Acetic acid fermentation is an essential step in producing high-quality vinegar. In this study, the alcoholic medium was used as a seed broth for acetic fermentation using Acetobacter aceti as the inoculum for approximately 7 days at 32℃ to obtain 45.87g/L acetic acid. During the Acetic acid fermentation stage, the content of the total polyphenols decreased first and then increased. Based on amino acid analyzer analysis, pineapple vinegar contains 18 kinds of free amino acids. And the contents of sweet and umami free amino acids are the main free amino acids, followed by bitter amino acids.

An ultra performance liquid chromatography – electrospray ionization triple-quadruple tandem mass spectrometric(UPLC–ESI MS /MS) method was developed for determining Quinololine antibiotics (Carbadox,, Quinocetone, Mequindox, Olaquindox, Cyadox, Tilmicosin, Tylosin, quinoxaline-2-carboxylic acid, 3-methylquinoxaline-2-carboxylic acid) and aminoglycoside antibiotics(Tilmicosin, Tylosin) residues in Penaeus. vannamei, Samples were extracted with acidified acetonitrile, then cleaned up with hexane. The separation of targets was carried out on a Waters BEH C18 column using acetonitrile and 0. 1% fomicacid as mobile phase. Analyte identification and quantification were performed by MS/MS under multiple-reaction monitering(MRM) mode with the external standard method. The results showed that there were good linear relationships between peak area and concentrations of nine targets in the range of 2.5 ~ 50 μg/L, with correlation coefficients more than 0. 999 and The limits of detection(LOD) were in the range of 0. 1 ~ 0.9 μg/kg. the recoveries ranged from 80.2% ~ 94.0%, with RSDs of 1.7%~8.4%. The method is simple, accurate and precise, and It could satisfy the requirement of mass and fast analysis in the laborator.

Abstract Background Human transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (HTSE), or Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD), is a group of rare and fatal diseases in central nervous system. Since outbreak of bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) and variant CJD, a worldwide CJD surveillance network has been established under the proposition of WHO. In China, a national CJD surveillance system has started since 2002. The data of CJD surveillance from 2006 to 2007 was analyzed. Methods Total 12 provinces are included in CJD surveillance system. The surveillance unit in each province consists of one or two sentinel hospitals and the provincial CDC. All suspected CJD cases reported from CJD surveillance were diagnosed and subtyped based on the diagnostic criteria for CJD issued by WHO. Results Total 192 suspected CJD cases were reported and 5 genetic CJD, 51 probable and 30 possible sporadic CJD (sCJD) cases were diagnosed. The collected sCJD cases distribute sporadically without geographical clustering and seasonal relativity and the highest incidences in both probable and possible sCJD cases appeared in the group of 60–69 year. The most common three foremost symptoms were progressive dementia, cerebellum and mental-related symptoms. The probable sCJD patients owning both typical EEG alteration and CSF protein 14-3-3 positive have more characteristic clinical syndromes than the ones having only one positive. The polymorphisms of codon 129 of all tested reported cases shows typical patterns of Han Chinese as previous reports, that M129M are predominant whereas M129V are seldom. Conclusion Chinese CJD patients possessed similar epidemiological and clinical characteristics as worldwide.

