To study the deformation and stress of ring-flexspline in harmonic gear under actual working conditions,an interference fit model is applied to solve the problem of assembling between the wave generator and flexspline with large deformation. Further more experiments are performed to test the validity of this method. Then the finite element numerical calculations of the whole harmonic gear are obtained under no-load and rated load on the base of the model. At last,the deformation and stress distributions law of flexspline in the no-load and load are analyzed by data processing. The results show that the stress distribution of the flexspline has its minor value along the neutral layer of flexspline ring,and the maximum stress is located on the tooth root which mainly is tangential. The deformation and stress increment of flexspline under rated load are0. 46% and 93. 6% respectively relative to the no-load. It also shows that the load has little effect on flexspline deformation,but a strong influence on its stress. The finite element analysis results which fit well with related literature calculations proved that the interference fit model is effective,so it can provide a more precise method to study harmonic gear drive in accordance with the actual working conditions.

In recent years, the process of filling oxygen explosion accidents have occurred, causing great casualties and property losses. Great pressure on the safety production of enterprises, resulting in adverse effects on the society. This paper analyzes and summarizes the oxygen bottle filling process types and causes of the accident, found the shortcomings of traditional monitoring methods, and propose a new monitoring methodology, which is based on infrared detection technology oxygen cylinder filling process safety monitoring system. The method can accurately monitor the temperature changes of oxygen cylinder filling process, timely detection of anomalies in the filling process, provide some security for the oxygen cylinder filling operations.

Due to the advantages of non‐contact processing, high efficiency, high precision, and superior controllability, laser lift‐off (LLO) technologies exhibit excellent material applicability and process compatibility in the lift‐off of ultra‐thin electronic devices. This brings new opportunities for large‐scale manufacturing of emerging electronics that meet ultra‐thin, fragile, and poor high‐temperature resistance. However, this opportunity also comes with formidable challenges from the complex mechanisms of laser‐matter interactions, which hinder comprehensive exploration and fundamental understanding. By elaborating the laser‐material interactions, the photothermal effect, "cold" processing, shockwave effect, and cavitation effect in LLO process from multiple perspectives, this review is devoted to discussing the latest progress and sustainable application of LLO technologies in emerging electronics that are developing toward ultra‐thin, miniaturization, and integration, such as wafer level packaging, displays, energy harvesters, sensors, and memories. Finally, starting from the fundamental principles of material design, light field regulation, and intelligent control system, the challenges and new approaches faced by LLO technologies are explored and fully integrated with future innovative manufacturing concepts and device structures. Rechargeable aqueous sodium ion batteries (ASIBs) are rising as an important alternative to lithium ion batteries, owing to their safety and low cost. Metal anodes show a high theoretical capacity and nonselective hydrated ion insertion for ASIBs, yet their large volume expansion and sluggish reaction kinetics resulted in poor electrochemical stability. Herein, we demonstrate an electrode cyclability enhancement mechanism by inlaying bismuth (Bi) nanoparticles on graphene nanosheets through chemical bond, which is achieved by a unique laser induced compounding method. This anchored metal‐graphene heterostructure can effectively mitigate volume variation, and accelerate the kinetic capability as the active Bi can be exposed to the electrolyte. Our method can achieve a reversible capacity of 122 mAh g−1 at a large current density of 4 A g−1 for over 9500 cycles. Aqueous zinc metal batteries are receiving broad attention owing to their promising characteristics of low cost, high safety, and environmental benignity. However, severe side reactions over zinc metal anodes (i.e., dendrite growth and by‐product formation) dramatically limit their further development. Herein, the key problems are tackled by introducing a dual‐function electrolyte additive (ammonium cation‐based salts) to achieve long‐term and highly reversible zinc plating/stripping. Specifically, the cation can homogenize the zinc deposition via the charge shielding effect and inhibit by‐product formation by participating in the constitution of contact ion pairs. In such a way, the Zn||Zn symmetric cell stably cycles over 2145 h at a current density of 1 mA cm−2 with the overpotential of merely 25 mV. In addition, the reversibility of energy storage devices based on manganese dioxide and an activated carbon cathode is effectively enhanced.
