Primary health care provided by general practitioners is an important safeguard for the achievement of universal health coverage. With the continues progress of new medical reform, the number of primary care settings, general practitioners and outpatient visits have increased significantly compared with one decade ago. General practitioners, as the main body of implementation of general practice, coincides with the concept of narrative medicine in terms of patient-centeredness and attention to both psychological and social factors of the patients. Narrative medicine is medicine practiced by clinical workers who have narrative ability, with strong theory and weak practice in our country at present. From the perspective of general practitioners, this paper presents the positive influence of narrative medicine practice in primary care on general practitioners in the form of parallel medical records.

The volatility of renewable energy generation accelerates the aging of water distributionally robust optimization within Power-to-Gas （P2G） stations. Existing optimization models fail to effectively account for the impact of wide power fluctuations on the service life of water electrolysis equipment and the capacity configuration of P2G stations. In this context， this paper proposes a distributionally robust optimization model for the capacity configuration in P2G stations， taking into consideration the service life of electrolysis equipment. Firstly， a model for assessing the degradation of water electrolysis equipment service life is introduced， considering the influence of power fluctuations. Subsequently， an optimization and planning model for an integrated electricity and natural gas system （IENGS） that includes P2G stations is established. This model optimizes the capacity configuration of electrolysis， methanation， and hydrogen storage tanks within the P2G station. Secondly， a fuzzy set of probability distribution for source-load scenarios is constructed based on l1-norm constraints and l∞-norm constraints. The planning model is reformulated as a min-max-min distributionally robust optimization （DRO） model and solve it using a column-and-constraint generation algorithm. Finally， the proposed model and algorithm are validated using test cases. Results demonstrate that the proposed model can more accurately calculate the economic benefits of P2G stations and extend the expected service life of electrolysis equipment.

Highland barley is a unique cereal in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China, and has good effects on improving blood glucose metabolism. However, its specific hypoglycemic ingredients and compatibility are not yet clear. In this manuscript, the polyphenols, polysaccharides, and peptides in whole grain highland barley (WHB) were extracted. And the α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of 3 key active ingredients components and their interaction were investigated. The optimal reaction system for measuring α-glucosidase inhibitory activity using the microplate method was first determined through single factor experiments and Box-Benhnken response surface optimization experiments, i.e., 0.5 U/mL of enzyme concentration, 80 mmol/L of buffer concentration, and 5 mmol/L of substrate concentration. The results showed that all 3 WHB extracts exhibited good α-glucosidase inhibitory activity, with WHB polyphenols having the strongest inhibitory activity. Its inhibition rate reached 83.63% ± 2.92%, corresponding to an IC50 of 0.18 mg/mL. In addition, any 2 hypoglycemic ingredients combinations of the 3 WHB extracts had a certain synergistic effect. Our results will provide guidance for dietary choices in blood glucose control populations and new evidence for the development of functional foods.

ObjectiveTo propose targeted prevention and control measures， improve product quality， and ensure food safety， Salmonella contamination in the production and processing of prefabricated crispy pork in a large food processing factory was analyzed.MethodsA total of 103 meat samples were collected during the production and processing of prefabricated crispy pork， and 165 environmental samples were collected before processing. Qualitative and quantitative analyses of Salmonella were performed. Finally， serological typing， multilocus sequence typing （MLST）， and pulsed filed gel electrophoresis （PFGE） typing of the isolated Salmonella strains were evaluated.ResultsThe isolation rate of Salmonella from meat samples was 47.6% （49/103）. The isolation rate of Salmonella from environmental samples was 1.2% （2/165）. Fifty-one Salmonella strains were divided into 9 serotypes and 9 STs. Among them， Salmonella enteritidis ST11 was dominant in the production and processing of prefabricated crispy pork， and was detected in the environment. Twenty-two strains of Salmonella enteritidis were divided into 7 PFGE bands， with a similarity of over 92.9%.ConclusionA high overall contamination rate of Salmonella was found in meat samples. Therefore， controlling Salmonella contamination of raw meat is key to improving product quality. The amount of Salmonella contamination in fried products can be effectively controlled. Furthermore， strict separation of processing and storage areas for poultry and stored products is necessary to prevent cross-contamination of microorganisms in food.

Hepatitis E virus （HEV） is a universal foodborne pathogen that infects swine， deer， rabbits， camels， and other animals. Direct contact with infected pigs and other animals or consumption of contaminated food （uncooked or undercooked） poses a risk of HEV infection in humans. This article summarizes the etiology and epidemiology of HEV， its prevalence in various animal species， and the contamination of meat and meat products， the aquatic environment， seafood， vegetables， and other crops. Therefore， people can better understand the risk of foodborne HEV transmission and provide a scientific basis for preventing and controlling its prevalence.

ObjectiveThis study aimed to clarify the heat inactivation mechanics of Salmonella in commercial crispy meat and provide guidance for its safe consumption by studying the inactivation pattern of Salmonella in crispy meat at different heating temperatures.MethodsThe crispy meat inoculated with 108 CFU/g Salmonella typhimurium was heat treated at 80 ℃， 90 ℃， 100 ℃， 110 ℃， and 120 ℃ for a certain time. The thermal inactivation curves of Salmonella in crispy meat were fitted using a linear model， a Logistic model， and a Weibull model， and the optimal model was verified by external experiments.ResultsThe results showed that compared with the linear model and the Logistic model， the Weibull model was more suitable to describe the thermal inactivation of Salmonella in crispy meat. The judgment coefficient R2 of the primary model was more than 0.992 1， and the R2 of the secondary model was 0.949 2 and 0.995 9， respectively. The accuracy Af and deviation Bf of the model verified at 95 ℃ and 105 ℃ were within the acceptable range， which indicated that the model constructed in this experiment can better describe the inactivation pattern of Salmonella in crispy meat in the temperature range of 80 ℃-120 ℃.ConclusionThis study is expected to guide the safe heating of crispy meat to reduce microbial risk during consumption.

