The article summarizes the collection and management of data from scientific research and introduced technical details. Analysis covers the general characteristics of 29 projects from studies of basic medicine in 2020, which shed light on overall understanding of the scientific data collection process and its implementation. In addition, this study substantially facilitates capacity building for gathering, processing and managing of research data while promoting open sharing. circulation, utilization of data and yielding added-value.

In order to evaluate the high quality product rate of wheat in Shandong Province, and guide practice of grain circulation in production and consumption, the survey collected the wheat planting status and quality evaluation data in Shandong Province from 2017 to 2020, and analyzed them with the investigation method and quantitative analysis method. Results show that Shandong's wheat planting is stable and the total and per unit yields are increasing, as well as rate of high-quality wheat varieties. The evaluation of Shandong high-quality product evaluation demonstration area shows that since the start of “Good Grain and Oil of China” project, the rate of high-quality products has increased significantly. The study also discusses the wheat planting situation in Shandong and the existing issues, and proposes targeted solutions to improve the high quality product rate.

Since the national industrial standard LS/T 3109—2017 China good grain and oil - wheat was issued and implemented, there has been a new standard for rating high quality wheat. The main feature for this standard is to add variety consistency and food grading as the ranking indicator for high quality wheat. According to requirements of the standard, the quality indexes of newly harvested wheat samples in Shandong province were tested and analyzed including 81 samples from 2018 and 83 samples from 2019. The results showed that the compliance rate of new wheat varieties increased nearly 6 times and the high-quality rate increased nearly 8 times within two years. These data show that with the extension of the standard implementation time, its leading role in high-quality wheat planting has become increasingly prominent.

The present prospective, randomized, double-blind study aimed to determine the impact of transversus abdominis plane (TAP) block on propofol and remifentanil consumption, when administered by closed-loop titration guided by processed electroencephalography, i.e., bispectral index (BIS) values. Following institutional review board approval, 60 patients were scheduled for laparoscopic colectomy under general anesthesia. Patients were randomly assigned to receive bilateral TAP block with 20 ml 0.375% ropivacaine (TAP group) or 20 ml 0.9% saline [control (CON) group]. General anesthesia was maintained with propofol and remifentanil administration using closed-loop titration guided by BIS values. The primary outcome was perioperative propofol and remifentanil consumption. The secondary outcomes were hypertensive or hypotensive events requiring treatment, recovery time in PACU and time to first rescue analgesia following surgery. A total of 58 patients participated in the present study. At similar depths of anesthesia, as measured by BIS during the maintenance phase (45-55), patients who received TAP blocks required less propofol (4.2±1.3 vs. 5.5±1.6 mg/kg/h; P0.05). In conclusion, TAP block combined with general anesthesia reduced propofol and remifentanil consumption, shortened time to tracheal extubation and promoted hemodynamic stability in laparoscopic colectomy.

Chiral carbon dots (CDs) with circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) are one of the most dynamic areas of modern science. However, the design, preparation, and ambiguity mechanism of solid‐state CPL‐active CDs remains a formidable challenge. Herein, for the first time, CDs with customized chiroptical activities in the solid state, especially CPL, are transcribed from chiral metal–organic framework (CMOFs) via a bottle‐around‐ship strategy. Within these CMOFs⊃CDs assemblies, CDs inherited the chirality of the host CMOFs through host–guest interactions, which is revealed by density functional theory (DFT) simulations and experimental results, and amplified the luminescence dissymmetry factor (glum) by effective artificial chiral light‐harvesting systems. Impressively, CMOFs⊃CDs in pairs generated color‐tunable CPL and white CPL with chromaticity coordinates of (0.32, 0.32). Furthermore, benefiting from excellent processability, as luminescent coatings and 3D printing inks, a white circularly polarized light‐emitting diode, and an extended 3D model “light bulb” featuring white CPL are successfully fabricated, respectively. Phonon lasers have long been a subject of interest and possess broad application prospects. Much effort is devoted to lay the foundation of realizing phonon lasers using cavity magnomechanical systems, but up to now no related work is carried out to explore the quantum‐squeezing‐engineered phonon laser action in cavity magnomechanics. Here, the phonon laser action is investigated in a three‐mode cavity magnomechanical system built based on a microwave resonator‐yttrium iron garnet sphere composite device, focusing on the effect induced by the magnon‐mode squeezing. It is found that the magnon squeezing can improve the effective magnon–photon and magnon–phonon coupling rates. It is demonstrated that the phonon laser action can be engineered and enhanced by changing the squeezing strength. This scheme provides a new mechanism to improve the effective magnon–photon and magnon–phonon couplings for various applications, and demonstrates the feasibility of realizing high‐gain and low‐threshold phonon lasers with cavity magnomechanical platforms. Simple Summary: Cervical mucus plays a crucial role in the fertilization process, not only providing energy for sperm but also forming a barrier to block sperm. This experiment investigated the microstructure of cervical mucus and its impact on sperm permeability during the proestrus, estrus, and metestrus in dairy cows. The cervical mucus of cows is mainly composed of four types, and as the estrous cycle changes, the proportion of different types of cervical mucus also changes. There are differences in the microstructure among the four types of cervical mucus. The ability of cervical mucus to allow sperm penetration varies during different estrous phases. These findings provide data supporting the study of cervical mucus. Cervical mucus not only provides energy for sperm but also forms a barrier to block sperm. This paper aims to study the microstructure of cervical mucus in dairy cows during the proestrus, estrus, and metestrus and its effect on sperm permeability. The experiment collected cervical mucus from 60 Holstein cows during these phases, then observed the different shapes of the mucus after crystallization, classified the mucus, and analyzed its proportions. Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the ultrastructure of the cervical mucus and measure the micro-pore sizes, followed by sperm permeability tests using mucus from different estrous stages and counting the number of permeated sperm. The results indicate that cervical mucus from cows in different estrous phases includes four types (L, S, P, G), with each type constituting a different proportion. During the proestrus, the L type was significantly more prevalent than the other types (p < 0.05); during estrus, the S type was significantly more prevalent than the other types (p < 0.05); and during the metestrus, the p type was significantly more prevalent than the other types (p < 0.05). The micro-pore sizes of the same type of cervical mucus did not show significant differences across different estrous phases (p > 0.05). However, within the same estrous phase, there were significant differences in the micro-pore sizes among the four types (p < 0.05). The number of sperm that permeated the cervical mucus during estrus and metestrus was significantly higher than during the proestrus (p < 0.05). Ratiometric luminescent temperature sensing based on a single matrix is highly desirable at present. However, the adjustments of the temperature response range and sensitivity are still a huge challenge. Herein, a novel series of isostructural three-dimensional (3D) lanthanide metal–organic frameworks (Ln-MOFs) {[Ln4(ebdc)6(DMF)2.75(H2O)7]}n (HPU-99, where Ln = Eu and EuxTb1−x, H2ebdc = 5-ethynyl-isophthalic acid) are synthesized by a solvothermal method using a 5-ethynyl-isophthalic acid ligand (H2ebdc). Notably, a series of Ln-MOFs EuxTb1−x-HPU-99 (x = 0.05, 0.1, 0.2) are obtained by adjusting the proportion of Eu3+/Tb3+ in the bimetallic materials, which exhibit temperature dependent luminescent behavior with a fluorescence color gradient and demonstrate that chemical components would affect the ratiometric luminescent temperature sensing performance. Furthermore, the luminescence of HPU-99 is altered after the argentophilic alkynyl groups anchor the silver nanoclusters (Ag NCs).
