In this article, a monitoring system based on IoT technologies of the substation electrical system in the Republic of Kazakhstan was developed. At the moment, the operation of power systems is extremely important to maintain the frequency of electric current over time. For management and monitoring applications, it is necessary to take into account communication within acceptable limits. IoT technologies are considered the main functions in applications for monitoring and managing energy systems in real time, as well as making effective decisions on both technical and financial issues of the system, for monitoring the main form of data registration on an electric power substation in the city of Shymkent of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for consistent effective decision-making by system operators. In this work, an Internet of Things-based monitoring system was implemented and implemented for the substation of the power system using a specialized device built into the FPGA controller for fast integrated digitalization of transformer substations of real-time distribution electrical networks. The IoT platform also provides complete remote observability and will increase reliability for power system operators in real time. This article is mainly aimed at providing a practical application that has been implemented and tested.

The operating modes of the automatic control system for electromechanical converters for synchronization of rotor speeds have been developed and investigated. The proposed automatic speed control system allows adjusting the slave engine to the master one in a wide range from 0 to 6000 rpm. To improve the synchronization accuracy an adaptive algorithm is proposed that allows to increase the synchronization accuracy by 3-4 times. The proposed model of an adaptive automatic control system with an observing identification tool makes it possible to minimize the error in the asynchrony of the rotation of the rotors of two electromechanical converters.

The article deals with the current issues of interconnection between public health and the quality of water resources. It was proposed to determine environmental safety areas in the basins of small rivers based on environmental morbidity valuation. Four phases are herewith determined: hazard identification, exposure assessment, environmental mortality rate assessment, decision-making regarding the need for implementation and water protection measures. In order to assess the influence of the state of river quality on the health status of the population in the certain administrative region, the impact factor of recreational water use was introduced. The risks related to organoleptic, sanitary and toxicological properties of water; epidemiological water hazard are considered.

The paper presents a solution to the problem of synthesis of control with respect to the sliding interval length for the optimization of a class of discrete linear multidimensional objects with a quadratic performance criterion. The equation of motion of a closed multidimensional discrete system in the general non-stationary case is derived based on the length of the optimization interval and their main properties. The closed-loop is fitted with a signal representing the predicted values averaged over the whole sliding interval of optimization with a certain weight. A problem with a sliding optimization interval may not require a real-time solution by means of a sequence of solutions on compressed intervals. Therefore, the study of control systems with optimization on a sliding interval is of undoubted interest for a number of practically important control problems.

In the article, a device for measuring the parameters of the rotational movement of the auger for dewatering solid waste is proposed based on the analysis of signal processing methods and measurement of physical quantities. It can be used in the development of high-performance special vehicles for transporting waste as the main link in the structure of machines for the collection and primary processing of solid waste. The structural scheme of the means and block diagram of the microcontroller control program algorithm for implementation of the device for measuring the parameters of the rotational motion are proposed. The main technical characteristics of the proposed means are given. The results of experimental tests for measuring the parameters of rotational motion are shown. The results of experimental studies, which are given in the work, confirmed the reliability of the measured parameters.

This paper presents a time-saving method for monitoring the ecology of a dispersed territory using the delivery of measurement units provided by unmanned aerial vehicles with measurement sensors according to a reverse priority algorithm. It is achievable because of the decreasing mean waiting time of the order inside a queue during low-priority order servicing. The experimental research that confirms the efficiency of the proposed method in the case of delivery distributed measurement systems for low-priority measurement is carried out. The experimental research of the proposed method in the case of one-channel and many-channel SMD that can have an option of order rejection or an in-queue waiting option is conducted in WeBots. The probability distributions in the case of this system applying are compared with similar probability distributions in the case of systems of direct priority applying. Comparison and analysis enable us to conclude that the probability distribution in the case of SMD with a direct priority of delivery tends to decrease and approximates zero. This is related to the fact that means at the end of the queue to be handled have a lower priority, as these means of measurement take longer to handle the order than those at the head of the queue. Thus, the means of a low priority will be serviced in the last charge and there is a constant possibility that in some cases such orders will be rejected. The proposed method enables moderate this situation by using increasing the possibility of servicing the low-priority orders. The method can increase the efficiency of environmental monitoring and pollution emission control.

