In response to the current challenge of fixed time-of-use pricing strategies that struggle to incentivize electric vehicles （EVs） to participate in wind power consumption， an optimal scheduling strategy for wind-integrated systems considering the regulatory potential of large-scale electric vehicles. Firstly， based on schedulable time and space， assessment indicators of regulatory potential of EVs are developed to establish a potential assessment model for the large-scale involvement of electric vehicles in grid regulation. Subsequently， EVs are categorized based on the regulatory potential assessment results， and a clustering-based time-of-use pricing model is devised that considers the differences between wind power consumption and EV clusters. Moreover， with the objectives of minimizing the peak-valley difference in total load on grid side and minimizing charging costs for EV users， and charging and discharging states of EV clusters serving as decision variables， a model is established， taking into consideration interests of both grid and EV user. Ultimately， the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified through example simulations.

The pupose of this review was to explore the application of machine learning in the realm of flavor molecule research, particularly in the analysis of the flavor of Jasmine tea. The study of flavor molecules is fundamental to understand and optimize the taste and quality of food, especially tea. The introduction of machine learning technology has opened new horizons for the identification and analysis of flavor molecules. This paper firstly outlined the basic concepts and research methods of flavor molecules, and a detailed discussion on the application of machine learning in deciphering the relationships between molecular structures and flavor characteristics, as well as in the analysis, prediction and optimization of the flavor and intelligent processing of Jasmine tea and other applications, put forward the research prospect. Thereby, this review could enhance the quality of Jasmine tea and provide technical support for the further development of the tea industry.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the exposure levels and health risks of aflatoxins （AFT） in dried chili and chili powder sold in Shandong Province.MethodsAFT in chili and chili powder samples were determined using liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry， and aflatoxin exposure was calculated using the point evaluation method.ResultsThe detection rate of AFTB1 was the highest in the 120 samples of dried chili and chili powder investigated， at 21.7% （26/120）. The proportion of samples exceeding the national standard limit was 8.3% （10/120）； the qualification rate was 91.7% （110/120）. The detection rate of AFTB2 was 19.2% （23/120）， that of AFTG1 was 5.0% （6/120）， and that of AFTG2 was 0.8% （1/120）. Disulfidptosis, a newly discovered mode of cell death caused by excessive accumulation of intracellular disulfide compounds, is closely associated with tumor development. This study focused on the relationship between disulfidptosis and clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). Firstly, the characterizations of disulfidptosis-related genes (DRGs) in ccRCC were showed, which included number variation (CNV), single nucleotide variation (SNV), DNA methylation, mRNA expression and gene mutation. Then, the ccRCC samples were classified into three clusters through unsupervised clustering based on DRGs. Survival and pathway enrichment differences were evaluated among the three clusters. Subsequently, the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) among the three clusters were screened by univariate Cox, LASSO, and multivariate Cox analysis, and five key DEGs were obtained. Based on the five key DEGs, the ccRCC samples were reclassified into two geneclusters and the survival differences and immune cell infiltration between two geneclusters was investigated. In next step, ccRCC samples were divided into two groups according to PCA scores of five key DEGs, namely high PCA score group (HPSG) and low PCA score group (LPSG). On this basis, differences in survival prognosis, immune cell infiltration and correlation with immune checkpoint, as well as differences in sensitivity to targeted drugs were compared between HPSG and LPSG. The expression levels of four immune checkpoints were higher in HPSG than in LPSG, whereas the LPSG was more sensitive to targeted drug therapy than the HPSG. Finally, validation experiments on HDAC4 indicated that HDAC4 could increase the proliferation and colony formation ability of ccRCC cells.

LOT wireless sensor nodes are limited by physical factors, usually have weak computing power and endurance, and wireless communication methods are very vulnerable to information theft. Therefore, it is of great significance to ensure the safe and efficient transmission of images in new application scenarios. In view of the need for an efficient image transmission, this paper combines compressed sensing technology with p-tensor product theory, applies the above theory to distributed wireless sensor networks, and uses the correlation of adjacent sensor nodes in wireless sensor networks to propose an improved a joint sparse model for measurement matrices and reduction algorithms. The feasibility is verified by simulation experiments, and the comparison between joint reconstruction and single reconstruction, and the application of various algorithms in other algorithms is carried out, and the actual completion time and storage capacity are analysed. The minimum completion time for wavelet transform is 1.29, the sparse estimated time for the selection of preliminary P waves is 0.07 and the compressed sensing time is 0.20. The maximum completion time for wavelet transform was 1.32, for sparse estimation, it is 0.62, for preliminary P-wave selection, it is 0.17, and for compressed sensing, it is 0.88. The processing time is no >3 s and the runtime is only 0.22–0.88 s. The results show that compared with the compressed sensing of a single node, the joint sparse model based on distributed compressed sensing has a smaller reconstruction error, and can achieve high-precision signal reconstruction when the measurement value is small.

