Heart failure (HF) is a serious and advanced stage of various cardiac diseases with high mortality and rehospitalization rates. Phosphoglycerate mutase 2 (PGAM2) overexpression was identified in the serum of patients with HF.

To study the influence of the Chinese high-speed railway ballastless track spectrum and the German low-interference spectrum on riding comfort, a long-span highway-railway suspension bridge is studied as an example, and a passenger–train–bridge coupling model is established based on the structural dynamics. The vibration responses of the passenger–train–bridge system during the CRH2C train running on the bridge are studied by a combination of the self-written computer program and general finite element software, considering the hunting movement, and the riding comfort of trains and passengers is evaluated using NMV and ISO-2631 standard, respectively. The results show that track irregularity has a few effects on the lateral vibration of the bridge. Compared with the German low-interference spectrum, the Chinese high-speed railway ballastless track spectrum has less exciting effects on the vibration of the passenger–train–bridge system and better riding comfort. Passengers in the middle of the train and on the middle seats of the same train have better riding comfort, and with the increase of train speed, the riding comfort of passengers will gradually reduce. Searching for new materials with intrinsically low lattice thermal conductivity is crucial for the exploration of high‐performance thermoelectric materials. Herein, the layered compound GeBi2Se4 with intrinsically low lattice thermal conductivity is discovered, and its thermoelectric performance optimization is accelerated by machine learning. The ultralow lattice thermal conductivity of 0.53 W m−1 K−1 at room temperature for the GeBi2Se4 sample can be ascribed to the large anharmonicity and miscellaneous crystal defects. By alloying tellurium (Te) at the selenium (Se) site, the lattice thermal conductivity is further reduced due to the alloy scattering effect and chemical bond softening while the density‐of‐states effective mass of electrons is significantly increased. Finally, the best n‐type thermoelectric GeBi2Se1.9Te2.1 sample with a dimensionless figure of merit zT of 0.56 at 460 K is screened out by machine learning and verified by experiments, which increases by 140% in comparison with the pristine GeBi2Se4. Objective To explore the potential bidirectional causality between atrial fibrillation (AF)/atrial flutter (AFL) and insomnia by two sample Mendelian randomization (MR).Methods The summary data for AF/AFL and insomnia were obtained from the genome-wide association study (GWAS) in IEU OpenGWAS project databases respectively. Significant and independent single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were extracted for MR analysis. Inverse-variance weighted (IVW), weighted median (WM), MR-Egger, simple mode and weighted mode were used to assess causality. In addition, the heterogeneity of IVW was examined by Cochran's Q test, MR-Egger test was used to detect horizontal pleiotropy, the outliers were detected by MR-PRESSO method to test gene pleiotropy and the leave-one-out sensitivity analysis was conducted to ensure result robustness.Results With AF/AFL as exposure and insomnia as outcome, a total of 47 SNPs were screened as instrumental variables, and IVW showed a positive causal relationship between AF/AFL and insomnia[OR=1.103, 95%CI(1.008, 1.208), P

Abstract Sequential recommendation help users find interesting items by modeling the dynamic user-item interaction sequences. Due to the data sparseness problem, cross-domain sequential recommendation (CDSR) are proposed. CDSR explore rich data from a source domain to improve performance of the target domain. However, most of the existing CDSR methods are difficult to capture the temporal context of sequences and only learn user preference based on interactions of single domain, which leads to suboptimal performance. To address these shortcomings, we propose a channel-enhanced contrastive cross-domain sequential recommendation model (C3DSR). To be specific, (1) we design a feature extractor, which extends attention to the channel dimension, to extract the user’s channel feature and capture the temporal contextual relationships between sequences. Then we calculate the weights of each channel by using three SE-Res2Blocks and multiply it with the channel feature to obtain user preference. (2) We concatenate the user’s single-domain representation, the cross-domain representation, and the user features to make CDSR. Contrastive learning is leveraged to enhance mutual information between two domains. Experimental results show that the proposed model achieves the significant improvement of performance compared with other CDSR models on Amazon and HVIDEO datasets.