Soil salinity is one of the major impact factors on agriculture in the South of Kazakhstan. Prediction and estimation of soil salinity before planting a season usually helps to plan for the leaching of the salt. In the paper, satellite data, such as radar data and machine learning algorithms, were used to classify soil salinity. Numerical results were presented for the Turkestan region, which contains more than 102 points. The machine learning algorithms, including Gaussian Process, Decision Tree, and Random Forest, were compared. The evaluation of the model score was realized by using metrics such as accuracy, Recall, and f1. In addition, the influence of the dataset features on the classification was investigated using machine learning algorithms. The research results showed that the Gaussian Process model has the best score among considered algorithms. In addition, the results are consistent with the outcome of the Shapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) framework.

Our work uses a polarization matrix formalism to analyze and algorithmically represent optical anisotropy by open dehydration of blood plasma films. Analytical relations for Jones matrix reconstruction of optical birefringence maps of protein crystal networks of dehydrated biofluid films are found. A technique for 3D step-by-step measurement of the distributions of the elements of the Jones matrix or Jones matrix images (JMI) of the optically birefringent structure of blood plasma films (BPF) has been created. Correlation between JMI maps and corresponding birefringence images of dehydrated BPF and saliva films (SF) obtained from donors and prostate cancer patients was determined. Within the framework of statistical analysis of layer-by-layer optical birefringence maps, the parameters most sensitive to pathological changes in the structure of dehydrated films were found to be the central statistical moments of the 1st to 4th orders. We physically substantiated and experimentally determined the sensitivity of the method of 3D polarization scanning technique of BPF and SF preparations in the diagnosis of endometriosis of uterine tissue.

Coal remains one of the key raw materials used in the energy industry to generate electricity and heat. As a result, diagnostics of the combustion process is still an important topic of scientific research. Correct implementation of the process allows the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere to be kept at a compliant level. Therefore, it is important to conduct the process in a manner that will not exceed these standards. A preliminary analysis of the measurement signals was carried out, and signal predictions of flame intensity changes were determined using the autoregressive moving average (ARMA) model. Different fuzzy neural network architectures have been investigated. Binary and multi-class classifications of flame states were conducted. The best results were obtained from the ANFIS_grid partition model, producing an accuracy of 95.46% for binary classification and 79.08% for multi-class classification. The accuracy of the recognition of flame states and the high convergence of the determined predictions with measurement signals validate the application of the proposed approach in diagnosing or controlling the combustion process of pulverized coal and its mixtures with biomass. Expert decisions determine the range of acceptable states.

With the development of information technology, electromagnetic radiation becomes a tangible view of the physical (wave) environmental pollution. Modern scientific research aimed at the components of the electromagnetic environment pollution problems mainly involves the anthropocentric approach. There is no procedure for determining the influence of harmful physical factors on biota, in particular in terms of water (Daphnia magna Straus) and air (Drosophila melanogaster L.) environments. A clear system of rationing of maximum permissible levels of electromagnetic radiation, including volume and ecosystems protected areas has not been developed. The article considers the relevant scientific and practical problem of creating a framework for assessing and predicting the negative impact of electromagnetic radiation on the biota related to ethological changes and teratogenesis. The characteristic of all the constituent elements of the system determines the degree of the negative impact of the induction of the magnetic field on the biota: activity, mortality; reproduction; availability, and frequency of Teratology. A method for determining the activity levels of Daphnia and Drosophila total average activity biota was developed and described. The trajectory patterns of Daphnia motion at low activity in the state of stability, with increased activity in the excited state, were created. The results of the research on the negative impact of electromagnetic radiation of industrial frequency on biota were presented. The critical levels of the magnetic field and noise pollution, which cause the depletion and destruction of the test object, the relationship between ethological changes and the occurrence of mutations depending on radiation levels were determined. The biological test objects were proven to minimize the error of the results of determination of electromagnetic effects on the biota, in comparison with the mathematical methods of research.

This paper investigates the possibility of automatically linearizing nonlinear models. Constructing a linearised model for a nonlinear system is quite labor-intensive and practically unrealistic when the dimension is greater than 3. Therefore, it is important to automate the process of linearisation of the original nonlinear model. Based on the application of computer algebra, a constructive algorithm for the linearisation of a system of non-linear ordinary differential equations was developed. A software was developed on MatLab. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm has been demonstrated on applied problems: an unmanned aerial vehicle dynamics model and a twolink robot model. The obtained linearized models were then used to test the stability of the original models. In order to account for possible inaccuracies in the measurements of the technical parameters of the model, an interval linearized model is adopted. For such a model, the procedure for constructing the corresponding interval characteristic polynomial and the corresponding Hurwitz matrix is automated. On the basis of the analysis of the properties of the main minors of the Hurwitz matrix, the stability of the studied system was analyzed.

