planning scheme.
