Owing to the advancement of interdisciplinary concepts, for example, wearable electronics, bioelectronics, and intelligent sensing, during the microelectronics industrial revolution, nowadays, extensively mature wearable sensing devices have become new favorites in the noninvasive human healthcare industry. The combination of wearable sensing devices with bionics is driving frontier developments in various fields, such as personalized medical monitoring and flexible electronics, due to the superior biocompatibilities and diverse sensing mechanisms. It is noticed that the integration of desired functions into wearable device materials can be realized by grafting biomimetic intelligence. Therefore, herein, the mechanism by which biomimetic materials satisfy and further enhance system functionality is reviewed. Next, wearable artificial sensory systems that integrate biomimetic sensing into portable sensing devices are introduced, which have received significant attention from the industry owing to their novel sensing approaches and portabilities. To address the limitations encountered by important signal and data units in biomimetic wearable sensing systems, two paths forward are identified and current challenges and opportunities are presented in this field. In summary, this review provides a further comprehensive understanding of the development of biomimetic wearable sensing devices from both breadth and depth perspectives, offering valuable guidance for future research and application expansion of these devices. The intensification of microreactions is important for biological and chemical reactions with microliter volumes as reaction units, including microliter bioassay or protein synthesis. At the micro/nanoscale, the fluid flow is usually located in the laminar region, making the interaction between different layers of material more difficult. In the absence of external intervention, the microscale transport of substances is dominated by passive diffusion, leading to a lower mixing efficiency and longer reaction times, which is disadvantageous for reactions requiring timeliness, such as microliter bioassays. Therefore, the intensification of microreactions is essential. Here, a dual magnetic–photothermal microreaction control platform was created, based on the cooperative roles of a close-loop photothermally controlled magnetically active nanoswarm (PMANS) as a nanostir for quick fluid mixing and as a nanoheating agent for the reaction solution. The platform was demonstrated to be enhanced for microreactions by using the glucose oxidase and horseradish peroxidase cascade and cell-free synthetic superfolder green fluorescent protein reactions, which are typical in the fields of diagnostic testing and biomanufacturing, respectively. The rotational motion of the PMANS is controlled by the magnetic field to achieve efficient and homogeneous mixing of fluids at the microscale. On the other hand, the PMANS is used to heat the reaction system through light control. The construction of a dual magnetic–temperature control platform provided a new strategy for microreaction enhancement that was convenient, controllable, and broadly applicable. In Mars exploration the effective time of communication between orbiters is short, and the relative distance and gesture between them change fast. The signal to noise ratio (SNR) estimation is required in receiver to change adaptively the data rate in the communication system. Therefore, SNR estimation is a key technique in adaptive data transmission. We propose a blind SNR estimation for communication between orbiters in Mars exploration via subspace method. The subspace method has better SNR estimation than some conventional SNR estimation algorithms. Numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness and improvement of the proposed algorithm.
