OBJECTIVE: In this work, based on intelligent computing, the biological signals of patients were analyzed to investigate the hemodynamic changes and pulmonary complications of Nalmefene Hcl combined with general anesthesia (GA) in laparoscopic gynecological tumor surgery (GTS). PATIENTS AND METHODS: Eighty computer-aided GTS patients were randomly divided into a control group (n = 40) and an observation group (n = 40). Biomedical electrocardiogram (ECG) signals were detected by wavelet neural network in all patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological tumor surgery and were computerized according to the android interface definition language model (AIDL). GA was used during surgery. The observation group was injected intravenously with 0.2 μg/kg naproxenacin hydrochloride after operation. The control group was given 1 mL 0.9% sodium chloride solution after operation. Mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR), pulse oxygen saturation (SPO), coma score, and adverse reactions (AR) were compared between the two groups at 10, 20, and 30 minutes after wakefulness. The hemodynamic parameters between the two groups were compared. Serum urocholine (URO) and creatinine (Cre) levels were analyzed in patients without complications. RESULTS: ECG waveform based on wavelet neural network has a high recognition rate and strong generalization ability. 37 patients in the observation group recovered within 10 minutes after surgery, and the recovery rate at 30 minutes was 95%. 30 patients in the control group awoke 10 minutes after the operation, and the recovery rate at 30 minutes m-AR was 75%. The average abstract windows toolkit (AWT) of the observation group and control group was 11.87 ± 5.78 min and 16.46 ± 5.32 min, respectively, and the difference was significant (p < 0.05). There were significant differences in HR, systolic blood pressure (SBP), and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) between the observation group and the control group during the extubation (p < 0.05). Blood gas indexes PaO2, PvO2, PaCO2, and PvCO2 in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group half an hour after the operation and half an hour after pneumoperitoneum (p > 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Intelligent computational biological signal detection was beneficial to the development of surgery. Nalmefene Hcl combined with GA on the basis of the AIDL model has a significant effect on the awakening of GTS patients and can shorten sleep time. The thermoelectric properties of Pr-doped compounds β-(Zn1-xPrx)4Sb3 (x = 0, 0.001, 0.002, 0.003) were investigated at the temperatures from 300 K to 615 K. The results indicate that Pr doping causes the resonant distortion of density of states of β-Zn4Sb3, as manifested by almost 2-fold increase of the density of state effective mass md* of β-Zn4Sb3, which results in ∼50 μV/K increase of the thermopower for the doped samples with x = 0.002 and 0.003. The thermal conductivity decreases substantially upon Pr doping. As a result, the figure of merit, ZT, of β-(Zn0.008Pr0.002)4Sb3 is ∼23% larger than that of the un-doped one and reaches 0.65 at 615 K, suggesting that Pr doping is an effective approach to raise ZT of β-Zn4Sb3. The Sr3(Ti0.95R0.05)2O7 (R = Ta, Nb, W) polycrystalline compounds were fabricated, and their transport and thermoelectric properties were investigated. The results indicate that at T > 300 K electrical resistivity ρ for all the doped compounds increases monotonically with temperature, and basically can be described by a relation ρ ∝ TM at T > ∼650 K, with M = 1.39, 1.66, and 1.77 for R = Ta, Nb, and W, respectively, implying that at the high temperatures the acoustic phonon scattering dominates the scattering process. Although the resistivity ρ of Sr3(Ti0.95Ta0.05)2O7 exhibits a metallic-like behavior at the temperature as low as 5 K, a transition from metallic state (dρ/dT > 0) to semiconductor-like state (dρ/dT < 0) was observed at a critical low temperature ∼41 K and ∼79 K for R = Nb and W, respectively. At T < ∼22 K, ∼57 K, and ∼80 K, a relation of σ ∝ T1/2 (here conductivity σ = 1/ρ) holds for the doped compounds with R = Nb, Ta, and W, respectively, suggesting that at the low temperatures the main transport mechanism is electron-electron interaction due to the presence of disorder induced by the dopants. The thermoelectric figure of merit (ZT) for Ta-doped compound increases more steeply with increasing temperature among the three compounds and reaches 0.066 at 1000 K. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Dam is an important part of engineering structure, in the process of dam construction, the dam monitoring is crucial since water erosion and time-dependent motion may cause deformation. Traditional monitoring methods are time-consuming and labour-intensive. However, Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) can provide precise and spatially dense information on slow deformations. This research investigated the longest earth-rock-fill dam in Sudan to determine the spatial and temporal deformations Sentinel-1A descending SAR images were further used to analyse the issues mentioned above. The results suggested that the dam existed the maximum displacement with a value up to 190 mm on the dam crest. Besides, the selected sections along the riverbed of the dam were analysed and the RMSE was approximately 2 mm/year. The results were in good agreement with the in situ measurements, indicating the advancement of time series InSAR in dam deformation monitoring. