In order to make full use of donkey bone resources, a method was developed to hydrolyze donkey bone with protease to obtain donkey bone collagen peptide. The chelating ability of the enzymatic peptide with ferrous ions was investigated and its product was characterized. Using the ferrous ion chelation rate as the investigation index, the optimal enzyme species was screened, and the optimal enzymatic hydrolysis conditions of donkey bone were determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment considering interaction. The results showed that the optimal pretreatment conditions for donkey bone were cooking at 121 ℃ for 30 min, papain was the optimal enzyme, and the optimized enzymatic hydrolysis process parameters were as follows: temperature of 50 ℃, pH of 7.0, enzyme-substrate ratio of 1 000 U/mL, time of 3 h, the chelation rate of donkey collagen peptide and ferrous ion was 38.40%, and the chelating product with sheet microstructure can be obtained. Papain enzymatic hydrolysis of donkey bone protein can prepare donkey bone collagen peptide with the ability to chelate ferrous ions, promoting iron absorption, and guiding the development of donkey bone collagen peptide related products.

The value of plasma Platelet-Derived Growth Factor (PDGF) as a biomarker in predicting major adverse cardiovascular events (MACEs) in patients with acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) remains unclear. A total of 242 patients with NSTEMI were enrolled in this observational cohort study. The correlation between PDGF and MACEs was evaluated during a five-year follow-up. Kaplan–Meier survival analysis with Cox proportional-hazards regression was used to identify predictive values of PDGF. The mean follow-up of NSTEMI patients was 1334 days. It was found that as the PDGF level increased, a significant uptrend in the incidence of MACEs and all-cause death, including the MACEs of 30 days, 180 days, 1 year, 5 years and the death of 1 year and 5 years (All Log-rank p <.05). Subgroup analysis further showed that PDGF had better predictive value for patients with age >65 years, GRACE score ≥140 and platelet count (PLT) >200 × 109/L. PDGF levels can predict short-term and long-term MACEs in NSTEMI patients after discharge, especially for patients with older age, higher GRACE score and baseline PLT > 200 × 109/L. PDGF is a risk factor for short- and long-term MACEs in patients with STEMI. PDGF has a better prognostic value in patients with older age and PLT > 200 × 109/L. Chemical investigation of Dendrobium plicatile Lindl resulted in the isolation and identification of one new bibenzyl, 2-chloro-3, 4'-dihydroxy-3',5-dimethoxybibenzyl (1), as well as 15 known stilbenoids. The structures of this new compound was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis, including HRESIMS, 1H and 13C NMR, DEPT, HMBC, COSY, HMQC, NOESY. Compounds 2, 3 and 5 were obtained from this genus for the first time, compounds 8, 10, 13 and 14 were obtained from this plant for the first time. In addition, the new compound exhibited potent cytotoxic activities against the human breast cancer (MDA-MB231) cell line, the hepatocellular carcinoma (HepG2) cell line and the human lung carcinoma (A549) cell line, with IC50 3.41, 3.02, 2.80 μM, respectively.
