Abstract

The initial symptoms of cognitive dysfunction disease are insidious, and most of the cognitive dysfunction diseases will be in the stage of dementia with no effective treatment when the symptoms are discovered. Therefore, it is crucial to explore simple and easy-to-check warning signals of cognitive dysfunction diseases and carry out timely and effective interventions for the prevention and treatment of cognitive dysfunction diseases. A large number of studies have shown that sensory dysfunction is of great value in the early diagnosis, assessment and treatment of cognitive dysfunction. However, at present, cognitive function screening in China mostly relies on neuropsychological tests, highly sensitive sensory indicators such as smell and hearing were not included. This paper concluded that further detecting the sensory function status of the elderly on the basis of neuropsychological testing will greatly improve the accuracy of cognitive dysfunction disease screening, clarified the value of sensory dysfunctions such as smell, hearing, vision, and taste in the early diagnosis and treatment of cognitive dysfunction diseases by the review and analysis of previous literature, in order to provide new ideas for clinical work.

Abstract

Introduction: The study aimed to explore the key factors influencing emotional valence in rodents, focusing on the critical elements that distinguish the contagion processes of fear and pain. Methods: Through a systematic review and meta-analysis, we examined behavioral outcomes of rodents exposed to painful or fearful catastrophes to see whether they are prosocial or antisocial through three-chamber test and dyadic social interaction paradigm. Results: Fear contagion, particularly when witnessed, leads to social avoidance behavior, unaffected by sex difference but more pronounced with age. In contrast, pain contagion promotes social approach and caring/helping behaviors. Discussion: The present study demonstrates that the emotional valence induced by pain contagion is quite different from fear contagion and this difference may result in different motivations and social behaviors, namely, social contagion of pain is likely to be more associated with prosocial behaviors, however, social contagion of fear is likely to be more associated with antisocial behaviors. 32. EARLY CRETACEOUS INTRUSIVE ROCKS IN XIUYAN-FENGCHENG AREA, EASTERN LIAONING: Geochronology, Geochemistry and Geological Implication.

Abstract

The paper studies the geochronology and geochemistry of Qinjialing granodiorite and Hongqiling quartz diorite in Xiuyan-Fengcheng area, eastern Liaoning Province. The LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating yields the weighted average ages of 1 27.5±0.9 Ma for Qinjialing granodiorite and 1 26.5±0.8 Ma for Hongqiling quartz diorite, both of which were formed in the Early Cretaceous. The lithogeochemical analysis results show that the content of SiO2 in Qinjialling granodiorite is 70.40%-72.28%, with the A/CNK and ANK values of 0.99-1.06 and 1.44-1.61, respectively. The granodiorite is characterized by relatively enriched LREEs, depleted LILEs (Ba and Sr) and HFSEs (Nb, P and Ti), and enriched Rb, Th, La, Nd, and Hf, with the zircon saturation temperature ranging from 755 °C to 8 1 6 °C, belonging to peraluminous I-type granite, formed by the partial melting of lower crust. The content of SiO2 in Hongqiling quartz diorite is 56.42%-57.22%, with the ACNK and ANK values of 1.04-1.09 and 1.70-1.83, respectively. The quartz diorite is characterized by obvious negative Eu anomaly, depleted Sr, Nb, Ta, Ti and P, and enriched Ba, Rb, K, Zr, Hf and Th. The source material is derived from the crust with minors of mantle-derived component. The Qinjialing granodiorite and Hongqiling quartz diorite were formed in the Early Cretaceous extensional environment of eastern Liaoning, which are closely related to the destruction of North China Craton and lithospheric thinning.
