： Background: Stenosing tenosynovitis of styloid process of radius is a chronic non-specific inflammatory disease, which is mainly characterized by local pain and limitation of wrist movement. The pathogenesis of the disease is complex and not yet clear, so there is no better treatment strategy. At present, clinical treatment includes two kinds of treatment: operation and conservative treatment. Studies have shown that extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT), as a new non-operative physiotherapy in the field of orthopaedics, has a significant effect on the disease. This article will make a comprehensive and objective discussion on the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of stenotic tenosynovitis of radial process. Methods：Chinese database (China knowledge net, VIP database, Wanfang database and Chinese biomedical database) and English database (PubMed, Embase, the Cochrane Library, Web of Science) will be searched. All randomized controlled trials about extracorporeal shock wave treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis of radial styloid process at home and abroad will be collected for Meta-analysis. The retrieval time limit is from the time of database establishment to November 2020. Two authors will independently conduct literature screening, data extraction and included literature evaluation. The bias risk assessment tool provided by Cochrane Collaboration Network will be used for quality evaluation. Revman5.3 software will be used for meta-analysis of the included literature. Results：In this study, the included literature will be systematically analyzed, and the results will show that extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) have advantages. ESWT can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of stenosing tenosynovitis of styloid process of radius and restore the function of wrist joint. It has a significant effect on stenotic tenosynovitis of styloid process of radius. Conclusion：This study will provide evidence-based medical evidence for the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis of radial styloid process.

A neutron depth profiling (NDP) device was developed on China advanced research reactor (CARR) of China Institute of Atomic Energy (CIAE). The CARR-NDP device uses cold neutron beams transmitted by a neutron guide from the cold neutron source of CARR, and it is composed of a neutron beam collimator, and a vacuum target chamber containing a beam stopper and a detection system. The neutron flux at 1 m from the end of neutron guide is about 4.8 × 108 n cm−2 s−1 under operating power of 15 MW. A standard reference material SRM-2137 sample and a multilayer film sample were utilized to verify the performances of the CARR-NDP device.

A new INAA (instrumental neutron activation analysis) automatic measurement system has been established at China advanced research reactor. Three HPGe spectrometers can be working simultaneously at 24 h a day. The sample rabbit contains an RFID (radio frequency identification) tag which is used for identifying and/or tracing the sample route or location. The automation system controlled by software Kingview6.55 and programmable logic controller is mainly composed of four parts, sample counting system, sample driving system, samples holder and sample exchanger.

Sampling behavior of multielements for NIST SRM 2703, a marine sediment, was studied with sample sizes from 1 mg down to ng level by a combination of INAA, PIXE and SRXRF. On 1 mg sample size level, sampling behavior for multielements in NIST SRM 2703 and its parent SRM 2702 were comparatively characterized by using INAA combining with Ingamells model. Results showed that sampling uncertainties for 12 elements of both materials were found to be better than 1%, and those of four other elements in SRM 2703 better than in SRM 2702. Nuclear tracks can be etched into pores in which the refractive indexes gradually increase, so that the sample surface reflects very few lights back. CR-39 samples were bombarded with sulfur ions from the Tandem Accelerator HI-13 of CIAE. Three kinds of procedures were performed in the following treatments. The reflectivity was measured for all samples, untreated and treated, within the wavelengths of visible light. The results indicated that the reflectivity of the CR-39 samples modified with the track technique and multilayer coating can be as low as 0.1%.

The half-life of 97Zr, used for the calculation of thermal/epithermal neutron flux ratio in k0-NAA, is re-determined using three measurement systems with different pulse processing principles. The result of 16.755±0.013 hours clarifies the discrepancy between two widely used literature values, 16.744±0.011 and 16.90±0.05 hours. Different dead-time correction methods used on various measurement systems are evaluated. Factors influencing precise measurement of relative peak counting rates are discussed in time-series measurements over a dynamic range of 1000-fold radioactive intensities (10 half-lives).

Certifications of trace elements in existing CRMs, especially biological CRMs, are far from satisfactory. Neutron activation analysis (NAA) for its inherent advantages combined with newly established parametric standardization, may contribute to improve this situation. The continuing progress of the hybrid extended k0-relative NAA technique developed in our laboratory is discussed. Examples are given to show the reliability of the method in certification of multielements. RNAA is still one of the best methods, or even the method of choice, in analysis at sub-μg/g concentration levels. The suitability of the technique for this purpose has been studied through the determination of rare earth elements at ng/g concentration level in two Chinese biological CRMs using both RNAA and ICPMS. Sampling behaviors of multielements in CRMs have been studied by INAA in an effort to develop CRMs suitable for analysis with small sample sizes.

Forty elements in IAEA-331 (Spinach), an intercomparison material, have been determined using NAA. Among them, 30 elements, Ag, Al, Ba, Br, Ca, Ce, Cl, Co, Cr, Cs, Eu, Fe, Hf, K, La, Mg, Mn, Na, Ni, Rb, Re, Sc, Se, Sr, Ta, Tb, Th, V, Zn and Zr were determined by INAA. A series of simple and quantitative radiochemical separation procedures were established for the determination of ten additional elements. Cd, Lu, Mo, Sb, Sm, Yb, U were determined by removing the major interfering nuclide82Br. Cu was determined by 0.048M NaDDTC/CHCl3 extraction from 1M HCl medium. As and P were determined using an inorganic exchange column of acid aluminium oxide (AAO). Integral counts from 80 keV to 130 keV contributed by Bremsstrahlung from32P β-were used to evaluate the content of phosphorus.

Characterizations of three major parameters of Certified Reference Materials (CRMs) concentration values of multielements, homogeneities of multielements, and stabilities of the materials, were further studied by NAA. In the determinations of multielements in RMs, both relative and K0 (and its extension) standardizations were used in an effort to detect hidden systematic errors and expand the number of determinable elements. In the evaluations of multielemental homogeneities, double sampling constants as well as Ingamells' Ks and F-test were used to establish semi-quantitative expressions of sampling uncertainty vs. size and number of subsamples for given elements in given materials. For the investigation of the stabilities of certified values, K0 NAA is to be used in follow-up analyses to test variations of certified values and provide updated and/or newly determined data. The final goal is to make NAA a definitive method for multi-trace element certification, a reliable method for homogeneity characterization, and a reproducible method for stability test. Examples are given to show preliminary results on the above aspects.