This paper introduces 3D modeling and application based on virtual technology. This paper’s modeling and drawing of SOR can obtain the differential equation of linear segments composed of pixel points. The resulting output data constitute an image unit. Then this paper uses the visual difference theory and effect to realize the production of virtual reality 3D animation technology. Finally, this paper carries on the simulation test to the three-dimensional model. The results show that 3D modeling using virtual technology can significantly improve accurate coordinates. This makes the 3D animation production and post-correction work more precise and fast.

For studying the crevice corrosion behavior and mechanism of Q235 carbon steel under different crevice widths and environmental temperatures, wire beam electrode (WBE) technology and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) technology were used to study the differences in current density, polarization resistance, and corrosion morphology of wire beam electrodes. Results showed that when the crevice width was greater than 0.1 mm, the corrosion characteristics of the crevice were not obvious. When the crevice width was 0.1 mm, the maximum current density differences of carbon steel during the initial immersion at 25, 40, and 60 ℃ were 1.24, 19.90, and 7.20 μA/cm2, respectively, while the maximum current density differences after 72 h of immersion were only 41.9%, 4.2%, and 11.9% of the initial immersions. In addition, the polarity conversion phenomenon of current occurred both inside and outside the crevice, indicating that Q235 carbon steel gradually transformed from local corrosion to uniform corrosion with the prolongation of immersion time. Moreover, increasing temperature could enhance the trend of crevice corrosion, and the causes of the most serious corrosion outside the crevice were insufficient soaking time and an increase in solution resistance drop. In general, FeOOH participating in the cathodic reaction caused the electrode to change from the anode to the cathode, while the dissolution reaction of the metal caused the electrode properties changing from the cathode to the anode.

Preschool education is vital for shaping the foundation of young children’s development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical dimensions. Dance courses are often included in preschool curricula to foster creativity, expression, physical coordination, and emotional regulation. Understanding and interpreting emotions conveyed through dance movements can be instrumental in enhancing children’s emotional intelligence and overall well-being. This paper investigates an innovative approach to intelligent assistance in preschool dance courses by utilizing deep learning methods for emotion recognition within dance movements. The proposed model integrates deep and shallow features to improve the precision of emotion detection, offering a promising means to facilitate personalized and interactive learning experiences. First, emotions in dance are extracted through a multi-layer convolutional neural network, and high-level features are fused with low-level features. Then, the fused features of different depths are used as the basis for emotion recognition. The convolutional neural network’s fully connected layer outputs the emotional probabilities of dance movements, allowing for the identification of emotional categories in dance movements. Finally, experiments are conducted using the fusion of features from different convolutional layers, validating the effectiveness of the proposed method in emotion recognition.

This paper firstly analyzes the essential features of virtual reality technology, constructs the framework of the interior design system based on virtual reality technology, and designs the interaction content of the system as well as the interaction process architecture. Secondly, the interior design system is technically analyzed, and the system’s moving trajectory relative to the environment is determined by using specific point calculation and camera position estimation algorithms, and specific target detection algorithms extract specific target HOC features. Finally, the platform is tested for performance, and the data is quantitatively analyzed using relevant data collected from users in the system as a research sample. The results show that 43 users are satisfied with being able to visit freely in a continuous space, 45 users are all very satisfied with switching the elements in the scene, and they think that replacing the items in the scene is conducive to participating in the design of the program and selecting the decorations they are satisfied with. It shows that the interior design system based on VR technology can directly interact with virtual information in real time, which improves the user’s interactive experience and makes the design “human-oriented”, starting from human needs and feelings.

