In general,QoS guarantee is the basic element for a communication system in the real world.Accordingly,the relationship between transmission power and SINR was investigated,as well as the relationship between SINR and data rate.And different QoS requirements correspond to various applications.Then a MAC protocol,named TDQG was presented based on TH-UWB-ad hoc system,which can guarantee QoS requirements in term of material traffics.TDQG reserves resource to the potential links to accommodate the distributed character of ad hoc network,and dynamically assigns the resource to make the best of it.A mass of simulation results gave more proves to the superiority of TDQG in UWB-ad hoc system.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of peptidoglycan and lipoteichoic acid extracted from Bacillus pumilus SE5, when added individually and in combination, on the immune response, antioxidant capacity, and intestinal morphology of Epinephelus coioides. A total of 540 healthy groupers with an initial body weight of (14.69±0.04) g were randomly divided into six groups, with three replicates per group and 30 fish per replicate. The control group (CG group) was fed a basal diet, while the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with inactivated Bacillus pumilus SE5 (1.0 x 108 CFU/g, HIB group), peptidoglycan (52.86 mg/kg, PGN group), lipoteichoic acid (6.60 mg/kg, LTA group), and combined peptidoglycan and lipoteichoic acid (26.43 mg/kg + 3.30 mg/kg, PLA01 group; 52.86 mg/kg + 6.60 mg/kg, PLA02 group). The trial period was eight weeks. The results showed that the acid phosphatase (ACP) activity in the liver of Epinephelus coioides in the HIB and PLA01 groups was significantly higher than that in the CG and LTA groups (P<0.05). The intestinal superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in the HIB group was significantly higher than that in the CG group (P<0.05). The malondialdehyde (MDA) content in the intestines of all experimental groups was significantly lower than that in the CG group (P<0.05). Except for the HIB and LTA groups, the villus height in the intestines of all experimental groups was significantly higher than that in the CG group (P<0.05), with the PLA01 group having the longest villi. The muscle layer thickness was greatest in the PLA02 group, and the muscle layer thickness in the PGN, PLA02 groups was significantly higher than that in the CG group (P<0.05). The study indicates that the combined addition of lipoteichoic acid and peptidoglycan from Bacillus pumilus SE5 has a better promoting effect on the immune efficiency, intestinal antioxidant capacity, and intestinal morphology of Epinephelus coioides than individual additions, and PLA01 group shows better potential. Background: Recently the G-105A promoter polymorphism inSEPS1has been shown to increase pro-inflammatory cytokine expression and, thus, to be correlated with various types of human cancers and diseases. Aims: This study examined whether this functional polymorphism was related to the risks of several human diseases by performing a meta-analysis. Subjects and methods: This study identified all published studies in MEDLINE, Science Citation Index, the Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, Current Contents Index and three Chinese databases. Results and conclusions: Eleven case-control studies were incorporated into this meta-analysis. The results showed that carriers of the rs28665122 G > A polymorphism in theSEPS1gene are at increased risk of developing diseases under five genetic models. According to the ethnicity-stratified sub-group analysis,SEPS1rs28665122 polymorphism is significantly linked to increased risk of developing related diseases in Europeans under five genetic models; but not among Asians. This data indicates a statistical association betweenSEPS1rs28665122 G > A variants and the development of various human diseases. Topics include data from a population-based high-risk cardiovascular screening study was collected; and concluded that Hypertension awareness, treatment, and control in community-dwelling residents are poor, and the proportion of drug combination therapy is low in Southwest China.