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of a pharyngeal swab samples collection device in nucleic acid testing. Methods A total of 120 hospital staff members who conducted nucleic acid testing were randomly divided into the control group and study group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group adopted regular method of pharyngeal swab samples collection, while the study group used the new type device for pharyngeal swab samples collection. The time cost in sample collection was recorded. The degree of comfort and satisfaction in objects of sample collection were measured. Results The time spent in sample collection was (22. 84±2. 57)s in the study group, which was shorter than that in the control group (P＜0. 05). The degree of comfort and satisfaction in objects of sample collection were higher than in the study group than those in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion The new type of pharyngeal swab samples collection device is effective to improve the efficiency of sampling in nucleic acid testing. (目的 探讨一种新型咽拭子采集装置在核酸检测中的应用效果。方法 选取核酸采集点进行采样的医务人员120人, 随机分为试验组和对照组, 各60人。对照组采用常规咽拭子采集方法, 试验组采用新型咽拭子采集装置采集。记录两组咽拭子采集时间, 评价被采集对象的舒适度和满意度。结果 试验组咽拭子采集时间(22. 84±2. 57)s, 短于对照组(27. 56±2. 44)s, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。试验组舒适度和满意度均高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 新型咽拭子采集装置能有效提高采样效率。)

Esterases/lipases from the GDSL family have potential applications in the hydrolysis and synthesis of important esters of pharmaceutical, food, and biotechnical interests. However, the structural and functional understanding of GDSL enzymes is still limited. Here, we report the crystal structure of the GDSL family esterase EstL5 complexed with PMSF at 2.34 Å resolution. Intriguingly, the PMSF binding site is not located at the active site pocket but is situated in a surface cavity. At the active site, we note that there is a trapped crystallization solvent 1,6-hexanediol, which mimics the bound ester chain, allowing for further definition of the active site pocket of EstL5. The most striking structural feature of EstL5 is the presence of a unique channel, which extends approximately 18.9 Å, with a bottleneck radius of 6.8 Å, connecting the active-site pocket and the surface cavity. Replacement of Ser205 with the bulk aromatic residue Trp or Phe could partially block the channel at one end and perturb its access. Reduced enzymatic activity is found in the EstL5 S205W and EstL5 S205F mutants, suggesting the functional relevance of the channel to enzyme catalysis. Our study provides valuable information regarding the properties of the GDSL-family enzymes for designing more efficient and robust biocatalysts.

People not only face the increasing depletion of primary resources, but also the difficult disposal of solid waste caused by consumption of primary resources. On the basis of fully investigating properties of steel slag, the steel slag-based functional filler has been researched and developed according to the characteristics of steel slag. It has been used in the fields of rubber, coatings and plastics, hoping to realize the cross-industry ecological chain and high value-added utilization of steel slag, which has great economic value and important practical significance. Steel slag-based functional filler has the characteristics of strong adsorption, small particle size, and good compatibility with organic systems. Therefore, it is potential to be widely used in rubber conveyor belts, steel structure anti-rust coatings, architectural exterior wall coatings, man-made composite panels and other fields. In this paper, the characteristics of steel slag and the preparation principle of steel slag-based functional fillers were firstly briefly introduced, and then, the situation of steel slag-based functional fillers used as rubber fillers, paint pigments, and plastic fillers was specifically analyzed. Secondly, the characteristics of steel slag-based functional fillers used in rubber composite materials, building exterior wall primers, building exterior wall coatings, and PVC micro-foamed sheets were pointed out respectively in detail. Then, the application limitations of current steel slag-based functional fillers were reviewed. Eventually, it was proposed to optimize the performance of steel slag-based functional fillers and develop multi-solid waste-based synergistic composite functional fillers, which will be the main development directions of steel slag-based functional fillers in the future.

Surface plasmon resonances (SPRs) are often regarded as the collective oscillations of charge carriers localized at the dielectric–metal interface that display an ultrafast response upon light excitation. The recent developments in the fabrication and characterization of plasmonic nanostructures have stimulated continuous effects in the search for their potential applications in the photonic fields. Concentrating on the role of plasmonics in photonics, this review covers recent advances in ultrafast plasmonic materials with a prime focus on all-optical switching. Fundamental phenomena of plasmonic light–matter interaction and plasmon dynamics are discussed by elaborating on the ultrafast processes unraveled by both experimental and theoretical methods, along with a comprehensive illustration of leveraging ultrafast plasmonics for all-optical switching and pulse laser generation with a focus on device design and performance. This review is concluded with a brief highlight of the current progress and the potential future directions in ultrafast plasmonics.

Modern experimental analysis techniques have the problem of inefficiency in the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine composition. For the construction of a knowledge graph of traditional Chinese medicine ingredients, this paper first proposes a two-way graph convolutional aggregation network model, which is characterized by the node features of the knowledge graph being enhanced by the relationship features in the initial embedding of entities and relationships. The performer model can reduce the computation of the attention score and improve the computational efficiency of the model. Next, the two-way graph convolutional aggregation network model is used to perform the analysis in the TCM-related database. Finally, the results of the analysis are applied to a real case study of traditional Chinese medicine composition analysis. The construction of the knowledge graph for traditional Chinese medicine ingredients resulted in the acquisition of 14 high-frequency keywords. In the results of the compositional analysis of the herbs of C. minor, 13 batches of samples could be clustered into three groups, and 11 common peaks and 4 common components were identified for the 13 batches of samples, which were protocatechuic acid, vanillic acid, caffeic acid, and chrysanthemic acid, respectively. A cumulative variance contribution of 84.853% was obtained after extracting three principal components.

Optimizing the intelligent decision-making system of coal processing plants is better to improve the economic efficiency of coal processing plants and realize the high-quality development of coal processing plants. In this paper, an integrated intelligent decision-making platform for a coal processing plant is constructed based on big data technology, and the intelligent data analysis techniques of the platform are optimized by using an improved whale optimization algorithm and BP neural network. Examples analyze the optimized crude coal slurry and flotation systems’ processes, and the economic benefits are analyzed. From the optimization of the crude coal slurry sorting system, the ash content in the 0.25mm particle size region was reduced from 55.37% to 13.12%, and the ash content in the −0.125mm particle size region was reduced from 42.68% to 15.96%. From the flotation system optimization, when the flotation time increases from 120s to 180s, the ash content increases from 16.27% to 17.19%, and then to 240s, the ash content increases to 19.44%. Using the integrated intelligent decision-making platform can achieve a net increase in revenue of 4,276,800 yuan for the crude coal slurry sorting system and a net increase of 11,274,200 yuan for the flotation system. This shows that the integrated intelligent decision-making platform can improve the coal processing plant’s quality and efficiency and promote intelligent production.