Objective To investigate the effects of Quanduzhong Jiaonang(QDZJN) and pinoresinol diglucoside (PDG) on microcirculatory blood perfusion in intestinal wall and its spectral characteristics in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs). Methods SHRs were randomly divided into SHR, SHR+QDZJN, SHR+PDG (L), SHR+PDG (M) and SHR+PDG (H) groups with 6 in each group. The control group consisted of 6 WKY rats. All treatment groups were given intragastric administration of QDZJN, PDG, or pure water. After 2 month continuous administration, rats' intestines were exposed by surgery. The wall microcirculatory blood perfusion of was measured by laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) and laser Doppler perfusion imaging (LDPI). Wavelet transform analysis was performed, and the amplitudes of NO-independent endothelial and NO-dependent endothelial oscillators were compared among six groups. Results Compared with the control group, blood perfusion level of intestine wall was significantly decreased in SHRs group (P＜0.001). After two months of treatment with QDZJN and PDG, the blood perfusion level of SHRs was significantly elevated (P＜0.001). The amplitudes of NO-dependent and -independent endothelial activity in SHRs group were significantly lower than those in the control group (both P＜0.01). QDZJN and PDG significantly enhanced the amplitude of NO-dependent and -independent endothelial activity of intestine wall perfusion in SHRs (P＜0.0001 and P＜0.01). Conclusions Treatment with QDZJN and PDG for two months may significantly improve the microhemodynamics and endothelial function of intestine wall in SHRs.

Fibrotic remodelling contributes to heart failure in myocardial infarction. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play a crucial role in myocardial fibrosis. However, current antifibrotic therapeutic strategies using miRNAs are far from effective. In this study, we aim to investigate the effect of miR-96-5p on cardiac fibrosis. Our work reveals a significant upregulation of miR-96-5p level in the ventricular tissues of myocardial infarction mice, as well as in neonatal rat cardiac fibroblasts stimulated with TGF-β or Ang II as shown by qPCR assay. In myocardial infarction mice, miR-96-5p knockdown using antagomir alleviates the aggravated cardiac fibrosis and exacerbated myocardial function caused by myocardial infarction surgery as shown by the echocardiography and Masson’s staining analysis. In contrast, immunofluorescence staining results reveal that miR-96-5p overexpression in neonatal rat cardiac fibroblasts contributes to an increase in the expressions of fibrosis-associated genes and promotes the proliferation and differentiation of cardiac fibroblasts. Conversely, miR-96-5p downregulation using inhibitor presents adverse consequences. Furthermore, Smad7 expression is downregulated in fibrotic cardiac tissues, and the Smad7 gene is identified as a direct target of miR-96-5p by dual luciferase assay. Indeed, Smad7 knockdown weakens the anti-fibrotic effect of the miR-96-5p inhibitor on cardiac fibroblasts. Moreover, Smad3 phosphorylation is elevated in fibrotic cardiac tissues, and interestingly, the Smad3 inhibitor suppresses the profibrotic effect of the miR-96-5p mimic. Taken together, our findings demonstrate that the Smad7/Smad3 signaling pathway mediates the profibrotic effect of miR-96-5p in cardiac fibrosis.

The oncogenic role of lncRNA ELFN1-AS1 has been described in different cancers, including colon cancer (CC). However, how ELFN1-AS1 regulates CC malignancy remains unclear. In this study, ELFN1-AS1, AURKB, and miR-4270 expression levels in CC cells and tissues were determined using RT-qPCR and western blotting. CCK-8 and wound healing assays were also performed to analyze alterations in CC cell proliferation and migration. The expression of apoptosis-related proteins (Bax and Bcl-2) was determined via western blot analysis. RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) assays coupled with luciferase reporter assays were employed to verify the relationship between miR-4270, ELFN1-AS1, and AURKB. An in vivo assay was performed using xenograft tumors in mice to detect the change of tumor growth. It was found that AURKB and ELFN1-AS1 expression was upregulated, whereas miR-4270 was downregulated in CC cells and tissues. ELFN1-AS1 silencing exhibited anti-proliferative, anti-migratory, and pro-apoptotic effects in CC cells. The tumor-suppressive effect of ELFN1-AS1 silencing was verified using in vivo assays. MiR-4270 was predicted to be a target of ELFN1-AS1 and AURKB as a target of miR-4270. Their interactions were further elucidated using luciferase reporter and RNA RIP assays. More importantly, treatment with a miR-4270 inhibitor not only rescued the tumor-suppressing effect of ELFN1-AS1 silencing but also abrogated the tumor suppressor functions of AURKB silencing in CC cells. Taken together, the ELFN1-AS1/miR-4270/AURKB axis facilitates CC tumorigenesis; therefore, targeting this axis might be a promising intervention in preventing CC progression.