To exactly study the riding comfort of passengers in urban rail transit trains, a coupling vibration model, including passengers, train, and bridge is proposed in this paper. According to the Lagrange Equation, the differential equations of motion of each part are derived, which are coupled with each other through displacement and dynamic interaction forces. A corresponding calculation program is compiled by the Fortran language. A representative steel-concrete composite girder bridge on Beijing Metro Line 5 is selected as the research background, the dynamic responses of passengers and train are simulated in detail, and the dynamic response differences between the passenger and carriage are compared. The passengers' riding comfort is evaluated according to ISO-2631 Standard based on the simulated data. The result shows that passengers in the middle carriages of the train feel better than those in the head and tail ones. While in the same carriage, passengers on the middle seats feel better than those on both ends of it. If only vibration is considered, passengers will feel better in a fully loaded carriage than those with few passengers. In order to study the riding comfort of the passengers on the urban rail transit train, a coupling vibration model for the passenger-train-bridge system is proposed and corresponding calculation programs are prepared. Taking a steel-concrete composite girder bridge on Beijing Metro Line 5 as an example, the dynamic responses of passengers and trains are simulated, and the differences of the dynamic responses between passengers and trains are analyzed. The dynamic response of passengers when the train running on the bridge line and the ordinary subgrade line is calculated respectively, and the influence of bridge vibration on passenger vibration is analyzed. By setting different working conditions, the variation of passengers' vibration is analyzed. Taking the dynamic response of passengers as the evaluation index, the riding comfort of passengers is evaluated by ISO - 2631 standard. The results show that the bridge's vibration will definitely increase the passenger's dynamic response, passengers in the middle carriages of the train have better riding comfort feeling than those in the head and tail ones; while in the same carriage, passengers on the middle seats feel better than those on both end seats; and with the increase of the train speed, the riding comfort of passengers will gradually reduce. Although residents' value co-creation is critical for culture conservation and sustainable development in the ethnic tourism community, few studies have investigated the residents' value co-creation mechanism. To fill this gap, this study proposes a conceptual model and tests the relationships among place identity, mediators (interaction attitude, responsibility, and innovation attitude), spontaneous culture conservation, and the moderators of self-efficacy using the latent-moderated structural equations approach. Results show that place identity is positively related to spontaneous culture conservation. In particular, only responsibility and innovation attitude mediate place identity's effect on spontaneous culture conservation. In addition, self-efficacy moderates place identity's indirect effect on spontaneous culture conservation through responsibility and innovation attitude. In order to study the stress and deformation distribution characteristics of inverted cone-bottom steel oil tanks with different oil storage capacity, a finite element modeling calculation for a 20 000 m3 storage tank was carried out by ANSYS Workbench software, and the wind load and storage pressure load were equivalently replaced by distributed loads that vary with the spatial position. Considering the multiple combined effects of different storage volumes and wind load,the effect values of the radial deformation of the tank body, the equivalent stress of the tank bottom plate and the vertical settlement deformation of the foundation raft bottom under different working conditions were obtained respectively, and the distribution law of each effect value was analyzed. The results show that the Von-mises equivalent stress on the windward side of the bottom of the storage tank is greatly affected by the wind load, and the equivalent stress in the middle is slightly affected by the wind load. The difference in Von-mises equivalent stress at the edges of the windward and leeward sides of the bottom will be increased by the existence of the static pressure of the storage liquid. The vertical settlement of the raft bottom is reduced by 0-66% on average under the lift of the wind load, but the wind load has a much smaller influence on the settlement distribution than the weight of the storage liquid. In order to explore the possibility of using laser induced technology to produce coal-based graphene by using coal as carbon-containing precursor, this paper chooses high volatile bituminous coal in Wajinwan and low volatile bituminous coal in Tashan as carbon sources, and uses laser induced technology to produce coal-based graphene. Raman spectroscopy (Raman), X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) were used to characterize raw coal and the products after laser irradiation. The results show that after laser irradiation, the Raman spectra of the products have a typical 2D peaks and sharp G peaks, indicating an alignment structure for the products generated. XRD results show that the diffraction peaks (002) and (100) become narrow and sharp, and the layer spacing is 0.345 nm. XPS results show that the C=C bond and π—π interaction of sp2 are enhanced after laser irradiation of bituminous coal, forming sp2 network aromatic layer. The layered porous structure of the sample after laser irradiation was observed by SEM, HRTEM results show that the aromatic fringe has the characteristics of few graphene layers, the graphene layers are mostly concentrated in 2−10 layers, and the layer spacing is 0.346 nm, which is basically consistent with the XRD results. All these data indicate that bituminous coal has been formed into coal-base graphene after laser irradiation. However, limited by the number of samples used in this paper, this study is only a preliminary understanding, and further research needs to increase the number of samples.