Objective To analyse the neuropsychological characteristics, sleep structure and HLA ⁃ DQB1 gene distribution of narcolepsy type 1 (NT1) patients. Methods A total of 35 patients with NT1 admitted to Tianjin Medical University General Hospital, from August 2018 to November 2022 were included, all of whom underwent neuropsychological tests, noctural polysomnography (nPSG) monitoring, Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT), narcolepsy evaluation and HLA ⁃ DQB1 gene detection. Results Neuropsychological tests showed the scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA; t = 3.159, P = 0.004) and the correct number of immediate recall of the first (t = 3.028, P = 0.004) and the second (t = 2.054, P = 0.044) of Hopkins Verbal Learning Test⁃Revised (HVLT⁃R) were lower of the NT1 group than those of the control group. Trail Making Test (TMT) ⁃B completion time (t = ⁃ 2.126, P = 0.019), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score (Z = ⁃ 5.109, P = 0.000), Hamilton Depression Scale⁃17 (HAMD⁃17) score (Z = ⁃ 3.204, P = 0.001), Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) socre (t = ⁃ 13.609, P = 0.000) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score (Z = ⁃ 3.004, P = 0.003) were higher of the NT1 group than those of the control group. nPSG showed the total recording time (Z = ⁃ 4.491, P = 0.000), the proportion of non⁃rapid eye movement (NREM) 3 (Z = ⁃ 2.647, P = 0.008), the proportion of rapid eye movement (REM; t = 2.908, P = 0.005) and periodic limb movements of sleep index (PLMSI; Z = ⁃ 3.501, P = 0.000) were higher of the NT1 group than those of the control group. Sleep efficiency (t = ⁃ 2.489, P = 0.016), sleep latency (Z = ⁃ 4.112, P = 0.000), REM sleep latency (Z = ⁃ 4.318, P = 0.000) and the proportion of NREM2 (t = ⁃ 5.224, P = 0.000) were lower of the NT1 group than those of the control group. The clinical features of NT1 patients were excessive daytime sleepiness (97.14%, 34/35), cataplexy (97.14%, 34/35), other sleep disturbances (88.57%, 31/35), sleep hallucination (82.86%, 29/35), and sleep paralysis (68.57%, 24/35). And 34 cases (97.14%) carried the allele HLA ⁃ DQB1*0602. Conclusions Patients with NT1 have cognitive decline, mood change and sleep structure disorder, and the carrying rate of HLA⁃DQB1*0602 is high.

ObjectiveThe status of genetically modified ingredients in prepackaged food was investigated and analyzed， and the labeling system and practical use of genetically modified food in China was discussed.MethodsGB/T 38505—2020 General detection methods for genetically modified products were used to detect 5 genetically modified crops （soybean， maize， rape， rice， and potato） in processed products. Ten exogenous gene fragments of five crops that could cover all commercial genetically modified events were tested at one time.ResultsAmong the 42 products sampled， 6 batches of soybean products， 1 batch of potato products， and 3 batches of corn products containing genetically modified components were detected.ConclusionA certain proportion of genetically modified ingredients in the existing prepackaged food products can be detected， and this needs to be further regulated by a strict food labeling system.

The electricity-gas interconnected system includes the electricity and gas subsystems. It has a variety of energy coupling and storage devices with obvious differences in operation. And with the access of new energy power generation， the flexible and coordinated operation of the system is challenged. In this regard， an optimal scheduling method for integrated electricity-gas energy system using multiple time scales to call multiple types of resources is proposed. Firstly， a quasi-steady-state output model of energy equipment in the system is established. The proposed model takes the optimal daily operation cost of the system as the optimization goal， considers the different operation characteristics of energy sources and equipment， uses different time scales and step sizes to optimize the operation output of the power storage and other equipment， and dispatches different resources in the system in an orderly manner to fast track the fluctuations of the load and the new energy. Secondly， the random chance constraints are introduced to describe the remaining flexible resource supply capacity to improve the flexibility and robustness of the system. Finally， the distribution network and gas coupling system are used to conduct a case study to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

To understand the prevalence of avian methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and the current status of drug resistance in Qingdao, a comprehensive molecular epidemiological investigation and analysis of evolutionary relationships of MRSA isolates from broiler and layer chickens and waterfowl was conducted.

Rice storage proteins (RSPs) are plant proteins with high nutritional quality. As the second largest type of storage substance in rice, it is the main source of protein intake for people who consume rice as a staple food. The content and type of RSPs affect the appearance, processing quality and eating quality of rice. These effects involve the distribution of RSPs in rice grains as well as the interactions of RSPs with other components such as starch in rice grains. In the past two decades, some progress has been made in the genetic improvement of RSPs. However, the determination mechanism of protein content and composition in rice is still unclear, and the mechanism of the effect of RSPs on rice quality has not been elucidated. In this review, the composition, biosynthesis and distribution of RSPs, and quantitative trait loci mapping and cloning of RSP genes are summarized, the research progress of the influence of RSPs and their components on rice quality are reviewed, and the research directions in the future are proposed.

The power system will gradually step into the era of high percentage of renewable energy， and the shared energy storage can improve the power system resilience and thus effectively consume renewable energy. Since self-built energy storage of users may result in unnecessary sunk costs due to excess capacity and the business model of centralized investment in energy storage user sharing by operators has problems such as high investment costs， centralized operation and non-transparency， a distributed energy storage peer-to-peer transaction model based on blockchain smart contracts is proposed. On the basis of energy storage sharing， a load optimization model of users under the demand response mechanism is established. Finally， a typical daily electric load in spring， summer， autumn and winter in a region of the United States is simulated as an example. The results show that the charging and discharging decision model based on the rational use of shared energy storage can help users to smooth the load curve and realize “low storage and high discharge”， and the shared energy storage model based on blockchain architecture can bring economic benefits to users.

The fluctuation and intermittency of wind power have brought about unexpected problems to the optimal operation of the integrated electricity and natural gas systems. Furthermore， it makes the operation management of the integrated system more difficult. Firstly， a typical wind power scenario is obtained by applying a scenario generation method based on a prediction box to characterize the fluctuation of wind power and the correlation between multiple wind farms. Secondly， a day-ahead economic dispatching model of the electrical interconnection system considering the distribution networks， natural gas networks and various coupling elements is developed， and a distributive solution based on the alternating direction method of multipliers （ADMM） is performed. Finally， the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by taking an electrical interconnection system consisting of an IEEE 33-node distribution network and an IEEE 7-node natural gas network as an example.