Facing the serious pollution and carbon emission problem, China actively develops and applies GBTs (green building technologies) to realize the dual-carbon target, while the innovation of GBTs is deeply influenced by multiple subjects and factors. This study constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model of GACEs-ARIs, analyzes the inner mechanism of the collaborative innovation process of GBTs through simulation. It is found that: (1) GA is the most crucial subject in the process of collaborative innovation, which plays the role of coordinating the decision-making of the rest of subjects; (2) The trust degree and the benefit distribution coefficient are the influencing factors that play an important role in determining the start and continuation of collaborative innovation; (3) To actively promote the collaborative innovation of GBTs, GA should play a good role as an intermediary to ensure that the trust between the two sides is at a high level, and negotiate a reasonable distribution ratio, actively mobilizing the cooperation of CEs and ARIs by incentives and penalties.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of three-step auricular acupoint therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with tinnitus and insomnia. Methods In this study, 25 elderly patients with tinnitus and insomnia were selected as the research objects. The patients were treated with a three-step auricular acupoint therapy, in which auricular acupoint pressing therapy was performed followed by auricular acupoint massage and auricular acupoint scraping therapy. The primary outcomes observed were Tinnitus Effect Questionnaire(TEQ) score, Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI)score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI). Abstract Background Osteoporotic vertebral fractures are often clinically silent and unrecognized. The present study aimed to determine whether routine chest radiographs could be a potential screening tool for identifying missed vertebral fractures in men aged over 50 years or postmenopausal women, especially those with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). In this study, we aimed to determine the prevalence of undetected vertebral fractures in elderly Chinese patients with and without T2DM. Methods Clinical data and chest radiographs of 567 individuals with T2DM (T2DM group) and 583 without diabetes (nondiabetic group) at a tertiary hospital in central south China were extracted from the records. Vertebral fractures were specifically looked for on chest radiographs and classified using the Genant semi-quantitative scale. Prevalence was compared between the two groups. Results Mean age and sex composition were comparable between the two groups. Mean weight and body mass index were significantly lower in the T2DM group. In both groups, fractures mostly involved the T11–12 and L1 vertebrae. Moderate/severe fractures were identified in 33.3% individuals in the T2DM group (31.4% men and 36.0% women) versus 23.2% individuals (20.9% men and 25.5% women) in the nondiabetic group. Conclusions Routine chest radiographs could be a useful screening tool for identifying asymptomatic vertebral fractures. Trial registration The study was designed as an observational retrospective study, therefore a trial registration was not necessary.

The micro-size flake silver powders were prepared through wet-chemical reduction method by using a micro-jet reactor. Herein ascorbic acid was used as a reducing agent, and sulfuric acid was used as a stabilizer. And the lauric acid was used as a dispersing agent to prevent particles’ agglomeration. The micro-jet reactor collides the two solutions together and uniformly mixes outside the reactor, to avoid the problem of clogging in the microchannel. The effects of dispersant addition and micro-jet flow rate on the morphology, particle size, and other parameters of silver powder is investigated in the present work. Interestingly, the addition of dispersant agent and stabilizer have a significant impact on the morphology and parameter of the silver particles. Under the conditions of micro-jet flow rate of 50 mL·min−1, sulfuric acid addition amount of 2%, and lauric acid addition amount of 0.8% by the weight of silver nitrate, a kind of flake silver powders with 4.40–4.70 μm can be prepared. The volume resistivity of the silver paste prepared from the obtained flake silver powders is in the range of 1.4–1.6 × 10−4 Ω·cm−1, which meets the application test requirements of conductive silver paste.

The various components of fully prefabricated metro stations are mainly connected using grouted tenon and mortise joints. Therefore, studying the mechanical properties of the joint locations is of significant importance for the overall safety and stability of the station. This paper focuses on the single tenon-long joint as the research object and applies an orthogonal experiment plan to investigate the relationship between the lower bottom length, upper bottom length, and height of the joint and its flexural load carrying capacity. After comparing various loading methods, uniformly distributed loads are chosen as the method for applying axial forces and bending moments. The objective is to determine the dimensions of the tongue and groove that exhibit optimal mechanical properties based on the law of opening displacement and maximum deflection variation with bending moment. The influence of geometrical parameters on the flexural strength of tenon joints is analyzed by means of range analysis in order to find the combination of geometrical parameters with the best mechanical properties. The degree of influence of each geometrical parameter was also ranked. Using these insights, the authors proposed a modified cross-shaped tenon based on the optimal combination of geometrical parameters, which was verified by comparing the M–θ curves of the optimal combination and the optimum working condition. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the ranking of the geometric parameters of the joint in terms of their influence on the flexural capacity is as follows: height has a greater impact than the bottom length, and the bottom length has a greater impact than the top length. Among these parameters, the influence factor of the height is significantly greater than the other two. (2) The optimum geometry for the tenon and mortise joint is 385 mm for the lower bottom length, 230 mm for the upper bottom length, and 200 mm for the height; the joint’s ratio of height to total width should be 25%, the ratio of lower bottom length to total width should be 48%, and the ratio of upper bottom length to total width should be 29%. (3) The load carrying capacity of the cross-shaped tenon is significantly higher than that of the optimal combination and optimum working condition, providing a significant improvement. This research’s results will serve as a valuable reference for designing assembly nodes in prefabricated assembly metro stations.