This paper is focused on multiple soft fault diagnosis of linear time-invariant analog circuits and brings a method that achieves all objectives of the fault diagnosis: detection, location, and identification. The method is based on a diagnostic test arranged in the transient state, which requires one node accessible for excitation and two nodes accessible for measurement. The circuit is specified by two transmittances which express the Laplace transform of the output voltages in terms of the Laplace transform of the input voltage. Each of these relationships is used to create an overdetermined system of nonlinear algebraic equations with the circuit parameters as the unknown variables. An iterative method is developed to solve these equations. Some virtual solutions can be eliminated comparing the results obtained using both transmittances. Three examples are provided where laboratory or numerical experiments reveal effectiveness of the proposed method.

The work considers a one-dimensional time series protocol packet intensity, measured on the city backbone network. The intensity of the series is uneven. Scattering diagrams are constructed. The Dickie Fuller test and Kwiatkowski-Phillips Perron-Shin-Schmitt test were applied to determine the initial series to the class of stationary or nonstationary series. Both tests confirmed the involvement of the original series in the class of differential stationary. Based on the Dickie Fuller test and Private autocorrelation function graphs, the Integrated Moving Average Autoregression Model model is created. The results of forecasting network traffic showed the adequacy of the selected model.

The paper analyzes the main areas of application of mathematical methods in medical diagnostics, formulates principles of diagnostics based on fuzzy logic; developed mathematical models and algorithms that formalize the process of making diagnostic decisions based on fuzzy logic with quantitative and qualitative parameters of the patient's condition; developed mathematical models of membership function. Mathematical models and algorithms have been developed that formalize the process of making diagnostic decisions based on fuzzy logic with quantitative and qualitative parameters of the patient's condition; developed mathematical models of membership functions, formalizing the representation of quantitative and qualitative parameters of the patient's condition in the form of fuzzy sets, used in models and algorithms for diagnosis and finding a diagnosis of assessing the intensity of reactive postoperative edema in patients of all study groups. An expert system was implemented for solving the problems of medical diagnosis based on fuzzy logic when assessing the intensity of reactive swelling of soft tissues, which develops in the postoperative period in patients of all study groups against the background of diabetes. The paper analyzes the main areas of application of mathematical methods in medical diagnostics, formulates the principles of diagnostics based on fuzzy logic.

Based on the most significant features of the angular velocity dynamic measurements selected by the authors, the main phases of measuring information transformation were established, which allowed to obtain new mathematical models in the form of transformation function, equations for estimating quantization errors, analytical dependences for measuring range that are initial for modeling physical processes occurring in such digital measuring channels with microprocessor control. The process of converting an analog quantity into a binary code is analytically described, an equation for estimating the absolute and relative quantization error is obtained and a measurement range is established, which provides a normalized value of relative quantization error for angular velocity measuring channels with encoder. For the first time, the equation of sampling error was obtained, and it was proved that the limiting factor of the angular velocity measurements upper limit is not only the normalized value of quantization error, as previously thought, but also the value of sampling frequency fD. Therefore, to expand the measurement range (by increasing the upper limit of measurement), it is proposed not only to increase the speed of analog-to-digital conversion hardware, but also to reduce the execution time of software drivers for transmitting measurement information to RAM of microprocessor system. For this purpose, the analytical dependences of estimating the upper limit of measurement based on the value of the sampling step for different modes of measurement information transmission are obtained. The practical implementation of the software mode measurement information transmission is characterized by a minimum of hardware costs and maximum execution time of the software driver, which explains its low speed, and therefore provides a minimum value of the upper limit measurement. In the interrupt mode, the upper limit value of the angular velocity measurement is higher than in the program mode due to the reduction of the software driver’s execution time (tFl = 0). The maximum value of the angular velocity measurements upper limit can be achieved using the measurement information transmission in the mode of direct access to memory (DMA) by providing maximum speed in this mode (tFl = 0, tDR = 0). In addition, the application of the results obtained in the work allows at the design stage (during physical and mathematical modeling) to assess the basic metrological characteristics of the measuring channel, aimed at reducing the development time and debugging of hardware, software, and standardization of their metrological characteristics.

This paper is devoted to topical issues - the development of methods for analyzing texture images of breast cancer. The main problem that is resolved in the article is that the requirements for the results of pre-processing are increasing. As a result of the task, images of magnetic resonance imaging of the breast are considered for image processing using texture image analysis methods. The main goal of the research is the development and implementation of algorithms that allow detecting and isolating a tumor in the breast in women in an image. To solve the problem, textural features, clustering, orthogonal transformations are used. The methods of analysis of texture images of breast cancer, carried out in the article, namely: Hadamard transform, oblique transform, discrete cosine transform, Daubechies transform, Legendre transform, the results of their software implementation on the example of biomedical images of oncological pathologies on the example of breast cancer, it is shown that The most informative for image segmentation is the method based on the Hadamard transform and the method based on the Haar transform. The article presents recommendations for using the results in practice, namely, it is shown that clinically important indicators that make a significant contribution to assessing the degree of pathology and the likelihood of developing diseases, there are other information parameters: diameter, curvature, etc. Therefore, increased requirements for the reliability, accuracy, speed of processing biomedical images.