In order to improve the efficiency of the push-pull converter, a clamp capacitor is connected in series between the center tap of the high voltage side of the primary side of the traditional push-pull circuit, so that the leakage energy can be absorbed without damage and returned to the input side. The coupling relationship between the two windings of the primary side is established to make the two windings of the primary side transfer energy to the secondary side at the same time, so as to reduce the loss of the absorption circuit of the primary side. At the same time, the synchronous rectifier diode is replaced by the synchronous rectifier tube at the output side by the double guiding pass characteristic of synchronous rectifier MOS tube at the output side, so as to reduce the power loss of the rectifier circuit. A double closed-loop control strategy is proposed for the weak current control part. Finally, a 240 W engineering prototype is built based on modeling analysis and simulation, and the key waveform of the control loop and main power devices are analyzed. The analysis results show that compared with the traditional push-pull converter, the circuit topology can effectively reduce the switching loss of the bridge arm and the power loss of the secondary side rectifier circuit, and the overall efficiency of the converter is improved by about 3%.

The flow field distribution in the star herringbone gearbox lubricated by oil injection is very complex, and there are many difficulties in the flow simulation analysis. Based on the smooth particle hydrodynamics (SPH) method, the particle simulation model of the flow field in the star herringbone gearbox with oil injection lubrication is established, and the oil-gas two-phase distribution characteristics at different cross-section positions in the gearbox are obtained. The oil-liquid distribution and velocity distribution of flow field under different gear speeds and oil injection speeds are compared and analyzed. The results show that the oil flow field distribution is obviously different at different cross-section positions in the gear shaft direction, the oil flow in the middle cross-section position of the gearbox is the largest, and the local eddy current phenomenon occurs in the area between the solar wheel, planetary wheel and oil injection port. The gear speed and oil injection speed have great influence on the oil distribution in the gearbox.

[Purpose/Significance] At present, governments at different levels in China are faced with some problems and challenges in opening up government data such as lagging policy legislation, data unable to meet public demand, insufficient platform service function and integration, imperfect data openness innovation mechanism, and a lack of unified management institutions. The purpose of this paper aims at construction of a stage maturity model to build an evaluation indicator system to measure government data openness maturity, It is important for the local government to understand which level of development their open data is at and which areas need to be improved, in order to comprehensively understand and grasp the actual level of local government data openness in China, which is important for strengthening the construction of sunshine government and e-government, optimizing the process of government data openness, and promoting the innovative development of government data openness. [Method/Process] Based on the idea of the software capability maturity model Capability Maturity Model (CMM), the Chinese government data openness maturity model was constructed, and then a data openness evaluation indicator system was also established on the basis of the maturity model. The government data openness maturity model includes strategic level, data level, technical level, organizational level and application level, and the levels are divided into five categories: initial level, document level, development level, open level and optimization level. The evaluation indicator system consists of 5 primary indicators, 11 secondary indicators and 35 tertiary indicators. The combination weights of the indicators were calculated by using the AHP-entropy weight method. Then, we designed the scoring rules, set the scoring criteria, and scored the four municipalities directly under the central government of China according to the actual situation. [Results/Conclusions] According to the ratings of the four municipalities, Shanghai has a good overall performance, followed by Beijing, Tianjin, and Chongqing. The municipalities directly under the central government are better in terms of related policies launched, but they are lacking in terms of platform function construction, the degree of perfection of local policies and regulations, and the interaction ability with users, which need to be further strengthened. The open government data evaluation indicator system proposed in this paper needs continuous improvement in terms of indicator selection and scoring criteria. In some aspects, the effect of using one indicator alone may not be satisfactory, and the follow-up study involving more elements will summarize more experiences and collect more experts' opinions in the field of government data openness to further improve the government data openness maturity evaluation indicator system.

Rainfall-runoff is the main source of pollution in the urban water environment. This study investigated the dynamic changes of soluble Nickel (Ni) and Arsenic (As) in the receiving water body after the rainfall and runoff of the Meishe River in Haikou. Field sampling and indoor analysis were used. Results revealed that the solid-liquid partitioning of Ni and As in the receiving water body is directly disturbed by the inflow of rainfall-runoff. The main source of the input is the suspended state, and the input of the dissolved state is smaller. The specific performance is as follows. Before the rainfall-runoff flows into the receiving water body, the ratio of soluble Ni and As to the total content reaches 55.67% and 94.77%, respectively. After the rainfall-runoff flows in, a series of dynamic changes of Ni and As occur in the receiving water body. The proportion of soluble Ni and As at the outlet decreases significantly and changes dramatically, reaching 20.97% and 76.92% of the total content, respectively. The proportion of soluble Ni and As in the downstream of the drainage outlet also decreases to a certain extent, reaching 47.23% and 88.38%, respectively. The data under different rainfall scenarios indicate that the long dry period, when the rainfall is less than 10 mm, is the main factor affecting the dynamic changes of soluble Ni and As. Furthermore, the long dry period, along with the peak time, and magnitude of the rain intensity are the major influencing factors of the response time and degree of soluble Ni and As to rainfall-runoff, when the rainfall amount ranges from 10-30 mm. The peak time of rainfall intensity is the main factor affecting the dynamic change of soluble Ni and As in the receiving waters when the rainfall amount is above 30 mm. The effects of rainfall-runoff on the soluble Ni and As in the receiving water are different. When the dry period is short and the maximum rainfall intensity is high, in receiving water, soluble As is less affected by rainfall-runoff, while soluble Ni is significantly affected.

To solve the contradiction between multiple wearable sensor features and the limited computing power and storage capacity of embedded devices, feature engineering is used to select the best features for predicting physical activity energy expenditure (PAEE) on the basis of data fusion of multiple sensors (accelerometer and gyroscope sensors). In the data preprocessing stage, time-domain and frequency-domain features of the sensor are extracted by using sliding window technology, and sinusoidal curve fitting is used for dataset at three velocity levels, finally hypothesis testing is carried out to check data outliers. A WEKA experimental platform is constructed based on filtering, warpper and embedded feature selection algorithms and machine learning prediction models such as multiple linear regression, regression tree, support vector machine and neural network. Finally, the optimal model is selected by evaluating the correlation coefficient and mean absolute error of each model during the decision level fusion. The dataset with jitter is used as the test data, which shows that feature selection can mitigate model overfitting and improve the model’s generalization ability and robustness. Embedded feature selection adopts classical elastic network algorithm. Experimental results show that the features extracted from accelerometer sensors play a more decisive role than those from gyroscope sensors in PAEE and the neural network model of multi-sensor feature fusion based on correlation coefficient method is the optimal model.