In order to discuss the application and mode of the forced modulation function in a sensor, the optical fibre emphasis function was established by referring to the geometric method, the tilt factor and the shape factor of the reflecting surface. These were introduced for the first time, and the corresponding mathematical model was established. The method of numerical simulation is systematically studied and multimode optical fibre parameters (including optical fibre of axial spacing, optical fibre core diameter and numerical aperture) are adopted. The reflective surface inclination and shape factors on the RIM–FOS intensity modulation characteristics are studied according to the obtained light quasi-Gaussian distribution model, establishing a general three-intensity modulation function of fibre optic sensor. The results show that the intensity modulation characteristic of specular reflection is obviously better than that of the diffuse reflection surface, and the peak value of the modulation function is five times that of diffuse reflection. The intensity modulation characteristic decreases with increase in the roughness of the reflection surface. The system can not only complete the RIM–FOS characteristic simulation and characteristic testing functions, but can also start-up the test and not be affected by the ambient light interference and power fluctuation of the light source. The test stability is good with high repeatability.

BackgroundCircular RNAs (circRNAs) may involve the formation and rupture of intracranial aneurysms (IA). Inflammation plays a vital role in the development and progression of IA, which can be reflected by aneurysm wall enhancement (AWE) on high-resolution vessel wall magnetic resonance imaging (HR-VWI). This study aims to evaluate the role of circRNAs as the blood inflammatory biomarker for unruptured IA (UIA) patients with AWE on HR-VWI.MethodsWe analyzed the circRNA expression profiles in the peripheral blood samples among subjects from saccular UIA with AWE, UIA without AWE, and healthy controls by the circRNA microarray. The differential expression of hsa_circ_0007990 was assessed. We constructed the hsa_circ_0007990-microRNA-mRNA network and the regulatory axis of hub genes associated with the AWE in UIA.ResultsEighteen patients harboring saccular UIAs with HR VWI and five healthy controls were included. We found 412 differentially expressed circRNAs between UIA patients and healthy controls by circRNA microarray. Two hundred thirty-one circRNAs were significantly differentially expressed in UIA patients with AWE compared with those without AWE. Twelve upregulated circRNAs were associated with AWE of UIA, including hsa_circ_0007990, hsa_circ_0114507, hsa_circ_0020460, hsa_circ_0053944, hsa_circ_0000758, hsa_circ_0000034, hsa_circ_0009127, hsa_circ_0052793, hsa_circ_0000301 and hsa_circ_0000729. Private set intersection (PSI) is a secure multi-party computation technique that allows several parties,who each hold a set of private items,to compute the intersection of those private sets without revealing additional information.PSI has been widely used in the field of artificial intelligence security and data mining security.With the advent of the multi-source data sharing era,most PSI protocols mainly solve the problem of two-party privacy set intersection,which can not be directly extended to multi-party privacy intersection computing scenarios.This paper designs a multi-party privacy intersection protocol with the help of cloud servers,which can outsource a part of the computation and communication to untrusted cloud server without disclosing any privacy data.This paper makes the protocol more efficient by using the methods of oblivious pseudo-random functions,secret sharing and key-value pair packing.It proves that the PSI protocol can be secure in the semi-honest model and all participants and cloud servers can not obtain the additional data.Compared with the existing scheme,the proposed protocol has the merit of less restricted and more applicable in application scenarios.

