The purpose of the article is to determine the specifics of the use of indicators used in the analysis and diagnostics in the system of controlling the financial results of the organization. The features of analysis of financial results in the controlling with the lookup of chain is presented in the article.

A drilling machine is presented, equipped with a hydraulic drive with self-adaptation according to the load and coordination of the kinematic and power parameters of the main movement and the movement of the working body feed. For research and design of the proposed adaptive hydraulic drive based on mathematical modeling methods, its mathematical model is proposed, developed using the foundations of the theory of volumetric stiffness of hydraulic systems. The solution of the obtained mathematical model was carried out in the software environment for dynamic modeling of technical systems SimInTech. As a result, general dependences of the functional parameters of the adaptive system on the design parameters and technological conditions of its functioning were obtained. The solution of the mathematical model of the adaptive hydraulic drive shows the fundamental possibility of implementing the principle of self-adaptation by load, with external and internal disturbing influences during operation. The results obtained can be used in the design of adaptive systems of technological equipment for various purposes.

This article partially presents the results of a macroeconomic study. The results of the evaluation of macroeconomic indicators are important in the process of making decisions on regulating the economic stability of the country, developing tactical measures, financial stability, and the development of the financial policy of the country. The purpose of the article is to assess the economic stability of the state by analyzing the major macroeconomic indicators of Russia and the leading partner countries, including research on the monetary indicators, GDP, external debt, foreign trade turnover, financial market and other indicators. Data1 , research methods – in terms of Russia, the current data volume was analyzed from 2010 to 2015. In order to assess the development trend, a series of data for 1995-2017 period was used. The data was analyzed using the methods of multidimensional statistics and the Statgraphics application package. The structure of research – Hypothesis 1. The monetary stock of the majority of studied countries increases significantly, which is a matter of concern. Hypothesis 2. Despite of a slight decline in recent years, GDP tends to grow in most countries of the world and its sectoral structure is uneven. The foreign trade turnover tends to increase after a significant decline. The foreign trade balance in Russia and in a number of leading partner countries has a positive balance, dominated by the export of goods.

The aim is to assess oral health-related quality of life (OHRQoL) and factors associated with OHRQoL among the students of the medical university. Methods. The cross-sectional study included 308 Russian speaking third year students aged 19-25 years from the Faculty of General Medicine, Paediatrics, Preventive Medicine and Dentistry of the Northern State Medical University (NSMU), Arkhangelsk, Russian Arctic. The Oral Health (OH) Impact Profile (OHIP-14) was used to measure OHRQoL. Information on socio-demographic factors, self-esteem of tooth and gingiva health, OH behaviour, and diet was obtained from the OH Questionnaire for adults (World Health Organization, 2013). Pearson's chi-square test and multivariable Poisson regression with robust estimate of dispersion were used for statistical analysis. Results: 33,8 % and 18,5 % of students had poor dentition and gingiva, respectively. 39,0 % of students consumed sweet pies/buns more than once a week; 39.0 % of students reported on low OHRQoL. The highest mean scores OHIP-14 were found for the dimensions "physical pain" and "psychological discomfort": 1.59 (95 % confidence interval (CI): 1.43-1.75) and 0.84 (95 % CI: 0.70-0.98), respectively. Female sex (prevalence ratio (PR) = 1.73, 95 % CI: 1.23-2.45), poor self-esteem of teeth health (PR = 2.32, 95 % CI: 1.77-3.04), and sweet pies/buns consumption more than once a week (PR = 1.39, 95 % CI: 1.07-1.80), were all significantly and independently associated with low OHRQoL. Conclusions: Relatively high prevalence of low OHRQoL was observed in the examined students. Female sex, poor self-esteem of teeth health and frequent consumption of sweet pies/buns were associated with low OHRQoL. To enhance OHRQoL in Russian students, the preventive strategies for dental diseases and diet improvement should be implemented. Цель: оценить качество жизни, связанное со стоматологическим здоровьем (КЖССЗ), студентов медицинского университета и выявить взаимосвязанные с ним факторы. Методы. В поперечном исследовании участвовали 308 русскоговорящих студентов в возрасте 19-25 лет, обучающихся на 3 курсе лечебного, педиатрического, медико-профилактического и стоматологического факультетов Северного государственного медицинского университета (СГМУ), г. Архангельск, Арктическая зона России. Оценивалось КЖССЗ с помощью анкеты «Профиль влияния стоматологического здоровья» (OHIP-14). Для получения информации о социально-демографических факторах, самооценке состояния зубов и десны, поведенческих факторах, связанных со здоровьем полости рта (ПР), характере питания использовали анкету о здоровье ПР для взрослых, разработанную ВОЗ (2013). Для статистического анализа применяли критерий х2 Пирсона и множественную регрессию Пуассона с робастной оценкой дисперсии. Результаты. Плохое состояние собственного здоровья зубов и десны отметили 33,8 и 18,5 % студентов соответственно; 39,0 % употребляли сладкие пироги/сдобы чаще одного раза в неделю; 39,0 % имели низкий уровень КЖССЗ. Наибольшие средние значения суммы баллов OHIP-14 отмечались в блоке «физическая боль» и «психологический дискомфорт»: 1,59 (95 % доверительный интервал (ДИ): 1,43-1,75) и 0,84 (95 % ДИ: 0,70-0,98) соответственно. Женский пол (отношение распространенностей (ОР) = 1,73, 95 % ДИ: 1,23-2,45), плохая самооценка состояния своих зубов (OP = 2,32, 95 % ДИ: 1,77-3,04), употребление сладких пирогов/сдоб чаще одного раза в неделю (OP = 1,39, 95 % ДИ: 1,07-1,80) были значимо и независимо связаны с более высокими показателями распространенности низкого КЖССЗ. Выводы. Распространенность низкого КЖССЗ у обследованных студентов достаточно высока. Факторы, которые были связаны с низким КЖССЗ, включали женский пол, плохую самооценку состояния своих зубов и частое употребление сладких продуктов. Возможными путями улучшения КЖССЗ студентов являются профилактическая направленность в отношении стоматологических заболеваний и улучшение питания.