Objective To explore the effects of iris xanthin on airway inflammation, airway remodeling, and the high mobility group box 1 protein (HMGB1)/Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4)/nuclear factor-γB (NF-γB) pathway in asthmatic young mice. Methods Sixty male BALB/c young mice were randomly assigned into six groups: a blank group, a model group, a dexamethasone group, and low, medium, and high dose groups of iris xanthin, with ten mice per group. Asthma models were induced through intraperitoneal injections of a sensitizing agent [ovalbumin (OVA) 20 μg + aluminum hydroxide gel 2 mg], followed by 4% OVA aerosol inhalation. Lung function was measured using a pulmonary function tester to determine lung volume (LV), resting ventilation per minute (VE), and airway reactivity (Penh value). Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining was employed to examine and analyze airway remodeling. The contents of interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were quantified using ELISA. Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction and Western blot analysis were used to assess the expression of HMGB1/TLR4/NF-γB pathway-related mRNA and proteins in lung tissues. Results Compared to the model group, the dexamethasone and iris xanthin-treated groups (low, medium, and high doses) exhibited significant increases in LV and VE (P<0.05), with incremental dose-dependent increases observed in the iris xanthin groups. Additionally, Penh values, IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, and airway remodeling indicators, along with mRNA levels of HMGB1, TLR4, and NF- γB p65 and protein levels of HMGB1, TLR4, and p-NF- γB p65, were all reduced (P<0.05) in a dose-dependent manner. When compared to the dexamethasone group, the low and medium dose iris xanthin groups showed decreases in LV and VE (P<0.05), whereas Penh values, IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, and airway remodeling indicators, along with mRNA levels of HMGB1, TLR4, NF-γB p65 and protein levels of HMGB1, TLR4, and p-NF-γB p65, were increased (P<0.05). No significant differences were noted in these indices between the high dose iris xanthin group and the dexamethasone group (P>0.05). Conclusions Iris xanthin can effectively alleviates airway inflammation and inhibits airway remodeling in asthmatic young mice, possibly through the suppression of the HMGB1/ TLR4/NF-γB pathway. Background and Purpose: Endomorphins have shown great promise as pharmaceutics for the treatment of pain. We have previously confirmed that novel endomorphin analogues CEMR‐1 and CEMR‐2 behaved as potent μ agonists and displayed potent antinociceptive activities at the supraspinal and peripheral levels. The present study was undertaken to evaluate the antinociceptive properties of CEMR‐1 and CEMR‐2 following intrathecal (i.t.) administration. Furthermore, their antinociceptive tolerance and opioid‐like side effects were also determined. Experimental Approach: The spinal antinociceptive effects of CEMR‐1 and CEMR‐2 were determined in a series of pain models, including acute radiant heat paw withdrawal test, spared nerve injury‐induced neuropathic pain, complete Freund's adjuvant‐induced inflammatory pain, visceral pain and formalin pain. Antinociceptive tolerance was evaluated in radiant heat paw withdrawal test. Key Results: Spinal administration of CEMR‐1 and CEMR‐2 produced potent and prolonged antinociceptive effects in acute pain. CEMR‐1 and CEMR‐2 may produce their antinociception through distinct μ receptor subtypes. These two analogues also exhibited significant analgesic activities in neuropathic, inflammatory, visceral and formalin pain at the spinal level. It is noteworthy that CEMR‐1 showed non‐tolerance‐forming analgesic properties, while CEMR‐2 exhibited substantially reduced antinociceptive tolerance. Furthermore, both analogues displayed no or reduced side effects on conditioned place preference response, physical dependence, locomotor activity and gastrointestinal transit. Conclusions and Implications: The present investigation demonstrated that CEMR‐1 and CEMR‐2 displayed potent and long‐lasting antinociception with a favourable side effect profile at the spinal level. In this study, BiVO4/CuWO4 nanocomposites with S-scheme heterojunction structure were prepared firstly and the properties were analyzed by various techniques. The sonocatalytic activity was evaluated by the degradation of tetracycline (TET). Under the optimum experimental conditions of initial concentration of TET = 25 mg/L, composite ratio of BiVO4 and CuWO4 = 15%, catalyst addition = 1 g/L, ultrasonic time = 120 min, ultrasonic power = 500 W, pH = 7, the experiment results showed that BiVO4/CuWO4 sonocatalyst removed TET by 81.05 ± 2.92%. K2S2O8 was verified to enhance the sonocatalytic performance of BiVO4/CuWO4 efficiently, and the removal ratio of TET could reach 91.25 ± 1.95% within 120 min by using BiVO4/CuWO4 and K2S2O8. The free radical (ROS) quenching experiment and TA-PL technology proved that the main free radical of degradation was ·OH. The potential sonocatalytic mechanism showed that the enhanced catalytic efficiency was due to the construction of S-scheme heterojunctions, which improved electron–hole pair (e−–h+) separation efficiency and rapid kinetics. The speculated TET degradation route of TET included intermediate products was proposed and four reused experiments proved that BiVO4/CuWO4 had good recyclability. In conclusion, the prepared BiVO4/CuWO4 composites with S-type heterojunction mechanism have more possibilities in wastewater treatment, which provides a helpful guide for the synthesis and application of composite sonocatalysts.