Abstract Background The occurrence of hypomagnesemia in patients with primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) has been noted previously; however, the association of hypomagnesemia and severity of primary hyperparathyroidism remains unknown. The present study aimed to evaluate the association of hypomagnesemia with biochemical and clinical manifestations in patients with PHPT. Methods This was a retrospective study conducted at a tertiary hospital. We obtained data from 307 patients with PHPT from January 2010 through August 2020. Data on demographics, history, laboratory findings, bone densitometry findings, and clinical presentation and complications were collected and were compared in normal magnesium group vs hypomagnesemia group. Results Among the 307 patients with PHPT included in our study, 77 patients (33/102 [32.4%] males and 44/205 [21.5%] females) had hypomagnesemia. Mean hemoglobin levels in the hypomagnesemia group were significantly lower than those in the normal magnesium group in both males and females. In contrast, patients with hypomagnesemia had a higher mean serum calcium and parathyroid hormone than individuals with normal magnesium. The typical symptoms of PHPT, such as nephrolithiasis, bone pain/fractures, polyuria, or polydipsia, were more common in the hypomagnesemia group. In addition, patients with hypomagnesemia had a higher prevalence of osteoporosis, anemia, and hypercalcemic crisis. Even after adjusting for potential confounders, including age, sex, body mass index, estimated glomerular filtration rate, and parathyroid hormone levels, these associations remained essentially unchanged. Conclusion Biochemical and clinical evidence indicates that patients with PHPT with hypomagnesemia have more severe hyperparathyroidism than those without hypomagnesemia. In addition, PHPT patients with hypomagnesemia had a higher prevalence of osteoporosis, anemia, and hypercalcemic crisis.

Objective: Develop and validate a novel, sensitive, precise and straightforward UV spectrophotometric method to determine the amount of dioscin in tribulmon tablets. Methods: tribulmon tablets were prepared in the laboratory from medicinal plants Tribulus Terrestris L, native to Mongolia. Extract solutions were prepared from a single batch of tribulmon tablets, and the amount of dioscin was determined by UV spectrophotometric method using a calibration curve of known solutions of the dioscin. A chromogenic reaction was used to determine the amount of dioscin in the tablets. The maximum absorption was 201 nm. Validation parameters were evaluated following ICH guidelines. Results: The correlation coefficient of linearity for the UV spectrophotometric method was 0.9996. The standard working solution was linear from 3.2 to 18.9 μg/mL. The Limit of Detection (LOD) and Limit of Quantitation (LOQ) were 1.9 μg/ mL and 5.9 μg/mL, respectively. The recovery test accuracy was ranged from 97.9 to 100%. The %RSD for repeatability and intra-day precision was 0.45%, 0.13–0.50%, respectively. The %RSD for robustness was 0.26% to 0.40%, respectively. Conclusion: Based on the results of the proposed UV spectrophotometric method, the method we developed to determine dioscin content in tribulmon tablets from Tribulus Terrestris L is sensitive, precise, stable and straightforward. The test’s validation parameters comply with ICH requirements.

Objective To understand the current awareness of hemodialysis access-related knowledge in maintenance hemodialysis patients, summarize the existing problems and health needs, and provide opinions and suggestions for the development of health education plan. Methods The phenomenological research method of qualitative research was used to interview 15 maintenance hemodialysis patients, and the data were analyzed to refine the theme. Results After in-depth analysis, four themes were obtained: Insufficient knowledge of hemodialysis access; One-sided understanding of hemodialysis access protection; Dialysis patients have many doubts about diet knowledge, blood pressure control and thrombosis; Various sources of health education information. Conclusion Maintenance hemodialysis patients have a poor knowledge of hemodialysis access, and their awareness of protecting access is not strong. Medical staff should optimize the form of health education to meet the health needs of patients and improve the attention of patients to hemodialysis access. Objective To investigate the effect of short-term complications after D2 radical gastrectomy on long-term survival rate of gastric cancer patients. Methods A retrospective case-control study was conducted on 421 patients with gastric cancer who underwent D2 radical gastrectomy. According to the short-term postoperative complications, they were divided into experimental group (complication group, n=76) and control group (without complication group, n=345). In order to reduce the selection bias, the long-term survival rate of the two groups was tested by Kaplan-Meier survival analysis method after balancing the variables by propensity score matching (PSM). Log rank method was used for univariate analysis and Cox multivariate analysis was used for prognostic factors. Results There was no significant difference in long-term survival rate between the experimental group and the control group (P > 0.05). Histological type, lymph node metastasis rate and pTNM stage were independent risk factors for long-term survival. Conclusion The short-term complications after D2 radical gastrectomy have no significant impact on the long-term survival rate of gastric cancer patients, but it has certain clinical significance to actively prevent and control complications.

