Based on relativistic multichannel theory, this paper calculates the energy levels of autoionization Rydberg series 4s2nf(n = 4 − 23)Jπ = (7/2)° of scandium at different levels of approximation within the framework of multichannel quantum defect theory. The present results show that the dipole polarizations play an important role. Considering the dynamical dipole polarization effects, this paper finds that the difference between calculated and experimental quantum defects for the 4s2nf(n = 4 − 23)Jπ = (7/2)° series is generally about 0.01–0.03. Furthermore, the reason that 4s216f is obscured in experimental spectra is suggested to be the interaction with the neighbouring resonance state converged to 3d2(1G4)of Sc+.

Aiming at the problem that the wastewater treatment process is affected by many uncertain factors leading to frequent fluctuations of operating conditions, single water quality model cannot guarantee the accuracy of soft sensor, an online hybrid soft sensor of effluent COD based synchronous clustering is presented in this paper. The soft sensor consists of simplified mechanism model and error compensation model, of which the simplified model based ASMI is used to describe the basic characteristics of dynamic mechanism in the wastewater treatment process; the error compensation model based integrated linear model is used to compensate mode errors under different operating conditions. Synchronization clustering algorithms can achieve clustering of online data in the case of unknown number of integrated model, it improves the real-time performance of soft sensor, and linear model in error compensation model reduces the computational cost. The simulation results show that COD online hybrid soft sensor has better prediction accuracy under multiple working conditions.

Sludge bulking is one of the most serious abnormal conditions in the sewage treatment process, which has important influence on the normal operation of sewage treatment plants. Achieving online trend omen extraction of sludge bulking is helpful to the prediction of sludge bulking, and plays an important role in the prevention of sludge bulking. Basing on the development of trend analysis technology, we improved the offline trend extraction method in order to make it better adapt to the online trend extraction. This method can effectively extract the trend information of process data with relatively low computational complexity, which can be applied on industrial online process and provide support for the trend information demand of expert system.

Sludge volume index (SVI) can evaluate and reflect the aggregation of activated sludge sediment properties accurately. It is an important parameter to predict sludge bulking. Generally, if SVI value is too high, the description is sludge settling performance is poor. It will occur or has occurred sludge bulking. But SVI cannot be online measurement, offline assay data obtained for a long time or other issues. To solve this problem, this paper has applied soft-sensing technology for the sludge volume index that reflects sludge bulking, using rough set to reduce the instrumental variables then construct the soft-sensing model with RBF neural network to complete the dataset of sludge volume index, and then, employed the grey Markov model to predict the dataset to collect the important information of sludge bulking in the quantitative respect, in order to achieve real-time prediction of sludge bulking.

The concept of intelligent transportation has been accepted by the society, and has been widely applied. At the same time, the application of information tools such as smart space has changed the current backward bus station vehicle management mode. Improving the bus station vehicle management level, operation efficiency and city public traffic service level will be the developing direction of government support in the future. This paper introduce the definition, characteristics, functions and composition of smart space briefly. On this basis, we put forward the conception of bus station based on smart space detailed, and analyzed its function. Finally, we built the bus station architecture in the smart space environment.

Aiming at the nonlinear model of TCP network, we carried out a T-S fuzzy model with uncertain parameters which can describe the AQM more approximate; In addition, we achieved the sufficient condition for the existing of minimax controller with considering the situation that the system got the max impact when being disturbed by LMI and Liapunov stability theory. The simulation showed the control algorithm we proposed had better stability and robustness as well as dynamic performance that the message queue length being converged to the expected value more quickly.

Electron correlation in triple differential cross sections for ionization of atomic hydrogen by electron impact is analysed for the case of coplanar asymmetric geometry within the framework of the two-potential formulae. Based on the approximations of projectile and faster-electron plane wave, the transition matrix element is analytically expressed to be a product of two factors: the correlation factor of two electrons in the final channel and the structure-scattering factor. The contribution of both the factors to the angular distribution of the triple differential cross section is calculated. The present results are compared with the experimental data and the other theoretical calculations for the incident energy of 150eV.
