12. Low-nitrogen optimization and numerical simulation of natural gas burners

Abstract

In recent years, a variety of natural gas low-nitrogen combustion technologies have emerged, but the control effect of a single low-nitrogen technology is always limited. In order to achieve clean combustion and low-nitrogen emissions for natural gas, a new type of low-nitrogen burner has been designed, integrating low-nitrogen technologies such as stratified combustion, swirl combustion, and flue gas recirculation techniques. The aim is to reduce the generation and emission of nitrogen oxides (NO_x) during the combustion process. A burner model with a power output of 14 MW was established, and numerical simulations were conducted to analyze the temperature field, velocity field, and nitrogen oxide (NO) concentration field near the burner outlet under different burner structures and operating parameters. The study investigated the influence of factors such as the swirl intensity of the mixed gas and the outlet velocity of the secondary air on the low-nitrogen combustion performance, in order to optimize the burner′s structure and operating parameters for the best low-nitrogen performance. The results showed that prior to optimization, the burner could distribute the gas uniformly in the outlet cross-section and mix it sufficiently with air. The NO mass concentration in the outlet cross-section was lower than the low-nitrogen emission standard of 30 mg·m^-3. After optimizing the number of gas branches to 8, the concentration of the high-temperature zone and the emission of NO_x were at the lowest level, with an NO mass concentration of 7.61 mg·m^-3 in the outlet cross-section. Optimizing the swirl intensity S_0 of the primary air and the mixed gas to 0.6 reduced the NO mass concentration in the outlet cross-section to as low as 5.04 mg·m^-3. Increasing S_0 enhanced the swirl effect and the internal flue gas circulation within the furnace chamber. Optimizing the outlet velocity of the secondary air to a range of 15-30 m·s^-1 resulted in a "mountain"-shaped NO_x distribution characteristic, effectively reducing NO_x emissions, and achieving an average NO mass concentration of 4.91 mg·m^-3 in the furnace′s outlet cross-section. The optimized new low-nitrogen burner can lead to near-zero NO emissions, providing an important reference for subsequent experiments and engineering practices.

28. Study on Type IV Cracking Behavior of T92/Super304H Dissimilar Steel Welded Joints in Long-Term Service.

Abstract

The microstructure and residual mechanical properties of several groups of T92/Super304H dissimilar steel welded joints (hereinafter referred to as welded joints) in service for 70,000~85,000 h were analyzed. The results show that the early service history of the welded joint results in the polygonization of the martensite lath and the coarsening of the precipitated phase on the side of T92 steel. In the further creep process, the cavities nucleate along the precipitated phase interface and the triple junction grain boundary. Under the same load, the creep life of the joint decreases rapidly with the increase in service time and, finally, type IV cracking occurs. Type IV cracking needs to meet two conditions: 1. a large degree of precipitated phase coarsening and cavity nucleation in the fine grain heat-affected zone (FGHAZ) and 2. a much lower loading stress than the yield strength. Abstract

The depletion of fossil fuels necessitates the efficient utilization of solar energy and the urgent resolution of its instability, intermittency, and storage challenges. Photo‐rechargeable batteries, which integrate solar cells and energy storage batteries to convert solar energy into electricity and store it as chemical energy, have gradually emerged as a novel research direction to meet the energy demands of various standalone applications such as building facades, mobile transportation devices, and outdoor settings. This review elucidates the device structure, working principles, and key parameters of photo‐rechargeable batteries. Furthermore, various photo‐rechargeable battery systems such as lithium‐ion battery, lithium‐sulfur battery, sodium‐ion battery, zinc‐ion battery, and aluminum‐ion battery are categorized and summarized, detailing their composition, operational mechanisms, and photoelectric performance. Finally, the future research directions of photo‐rechargeable batteries are delineated, advocating for the exploration of dual‐functional materials that integrate light conversion and energy storage. Specifically, emphasis is placed on studying the compatibility between optical and energy storage materials, investigating new battery operation mechanisms under illumination conditions, considering the imperative of achieving high stability and overall efficiency to enhance device performance, and elucidating the future application pathways of these technologies. 43. Structured Deep Graph Clustering Network Based on Consistency Constraint.

Abstract

Graph clustering is an essential task in data analysis. Recently, there has been a notable trend in the application of deep learning in graph clustering. However, it is worth noting that existing deep graph clustering methods primarily focus on the topological information of nodes while overlooking the use of attribute information in the learned feature representations. In addition, they do not address the consistency of the space distribution in attribute and structure clustering results. To tackle these critical issues, a novel structured deep graph clustering network with consistency constraint (CC-DGC) is proposed. The network first constructs an autoencoder to learn and transmit hierarchical attribute information to the graph autoencoder (GAE). Subsequently, the GAE integrates the received hierarchical attribute information with extracted topological information to generate enhanced clustering representations. Moreover, this paper designs a consistency constraint module to promote consistency between the autoencoder and the GAE by optimizing the cluster space distributions they produce. Finally, the feature extraction and clustering classification processes are synchronized and optimized in a self-supervised manner within a unified framework. Extensive experiments illustrate that the proposed CC-DGC demonstrates superiority over the state-of-the-art deep graph clustering methods on five benchmark datasets. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