Aim: We aimed to observe the clinical practicing value of radial endobronchial ultrasonography evaluating airway wall thickness before and after bronchial thermoplasty. Methods: We selected two patients who received bronchial thermoplasty in our hospital. We measured the thickness of each segmental airway wall of each patient by radial endobronchial ultrasonography, and observed the difference before and after the therapy. All the treatments and measurement were performed by a designated bronchoscopist and the locations and depths of the ultrasound probe were relatively fixed, to reduce the operational error. Results: In both two patients, the mean thicknesses of all segmental airway walls was 4.9 ± 0.7 mm before the first session of BT; the mean thickness was 4.13 ± 0.92 mm before the second session; the mean thickness was 2.69 ± 0.68 mm before the third session; the mean thickness was 2.7 ± 0.5 mm in the follow-up measurement at six months after the BT treatment; all thicknesses of airway wall were significantly reduced comparing with those before treatment; all the thicknesses of the airway walls were stable without any tendency of thickening after six months. Although the airways in the right middle lobe of both two patients were not received BT, their thicknesses were also decreased comparing with those before the treatment; both upper lobes bronchus of both two patients were not activated in the first and second sessions, but their thicknesses were also decreased at the third measurement. Conclusion: Radial endobronchial ultrasonography is a simple and practical method to measure the thickness of patient's airway wall. Bronchial thermoplasty can effectively reduce the thickness of airway wall. It can reduce airway smooth muscle by direct activation and other possible more complicated mechanism, which need further research.

The 52307 working face with large mining height in Daliuta coal mine is chosen as the research background, where there is the special mining condition in the overburden structure with a buried depth of more than 150 m and only one layer of key structure in Shendong mining area. Using the methods of similarity simulation experiment and theoretical analysis, the overburden movement law based on the arch mechanical model of plane contact block is systematically researched. The research results indicate that before the initial weight, the main key layer appears layered fracture in the mining process, and its lower rock layer becomes a part of the collapse zone. Before the initial weight, the upper key layer forms a “fixed supported beam” structure. When the beam reaches the limit length, shear failure occurs in the middle position; during the periodic weight, the upper key layer breaks into the plane contact block arch structure close to the same size. Relying on the friction between the contact planes, it has a certain displacement but does not collapse completely. The load transmitted from overburden is transmitted to the rear of the gob through the semiarch characteristics of the structure; the sliding instability and rotary deformation instability of the plane contact block arch structure are analyzed. The fracture of the key layer lags behind the mining position of the working face by a certain distance, due to the influence of the fracture angle of collapse zone in the advancing process of working face. The research results provide an important guiding significance for prediction and prevention for dynamic disaster of rock strata in working face with large mining height.

The article firstly studied the indicators of power market operation from three aspects: economic value, green value and security value; secondly, established a three-level evaluation index system of power system; on this basis, proposed a comprehensive evaluation model of power market based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. It provides a reference basis for the evaluation of China's power grid operation and is of great significance to promote the healthy development of China's power market.

Melatonin is a pleiotropic molecule that regulates a variety of developmental processes. Floral volatiles are important features of flowers that facilitate flower–visitor interactions by attracting pollinators, structure flower–visitor communities, and play defensive roles against plant and flower antagonists. Aside from their role in plants, floral volatiles are an essential ingredient in cosmetics, perfumes, pharmaceuticals, and flavorings. Herein, integrated metabolomic and transcriptomic approaches were carried out to analyze the changes triggered by melatonin exposure during the Hedychium coronarium flower development stages. Quantitative analysis of the volatiles of H. coronarium flowers revealed that volatile organic compound emission was significantly enhanced after melatonin exposure during the half bloom (HS), full bloom (FB) and fade stage (FS). Under the melatonin treatment, the emission of volatile contents was highest during the full bloom stage of the flower. Variable importance in projection (VIP) analysis and partial least-squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) identified 15 volatile compounds with VIP > 1 that were prominently altered by the melatonin treatments. According to the transcriptome sequencing data of the HS, FB, and FS of the flowers, 1,372, 1,510, and 1,488 differentially expressed genes were identified between CK-HS and 100MT-HS, CK-FB and 100MT-FB, and CK-FS and 100MT-FS, respectively. Among the significant differentially expressed genes (DEGs), 76 were significantly upregulated and directly involved in the floral scent biosynthesis process. In addition, certain volatile organic compounds were substantially linked with various DEGs after combining the metabolome and transcriptome datasets. Moreover, some transcription factors, such as MYB and bHLH, were also significantly upregulated in the comparison, which might be related to the floral aroma mechanism. Our results suggested that melatonin increased floral aroma production in H. coronarium flowers by modifying the expression level of genes involved in the floral scent biosynthesis pathway. These findings serve as a foundation for future research into the molecular mechanisms underlying the dynamic changes in volatile contents induced by melatonin treatment in H. coronarium.

