Objective To analyze the mortality characteristics and trends and the cause-eliminated life expectancy of gastric cancer in Harbin City from 1987 to 2019. Methods Mortality data of residents with gastric cancer from 1987 to 2019 in Harbin was analyzed to describe the mortality characteristics and trends of gastric cancer. Abridged life table and cause-eliminated life table were applied to calculate life expectancy and cause-eliminated life expectancy. Average annual percentage change (AAPC) was calculated with Joinpoint 4.2 software to evaluate the trends of mortality and cause-eliminated life expectancy of gastric cancer. Results From 1987 to 2019, the crude mortality, ASMRC and ASMRW and the truncated rate (35-64) were 14.3/105, 10.9/105, 10.9/105, and 13.5/105, respectively. The ASMRC showed an obvious decreasing trend at an average annual rate of 2.9% from 1987 to 2019 (95%CI: -4.4%--1.4%). Significant decreasing trends were observed for males (AAPC=-3.0%, 95%CI: -4.4%--1.7%) and females (AAPC=-3.1%, 95%CI: -5.3%--0.9%). An obvious decreasing trend in the ASMRW was also observed. The truncated rate (35-64) showed a downward trend (AAPC=-2.8%, 95%CI: -3.1%--2.5%). The average life expectancy of residents from 1987 to 2019 in Harbin were 76.78 years (male: 74.41 years, female: 79.33 years). After eliminating the causes of death of gastric cancer, the life expectancy increased by 0.25 years (male: 0.31 years, female: 0.18 years). Significant decreasing trends were found in the proportion of gastric cancer in all malignant cancer cases (AAPC=-0.18%, 95%CI: -2.0%--1.7%). Conclusion The mortality of gastric cancer decreases gradually from 1987 to 2019 in Harbin. After eliminating the causes of death of gastric cancer, the life expectancy increases by 0.25 years. Therefore, prevention and control should be strengthened.

As a significant type of dynamic systems, switched systems have been successfully applied to the construction of many engineering fields. Recently, the studies of networked switched control systems have received a lot of attention. However, the intervention of the network often causes the delay or packet loss during data transmission, resulting in incomplete data transmission. The paper studies a sliding mode observer design for above‐mentioned systems with external disturbance under an imperfect transmission communication link. By constructing a dynamic event generator, a dynamic event‐triggered mechanism between the event‐generator and controller is developed to save additional network bandwidth and improve system performance. A desirable sliding surface function is built to solve the complexity of system analysis problems caused by network‐induced delay and packet‐dropout‐induced imperfect transmission. Then, a corresponding event‐based integral‐type sliding mode observer is constructed to estimate inaccessible system states, guaranteeing the reachability of the sliding surface. Based on the augmented system dynamics, sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee exponent stability with a weighted ℒ2$$ {\mathcal{L}}_2 $$‐ℒ∞$$ {\mathcal{L}}_{\infty } $$ performance level. The identification of novel age‐related biomarkers represents an area of intense research interest. Despite multiple studies associating DNA damage with aging, there is a glaring paucity of DNA damage‐based biomarkers of age, mainly due to the lack of precise methods for genome‐wide surveys of different types of DNA damage. Recently, we developed two techniques for genome‐wide mapping of the most prevalent types of DNA damage, single‐strand breaks and abasic sites, with nucleotide‐level resolution. Herein, we explored the potential of genomic patterns of DNA damage identified by these methods as a source of novel age‐related biomarkers using mice as a model system. Strikingly, we found that models based on genomic patterns of either DNA lesion could accurately predict age with higher precision than the commonly used transcriptome analysis. Interestingly, the informative patterns were limited to relatively few genes and the DNA damage levels were positively or negatively correlated with age. These findings show that previously unexplored high‐resolution genomic patterns of DNA damage contain useful information that can contribute significantly to both practical applications and basic science. Various isotopic and palynological indicators have shown interspersed periods of aridity and humidity for the late Paleocene to early Eocene in central China, so the paleoclimate conditions remain unclear. This research investigates the environmental characteristics of a saline lake in the Jiangling depression, southwestern Jianghan Basin, from the Paleocene to the Eocene, using bulk-rock geochemistry in a 1280 m sediment core. The ratios of FeO/MnO, Al2O3/MgO, and C-value indicate a semi-humid to semi-arid climate in the early–middle Paleocene. There was a rapid shift to a humid climate during the late Paleocene to early Eocene, following a short time of intense dryness. The Eocene climate was arid, but experienced intermittent humidity. The variation trend of the CIA, CIW and PIA was similar to that of FeO/MnO, Al2O3/MgO, and the C-value, so chemical weathering of the surrounding rocks was controlled by climate change. The lake redox conditions in the Jiangling depression from the Paleocene to the Eocene were reconstructed using the ratios of U/Th, Ni/Co, and V/Cr. During humidity and alternations of aridity and humidity, the lake water received external water input, resulting in weak stratification, so the sediments were in oxidizing conditions. During aridity, lakes become endorheic, leading to sediments forming in reduced conditions. The salinity of the lake in the Jiangling depression from the Paleocene to the Eocene was determined through analysis of sedimentary sequences and the trend of the Sr/Ba ratio. In the early–middle Paleocene, lake salinity varied greatly. From the late Paleocene to the early Eocene, lake salinity decreased. In the Eocene, lake salinity increased and halite precipitated, but lake salinity finally decreased due to a humid climate. During the late Paleocene–early Eocene, the occurrence of multiple humid climates in the Jiangling depression were not merely regional effects. The most significant humidity was caused by a global hyperthermal (PETM), which caused a huge increase in precipitation in the whole of East Asia and even in low latitudes around the world. To meet the demands of large data volume, high transmission speed and high real-time computing performance in embedded image processing system, this paper proposes a high-speed data transmission storage system with multi-core DSP TMS320C 6678 as the core. Based on the DSP high-speed serial Rapid IO(SRIO) module for high-speed transmission of image data, using the SRIO module′s direct I/O transmission mode, using the 4x interface mode configuration, each interface transmission rate is 3.125 Gb/s, and theoretical transmission rate is 10 Gb/s. At the same time, DDR3 controller module is used to expand storage space and achieve shared storage of optical and radar images. The test results show that the SRIO high-speed transmission system designed has a transmission speed of more than 8Gb/s, which reaches more than 80% of the theoretical value, satisfies the high-speed transmission needs of large data, and effectively realizes data transmission and shared storage between multiple processors.

Researches about renewable rechargeable battery have attracted the attention of many scholars, due to increasing demands of energy and global energy crisis. Zinc-air batteries are one of most promising energy sources, but the morphological changes and forming dendritic of zinc anodes greatly limit their cycle life during the charging-discharging process. In order to improve zinc-air batteries electrochemical performance and control dendritic growth, surface of zinc anodes is irradiated by femtosecond laser with different power. The electrochemical results indicate that zinc anodes of zinc-air batteries with different surface structures show different electrochemical properties. Due to the removing oxide layer on the surface of zinc anode, adding contact areas of zinc anodes and electrolytes, and restraining dendritic growth by femtosecond laser processing, first discharge time of zinc anodes with surface structures of zinc-air batteries is about 10 times than that of without processing. It is also found that more intense chemical reactions occur in the area treated by femtosecond laser.