High entropy alloy is defined as an alloy containing four or more main elements. The atomic fraction of the main elements is greater than 5% and not more than 35%, which has excellent properties such as high strength, high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. Refractory high-entropy alloy is a new type of superalloy designed and developed based on high-entropy alloy of refractory elements, which has broad application prospects in aerospace, petrochemical and other fields, and is expected to replace traditional superalloys. This paper reviews the composition design of refractory high-entropy alloys from the aspects of element selection and addition of trace elements, and its phase composition has single-phase structure and duplex structure, and the preparation method and performance characteristics of refractory high-entropy alloys are studied, and finally gives the problems and challenges faced by refractory high entropy alloys. This review provides a valuable reference for researchers in the component design, microstructure regulation and performance development of refractory high entropy alloys.

The development of curriculum standards for ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational education should be grounded in the distinctive characteristics and attributes of vocational education and the specialized talent training programs the institution offers to establish tailored curriculum standards. As an illustrative case, the course titled “Introduction to Mao Zedong Thought and the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics” at Dalian Vocational Technical College serves as a compulsory course for students across all majors. Three-dimensional objectives have been delineated to align with professional ideological and political education demands. Emphasis is placed on the specific traits of higher vocational students, the unique features of their respective disciplines, and the contextual circumstances prevalent within the local environment. The objective is to investigate a comprehensive evaluation index system and an augmented assessment process that places student involvement at its core. This endeavor aims to foster a collaborative space for ideological and political education, integrating these principles into the curriculum while fully harnessing the potential of local and institutional environment and individual student circumstances, ultimately driving the innovative advancement of ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational education in the new era.

Here we report a case that a young man had early onset myocardial infarction. Coronary angiography showed coronary aneurysm-like dilation and thromboembolism. After stents were implanted, his condition was complicated with repeated stent restenosis. Polycystic kidney, nephrotic syndrome and antiphospholipid antibody syndrome were also present. Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, a risk factor for recurrent coronary thrombosis, can lead to nephrotic syndrome. Polycystic kidney can be characterized by nephrotic syndrome and may be combined with aneurysmal lesions due to genetic abnormalities. According to the multidisciplinary discussion and follow-up results, the patient was diagnosed as connective tissue diseases and secondary anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome, nephrotic syndrome, and coronary artery lesions. The patient's symptoms improved after treatment for the original disease. The management of this patient broadened our understanding of the etiology of coronary artery disease in young patients and demonstrated the importance of multidisciplinary clinical thinking.

Based on the literature review and analysis, this article elaborated the research background, the current situation and results of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of periodontitis, so as to explore the application prospect of TCM in the treatment of periodontitis. Objective: The contamination of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) samples in molecular diagnostic laboratories can cause serious consequences. Internal quality control efforts are often inadequate, especially in clinical next-generation sequencing (NGS) laboratories.

ObjectiveTo understand the pathogenic spectrum and epidemiological characteristics of severe acute respiratory infection （SARI） in adult inpatients in Yangpu District， Shanghai， China， in order to explore strategies for the prevention and treatment of respiratory infectious diseases.MethodsIndividual cases were from adult inpatients with SARI in Yangpu District， Shanghai， China from January 2019 to July 2021. Their respiratory samples were collected for etiological pathogen testing.ResultsA total of 681 SARI cases were enrolled for sampling and lab testing. Among them， 79.00% were aged 60 years and older， and 75.48% had confirmed chronic disease history. A total of 163 infection inpatients （23.94%） were positive for at least one pathogen. The pathogens identified most frequently were influenza A virus （6.75%）， followed by rhinovirus/enterovirus （3.23%）， parainfluenza virus （PIV） （2.79%）， Mycoplasma pneumoniae （2.35%）， coronavirus （CoV） （2.06%）. The positive rates of adenovirus （AdV）， human metapneumovirus （hMPV）， respiratory syncytial virus and bocavirus were all less than 2%. Bacterial strains were identified in eleven SARI cases， including Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa （4 strains）， Klebsiella pneumoniae （3 strains）. Legionella pneumophila was detected in 9 cases （1.32%） and Bordetella pertussis in 5 cases （0.73%）. Two pathogens were co-detected from 11 cases， accounting for 1.62% of 163 positive cases. The most common co-detected pathogens were influenza A virus and other pathogens， accounting for 54.55% of the mixed infection. The positive rates of pathogens were not significantly different between less than 60 years old and over 60 years old groups except for Bordetella pertussis， adenovirus and Mycoplasma pneumonia（P

Aiming at the problems of severe ground pressure behavior during final mining and poor roof maintenance effect in B10 coal face of Shajihai Coal Mine, a systematic study was carried out by means of field measurement, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. The roof structure and crack development of the withdrawal channel were mastered through the roof drilling peep. The FLAC3D numerical model of withdrawal channel was established, and the stress distribution and plastic zone evolution law of surrounding rock in withdrawal space were compared and analyzed under the two schemes of pre-excavation single withdrawal channel and self-excavation withdrawal channel. The roof hierarchical control principle of large fracture depth in withdrawal space was proposed, and a roof hierarchical control method dominated by medium and long anchor cables was formed. Based on this, the roof support scheme design of withdrawal channel in B1003W03 working face and the surface displacement monitoring of surrounding rock were carried out. The results show that compared with the layout of pre-excavation single withdrawal channel, the supporting stress distribution and plastic failure range of surrounding rock in the withdrawal space under the form of self-excavation withdrawal channel have been improved. The design of support scheme can effectively control the roof of shallow-middle-deep layer. The monitoring data show that the withdrawal channel deformation is small and the support effect is good.

Zinc methacrylate （ZDMA） or poly （zinc methacrylate） oligomer （PM） were introduced into natural rubber or blended with carbon black/silica and natural rubber to prepare a flexible fatigue resistant rubber with self-healing property. The results showed that ZDMA had better self-hea-ling than PM because of the reversible supramolecular network. When the amount of ZDMA was 40 phr, the self-healing efficiency of vulcanizate was the highest, close to 100%. Unsaturated carboxylate （ZDMA/PM） was combined with traditional fillers （carbon black/silica）, PM could effectively inhibit crack propagation only in the early stage, and ZDMA could significantly improve the flexure resistance of the material. The vulcanizate had the best flexural fatigue resistance when m（ZDMA）/m（carbon black）was 20/40.