Relativity theory severely restricts the ability to perform nonlocal measurements in quantum mechanics. Studying such nonlocal schemes may thus reveal insights regarding the relations between these two fundamental theories. Therefore, for the last several decades, nonlocal measurements have stimulated considerable interest. However, the experimental implementation of nonlocal measurements imposes profound restrictions because the interaction Hamiltonian cannot contain, in general, nonlocal observables such as the product of local observables belonging to different particles at spacelike-separated regions. In this work, we experimentally realize a scheme for nonlocal measurements with the aid of probabilistic quantum erasure. We apply this scheme to the tasks of performing high-accuracy nonlocal measurements of the parity, as well as measurements in the Bell basis, which do not necessitate classical communication between the parties. Unlike other techniques, the nonlocal measurement outcomes are available locally (upon successful postselection). The state reconstructed via performing quantum tomography on the system after the nonlocal measurement indicates the success of the scheme in retrieving nonlocal information while erasing any local data previously acquired by the parties. This measurement scheme allows to realize any controlled-controlled-gate with any coupling strength. Hence, our results are expected to have conceptual and practical applications to quantum communication and quantum computation.

With the rapid development of intelligent transportation, various applications which have millisecond delay requirements appear in the vehicular heterogeneous network. Offloading these delay-sensitive applications into edge nodes is a trend and direction of development. However, with the increase in the number of vehicular applications, the conventional methods of distance-based edge node workload allocation make the workload allocation unbalanced, causing some edge nodes to be overloaded, resulting in response time of corresponding application being too long to meet low delay requirements. In this paper, we tackle the problem of edge node overload and propose a multipath transmission workload balancing optimization scheme, which uses multipath transmission in the edge computing architecture as the transport protocol support for the communications between the vehicles and the edge nodes and the real-time virtual machine (VM) migration happens between the edge nodes. First, the application is assigned to the edge node closest to each vehicle. When the workload of the edge node exceeds its capacity, the scheme iteratively selects the application with the longest response time. Second. if its response time exceeds the response time passed to the cloud computing center, it is assigned to the cloud computing center for processing; if not, it is reassigned to the standby edge to minimize its response time until all vehicle applications cannot find a better edge node. Then, computing resources are allocated to each edge node, and resources of different sizes are allocated to different types of VMs in each edge node through convex optimization. Finally, the extensive simulation results illustrate that the multipath transmission workload balancing optimization scheme can effectively reduce the average response time of the vehicular applications compared to existing schemes.

Patulin, an emerging mycotoxin with high toxicity, poses great risks to public health. Considering the poor antibody production in patulin immunization, this study focuses on the four-dimensional data-independent acquisition (4D-DIA) quantitative proteomics to reveal the immune response of patulin in rabbits. The rabbit immunization was performed with the complete developed antigens of patulin, followed by the identification of the immune serum. A total of 554 differential proteins, including 292 up-regulated proteins and 262 down-regulated proteins, were screened; the differential proteins were annotated; and functional enrichment analysis was performed. The differential proteins were associated with the pathways of metabolism, gene information processing, environmental information processing, cellular processes, and organismal systems. The functional enrichment analysis indicated that the immunization procedures mostly resulted in the regulation of biochemical metabolic and signal transduction pathways, including the biosynthesis of amino acid (glycine, serine, and threonine), ascorbate, and aldarate metabolism; fatty acid degradation; and antigen processing and presentation. The 14 key proteins with high connectivity included G1U9T1, B6V9S9, G1SCN8, G1TMS5, G1U9U0, A0A0G2JH20, G1SR03, A0A5F9DAT4, G1SSA2, G1SZ14, G1T670, P30947, P29694, and A0A5F9C804, which were obtained by the analysis of protein-protein interaction networks. This study could provide potential directions for protein interaction and antibody production for food hazards in animal immunization.

Maintaining food safety and quality is critical for public health and food security. Conventional food preservation methods, such as pasteurization and dehydration, often change the overall organoleptic quality of the food products. Herein, we demonstrate a method that affects only a thin surface layer of the food, using beef as a model. In this method, Joule heating is generated by applying high electric power to a carbon substrate in ~2000 K. The beef surface in direct contact with the heating substrate is subjected to ultra-high temperature flash heating, leading to the formation of a microbe-inactivated, dehydrated layer of ~100 µm in thickness. Aerobic mesophilic bacteria, Enterobacteriaceae, yeast and mold on the treated samples are inactivated to a level below the detection limit and remained low during room temperature storage of 5 days. Meanwhile, the product quality, including visual appearance, texture, and nutrient level of the beef, remains mostly unchanged. In contrast, microorganisms grow rapidly on the untreated control samples, along with a rapid deterioration of the meat quality. This method might serve as a promising preservation technology for securing food safety and quality.