The results of research on the effectiveness of the fungicide Comissar are presented, EC (active agents propiconazole, 300 g/l and tebuconazole, 200 g/l) against rice Pyricularia, in the conditions of laboratory and vegetation experiments. The experiment was conducted in 2016-2017 in the Primorsky Territory. The fungicide was used at the consumption rate of 0.3 l/ha and 0.4 l/ha one time. In the primary laboratory tests on pure culture Pyricularia oryzae a high inhibitory activity of the drug against the coastal population of rice Pyricularia was revealed. It is noticed that Comissar significantly inhibits the growth of fungal colonies in all tested concentrations. Treatment of the nutriculture medium with solutions of the drug provides a significant preventive effect on the development of P. oryzae compared to an untreated control. The effectiveness of the drug was 100% on the 7th day and 89.3-90.4% on the 14th day. It was found that the use of the drug as a fungicide for the treatment of vegetative rice plants significantly reduces the development of Pyricularia. Comissar has a high biological efficacy against the pathogen at 47.4% (0.3 l/ha) and 62.7% (0.4 l/ha). The use of the fungicide contributed to the active growth of plants and it increased the main productivity indicators: the length of the panicle by 2.08-32.17 cm, the number of filled grains by 3.0-4.5 pcs. and their mass by 0.21-0.24 g per plant, as well as the mass of 1000 grains by 4.91-5.51 g. The maximum reliable increase in grain yield by 3.77 g/vessel was obtained in the variant using a fungicide at the minimum consumption rate.

This replication of the study of Genschow et al. (2012) examines the effect of the color red on beverage consumption. In total, 148 men were asked to consume drinks in either red- or blue-labeled cups. Cup labels were assigned at random. Unlike in the previous study, the findings in our replication study did not provide empirical support for the hypothesis that people will drink less from red-labeled cups than blue-labeled cups. The difference between groups in drink consumption was non-significant. Thus, the red color did not have an inhibitory effect on drink intake.

Backgroundγ9δ2 T cells hold great promise as cancer therapeutics because of their unique capability of reacting to metabolic changes with tumor cells. However, it has proven very difficult to translate this promise into clinical success.MethodsIn order to better utilize the tumor reactivity of γ9δ2T cells and combine this with the great potential of T cell engager molecules, we developed a novel bispecific molecule by linking the extracellular domains of tumor-reactive γ9δ2TCRs to a CD3-binding moiety, creating gamma delta TCR anti-CD3 bispecific molecules (GABs). GABs were tested in vitro and in vivo for ability to redirect T lymphocytes to a variety of tumor cell lines and primary patient material.ResultsGABs utilizing naturally occurring high affinity γ9δ2TCRs efficiently induced αβT cell mediated phosphoantigen-dependent recognition of tumor cells. Reactivity was substantially modulated by variations in the Vδ2 CDR3-region and the BTN2A1-binding HV4-region between CDR2 and CDR3 of the γ-chain was crucial for functionality. GABs redirected αβT cells against a broad range of hematopoietic and solid tumor cell lines and primary acute myeloid leukemia. Furthermore, they enhanced infiltration of immune cells in a 3D bone marrow niche and left healthy tissues intact, while eradicating primary multiple myeloma cells. Lastly, GABs constructed from natural high affinity γ9δ2TCR sequences significantly reduced tumor growth in vivo in a subcutaneous myeloma xenograft model.ConclusionsWe conclude that GABs allow for the introduction of metabolic targeting of cancer cells to the field of T cell engagers.