The article considers the problem of stability of interval-defined linear systems based on the Hurwitz and Lienard- Shipar interval criteria. Krylov, Leverier, and Leverier- Danilevsky algorithms are implemented for automated construction and analysis of the interval characteristic polynomial. The interval mathematics library was used while developing the software. The stability of the dynamic system described by linear ordinary differential equations is determined and based on the properties of the eigenvalues of the interval characteristic polynomial. On the basis of numerical calculations, the authors compare several methods of constructing the characteristic polynomial. The developed software that implements the introduced interval arithmetic operations can be used in the study of dynamic properties of automatic control systems, energy, economic and other non-linear systems.

Assessment of seismic vulnerability of urban infrastructure is an actual problem, since the damage caused by earthquakes is quite significant. Despite the complexity of such tasks, today’s machine learning methods allow the use of “fast” methods for assessing seismic vulnerability. The article proposes a methodology for assessing the characteristics of typical urban objects that affect their seismic resistance; using classification and clustering methods. For the analysis, we use kmeans and hkmeans clustering methods, where the Euclidean distance is used as a measure of proximity. The optimal number of clusters is determined using the Elbow method. A decision-making model on the seismic resistance of an urban object is presented, also the most important variables that have the greatest impact on the seismic resistance of an urban object are identified. The study shows that the results of clustering coincide with expert estimates, and the characteristic of typical urban objects can be determined as a result of data modeling using clustering algorithms.

The article describes methods of user identification using authentication based on the second factor. Known algorithms and protocols for two-factor authentication are considered. An algorithm is proposed using mobile devices as identifiers and generating a temporary password based on the hash function of encryption standards. For an automated control system, a two-factor authentication model and a sequential algorithm for generating a temporary password using functions have been developed. The implementation of the system is based on the Node.js software platform using the JavaScript programming language, as well as frameworks and connected system libraries. MongoDB, an open source database management system for information storage and processing was used.

The article is devoted to some critical problems of using Bayesian networks for solving practical problems, in which graph models contain directed cycles. The strict requirement of the acyclicity of the directed graph representing the Bayesian network does not allow to efficiently solve most of the problems that contain directed cycles. The modern theory of Bayesian networks prohibits the use of directed cycles. The requirement of acyclicity of the graph can significantly simplify the general theory of Bayesian networks, significantly simplify the development of algorithms and their implementation in program code for calculations in Bayesian networks..

The wide variety of electrode shapes and their arrangement relative to each other, as well as the possibility of corona discharge in the ambient air, have created prerequisites for the development of a number of new methods and corona discharge transducers designed to measure microwire parameters and linear dimensions of various objects. The principally new noncontact control method is based on the dependence of the corona discharge current value on the diameter of the corona wire placed inside the discharge chamber. This paper provides an overview of this method.

However, further research is needed to solve the problem with organization of public transport stops.This paper provides the results of an priori rankinganalysis aimed at defining the mostsignificant factors affecting the accessibility of stopsand their scope.The proposed mathematical model, which uses dimensional theory, consists of two stages: pedestrians’ movement to a stop and passengers’ trip to a transit stop. It is a theoretical premise that allows to determination ofplacement of public transportstops considering the main indicators,which are the distance covered by pedestrians and the speed of public transport.

The paper presents schemes of various equipment for the mechanical treatment of industrial and domestic wastewater, which allows us to remove from it the main part of the pollution. There was conducted an examination of the shortcomings of the known equipment with aim of its improvement. As a result, an installation scheme for continuous high-performance mechanical wastewater treatment has been proposed. In contrast to the known equipment, the proposed installation provides a three-staged treatment of wastewater with help of the two pares gratings – for preliminary treatment (removal of large-size pollutions) and by way of filtration through the two metallic sieves – for normal and fine treatment (removal of small-size mechanical pollutions). The installation consists of high-efficient appliances for cleaning of filtering elements in course of realization of the working process, which provide stable high productivity of treatment. The installation has a simple reliable design and low energy expenses. The paper consists formulas for determining of main operational parameters of the installation: the change of the cross-sectional area of the filtering elements and productivity of the working process, periodicity of cleaning of gratings and sieves, the necessary electric power of installations drives. These formulas can be base for further research of installation and for the elaboration of a method of its design calculation