ObjectiveTo analyze the characteristics and trends of notifiable infectious diseases in Yangpu District of Shanghai， from 1950 to 2020， and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of control measures.MethodsDescriptive epidemiological method was used to collect and analyze the epidemiological data of notifiable infectious diseases.ResultsA total of 1 186 675 cases from 38 types of infectious diseases were reported. The annual morbidity of Class A and Class B infectious diseases fluctuated between 138.22/105 and 7 861.45/105， showing a decreasing trend. Among the 3 785 cases of death， the top five were measles， viral hepatitis， dysentery， tuberculosis and epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis. The high incidence diseases were intestinal infectious diseases， and the respiratory infectious diseases fluctuated in a wide range. Furthermore， blood-borne infectious diseases and sexual -transmitted diseases had continued to increase in recent years. As the result of normative vaccination， the incidence of associated infectious disease showed a downward trend.ConclusionThe incidence of infectious diseases in Yangpu District was on the drop from 1950 to 2020. Prevention and control work should focus on respiratory infectious diseases， blood-borne infectious diseases and sexual -transmitted diseases in the future. Furthermore， it is important to guarantee normative vaccination， especially， for prevention and control of infectious diseases.

Objective To explore the related genes that play a key regulatory role in cisplatin resistance in lung adenocarcinoma. Methods Bioinformatics methods were used to download the differentially-expressed genes between cisplatin sensitive group and drug resistant group in patients with lung adenocarcinoma in TCGA database and GDSC database. GO function analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were carried out to analyze the differentially-expressed genes. The protein-protein interaction network was constructed and hierarchical cluster analysis was carried out to screen the key genes. The key genes were verified at the cell level by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and ELISA. Then the expression of the selected key gene in A549/DDP cells was silenced by siRNA and its sensitivity to cisplatin was detected. Results We screened out 178 differentially-expressed genes. After cluster analysis, CXCL9, CXCL10, NKX2-1 and SFTPA1 were regarded as the key genes of cisplatin resistance in lung adenocarcinoma. CXCL10 was temporarily selected for subsequent verification and function experiment. The mRNA expression of CXCL10 in A549/DDP cells was significantly higher than that in A549 cells (P < 0.001), and the expression of CXCL10 protein in the supernatant of A549/DDP cells was higher than that in A549 cells, which were consistent with the prediction of bioinformatics. The sensitivity of A549/DDP cells to DDP increased after silencing CXCL10 expression. Conclusions CXCL10 is a key gene to regulate cisplatin resistance in lung adenocarcinoma. Downregulating the expression of CXCL10 can become a potential target for reversing cisplatin resistance in lung adenocarcinoma.

In the process of intelligent coal mine construction, there are problems such as the 'data island' phenomenon, low data quality, lack of data governance system, and insufficient data empowerment. In order to solve the above problems, this paper analyzes the basic requirements of intelligent coal mine big data governance. This paper studies the key technologies of intelligent coal mines such as data acquisition and storage, data cleaning and standardization, data asset planning, data sharing and exchange. Combined with the field practice of data governance in Xiaobaodang Coal Mine, the overall technical architecture of intelligent coal mine big data governance based on the Industrial Internet system is proposed. The architecture functions correspond to the basic requirements of intelligent coal mine big data governance. It realizes the access, integration and fusion of multi-source heterogeneous perception data downward, provides data services for the development of various coal mine intelligent applications upward, and sediment various business indicators and model algorithms of coal mines in the middle, forming important data assets for coal mines. Unified access to to data form various coal mine systems is achieved through data access storage services based on different data access protocols. The necessary protocol conversion and data preprocessing are realized during the access process. The data processing is achieved through data cleaning and standardization services to improve data quality. The data is transformed into systematic data assets by adopting a hierarchical governance architecture. Finally, data assets are provided to other systems through standard interfaces through data sharing services, achieving the implementation of data value. The practical application of intelligent coal mine data governance achievements in different business scenarios is demonstrated from the perspective of coal mine single system application, mine-level application and company-level system application. After unified data governance, intelligent coal mine big data can achieve data fusion applications. It can break data islands, improve data quality, form coal mine unique data assets, and provide important value for coal mine production and operation.

Ammonia, as one of the primary water pollutants in aquaculture, has been shown to induce a wide range of ecotoxicological effects on aquatic animals. In order to investigate the antioxidant and innate immune responses in crustaceans disrupted by ammonia, red swamp crayfish (Procambarus clarkii) were exposed to 0, 15, 30, and 50 mg/L total ammonia nitrogen for 30 d, the alterations of antioxidant responses as well as innate immunity were studied. The results showed that the severity of hepatopancreatic injury were aggravated by the increasing ammonia levels, which were mainly characterized by tubule lumen dilatation and vacuolization. The swollen mitochondria and disappeared mitochondria ridges suggested that oxidative stress induced by ammonia targets the mitochondria. Concurrently, enhanced MDA levels, and decreased GSH levels as well as the decreased transcription and activity of antioxidant enzymes, including SOD, CAT, and GPx were noticed, which suggested that high concentrations of ammonia exposure induce oxidative stress in P. clarkii. Furthermore, a significant decrease of the hemolymph ACP, AKP, and PO along with the significant downregulation of immune-related genes (ppo, hsp70, hsp90, alf1, ctl) jointly indicated that ammonia stress inhibited the innate immune function. Our findings demonstrated that sub-chronic ammonia stress induced hepatopancreatic injury and exert suppressive effects on the antioxidant capacity as well as innate immunity of P. clarkii. Our results provide a fundamental basis for the deleterious effects of ammonia stress on aquatic crustaceans.

