Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) equipment is the industry representative possessing independent intellectual property rights and unique Chinese characteristics. By integrating TCM and information technology, TCM equipment is experiencing an unprecedented period of opportunity. Here, based on the practical significance, we reviewed the recent series of policies to promote the TCM equipment development. In accordance, we analyzed the current main problems and causes, and finally put forward some policy demand and suggestions to boost TCM equipment industry.

The electric power industry is the most important basic energy industry in the development of the national economy, which is now listed as a key energy-saving and emission-reduction field and is the main force in realizing low-carbon development. The study is based on the carbon emission accounting method, constructs a multi-objective decision-making optimization model with carbon emissions and economic benefits as the objective function, and decouples the model using the improved particle swarm algorithm. Then the TOPSIS algorithm is used to rank the optimal solution set of decision-making Pareto and select the optimal carbon emission reduction target for grid enterprises. Finally, the distributed integrated energy system of power grid enterprises under an intelligent decision support system is taken as an example for arithmetic simulation. The particle swarm algorithm and TOPSIS algorithm have the ability to determine the target for reducing carbon emissions in power grid enterprises, with the optimal economic cost and carbon emission ranging from 160.465 billion yuan and 467.865 million tons, respectively. It can be seen that at this time, the carbon emissions are relatively low and the cost is relatively low, which can meet the overall implementation of the carbon emissions reduction target of the grid enterprise. The study provides reference significance for the formulation and implementation of low-carbon emission targets for power grid enterprises, and promotes the sustainable development of power grid enterprises.

Objective: To study the effect of ultra-high temperature (UHT) on the quality of rice wine. Methods: Korean rice wine underwent weekly measurements of its physicochemical, sensory, and microbiological parameters during the storage period after being subjected to UHT. This allowed for the analysis of changes in the quality and functional components of the sterilized Korean rice wine after 20 weeks of storage, as well as the determination of the best sterilization conditions for this method. Results: Sterilization time of 5 s at 125 ℃ is the optimum parameter for UHT. After 20 weeks of storage, the total amino acid content was 0.70 mg/100 mL and the organic acid content was 321.68 mg/100 mL. Conclusion: Although the UHT has a certain negative effect on the amino acid content, it can guarantee the flavor of rice wine while efficiently sterilizing, which provides a strong basis for the processing and storage of Korean rice wine.

Lung cancer is a common malignant tumour of the lung and the leading cause of cancer mortality worldwide. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for 80–85% of lung cancers, and 40% of NSCLCs have spread beyond the lungs by the time they are diagnosed. The long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) prostate androgen-regulated transcript 1 (PART-1) has been reported to promote the development of several cancers.

In order to solve the system of compatible nonlinear equations, the author proposes a hybrid computational intelligence method of Newton's method and genetic algorithm. First, the Quasi-Newton Methods (QN) method is given. Aiming at the local convergence of the algorithm, it is easy to cause the solution to fail. By embedding the QN operator in the Genetic Algorithm (GA) and defining the appropriate fitness, thus, a hybrid computational intelligence algorithm of CNLE is obtained that combines the advantages of GA and QN method, which has both faster convergence and higher probability of solving. Experimental results show that: The value of the selection probability pn of the QN operator also directly affects the solution efficiency. Generally speaking, for strong nonlinear CNLE composed of multimodal functions, pn can be larger; For weakly nonlinear CNLE composed of functions with fewer extreme points and stronger monotonicity, pn can be smaller. It is demonstrated that the computational results show that this method significantly outperforms the GA and QN methods.

The Mg-xGd-1Er-1Zn-0.6Zr alloys with Gd contents of 7%(mass fraction), 9% and 11% were prepared by gravity casting method.The microstructure of the alloys was studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer.The corrosion behavior of the alloys were evaluated by means of open circuit potential, potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements in 3.5%NaCl solution.The results show that when Gd content increases from 7% to 11%, the peak time of open circuit potential decreases from 1609 s to 851 s, the charge transfer resistance decreases from 588.50 Ω to 31.9 Ω, the corrosion current density increases from 2.21×10-5 A/cm2 to 3.97×10-5 A/cm2, indicating that the corrosion resistance of the alloys decreases with the increase of Gd content.It is attributed to the combined operation of the micro-galvanic corrosion effect as well as corrosion barrier effect of second phase.When the Gd content increases from 7% to 11%, the volume fraction of (Mg, Zn)3(Gd, Er) phase increases from 1.9% to 5.2%, and changes from discontinuous distribution to semi-continuous distribution along grain boundaries, the volume fraction of the lamellar-shape LPSO phase increases from 11.7% to 26.7% and penetrates into grains.The increase in the volume fraction of the (Mg, Zn)3(Gd, Er) phase and the lamellar-shape LPSO phase results in the decrease of corrosion resistance, however, a large number of fine lamellar-shape LPSO phases is able to prevent the corrosion from spreading and slow down the growth of corrosion rate of the alloy with 11%Gd content in 8-24 h.

The main failure mode of composite stiffened panel is buckling. In order to ensure the safety of the structure and effectively reduce the weight of the structure, it is necessary to systematically study the boundary conditions and the width of the load-bearing edge of the skin when checking the buckling. Through the study of two kinds of boundary conditions and three kinds of skin load edge width selection, a method of skin load edge width selection considering the influence of stringer is put forward to calculate the buckling of stiffened panel and verify with the test results. The research results show that the engineering buckling calculation method with the boundary conditions of four sides simply supported and the width of the loading edge of the skin considering the influence of the stringer has the highest accuracy, the minimum deviation between the calculation results and the test results is 0.29%, the maximum deviation is 7.16%, and all of them are lower than the test values. It is safe and reliable to use this method to check the strength and stability of structures.