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The thermoelectric properties of Bi-doped compounds (Zn1-xBix)4Sb3 (x=0,0.0025,0.005,0.01) were studied experimentally as well as theoretically. The results indicate that low-temperature (T<300 K) thermal conductivity of moderately doped (Zn0.9975Bi0.0025)4Sb3 reduces remarkably as compared with that of Zn4Sb3 due to enhanced phonon scattering of impurity (dopant). Electrical resistivity and Seebeck coefficient increase monotonically with increase in the Bi content resulting mainly from decrease in carrier concentration. Moreover, first-principle calculations were performed on the occupation options of Bi atoms in β-Zn4Sb3, which show that Bi will preferentially occupy the Zn sites and not Sb sites and act as donors, being consistent with the experimental observations. In addition, the lightly doped compound (Zn0.9975Bi0.0025)4Sb3 exhibits the best thermoelectric performance due to the improvement in both its thermal conductivity and Seebeck coefficient, whose figure of merit, ZT, is about 1.5 times larger than that of β-Zn4Sb3 at 300 K. OBJECTIVE: Malignant melanoma (MM), the deadliest form of skin malignancy, is a highly aggressive and malignant tumor with an increasing incidence rate in recent years. Increasing evidence suggested that dysfunctions of microRNAs (miRNAs) may play an important role in human tumors. However, the effect of miR-155 on malignant melanoma cell migration and invasion remains largely elusive. This research was designed to evaluate the potential function of miR-155 and CBL (Casitas B-lineage lymphoma) in malignant melanoma. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Quantitative Real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was utilized to detect miR-155 and CBL expression in malignant melanoma tissues and cell lines. 3-(4, 5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2, 5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay was performed to examine the regulation of miR-155 in melanoma proliferation. Transwell assay was carried out to detect the effect of miR-155 on the MM cell migration and invasion. Luciferase assay and biological analysis were used to predict and determine the target gene of miR-155. RESULTS: miR-155 was down-regulated in malignant melanoma tissues and cell lines. Ectopic expression of miR-155 could inhibit migration and invasion in malignant melanoma cells. What’s more, we found that CBL was a new target of miR-155. Additionally, CBL was negatively associated with miR-155 in malignant melanoma and overexpression of CBL attenuated miR-155-mediated inhibition on MM cell migration and invasion. CONCLUSIONS: miR-155 inhibited malignant melanoma proliferation, migration and invasion. And high CBL expression was observed in MM tissues. OBJECTIVE: Hepatopulmonary syndrome (HPS) is a kind of pulmonary microvascular disease and occurs in 15%-30% cirrhosis. This study aimed to investigate the effects of pulmonary CX3CR1 on angiogenesis and associated mechanisms in HPS animal models. MATERIALS AND METHODS: CX3CR1GFP/ GFP mice were constructed by replacing CX-3CR1 with GFP. Common bile duct ligation (CBDL) mouse model was established with surgery. Release of nitric oxide (NO) was evaluated. Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining was employed to examine the inflammation of lung tissues. CD31 expression was detected with immunohistochemistry assay. Western blotting was used to evaluate the expression of CX3CL1, CX3CR1, phosphorylated-AKT (p-AKT), phosphorylated-ERK (p-ERK). Quantitative Real Time-PCR (qRT-PCR) assay was used to examine VEGF, PDGF, iNOS, eNOS, and HO-1 expression. RESULTS: CX3CR1-deficiency (CX3CR1GFP/ GFP-sham or CX3CR1GFP/GFP-CBDL mice) significantly reduced NO release compared to wide type (WT)-mice or WT-CBDL mice (p<0.05). CX3CR1-deficiency significantly alleviated inflammation compared to wide type (WT)-mice or WT-CBDL mice (p<0.05). CX3CR1-deficiency significantly reduced CD31 expression compared to WT-sham and WT-CBDL mice, respectively (p<0.05). CX3CR1 also participated in anti-angiogenesis efficacy of Bevacizumab. CX-3CR1-deficiency significantly down-regulated the ratio of p-AKT/AKT and p-ERK/ERK and inhibited the secretion of VEGF and PDGF compared to WT-mice (p<0.05). CX3CR1-deficiency significantly reduced iNOS, eNOS, and HO-1 expression compared to WT-mice (p<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: CX3CR1 deficiency reduced VEGF and PDGF production, inhibited p-AKT, and p-ERK activation and down-regulated iNOS, eNOS, and HO-1 expression. Therefore, CX-3CR1 participates in pulmonary angiogenesis in the experimental HPS mice via inhibiting AKT/ ERK signaling pathway and regulating NO/NOS release. In the Majiayao cultural stratum of the Lajia site in Minhe County, Qinghai Province, much earthenware of rich variety and strong character has been found, among which the most special item is a suspected glazed white ceramic fragment. This study investigates this ceramic sherd and many other overfired objects. Energy‐dispersive X‐ray fluorescence spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy – energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction and thermodilatometry were employed to analyse the composition, microstructure, phase composition and firing temperature of the white ceramic. In addition to large condensed glaze droplets, the white ceramic showed a thin and uneven glaze layer, which might represent the earliest results of the exploration of glaze‐making technology by Lajia inhabitants, and provide a new perspective on the study of the origin of Chinese proto‐porcelains.
