In order to improve utilization rate and optimize website, the paper established a Web data stream mining system and introduced the system's frame structure. Besides, it took campus network of Shangqiu normal college as an example to describe working flow of Web data stream mining and concrete realizing flow of Web resource service. The practice showed that realization of resource service based on Web data stream mining technology can make full use of information and resource of website and provide personalized Web resource service to users real-timely and efficiently.

With continuous increases in the amount and duration of plastic film used, the residual film in farmland soil is accumulated and tended to be fragmented, which affects soil water infiltration. We carried out an experiment of one-dimensional vertical infiltration of soil moisture. We examined the effects of different residual film density and area on soil water cumulative infiltration under 21 experimental treatments with 5 residual film area levels (0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 8 cm²) and 5 residual film density levels (0, 60, 180, 300, 420 kg · hm-2). The results showed that soil water infiltration rate was accelerated and the total infiltration amount was increased by adding a certain amount of residual film into the clay loam soil with bulk density of 1.53 g · cm-3. The total infiltration amount of different residual film area always appeared mutation or turning point when the single residual film area was 1 cm². When the residual film area and density were larger or smaller than that, the cumulative infiltration amount would be significantly affected, with the treatment of 0.5 cm residual film area and 200 kg · hm-2 residual film density being obvious demarcation. When the residual film area was 0.25 cm², the cumulative infiltration reached the maximum. When the residual film with a single area ≤ 0.25 cm² was uniformly mixed into the soil, the slope of soil water cumulative infiltration curve was significantly different from that of other residual film treatments, forming a " new structure" soil with unique water infiltration characteristics. The experiment was to study the effect of different storage temperatures on post-harvest physiology and quality of feed mulberry leaves, the mulberry leaves were stored at room temperature 26, 8, 4, and 0 °C to analyse the changes of mulberry leaf color, respiratory intensity, weight loss rate, protein content, total sugar content and fat content. The results showed that compared with normal temperature storage, low temperature storage could prolong the storage time of feed mulberry leaves, reduce weight loss, reduce respiration, delay color change, delay the decrease time of total sugar, protein and fat content. Under low temperature condition, 0 °C would cause frostbite of mulberry leaves, and mulberry leaves lose use value. Mildew appeared in mulberry leaves after 20 d of storage at 8 °C. Storage at 4 °C could prolong the storage period of mulberry leaves to 40 d. The experiment indicates that the storage effect of mulberry leaves at 4 °C is better than that under other test conditions, so 4 °C is more suitable for storing feed mulberry leaves. Research has been conducted on the nucleotide excision from the 3' termini of chimeric DNA-RNA ologonucleotides. The use of the Klenow fragment and other DNA polymerases in determining the rates of this excision is described.

The intension and significance of extending the psychological education into college student' s families are introduced. To implement the educational effectively, it is needed to properly handle the relationship between the on campus psychological crisis intervention and the family psychological education. Summary: Root hair, a special type of tubular‐shaped cell, outgrows from the root epidermal cell and plays important roles in the acquisition of nutrients and water, as well as interactions with biotic and abiotic stresses. Studies in the model plant Arabidopsis have revealed that root‐hair initiation and elongation are hierarchically regulated by a group of basic helix−loop−helix (bHLH) transcription factors (TFs). However, knowledge regarding the regulatory pathways of these bHLH TFs in controlling root hair growth remains limited. In this study, RNA‐seq analysis was conducted to profile the transcriptome in the elongating maize root hair and >1000 genes with preferential expression in root hair were identified. A consensus cis‐element previously featured as the potential bHLH‐TF binding sites was present in the regulatory regions for the majority of the root hair‐preferentially expressed genes. In addition, an individual change in ZmLRL5, the highest‐expressed bHLH‐TF in maize root hair resulted in a dramatic reduction in the elongation of root hair, and rendered the growth of root hair hypersensitive to translational inhibition. Moreover, RNA‐seq, yeast‐one‐hybrid and ribosome profile analysis suggested that ZmLRL5 may function as a key player in orchestrating the translational process by directly regulating the expression of translational processes/ribosomal genes during maize root hair growth. Significance statement: This work describes the identification of genes preferentially expressed in the growing maize root hair. We demonstrate a basic helix−loop−helix transcription factor, Lj‐RHL1‐LIKE 5 (ZmLRL5), that promotes root hair elongation by transcriptionally regulating the expression of genes required for translational processes and continuous protein synthesis. These results pinpoint a prospective mechanism for ZmLRL5 in functioning as a key hub in orchestrating protein synthesis by transcriptional control of translation‐related genes during root hair growth. Purpose: An association between catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT) 158G/A polymorphism and endometriosis/adenomyosis susceptibility has been reported in the previous studies, but the results were inconsistent. This study was conducted to explore this association in the Chinese population using meta-analysis.Materials and Methods: PubMed, Springer Link, Ovid, Chinese Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, and Chinese Biology Medicine were searched for all relevant studies published up to December 2015. The odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were calculated to estimate the strength of the associations.Results: A total of 7 case-control studies including 782 cases and 700 controls were included in this meta-analysis. Overall, COMT 158G/A polymorphism was found to be significantly associated with endometriosis and adenomyosis risk in the Chinese population (A vs. G, OR = 1.21, 95% CI: 1.02-1.42; AA vs. GG, OR = 1.47, 95% CI: 1.01-2.14; AA vs. GG + GA, OR = 1.42, 95% CI: 0.99-2.03; AA + GA vs. GG, OR = 1.20, 95% CI: 0.97-1.49). In subgroup analyses stratified by ethnicity, source of controls and disease groups, the significant risk was found in Chinese not mentioned the ethnicity, in population-based studies and adenomyosis.Conclusions: COMT 158G/A polymorphism may contribute to the risk of endometriosis and adenomyosis in Chinese, particularly for adenomyosis.