ObjectiveTo find out the problems and deficiencies in colposcopy through the quality control of colposcopy in 19 hospitals in Zibo City， so as to put forward constructive opinions and suggestion to improve the accuracy and standardization of colposcopy by the doctors in local hospitals.MethodsA total of 21 hospitals with colposcopy examination in Zibo City were selected as the research object. The quality control standards were formulated and the case data in the early stage were evaluated. Two hospitals had less than 10 cases completed each year and no on-site quality control.A total of 19 hospitals had on-site quality control with the operation process of colposcopy instrument on site， the configuration of colposcopy， the proportion of colposcopy examination reagents used in the department of pathology， and the operation period of colposcopy examination， as well as the on-site observation report. The qualified rate of each hospital were counted and analyzed.ResultsThe quality control results of 19 hospitals showed that the qualifications and the clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology for more than 3 years reached 100.00%. Those who complete more than 100 new diagnosis cases each year and those who have been trained for more than 3 months are gradually increasing. The pathological specimens met the needs and the positive predictive value of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion was significantly improved in the quality evaluation indicators of colposcopy （all P

Objective To report the first application of bipolar coagulation in separating donor vessels of surgical revascularization and explore the differences with traditional separated techniques. Methods and Results Instruments included high⁃frequency electrosurgical electric knife with bipolar mode [electric coagulation energy 60-70 W (separation) or 4-8 W (hemostasis)], short bipolar forceps (body length was 12 cm and its tips was coated with strong anti⁃stick coating, of which diameter was＜0.50 mm) and a short microaspirator tip (its length was 15 cm with 0.50 mm diameter). Initially, the shape of superficial temporal artery (STA) was marked and an incision was made based on surgical types from damaging the root of STA. Following with the fixed flap, bipolar tweezers were employed to separate the artery with 70 W of electric energy. And in this procedure, the arterial pulse and walking was verified by fingers. Afterwards, the surgeon separated donor arteries from the deep connective tissue by short bipolar forceps with lifting vessels away from the flap on the other hand. Of notes, bipolar forceps should avoid direct contact with vessels and the maintain of moist arterial staus also requires in the whole process. In addition, cotton tablets which were soked with fasudil could wrap the donors for rapid angiectasis just in case of strong vasospasm. Conclusions The quality of donor vessels is a primary factor determining the success of cerebral revascularization. In contrast with the traditional separated techniques, short tweezers were applied in the separation of donor vessels with sharp tips, favorable safety, little damages, high power of electrocoagulation and efficiency. Besides, the length of arteries harvested by bipolar coagulation was longer than that by monopolar coagulation, so did with the vascular compliance. Precise coagulation should be applied at a certain distance from targeted blood vessels and a proper amount of soft tissues could be attached to vessels. Once donor arteries or these branches were bleeding, bipolar tips could be employed in the hemorrhagic sites with 6 W of the electric coagulation power softly. Meanwhile, the techniques in the separation of blood vessels by bipolar forceps required high surgical abilities which called for practices.

The overall failure mode of a tower-shaped unstable rock mass associated with bottom compression-induced fracturing frequently occurs on the steep-high slope with a gentle dip angle in the karst regions, and its damage-catastrophe mechanism belongs to a key issue in the mountainous disaster discipline. Taking a collapse case of Zengziyan unstable rock mass #W12 in Nanchuan District of Chongqing, China, for example, a damage-catastrophe geomechanical model considering the load and the water- weakening effect was built. A damage constitutive equation and a total damage degree evolution equation were derived based on the strain equivalence principle, and the water-weakening function was developed into a cubic function in one unknown for the softening coefficient. Then, the geomechanical model was simplified into an equivalent spring model and the damage-fold catastrophe model was established by the energy balance theory. Finally, the failure criterion and eigenvalue expression of critical displacement mutation for the tower-shaped unstable rock mass were obtained. The results show that when the unstable rock mass #W12 fails, the control variant determining the stability of a fold catastrophe model is –0.003 251, which is less than zero, demonstrating that the system turns into an unstable state. The initial calculated value of the theoretical displacement mutation of 148.70 mm is smaller than the first inflection point of the measured value of 154.34 mm, and the relative error is about 3.65% which tends to be safer. The theoretical damage constitutive curve and evolution curve are consistent with the numerical results obtained in the literature, suggesting that the theoretical model has a good applicability. The research outcome can be applied to predicting the damage evolution process and the eigenvalue of critical displacement mutation for the compression-induced fracturing and failure of a tower-shaped unstable rock mass. It also provides a theoretical basis for monitoring and early-warning of the steep-high unstable rock mass collapse and disaster prevention and mitigation in limestone area.

The oral cavity serves as another reservoir for gastric Helicobacter pylori and may contribute to the failure of gastric H. pylori eradication therapy. However, changes to the oral microbial composition after gastric H. pylori eradication therapy has not yet been identified. This study aims to dissect whether the oral microbiota is involved and which bacterium mediates the clinic failure in H. pylori eradication. In the present study, the oral microorganisms from patients who had received the gastric H. pylori eradication treatment were analyzed by a high-throughput 16S rRNA deep sequencing. We found that the β diversity and composition of oral microbiota were remarkably changed in the patients who had experienced successful gastric H. pylori eradication treatment (SE group) compared to the failure group (FE group). Significantly enriched families, including Prevotellaceae, Streptococcaceae, Caulobacteraceae, and Lactobacillaceae, were detected in the SE group. In contrast, the bacterial families, such as Weeksellaceae, Neisseriaceae, Peptostreptococcaceae, Spirochaetaceae, and Veillonellaceae, were abundantly expressed in the FE group. Five operational taxonomic units (OTUs) were positively correlated with DOB values, while two OTUs exhibited negative trends. These different enriched OTUs were extensively involved in the 20 metabolic pathways. These results suggest that a balanced environment in the oral microbiota contributes to H. pylori eradication and metabolic homeostasis in humans. Our data demonstrated that the changes in oral microbiota might contribute to the therapeutic effects of antibiotic therapy. Therefore, a different therapy on the detrimental oral microbiota will increase the therapeutic efficacy of antibiotics on H. pylori infection.

The optical all-pass filter (APF), which exhibits a constant amplitude response and a variable phase response, is a key to manipulating the optical phase without inducing signal amplitude distortion. High-order APFs are significantly demanded because they can afford large time delays and phase shifts. However, to date, only first-order APFs based on lossy waveguides have been reported. Although high-order APFs can be simply obtained by cascading multiple first-order APFs, the complexity and size are increased. To solve this problem, we propose and demonstrate a second-order APF using Mach–Zehnder interferometer-assisted microring resonators. The device is fabricated based on a silicon-on-insulator platform. Based on the second-order APF, an adjustable time delay between 553 and 948 ps is obtained, and the corresponding amplitude variation is less than 1.7 dB. Meanwhile, a microwave photonic phase shifter is also obtained based on the APF. The microwave phase shift can be adjusted from 0 to 3.27π, with an RF power variation within 2.4 dB. Additionally, the second-order APF can be reconfigured to a first-order APF, which significantly enhances its flexibility. The reconfigured first-order APF can realize an adjustable time delay between 257 and 429 ps, and the amplitude variation is less than 0.9 dB. The proposed high-order APF provides a novel approach to manipulating optical signals.

