Abstract

The article clarifies the basic definitions of current folklore science, defines the range of terminological borrowings from the conceptosphere "postmodernism". The article considers the term postfolklore as having a neurobiological influence, since reading works of post-folklore is a complex neurophysiological process during which the brain scans and decodes symbols and their combinations connected by phonetic, semantic and syntactic rules, discovering the meaning encoded in them, including modern urban folklore and a fundamentally new type of folk art - Internet folklore (netlore). The possibility to describe folklore phenomena in terms of post-, analogy with postmodern phenomena, has certain grounds. Thus, the postmodern exaltation of the reader, which destroys the precedence of meaning and constitutes the latter in the process of reading, finds correspondence in the multivariantism of folklore. Since postmodernism and post-folklore are united by chronological frameworks, we consider literary and folklore texts in the context of historical and cultural environment in which they appeared, we find their neuroinfluence on the personality. The analysis of the postmodern discourse shows that an important principle of its principle is the neuroinfluence in acquaintance with the works of folklore, the interactive code. New forms of disseminating and receiving information in today's society determine new forms of its non-specialized - folklore - translation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

10. Organization of the educational process in the Rural School of the mountain region: a case study

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to present the problems of a typical rural school in a mountainous region in terms of the organization of the educational process, in particular distance learning of students in a coronary virus pandemic. The following research methods were used: analytic-synthetic, empirical and mathematical statistics. The specifics of the organization of schoolchildren’s education in the alpine conditions of a small rural school are substantiated. The results of an empirical study conducted among teachers of rural schools in the mountains of Ukraine are presented. The subject of the survey were questions about the attitude of teachers to distance learning in rural schools, the realities and difficulties of using information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process. It was found that among teachers of various levels of rural education (preschool, primary and secondary school) 49.12% have a positive attitude to distance learning, 18.42% – partially support. Given the difficulties and problems of using ICT, lack of teaching materials for online learning, low level of digital and media literacy, 23.68% of teachers – strongly against this form of organization of the educational process in remote rural (mountainous) regions. Prospects for the development of rural schools in mountainous areas in the context of digitalization of education are identified.

39. Enhancing Registers and Styles: Grammatical Dimension

Abstract

This study explores the issue of acquiring stylistic grammar by University students – teacher-trainees. The results of the observation made it possible to arrive at the conclusion about the expedience of teaching stylistic grammar to junior students of language schools, but with different levels of stylistic loading. With this in mind, a corresponding methodology is designed, which incorporates a system of stylistically oriented activities. They embrace non-communicative receptive, quasi-communicative receptive-reproductive and communicative productive exercises to be employed in the English classroom. It is maintained that the employment of the proposed system of activities begins in the junior years and continues through the University course in order to obtain expected learning outcomes.

46. Development of professional creativity of future teachers (Based on comparative research in Ukraine and Poland)

Abstract

The article outlines the essence of professional creativity in pedagogical activity. The teacher’s creativity is described as a complex of intellectual and personality characteristics of the individual, contributing to the independent generation of original ideas and their non-traditional solution. On the basis of comparative experimental research, the level of non-verbal creativity of future teachers of the bordering regions of Ukraine and Poland was revealed in the paper. According to the results of the diagnosis of non-verbal creativity (Torrens methods), the authors conclude that a significant proportion of Ukrainian and Polish students are not able to produce a sufficient number of original ideas in a minimal verbalization (for example, most of the future teachers had the average (47.3% in Ukraine, 45.8% in Poland) and low (respectively 18.7% and 25.8%) levels of non-verbal creativity based on the index of originality). It is emphasized on the need to focus the content of higher education on the development of future teachers’ ability to seek out non-standard options in organizing the pedagogical process, creative modeling of lessons and educational activities, the creation and implementation of original pedagogical ideas, authoring techniques, etc.

It arises out of a need to design an effective methodology of mastering a FL, which can boost communication skills of learners in a short time. The study is based on Suggestopedia, its fundamentals, principles, structure and procedure, benefits and flaws. Key words: Suggestopedia, suggestive strategies, psychological barriers, music therapy, peripheral and implicit learning. Introduction. The issue of accelerated learning a FL is far from being new in bilingual Pedagogy. A number of scholars addressed this problem from different angles. They devised multiple approaches and methods, strategies and techniques, intensive educational programs targeted at increasing the quality of training. It is acknowledged that the most popular and efficacious method is Suggestopedia, which was considered a revolutionary accelerated technology in the 70s., Summary.