The process of designing and creating an integrated distributed information system for storing digitized works of scientists of research institutes of the Almaty academic city is analyzed. The requirements for the storage of digital objects are defined; a comparative analysis of the open source software used for these purposes is carried out. The system fully provides the necessary computing resources for ongoing research and educational processes, simplifying the prospect of its further development, and allows to build an advanced IT infrastructure for managing intellectual capital, an electronic library that is intended to store all books and scientific works of the Kazakhstan Engineering Technological University and research institutes of the Almaty academic city.

The concept of innovative educational environment of higher education establishment is considered and its main components are highlighted. The model of the integrated assessment of implementing innovations in higher education establishment is constructed. The developed model for assessing the level of development of the innovative educational environment of a specific higher education establishment during a certain period has been applied and a graphical analysis of the calculation results has been carried out.

The information technologies for assessing the quality of IT-specialties graduates' training of university by means of fuzzy logic and neural networks are developed in the article. It makes possible taking into account a wide set of estimation and output parameters, influence of the external and internal factors and allows to simplify the assessing process by means of modern mathematical apparatuses of artificial intelligence.

An article herein presents an optimization model, designated for computational core of decision-taking support system (DTSS). DTSS is necessary for system analysis and search of optimal versions for cyber security facilities placement and information protection of an enterprise or organization distributed computational network (DCN). DTSS and a model allow automize the analysis of information protection and cyber security systems in different versions. It is possible to consider, how separate elements, influence at DCN protection factors and their combinations. Offered model, in distinction from existing, has allowed implementing both the principles of information protection equivalency to a concrete threat and a system complex approach to forming a highly effective protection system for DCN. Hereby we have presented the outcomes of computational experiments on selecting the rational program algorithm of implementing the developed optimization model. It has been offered to use genetic algorithm modification (GAM). Based on the offered model, there has been implemented the module for adaptive DTSS. DTSS module might be applied upon designing protected DCN, based on preset architecture and available sets of information protection and cyber security systems in the network.

Hereby there is given the speaker identification basic system. There is discussed application and usage of the voice interfaces, in particular, speaker voice identification upon robot and human being communication. There is given description of the information system for speaker automatic identification according to the voice to apply to robotic-verbal systems. There is carried out review of algorithms and computer-aided learning libraries and selected the most appropriate, according to the necessary criteria, ALGLIB. There is conducted the research of identification model operation performance assessment at different set of the fundamental voice tone. As the criterion of accuracy there has been used the percentage of improperly classified cases of a speaker identification.

The article considers information technology for the realization of human communication using residual human capabilities, obtained by organizing text entry using mobile and auxiliary devices. The components of the proposed technology are described in detail: the method for entering text information to realize the possibility of introducing a limited number of controls and the method of predicting words that are most often encountered after words already entered in the sentence. A generalized representation of the process of entering text is described with the aid of an ambiguous virtual keyboard and the representation of control signals for the selection of control elements. The approaches to finding the optimal distribution of the set of alphabet characters for different numbers of control signals are given. The method of word prediction is generalized and improved, the statistical language model with "back-off" is used, and the approach to the formation of the training corpus of the spoken Ukrainian language is proposed.

The paper considers the issues of creating high-temperature digital thermographs based on RGB photodetector arrays. It has been shown that increasing the reliability of temperature measurement of bodies with unknown spectral coefficient of thermal radiation can be ensured by optimal selection of the used spectral range and registration of the observed thermal radiation fields in three spectral ranges. The registration of thermal radiation in four or more spectral ranges was found to be inefficient due to the increasing error in temperature determination. This paper presents a method for forming three overlapping spectral regions in the NIR spectral range, which is based on the use of an external spectral filter and a combination of the spectral characteristics of an RGB photodetector array. It is shown that it is necessary to ensure the stability of the solution of the system of three nonlinear equations with respect to the influence of noise. For this purpose, the use of a priori information about the slope factor of the spectral dependence of the thermal radiation coefficient in the selected spectral range for the controlled bodies is proposed. The theoretical results are confirmed by examples of their application in a thermograph based on an array of CMOS RGB photodetectors.