The diagnosis and treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) in children are more complicated than in adults. In 2021, the Subspecialty Group of Immunology of the Society of Pediatrics of Chinese Medical Association, together with Chinese GRADE Center, and the editorial board of Chinese Journal of Pediatrics, jointly formulated the first Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Childhood-onset Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. The guideline is a continuation of Recommendations on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatric Systemic Lupus Erythematosus issued in 2011. After 10 years of clinical practice, the diagnosis and treatment of children with SLE is still not standardized. Based on this guidance, combined with China's specific national conditions, the target population is children with SLE and their guardians. The guideline answers 12 key and important clinical questions and management, regarding the diagnosis, assessment, treatment and prognosis of SLE. The purpose of the guidelines is to provide guidance for involved professionals and to standardize the diagnosis, rational drug use and long-term management of children with SLE.

China was the first country suffering from the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic and one of the countries with stringent mother-neonate isolation measure implemented. Now increasing evidence suggests that coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) should not be taken as an indication for formula feeding or isolation of the infant from the mother.

The coal mine massive data has problems such as 'data island', weak correlation, poor data quality due to lack of data management system. It is difficult to make full use of the data and provide analysis and decision-making support for coal mine intelligence. The data warehouse can meet the requirements of multi-source heterogeneous data integration in coal mine, and provide data basis for intelligent application in coal mine. By analyzing the coal mine data types, characteristics and intelligent application requirements of actual data, the intelligent coal mine data warehouse modeling method is studied. Firstly, the layered architecture of intelligent coal mine data warehouse is constructed, and the characteristics of data model of original data layer, detailed data layer, basic index layer, service data layer and public dimension layer are analyzed. Secondly, taking the data of fully mechanized working face as an example, the modeling process of data warehouse is expounded from the aspects of business data analysis, application demand analysis and layered architecture design. Thirdly, the construction method of data model in coal mine data warehouse is introduced. The original data is transformed into data warehouse dimensional model through dimension alignment, dimension association and dimensional index aggregation. The method solves the application problem of coal mine data association in different dimensions. Finally, in order to solve the problem of portability of coal mine data warehouse, the design idea of coal mine parametric data warehouse based on general data warehouse in coal mine industry + parametric ETL (extraction-transformation-load) method is proposed. The platform of coal mine data warehouse in the laboratory environment is set up to process the data of fully mechanized working face of Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo Coal Industry Co., Ltd. The auxiliary mechanism model analysis and visual management cockpit are realized based on the processing data, which verifies the practicability of intelligent coal mine data warehouse. The performance indexes of the original data model and the intelligent coal mine data warehouse are compared. The results show that the data organization, model reuse and iteration difficulty of the intelligent coal mine data warehouse are better than those of the original data model, and the data query response time is shortened by more than 50%.

Konjac glucomannan (KGM) is a water-soluble natural plant polysaccharide from Konjac tubers, a special resource in China. It has good water absorption and thickening properties. Due to the complex structure, large molecular weight, and strong hydrophilicity of the characteristic acetyl group, KGM-based materials have poor moisture barrier properties and poor mechanical properties, further limiting their applications. In the early stage, it was found that the rigidity and flexibility of Konjac glucomannan particle molecular chain may affect the mechanical stability of its grain state. This strange molecular rigidity and flexibility may be due to the dynamic change of molecular chain to form stable KGM particles. It is speculated that the change of molecular rigid and flexible structure can improve the stability of molecular chain of KGM particles and obtain KGM particles with good mechanical properties. This paper will deeply analyze the research process of "KGM particle molecular rigidity and flexible structure → effect of molecular rigidity and flexible structure on KGM particle mechanical stability → molecular dynamics simulation interactive visual analysis → experimental verification and model evaluation → strengthening the mechanical properties of KGM based materials". The mechanical stability mechanism of Konjac glucomannan particle state structure formation and its molecular rigidity and flexible regulation behavior were revealed. The dynamic regulation was carried out by computer simulation to explore the relationship between them. The purpose is to reveal the mechanical stability mechanism of Konjac glucomannan particle state and lay a theoretical foundation for the bottleneck problem faced by Konjac refined powder in the processing process and its molecular stiffness and flexibility regulation.

Although transition metal oxides/hydroxides have gone through many modifications including heteroatoms doping to improve their performance towards electrocatalytic water splitting and supercapacitors, their superior performance is yet to come. Herein, cobalt hydroxide was calcined, sulfurized, and phosphorized, which was prepared via a facile electrodeposition process on nickel foam at −1.0 V. Based on the experimental results, the cobalt sulfide showed a lower overpotential of 282 mV to achieve a current density of 10 mA/cm2 for oxygen evolution process. Moreover, the prepared optimized cobalt sulfide sample displayed the highest specific capacitance of 3.7 F/cm2 along with the largest energy density (0.144 Wh/cm2) as well as high power density (8.28 W/cm2). The prepared optimized cobalt sulfide sample showed a very stable electrochemical performance suggesting that the facile electrodeposition process can produce efficient electrocatalysts for the oxygen evolution process.

Concentrating on the problem of massive energy loss in the compressor, expansion valve, and the other components present in the high-temperature heat pump system under extensive temperature lift, the dual-flash compound circulation system is proposed and the thermodynamic model of the dual-flash compound circulation system was established. The article combines the multivariate simulated annealing algorithm, utilizes the system COP as the optimization goal, and completes the calculation of the thermodynamic parameters in the steady-state of the system that is based on satisfying the conditions of the system process. Using R245fa as the refrigerant, the condensation temperature is set within the range of 110°C–140°C for the model calculation. The results show that, compared to the traditional two-stage compression system under the same environment, the COP of the dual-flash compound circulation system can be increased up to 5.71%–12.13%, and the exergy efficiency can be increased by 5.11%–10.71%, respectively. Besides, steam production per unit refrigerant is also increased by 3.79%–5.14%. Finally, the feasibility of the theoretical model is verified by simulation, and it is concluded that the dual-flash compound circulation system has better steam production performance at the extensive temperature lift and the elevated condensation temperature.