Background To investigate the effects of body mass index (BMI) variability on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Methods A prospective cohort study was conducted in participants from Kailuan Study. A total of 75,012 subjects were divided into 4 groups according to the standard deviation of BMI (BMI-SD), Q1: ≤0.51, Q2: >0.51–0.91, Q3: >0.91–1.47, and Q4: >1.47 kg/m2. The date of the last physical examination was taken as the starting point of follow-up. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events during follow-up were used as the endpoint. Kaplan–Meier curves and the Cox proportional hazards model were used to analyze the impact of BMI-SD on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Results There were 3,569 cases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events during an average follow-up of 7.01 years among 75,012 subjects. The cumulative incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 groups was 4.13%, 4.36%, 4.73%, and 5.32%, respectively. The cumulative incidence of stroke was 3.28%, 3.47%, 3.80%, and 4.21%, and the cumulative incidence of myocardial infarction was 0.95%, 0.93%, 1.01%, and 1.22% in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 groups, respectively. Log-rank test showed that there was significant difference in the cumulative incidence of endpoint events among the 4 groups (P < 0.05). Cox regression analysis indicated that the hazard ratio values (95% confidence interval) of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, stroke and myocardial infarction in Q4 were 1.20 (1.09–1.32), 1.15 (1.04–1.28), and 1.36 (1.10–1.67) compared with Q1 after adjusting for other confounding factors. Conclusions BMI variability is an independent risk factor of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Traditional risk management methods focus on identifying,predicting and assessing potential risks.However,when enterprises are exposed to uncertainty and unexpected risks,traditional methods cannot deal with those risks.Therefore,the academia gradually shifts the perspective of risk management from predicting and avoiding risks to improving the ability of enterprises to withstand and recover from risks,that is,the enterprise resilience.This paper proposes a prediction method to predict the enterprise resilience based on temporal features,which utilizes Bi-LSTM to encode the temporal features to obtain the feature representation of every enterprise,and the classification results of enterprise resilience are obtained by a softmax classifier.The proposed method is validated on the real-world datasets from listed companies in China,and the macro-F1 value reaches 89.0%,which is improved compared with those models without considering temporal features,such as RF,XGBoost and LightGBM.This paper further discusses the importance of various factors that have an influence on the enterprise resilience.In this paper,the machine learning methods are applied to the evaluation and prediction of enterprise resilience for the first time,which provides theoretical and methodological guidance for enterprises to deal with unexpected risks.

Objective: VEGF-C has recently been identified as a key molecule which is involved in tumor lymphangiogenesis. The aim of this research was to investigate the role of PARP-1 inhibition in the regulation of VEGF-C expression in CT26 cells., Methods: CT26 cells were treated with or without the PARP-1 inhibitor 5-aminoisoquinolinone (5-AIQ). The expression of PARP-1, NF-kB, and VEGF-C proteins in CT26 cells was measured by Western blot analysis and the VEGF-C mRNA level was determined by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). CT26-secreted VEGF-C was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)., Results: The results of Western blot analysis showed that the expression levels of PARP-1, NF-kB, and VEGF-C were reduced in 5-AIQ treated CT26 cells and the levels of VEGF-C mRNA in 5-AIQ treated CT26 were significantly lower than t in 5-AIQ-untreated cells (P<0.05). The concentrations of CT26-secreted VEGF-C were also dramatically decreased (P<0.05)., Conclusion: Here, we provide evidence for the first time that PARP-1 inhibition dramatically reduces VEGF-C expression via the nuclear factor NF-kB signaling pathway. We therefore propose that PARP-1 inhibition has an anti-lymphangiogenic effect and may contribute to the prevention of metastatic dissemination via the lymphatic system.

Objective: To study the mechanism of hepatitis C virus (HCV) gene regulation and the inhibitory effect of antisense RNA on HCV gene expression in vitro., Methods: The hepatoblastoma cell line (HepG2) was co-transfected by recombinant plasmid of antisense RNA complementary to HCV 5' untranslated region (5'UTR)and HCV 5' UTR Directed luciferase (luc) gene expression recombinant plasmid. Meanwhile a reversed HCV 5'UTR recombinant plasmid which can not transcribe as antisense RNA in the cell and a recombinant plasmid in which the luc was regulated by simian virus 40 (sv40) 5'UTR were used as controls respectively. The level of luc gene expression was determined by an enzymatic assay., Results: The antisense RNA which directed to HCV 5'UTRcould obviously knock down the level of luc gene expression and the close-dependent inhibition of antisense RNA was observed at the same time. However the above inhibition was not shown in the cells co-transfected by reversed HCV 5'UTR recombinant plasmid and HCV 5'UTR directed luc gene expression recombinant plasmid. No reduction was observed in luc gene expression level in the cell co-transfected by both antisense RNA recombinant plasmid and SV40 5'UTR directed luc gene expression recombinant plasmid., Conclusion: HCV 5'UTR plays an important role in regulation of viral gene expression. The antisense RNA complementary to HCV 5'UTR could effectively inhibit the gene expression regulated by HCV 5'UTR in vitro.