The article describes a newly developed calculation technique and choice of the geometrical parameters of the solar collector with the siphon effect. The dependence of the cross section of the pipe on the flow time for different values of the head is also shown. With an increase in the siphon head, the flow time of the liquid increases. This is explained by the fact that with increasing head the hydraulic resistance of the siphon increases, which leads to a decrease in the velocity of the fluid. For the first time, a relationship determining the time of fluid outflow in dependence on the geometric parameters of the solar collector is settled. The developed technique allowed to establish that the local hydraulic resistance and friction play a significant role in the heat carrier flow rate.

This article is dedicated to the study of numerical simulation of temperature field distribution in rolling mill with many cages for continuous casting and rolling stripe of metal wire. In work the simplest is used in use, certainly a steady, economic difference method, a method of division of variables of a multidimensional task into a chain of one-dimensional tasks, a method of total approximation, the locally one-dimensional scheme. The algorithm of numerical modeling of distribution of a temperature field on cages of the rolling mill is constructed. Solutions of the three-dimensional temperature field distribution tasks based on experimental data allows finding the temperature across the strip of metal rod in a rolling mill stands. Calculation of the distribution of temperature field in hearth of deformation of a metal rod was realized on implicit scheme. The calculations are shown in the graphs. It provides an analysis of the error of errors.

The paper discusses some practical problems conected with introdction of modern coal combustion technologies as well as biomass co-combustion. In order to ensure that the combustion process runs in a proper way, the multichannel fiber optic monitoring system was applied. The system converts the optical signals coming from several flame zones to electrical that were further transmitted to the control room. The article prsents signal analyses made in time-frequency domain using short-time Fourier transform and wavelet transform and the way of their visualization to power boiler operators

The paper deals with university knowledge transfer. The adjustment of relations between universities and enterprises makes knowledge transfer a necessary requirement for university development to ensure the implementation of market-oriented educational programs. The paper proposes use of modular competency-based and ontological approaches to ensure the university knowledge transfer. The initial data is presented in the databases of the university, authorized bodies of education and science, enterprises, business structures and professional standards. This data is processed and scanned for knowledge to be put into the knowledge database with technological (informational) and modular competency-based approaches. As part of a market-oriented innovation university concept the task is to improve the education system in relation to skills development. To solve this problem it is necessary to build a distributed information system of university knowledge transfer. It is necessary to create a unified educational space - an educational portal - to ensure the university knowledge transfer between all participants - teachers, students and employers. The study offers an architectural solution for a distributed information system.

In the present work, an exergy analysis was done of two-circuit flat solar collector with thermosiphon circulation. The article presents a mathematical model of energy and exergic analysis of flat solar collectors, as well as calculations of solar radiation efficiency, temperature, flow rate of the fluid, exergy rates and exergy loss rates are done. The significance of the results achieved is high, since experimental studies can detect inefficient components of the solar heating system. The exergetic efficiency of a dual-circuit flat solar collector with a thermosiphon circulation describes irreversibility of the process according to thermodynamic parameters. This is caused by a large the degree of overheating achieved at the end of the processes of compression and evaporation, which leads to large differences in heat exchange temperature based on the heat pump cycle. The exergy efficiency value for the entire system is 70. Maximum values energy efficiency and exergy at noon, 32.5% and 2.23%, respectively. The efficiency of exergy is 4%, and the highest the loss of exergy is the difference between the absorber plates and the sun, accounting for 52.86% of the total exergy rate.

Wind power is one of the three main renewable energy sources, along with solar and hydropower, which are widely used to produce electricity worldwide. As an energy resource, wind is widespread and can provide electricity to much of the world, but it is both intermittent and unpredictable, making it difficult to rely on wind power alone. However, when used in combination with other types of production or in combination with energy storage, wind can make a valuable contribution to the global energy balance. Over the past few decades, wind power has emerged in a number of countries as a separate energy sector that has successfully competed with conventional energy. Attention is paid to wind power plants (WT) as part of distribution and transmission networks. In this regard, an urgent scientific and technical task is the efficient use of wind potential, which is not only to improve aerodynamic characteristics WT, but also to increase productivity WT as a whole. This article presents the type of wind turbines, among the possible applications and very promising is the wind turbine Bolotov (WRTB), which by its technical characteristics surpasses the traditional propeller and other installations using wind energy in the production of electrical energy. The increase (WEUF - wind energy utilization factor) in all modes of operation WT by improving various methods of automatic control is relevant, and the proposed work is devoted to this issue.