Expression levels of interleukin-18 (IL-18) and IL-35 in the serum of patients with sepsis and without thrombocytopenia and patients with sepsis thrombocytopenia (TCP) were detected to preliminarily investigate their clinical significance. One hundred and sixty-six patients admitted to Jinan Central Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University from July 2013 to September 2015 were retrospectively analysed. There were 96 patients with sepsis without thrombocytopenia in the sepsis group, and 70 patients with sepsis TCP in the sepsis TCP group. In the same period, 80 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. Fluorescent quantitative PCR was used for the detection the expression of mRNA levels of IL-18 and IL-35, and Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the detection of the protein concentrations of IL-18 and IL-35 in the serum of peripheral blood. The correlation between IL-18, IL-35 and platelets was analyzed. There were significant differences in albumin, creatinine, total bilirubin and platelet count between the sepsis group and the sepsis TCP group (P<0.05); the expression levels of mRNA of IL-18 and IL-35 in a karyocyte in peripheral blood in the sepsis group and the sepsis TCP group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); the expression of mRNA of IL-18 and IL-35 in the sepsis TCP group was higher than those in the sepsis group (P<0.05). The concentration of IL-18 and IL-35 in the sepsis TCP group was higher than in the sepsis group (P<0.05); IL-18 and IL-35 were negatively correlated with platelets (r=−0.8749, −0.6228, P<0.001). There was a significant positive correlation between serum IL-18 and IL-35 in the control group, sepsis group, and sepsis TCP group (r=0.5124, 0.5718, 0.5511, P<0.001). IL-18 and IL-35 were negatively correlated with the reduced degree of platelets in patients with sepsis and are likely to play an important role in the pathogenetic process of sepsis TCP. The problem of predicting the geometric structure of induced fractures is highly complex and significant in the fracturing stimulation of rock reservoirs. In the traditional continuous fracturing models, the mechanical properties of reservoir rock are input as macroscopic quantities. These models neglect the microcracks and discontinuous characteristics of rock, which are important factors influencing the geometric structure of the induced fractures. In this paper, we simulate supercritical CO2 fracturing based on the bonded particle model to investigate the effect of original natural microcracks on the induced-fracture network distribution. The microcracks are simulated explicitly as broken bonds that form and coalesce into macroscopic fractures in the supercritical CO2 fracturing process. A calculation method for the distribution uniformity index (DUI) is proposed. The influence of the total number and DUI of initial microcracks on the mechanical properties of the rock sample is studied. The DUI of the induced fractures of supercritical CO2 fracturing and hydraulic fracturing for different DUIs of initial microcracks are compared, holding other conditions constant. The sensitivity of the DUI of the induced fractures to that of initial natural microcracks under different horizontal stress ratios is also probed. The numerical results indicate that the distribution of induced fractures of supercritical CO2 fracturing is more uniform than that of common hydraulic fracturing when the horizontal stress ratio is small. News happens all the time and many people have developed the habits of reading news. Among numerous news media, network media gets preference for its convenience and celerity. However, too much net-news results in information overload. So it is crucial to develop personalized news recommendation to help users pick up interesting news rapidly. With the growing of big news data and development of mobile internet, there are new chances and challenges in the domain of personalized news recommendation. Firstly, the challenges of personalized news recommendation are introduced. Secondly, an architecture of personalized news recommendation is proposed, which includes news profile, user profile, recommendation engine and user interface. Then based on this architecture, research development of each component is set forth. Thirdly, the methods of existing system of personalized news recommendation according with the architecture are displayed. Lastly, the datasets, evaluation methods, metrics and the possible research directions in the future are concluded.

The characteristics and geological origin of high quality anthracite from coal seam No.5 of Xiaofalu, Yunnan province, China were studied based on the theories and methods of coal petrology, coal chemistry etc.The results showed that coal seam No.5 was characterized by extremely low ash yield of raw coal (Ad:the lowest value 1.49%).Compared with other typical anthracites in China, coal seam No.5 had higher hydrogen content (Hdaf:the highest were 3.22%~3.37%) and the highest free hydrogen content (2.95%~3.12%), as well as the lowest oxygen content (1.44%~2.27%).Bright coals were the main lithotype (79.8%).Subgroups with cell structure were the main maceral composition in both vitrinite and inertinite.The TPI and GI values of coal seam No.5 were 0.97~1.44 and 4.22~5.78 (> 4.00), respectively.

In wireless sensor networks (WSNs), cooperative communication represents a potential candidate to combat the effects of channel fading by exploiting diversity gain achieved via cooperation among the relays nodes. However, for the energy-constrained WSN, to what extent cooperative communication can save energy consumption for a successful packet transmission is still unknown. Energy efficiency of cooperation and direct transmission schemes in WSN is studied and compared in this paper. The expressions of energy efficiency of the two schemes are derived, respectively. The numerical results reveal that for the small distance separation between the source and destination nodes, the direct transmission scheme is more energy efficient than cooperation and the relay location, packet size, and modulation level have important effects on energy efficiency. At last, energy efficiency maximization for the cooperative communication system is achieved by optimizing both the packet size and modulation level jointly.
