Objective: The study aimed to research the physicochemical properties, structure, antioxidant activity and hypoglycemic activity of different fractions of polysaccharide of goldenmelon. Methods: Four kinds of goldenmelon polysaccharides (CP-40, CP-60, CP-70, CP-80) were obtained by graded purification of water extraction and alcoholic precipitation. Their molecular weight, monosaccharide composition, group composition, antioxidant and hypoglycemic activities were investigated by high performance liquid chromatography and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Results: With the increase of ethanol volume fraction, the total sugar content increased and the glucuronic acid content decreased. The molecular weights of these four polysaccharides were different, which indicated by the same composition of monosaccharides but different composition ratios, and they all had the characteristic absorption peaks of polysaccharides. The antioxidant capacity and hypoglycemic activity of the polysaccharides in vitro had obvious quantity-effect relationships, CP-70 had the strongest antioxidant effect on DPPH radicals, hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anions scavenging than other groups, while CP-80 had the best hypoglycemic activity since it had the strongest inhibitory effects on α-glucosidase and α-amylase. Conclusion: The polysaccharide of goldenmelon had good antioxidant properties and hypoglycemic activity.

Purpose - There is a certain error in the satellite positioning of the vehicle. The error will cause the drift point of the positioning point, which makes the vehicle trajectory shift to the real road. This paper aims to solve this problem. Design/methodology/approach - The key technology to solve the problem is map matching (MM). The low sampling frequency of the vehicle is far from the distance between adjacent points, which weakens the correlation between the points, making MM more difficult. In this paper, an MM algorithm based on priority rules is designed for vehicle trajectory characteristics at low sampling frequencies. Findings - The experimental results show that the MM based on priority rule algorithm can effectively match the trajectory data of low sampling frequency with the actual road, and the matching accuracy is better than other similar algorithms, the processing speed reaches 73 per second. Research limitations/implications - In the algorithm verification of this paper, although the algorithm design and experimental verification are considered considering the diversity of GPS data sampling frequency, the experimental data used are still a single source. Originality/value - Based on the GPS trajectory data of the Ministry of Transport, the experimental results show that the accuracy of the priority-based weight-based algorithm is higher. The accuracy of this algorithm is over 98.1 per cent, which is better than other similar algorithms.

Objective To investigate how economic development and health resource input impact infant mortality in Shanghai. Methods Data on GDP per capita, the number of health facility beds per 10,000 population, and the infant mortality rate in Shanghai from 1991 to 2020 were selected and analyzed using the vector error correction model. Results A long-term equilibrium relationship existed between infant mortality, GDP per capita, and the number of health beds per 10,000 persons, with the elasticity coefficient of infant mortality being-2. 83 (95% CI:-3. 86-1. 80) for GDP per capita and-3. 02 (95% CI: -5. 03-- 1. 01) for the number of health beds per 10,000 persons. The maximum value is reached in the 5th and 6th year respectively and has a long-term negative impact. Conclusion The improvement of infant health cannot be achieved without the two-way promotion of socio-economic and health resource investment. It is necessary to promote the effective combination of investment in health resources and economic development, improve the construction of the maternal and child healthcare service system, strengthen the leading role of the Government, and build an efficient mechanism for the investment of health resources. Introduction: We investigated the association between Alzheimer's disease (AD) and the risk of cancer in the Chinese population. Methods: In this retrospective cohort study, multivariate Cox proportional hazard regression analysis was used to determine the correlation between AD and the risk of various cancers, as shown by hazard ratios (HRs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Results: Of 8097 AD patients, the HR for all subsequent cancers was 0.822 (95% CI, 0.728‐0.928; P =.002). Among them, three specific cancers were associated with AD: lung cancer (HR, 0.656; 95% CI, 0.494‐ 0.871; P =.004), prostate and testicular cancer (HR, 0.414; 95% CI, 0.202‐0.847; P =.016), and lymphoma (HR, 2.202; 95% CI, 1.005‐4.826; P =.049). Conclusion: Patients with AD might have a lower chance of developing several cancers, including lung cancer and prostate and testicular cancer. Toxoplasmosis is one of the most widespread zoonoses worldwide. It has a high incidence and can result in severe disease in humans and livestock. Effective vaccines are needed to limit and prevent infection with Toxoplasma gondii. In this study, we evaluated the immuno-protective efficacy of a recombinant Toxoplasma gondii phosphoglycerate mutase 2 (rTgPGAM 2) against T. gondii infection in BALB/c mice. We report that the mice nasally immunised with rTgPGAM 2 displayed significantly higher levels of special IgG antibodies against rTgPGAM 2 (including IgG1, IgG2a and IgAs) and cytokines (including IFN-γ, IL-2 and IL-4) in their blood sera and supernatant of cultured spleen cells compared to those of control animals. In addition, an increased number of spleen lymphocytes and enhanced lymphocyte proliferative responses were observed in the rTgPGAM 2-immunised mice. With the rapid development of Internet and large-scale, intensive, industrialized, refined and informationbased aquaculture industry, the aquaculture industry will gradually enter an era of intelligent transformation and upgrading. The realization of aquaculture management information and intelligence can significantly reduce the cost and improve the economic and ecological benefits of aquaculture. Based on the data of bioenergy and culture production, we established a precise feeding management model under the condition of intensive culture of Lates calcarifer and built a precise feeding management assistant system through the development of software, which can predict the growth, feed requirement of Lates calcarifer at any time point and pollution of nitrogen and phosphorus discharged from water during the breeding period. The results showed that there was a allometric growth point in the growth cycle of Lates calcarifer that divided into two growth stages: <296 g (stage 1) and >296 g (stage 2). Compared with other growth models (SGR, ADG, DGC), the revised thermal-unit growth coefficient (TGC) model can more accurately predict the growth of Lates calcarifer in two growth stages. The digestible energy requirement of the Lates calcarifer was about 2.33-107 kJ per ton (body weight was 1--1000 g). The total solid waste output from the consumption of 1t feed or the production of 1t fish was 349 kg and 543 kg based on Lates calcarifer which were fed with 44.4% and 42.6% crude protein in stage 1 and stage 2, respectively. There was a significant correlation between the predicted and observed values of body weight of Lates calcarifer, but the observed values of FCR was significantly higher than that of the predicted values, which may explained by the excessive use of feed. These results indicate that the precision fish farming model can effectively estimate the growth and feed requirement of Lates calcarifer in precision culture operation.