A solution for the problems of the finger spelling alphabet of gesture language modelling and recognition based on cross-platform technologies is proposed. Modelling and recognition performance can be flexible and adjusted, based on the hardware it operates or based on the availability of an internet connection. The proposed approach tunes the complexity of the 3D hand model based on the CPU type, amount of available memory and internet connection speed. Sign recognition is also performed using cross-platform technologies and the tradeoff in model size and performance can be adjusted. the methods of convolutional neural networks are used as tools for gestures of alphabet recognition. For the gesture recognition experiment, a dataset of 50,000 images was collected, with 50 different hands recorded, with almost 1,000 images per each person. The experimental researches demonstrated the effectiveness of proposed approaches.

At present there exist a lot of technical devices, the failure of which can be connected not only with huge financial losses, but with the treat to the environment as well. Therefore, an important problem is the effective devices conditions diagnostics, including electronic components and check of their operation. Timely faults detecting allows introducing the prevention measures and avoiding serious consequences. Fiber-optic sensors have several advantages, more important of which include the immunity to electromagnetic disturbances, little weight and possibility to be included into the structure being measured. The most perspective are the sensors based on the Bragg fiber gratings. Bragg fiber gratings have several advantages, for instance, they allow creating the distributed measuring massifs, which contain several sensors. As well, they are insensitive to the optic power source vibrations. Variety of using the fiber sensors based on the Bragg fiber gratings has led to producing the Bragg fiber gratings with different spectral characteristics. Homogeneous Bragg fiber gratings have the spectra with solid side lobes, which can influence at the temperature sensor processing characteristics. To level the side lobes there is applied the apodization method, which is one of the means to affect the spectral form. The article herein considers the issues of the Bragg fiber gratings mathematical and computer modeling using the transfer matrix method. Transfer matrix method allows defining the optical components spectral characteristics based on the bound modes theory and description of electromagnetic wave, passing through an optic fiber. In the article there have been analyzed the Bragg fiber gratings in compliance with spectral features, such as transmission and reflectance spectra. As well, there has been carried out the experiment with influence of various parameters at the Bragg fiber gratings spectral characteristics. There have been studied the Bragg fiber gratings spectral features and selected the grating optimal parameters for designing the fiber-optic sensors based on the Bragg fiber gratings.

The goal of the work is to define the probability factor of particles movement in a gas-dispersed turbulent flow. The object of the research is the description of harmful impurities transfer process in the atmosphere with the help of mathematical modelling of variability of gas and aerosol composition of atmosphere. Another object is assessment atmospheric impurities on the environment. The novelty of the research is that probability-statistical approach is used in modelling the transfer of harmful impurities from anthropogenic sources into the atmosphere.

Individual anatomical features of the paranasal sinuses and dentoalveolar system, the complexity of physiological and pathophysiological processes in this area, and the absence of actual standards of the norm and typical pathologies lead to the fact that differential diagnosis and assessment of the severity of the course of odontogenic sinusitis significantly depend on the measurement methods of significant indicators and have significant variability. Therefore, an urgent task is to expand the diagnostic capabilities of existing research methods, study the significance of the measured indicators, and substantiate the expediency of their use in the diagnosis of specific pathologies in an automated mode. Methods of digital filtering, image segmentation and analysis, fluid dynamics, and statistical and discriminant analysis were used. Preliminary differential diagnosis of odontogenic sinusitis can be performed by densitemetric analysis of tomographic images of the maxillary sinuses, performed using frontal multiplanar reconstructions according to a given algorithm. The very manifestation of the characteristic changes in the densitography of the maxillary sinus allows for the initiation of certain pathological processes and permits the development of the effectiveness of the diagnosis of the pathology of the sinus sinuses, which can be realized automatically in real life.

Introduction In recent years there has been intensified research on medicinal preparations of fungal origin. Some fungal polysaccharides may directly affect the inhibition of cancer cells proliferation which, stopping the cell cycle, leads to apoptosis. One of these substances (component of extract of Ganoderma spp) is extensively tested for its anti-cancer properties on the tumor cell lines. Electric cell-substrate impedance sensing (ECIS) is an in vitro impedance measuring system using alternating current (AC) to determinate the behaviour of the cells in physiological conditions. Objective The aim of the study was to examine the electric properties (resistance, capacitance and impedance) of mouse fibroblasts cell line L929 after treatment by different concentration of crude exopolysaccharides from Ganoderma applanatum (GpEPS) in real time by ECIS technique. Material and Methods For the study, the L929 cell line culture was treated by different concentrations of GpEPS: C1=228.5 µg/mL; C2=22.85 µg/mL; C3=2.285 µg/mL; C4=0.2285 µg/mL; and C5=0.02285 µg/mL. Default optimal frequencies were used: Resistance (R) 4000Hz, Impedance (Z) 16000Hz, Capacitance (C) 64000Hz. Results The study demonstrated that GpEPS had no significant effect on the resistance, capacitance and impedance cells cultures, which implies that there is no significant effect on the physiological processes of L929 fibroblasts. This indicates the possibility of using GpEPS preparation in anti-cancer therapy. Conclusions In the future, following further studies (comprising in preventive and therapeutic actions), GpEPS can be safely used in anti-cancer therapy which does not cause side-effects or damage to healthy cells.

Study of the trajectories of the motion of satellites remains an urgent task for modern science. This is especially true for GNSS systems and for satellites intended for Earth remote sensing. The basis of their operation is to accurately determine the position of the satellite, and the parameters of signal propagation. Considering the great distances and speeds of both satellites and the Earth in calculating these parameters, it is necessary to take into account the special and general theory of relativity. In the article formulas have been derived for calculating additional corrections for relativistic effects. A mathematical model for calculating the metric tensor was created. A sequence of correction was also proposed.

A significant threat to critical infrastructure of computer systems has a destructive impact caused by infrasound waves. It is shown that the known infrasound generations are based on using the following devices: a Helmholtz Resonator, Generation by using a Pulsating Sphere such as Monopolies, Rotor-type Radiator, Resonating Cylinder, VLF Speaker, Method of Paired Ultrasound Radiator, and airscrew. Research of these devices was made in this paper by revealing their characteristics, main advantages and disadvantages. A directional pattern of infrasound radiation and a graph of dependence of infrasound radiation from the consumed power was constructed. Also, during the analysis of these devices, there was proven a set of basic parameters, the values of which make it possible to characterize their structural and operational characteristics. Then approximate values of the proposed parameters of each those considered devices, were calculated. A new method was developed for evaluating the effectiveness of infrasound generation devices based on the definition of the integral efficiency index, which is calculated using the designed parameters. An example of practical application of the derived method, was shown. The use of the method makes it possible, taking into account the conditions and requirements of the infrasound generation devices construction, to choose from them the most efficient one.

This paper describes the requirements and possible implementations of a telemedical system. The idea of remote patient monitoring is a point of interest for researchers in Poland, and is also in high demand in fields such as diabetology, cardiology, and geriatrics, among others. Aging society, medical care costs and many other factors make remote patient care a promising idea for the future. For each and every condition, a specialized type of sensor must be used to allow specific measurements to be performed. Moreover, a local data storage and communication device must be provided for the sensor to be able to relay data to the station. A smart phone can be used perform such tasks. By implementing such remote diagnostic systems it is possible to collect, process, store and present vital medical data that can be used immediately to perform diagnosis, or later as reference for expert systems. The ‘Borboleta’ and ‘SaguiSaúde’ systems already implemented can serve as a base for system analysis. The systems provide necessary functions and can be used as reference. Many factors contribute to the success of the telemedical system, such as ease of access, scalability, safety, platform independence, and many others. For easier implementation and clarity, the system should be divided into independent layers, which will also make it easier to modify and integrate into other medical systems. Making the system easy to use for patients, medical staff, administrators and data managers makes the task of system design especially challenging. One must decide which information is necessary for each type of user and provide them clearly and in an orderly fashion.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki zastosowania metody Hellwiga do redukcji wymiaru przestrzeni cech obrazów USG tarczycy. Za pomocą tej metody, z wejściowego zbioru 283 cech otrzymano kombinację 3 cech z największą wartością wskaźnika pojemności informacyjnej Hellwiga. Zbiór ten posłużył do budowy i testowania klasyfikatorów. Wyniki klasyfikacji porównano z wynikami uzyskanymi dla 48 cech otrzymanych za pomocą metody korelacji. Okazało się, że dokładność klasyfikatorów zbudowanych ze zbioru liczącego 3 cechy nie jest gorsza od dokładności klasyfikatorów dla 48 cech, a w kilku przypadkach nawet ją przewyższa. Sugeruje to, że metoda Hellwiga może być wykorzystana jako wydajna metoda redukcji wymiaru przestrzeni cech dla potrzeb przyszłej klasyfikacji obrazów USG tarczycy.

W artykule zostało rozpatrzone optymalne sterowanie procesem przemieszczania pojazdów z zastosowaniem złożonego kryterium, zależnego od zużycia paliwa i czasu przejazdu, ze zmiennymi współczynnikami modelu matematycznego fizycznego procesu, uwzględniając wpływ czynników zakłócających. Otrzymany system sterowania pozwala na oszczędne zużycie paliwa, zmniejszenie wpływu transportu na środowisko i obniżenie wpływ czynnika ludzkiego na zarządzanie transportem samochodowym.
